Fantastic experience: The service was great. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The knowledge and pleasantness of the Dentists was excellent. I was in and out much quicker than in any other dental office that I have ever been to. Everything was clean and disinfected that was used for my treatment. They work with you on your budget on information on payment plans and give you as many choices of treatments, as they can, for your diagnosed dental treatment needed They have so many patients coming and going, in and out of their office because they are such a great place to go, that the wear and tear on their walls and floors are starting to show. Adding some new paint on the walls and cleaner floors and baseboards in their treatment rooms, they would be a 10+. I'd recommend them to all ages and everybody. Once again, The STAFF is wonderful!

Negative experience: I’ve been taking my children since they were infants , but unfortunately today I had a bad experience. The doctor who helped me out , I’ve never seen her before , she didn’t explain the procedure and didn’t have patience with my son. She mentioned he had a cavity , never did they showed me a picture of the cavity , just that it needed to get done. My son was hurt during the filling. I will not be returning .

Negative experience: My experience wasn’t the best. It took quite a while to get me situated, and when I was finally brought in for my cleaning, the machine stopped working halfway through. This was frustrating, as I had to wait around for it to be fixed—but no one ever came. Eventually, I was moved to another room and had to wait again to finish my cleaning. On a positive note, the staff were very kind and professional, which I truly appreciated. I just wish the process had been more efficient. A routine cleaning shouldn't take up that much time.

Fantastic experience: 5-Star Review for Rodeo Dental (June 4, 2025 @ 5:00 PM – Pharr, TX – Cage Blvd) I had an amazing experience at Rodeo Dental in Pharr, Texas (Cage Blvd) during my daughter Barbara’s appointment. From the moment we were called from the waiting area, Giselle made us feel welcomed and at ease. She introduced us to the doctor and explained the treatment plan in a clear and reassuring way. Later, when it was time to administer the relaxation medication, Giselle showed incredible patience and care with Barbara. I could tell she has a lot of experience working with children, which gave me so much confidence in the care my daughter was receiving. She even helped her take the medication in a gentle, playful way—talking to her about princesses—which kept her calm and smiling. Once the medication took effect, we were assisted by Adri and Onezimo, along with the doctor (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name). Adri did an excellent job helping Barbara feel comfortable by placing the blood pressure cuff on her leg and gently putting on the mask in a way that avoided panic. The team worked together seamlessly, and I truly appreciate how well they treated my child. Thank you, Rodeo Dental, for having such a professional and compassionate team. You made what could have been a stressful experience into a very positive one for both Barbara and me!

Fantastic experience: Came today for my cleaning and several fillings. I love this place and everyone is friendly. It did take awhile but because they were short staffed but I got to talk an assistant's ear off I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: It was our first time here yesterday, May 15 2025 . We relocated from the Corpus Christi area about 7 months ago and were recommended here. So our daughter had grinded her teeth pretty hard, which caused her tooth (molar) to detach from her gum and was bleeding a lot the night before. We weren't sure if it was a baby tooth or not because of how much blood was coming out but figured it was..Still ,we set up an appointment that night for the following morning through their website, which, by the way, was very, very helpful . Dr .George was amazing. He was great in explaining everything to us, and we felt comfortable with him extracting our daughters tooth ( by the way, it was baby tooth ). Aracely was very polite and welcoming she made our daughter feel comfortable and did her cleaning . Also answered any questions we had. The office is also very kid friendly . Ladies at the front office did a great job at explaining what services our insurance covered . They have arcade games in the lobby area , a mini movie theatre and a movie playing (toy story 4)to keep the kids distracted and not bored. Overall, we were happy we chose Rodeo Dental and Orthodontics in Pharr for our daughters dental care.

Fantastic experience: I’m a first time pt at rodeo dental and I was very impressed! The staff was amazing and the wait to was very fast. First off Pablo took my X-rays while playing some awesome jams. Dr. Ash is a master of his craft and presented himself very well and professional. He did some amazing work and made sure I was happy the whole way through. Dr.Gondi (I might have misspelled it) was also amazing and gave very good advice on how to best straighten my teeth. Mary and Vanessa explained all the financials very well and answered all my questions. Aracely did my cleaning and assisted with my fillings , she is a very sweet and caring young lady. She even pushed off her lunch break to attend to me. Best dentistry I have ever been to by far. Scheduling my wife for an appointment asap.
