Fantastic experience: It's ok ig, but they're slow on making things happen, I had waited since 9 am this morning on June 27th for Dr Chocrans nuse to call me, I left several msgs with the receptionist up front , the nurse never called me back. I had a medical question with CONGESTIVE HESRT FAILURE,, which I am diagnosed with & either she didn't receive any of my msgs & jus didn't care enough about my well being, with that in mind, I think I'm jus gonna find me & my families a different facility that show more compassion towards their patients.

Fantastic experience: Just a really good experience each time I go here. Front desk personnel friendly and seem genuinely happy to see you. I seldom wait more than 5-10 minutes to be called back by the doctor’s assistant. Dr. Nash listens to what I have to say, then asks a few more questions. He is never in a hurry to just get you in and out. A great place!!

That is something I did not get from my previous healthcare provider. Getting in and out was very efficient and everything seem to run well at their facility.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for about 5 years and Dr Nash has done an exceptional job since the beginning. He listens, he is patient and very kind. The young girls at the front desk are amazing as well, always super nice and efficient. The older ladies at the very front entrance, now that's a different story.

Positive experience: We’ve loved coming here, but the last time the techs were very rough and extremely impatient with the kids, to the point my 4 yr old son was left in tears and my daughter was upset. They usually offer the kids something from the treasure box but that didn’t happen. They were very rude and abrupt. There was one sweet tech that tried to help my son back to the room. I wish she had been with us the entire time. The others absolutely have no business being around people in general-very rude. I don’t normally complain, but this time I said something because what happened was not okay. Our experience with the doctor and with choosing our frames was good, but as my son is now terrified of returning, we may need to find another office.

Then I had a short wait to see the Dr. With the Dr we discussed issues necessary. Then across the hall for blood test and we were done. Very happy experience!

Fantastic experience: I been going here for about 4 years now with high blood pressure problems people say medication helps but I don't see my medicine helping me at all to be honest I been taken the same medicine for years still got high blood pressure problems who knows how long I have at this point I may not make it to be honest they are nice every time I go in there

Positive experience: Went in for my annual checkup. This is my first time for an annual checkup since moving here. My BP was 111/172, they didn’t seem concerned. Labs will be processed and EKG done. Seemed very basic for an annual checkup compared to what I have experienced in the past. My confidence in the medical system fell with this visit.

Negative experience: Very judgemental, these "doctors" don't care. I never even seen a real doctor. A nurse practitioner. They're in it for the insurance payment and that's it. They don't know how to take criticism. Ms. Christina Kimbrell was very critical and uncaring. Stay far away from her. Never a good experience with her.

I'm so happy to go there to get my medical care. I've never had a bad experience there. When I have to have lab work done the lab technicians are gentle and don't unnecessary hurt you when they take blood samples. They talk you through what they are going to do . You never have a long wait time. I had lung cancer Dr Leak has been very helpful and great at getting the referrals for me to get my cancer treatments done. They have always referred me to good doctors. Thank you Doctor Morgan Leak and staff for the wonderful care that you give your patients.

Fantastic experience: I scheduled for a PCP. They are very professional and answered all questions. There wasn't a long wait for my appointment. Everything went smooth and they communicated well. Edited to add that I have returned for a second appt and I had another great experience. No one likes going to the Dr. And more so when you aren't being listened to or feelings even validated. It takes a lot for most people to be vulnerable. Thank you for making it smoother. I have seen Dr Cabrera twice and thankful for the whole experience. Fun fact: my father bricked this building including inside brick work.
