Positive experience: I was set an appointment by Bricci , during her marketing she did fail to mention a couple of things she also failed to listen when I stated my children have already been seen at their dentist office in Carrollton I was looking for a dental office to switch to, and although the girl at on the phone was helpful and nice I do not appreciate how their employees keep phone numbers for personal use especially to harass potential patients, there’s no telling what other information she’s kept of mine without my consent. I asked Bricci to delete my number which she found hilarious. I will not be in this office at all especially to be around behavior as so.

Sandra and Jacky were so helpful in the checking in and checking out process. 10/10 overall from the office to the staff definitely will be coming back to continue further treatment.

Fantastic experience: I’ve brought my son here since he was born . We’re always in and out and my son loves playing with the play house before his appointment ! They always make him feel comfortable and connect with him so he doesn’t feel scared .

Fantastic experience: We have been patients here for years, and as a family of 6, it can be hard to fit us all in. This office has always done just that, and jn a very timely and courteous manner. The best thing is that at the same time there is a cleaning, if further treatment is needed, they can get you done then rather than having to come back at a later time.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly, they are extremely resourceful, the dentist I spoke with gave me a quote to get my teeth fixed, which is a third of the amount I got from another dentist, just six months prior. They are great with the kids, great with the adults, and very patient. This is also a very clean facility. I would recommend for adult adults and children alike.

Fantastic experience: Jackie helped me at check out and 2as very pleasant. My DA Sarayi and the Dentist Brian were just amazing. My daugther responded to them extremely well and they made us all feel welcomed. And lastly, Jasmine checked all 4 of my daugther (New patients) at the same time with a same and was very patient. First off, after making an appointment was easy through zoodoc, the staff regularly call before the appointment and also set you up for a follow up. The health facility is very clean and have television for people waiting. Hell, they even have television while doing teeth cleaning or surgery. Dr. Brian Kang is fast and very knowledgeable. Will definitely come back for my follow up! Thanks again to the kind and courteous staff. Much love.

Negative experience: Super annoyed, a lady chased me down in Walmart. I told her i wasn’t interested, she proceeded to bombard me with information, i felt it was easier to give he my number as i was in a rush. BIG MISTAKE! I have been called again and again, told them i wasn’t interested they said thank you and STILL set an appointment, so here i am being blown up at work about an appointment i never set. When they first called then texted me TODAY about my appointment I let them know that I did not have an appointment and if they continue to harass me that I will leave a review, not even an hour later and I get another appointment reminder. So maybe they’ll leave me alone now that I’ve written a review.
