Negative experience: Insanely long wait times. 1st appointment I took my daughter we waited over an hour for a checkup. This day we had our 2nd appointment for a checkup it was almost 2 hours later after we checked in with no updates. We ended up walking out.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a next day appointment for my daughter and super dentist was able to take care of us right away. Dentist and assistants explained everything in detail and answer all my questions leaving no doubt on the procedure. We are definitely coming back. Thank you !

Fantastic experience: Our 1.5 yr old got a cracked tooth & when we called they were able to get us in same day. The staff were awesome to work with! They treated our family with compassion & care during the whole process. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Negative experience: Took my 2 kids for years. We were trading quality for convenience. Their appointments are very convenient, but the quality of care is not there. The people at the front desk are Rude. They overbook appointments. You wait in the waiting room for a long time. Then we are finally called in and they are rushing the appointment and are not patient or understanding to the child’s mood. They made my child vomit during the xray process every appointment. They never correctly cleaned my child’s teeth and instead of polishing his teeth they just brush them with a toothbrush. They are going to a family dentist and they are better with children than the Super Dentist. They only book the amount of patients they can see that day. At the new dentist they only wait 15 minutes or less to be called in. My child does not vomit during the appointment and does not cry. They clean the teeth and polish them properly. Before bringing your kids look at other options. Do not go on the hype or social media advertising them. Take your child’s health into consideration and not your convenience.

They have knowledgeable techs that educate and praise good brushing and flossing habits. Even when my kids have had extractions, they are attentive and gentle. Im happy the super dentist has made visiting the dentist an enjoyable time.

Fantastic experience: I recently transferred my kids over to super dentist and I must say I’m pleased with their services. They’re efficient clean and friendly. My favorite part is that I’m able to bring multiple kids at 1 time which is super convenient for the busy schedule my family has. They communicate every step of the way and they get you in seen and out in an appropriate amount of time. I enjoy that I don’t wait long when I bring my kids here. Thank you for being SUPER!

Fantastic experience: Very nice staff all the way around. Very quick, kind and friendly!! My son was crying but they were so gentle and patient with him. The whole visit including paperwork and his cleaning literally only took 10min!! Can't wait to come back!

Negative experience: I don’t know who works in the billing department for the Chula Vista location but they need to be fired. I received a letter in the mail in March regarding a $25 bill. I have called 5 times to make this payment. The call centers continues to apologize for the inconvenience and states they will contact the management department and mark my ticket as urgent and that I should I hear back within one business day. I just received a second letter today for the $25 payment. I am currently still waiting for a call so that I can make this payment. Management needs to do their job. Billing department I have my phone statements with the date and time I contacted the office regarding this matter, and names of the people I spoke with when I called.

Negative experience: I normally don't do reviews unless is necessary for either something really good or really bad. Unfortunately, in this case this is Super bad review. I'm being charged for procedures that never happened such as sealers and flouride varnish. I've explicitly said no for these during a cleaning visit for my daughter's and next thin you know I receive a bill through the mail! To make things worst, it has happened twice now.

Negative experience: The Super Dentist in Chula Vista needs to be closed down. This place is gross! Starting with the lobby. The coffee/hot chocolate machine is DISGUSTING. It needs daily cleaning. There's no way the staff doesn't notice all of the grime and build up on those beverage machines. Appointment times seem like they don't matter. We sat in that nasty lobby close to a hour! Talking to others in the lobby that were expressing this was common to wait excessively long. When we were called back the rooms were small and ran down. Nothing seemed organized or sanitary. They wanted to do a filling on my son the same day and we told them no we will come back another day. Took him to a different dentist for the filling and there was NO cavity to fill!!! They either lied for money or are inexperienced! Either way scary that they are having folks get procedures that aren't needed. I truly believe it's to get people out of money.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Supper Dentists for over 10 years, myself as a youth and now my children attend. I have never had an issue and my kids enjoy coming to the dentist! They communicate very well and always staff are great at making sure the children feel comfortable. Great experience each time.

Negative experience: Did not have a good experience. First visit for my daughter 6yo and my son 4yo. We weren't walked through any of the steps they were going to take and had my daughter in a room alone for the ortho xray. We could see her through a window but my daughter immediately started crying. Then it was time for the dentist xrays and my son was up first. Again nothing on what was going to be done. Ended up hurting my sons mouth and he immediately shut down and was too afraid for any further examining or cleaning. There were only 2 women there who even took the time to try and help as well as be very sweet. They were wonderful. My wife and I were not very happy with this visit and it is likely our last for this location.

Positive experience: The volume of patients can be overwhelming for patients and staff but they seem to manage pretty well here. Waiting room is welcoming and the staff made me feel informed as a parent. Even through a procedure, they did their best to comfort my child and me as the parent I appreciate the consistency in care and the follow up/ reminders before/after appointments

Fantastic experience: The clinic has a very nice ambiance and a lot of stuff for kids to do while waiting. Ann and the other staffs are great, kind and very professional. Allondra is very nice and very patient to our anxious twin boys. She is amazing and very gentle. We are very happy with our visit.

Betsy spoke Spanish which was very convenient for my kids it made them feel part of the visit ! Ann was so awesome she came in with a smile which made me feel comfortable! Positive experience: Our first time there. Very friendly staff from checking in to attending staff. Specialist, great energy and straight to the point. Dentist, barely greeted but, seemed knowledgeable. Assistant whom did x-rays & cleaning, very nice and friendly and took the time to listen and answer my questions. Before we left the room, a staff member came to ask about our experince and really took the time to listen to my main concern and made me aware of the options (solution) for the next visit.

Positive experience: Really good services, it was super fun when you enter it is very entertaining for kids, they would feel happy because of the ambiance and game provided, instead of feeling scared. Staff and all assistant are very accommodating. Scheduling appointment is easy. I loved that they scheduled mine during weekends so my kids do not need to skip school.

Negative experience: ETA: I reached out to the email that was given in the response on 5/3/24. Received a response on 5/7/24 from a Scarlett Thomas that someone would call me. Today is 5/20/24 and still no call as of yet. This was my first experience at this specific location and it will most likely be my last. The Doctor who helped my daughter as well as the dental assistants were great for the most part but overall this location is very run down and was not as clean as I’d expect a dental office to be. The walls and the doors of the exam room were worn down and dirty and there was also dental tools on the floor laying around. Another complaint I have is they tried selling me a product and I told them to hold off until I could look more into it. While I was filling out paperwork in the front office, the woman who was pushing hard for the sale ended up speaking with my father who was with my daughter in the exam room and ordered the product without my knowledge. I am the mother of the patient and nothing should have been agreed on unless I was present. Not only did she not say the product wasn’t available right then and there but it was also going to take over a week to receive. Had I known that I would have said no from the beginning. I then told her to cancel my order and she was quick to just give me an email address for me to figure out how to get the order cancelled on my own. My last complaint is regarding the nitrous oxide. My daughter was given the “laughing gas” and it ran out halfway through her treatment. They were able to do the first half without any problems but once the dental assistant came in to perform her fillings the gas was already out and as I’m sure any four year old would react, freaked out. In my opinion this should have been put into consideration from the beginning and either replenished the nitrous or moved her into another room with the proper amount she would have needed. By the end of the appointment my daughter was absolutely hysterical and I hope in the future she will not be scared of the dentist due to this horrible experience.

Fantastic experience: All the staff are so attentive and kind. I filled out all the paperwork online and when my daughter was checked in we didn't have to wait long to be called. They had games for children to play which worked out great for my son to play while my daughter was seen. They had a coffee machine available as well for clients which I was so excited about. The office was a little hard to locate for me from the outside and I'm terrible with directions, but it's upstairs suite 260. Thank you super dentists!

Fantastic experience: Great service. Very friendly staff. We were assigned to Ann today who was more than the best. Was very nice and patient with my 6yr old. She explained and answered all her questions.

Fantastic experience: Once again our experience here way rad! Everyone was friendly and helped us quick. We were helped by Ana Santos who remembered us from the last visit. That helped with the whole experience, making it even better for my child. The personal touches this place brings is why we keep coming back!

Positive experience: Great staff super friendly atmosphere. Great location but building itself its a little run down/outdated. Waiting area recently remodeled very kid friendly and coffee station is a plus for parents but it's very small and can get very crowded. I absolutely do not like that the bathroom is outside.
