Negative experience: Cursed. 12 hour root canal. "Your insurance will cover it so let's keep charging." Very professional.

Fantastic experience: They were willing to spend all day taking care of all of my cavities and gave me multiple root canals. The staff were incredibly kind and were so well coordinated making sure that everyone’s needs were taken care of. They not only save teeth they save lives!

Negative experience: Unprofessional seems to be scamming I've never had to pay any out of pocket expenses for a routine cleaning and exam...I asked why and was told they might not be in network which was supposed to be verified the day before my scheduled appointment...The assistant said there's no way for them to provide me with this information I would need to contact my insurance. After I agreed to jus pay out of pocket to get it taken care of I was told by the assistant that she can start but wouldn't be able to finish because she's leaving at 4pm so I needed to schedule to come back in another day even though I've already taken off work on this day.... so I call the next day to get info on the provider so I can check to see if hes in network while on the phone I logged into locate the provider and how ironic no provider by the name was found....update went in today mia the dental hygienist was awesome...I went ahead and paid out of pocket to get it over with while im not please with the office itself she did a great job

Fantastic experience: This is my second time going to ASAP needing emergency dental work, and once again, I'm so glad I did. The first time was 6+ years ago on a holiday weekend, and I ended up needing a crown (but not a root canal). Today, I was just sitting eating lunch when I noticed that every time I bit down, there was pain. Remembering my past experience, which had constant pain, I decided to see if they could see me today. Thankfully they could and x-ray showed that I had an infection building up in one of my teeth. Dr. Lee came in and explained my options to me--root canal or implant. Given my history, I decided to go for an implant, even though I was scared to death. Honestly, Dr. Lee did an amazing job. Of all of the major dental work I've gone through in my life (including cavities), this was the easiest of the bunch. The extraction was easier than when I had my wisdom teeth out or four teeth out for braces. I'm tough to numb, but Dr. Lee kept numbing my tooth more until I couldn't feel a thing. His assistant was wonderful--both skilled and compassionate. Great experience. Highly recommend ASAP and Dr. Lee.

Negative experience: Came here being I was out of town and excruciating pain I waited over an hour all for the dentist to tell me to go back to my home dentist because they can’t fix my problem once again I’m here out of town and hours away from home , which defeats the purpose of emergency dental. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Negative experience: Does not accept my insurance delta dental and wanted me to pay full amount. I also need an emergency visit they could not help me.

Negative experience: Charged my mom $140 for X-rays and a treatment plan. All she came in for was to have 2 of her teeth reattached to her upper denture. I’m not sure how that requires an X-ray or a treatment plan. Also told her that they take her insurance, but like other reviews. They don’t. UPDATE - Wanted to charge $1500 to temporarily attach 2 denture teeth that came off. We got what we where looking for at CVS for $9. A repair kit that temporarily attaches broken teeth back to the denture. If I could upload the receipt that totaled the $1500 I would. Highway robbery at this place, if your insurance isn't paying the full amount, its probably because their trying to rob your insurance company. I have yet to figure out why they X rayed my moms dentures. Not sure what they would see inside the dentures.

Negative experience: Please do not go to this scam clinic. My general dentist said that I needed 2 root canals. I have awful insurance so I called around to many places looking for quotes (all while in severe pain). When I called this place they said it would be around 1300 per tooth “and up”… then when I came in for a same day appointment they hit me with a bill for 7,000 dollars. Mind you I got 4 other quotes that day for around 3,000-4,000. Then they were looking at me like I was crazy that I didn’t want to sign up for their ridiculous payment plans.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was great; from the receptionist to the dental assistants, the dentist, and ultimately the business manager. Obviously, emergency dental work is not pleasant, to say the least, but the staff at ASAP were there on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend when I urgently needed help. They made a difficult day as easy as possible. I am tempted to make ASAP my primary dental health provider even though the office is across town. Thank you all very much!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at the 103rd st location in Jacksonville FL. I had an issue with a tooth that required a visit asap. They were able to provide an appointment within 2 hours same day. The dentist gave me a couple of pain free numbing shots to my gums and the filling was completed quickly. I also appreciate the ease and pleasantries the assistant and Dentist provided.

Fantastic experience: Excellent, Friendly atmosphere. I opted in their dental plan which was much better than my United Healthcare plan which paid for nothing. I visited several dentist got so many very expensive quotes and I paid a third at ASAP. Love the work they did and I highly recommend you include them in your search for quality dental care at reasonable prices.

Negative experience: They’re open weekends. That’s where the positives end. ASAP has done a LOT of work for me & my wife. We’ve spent close to 40k with them. I’ve always said they’re understaffed, but it has gotten so much worse. Wednesday, she goes in for tooth pain. They scheduled a root canal for Thursday. (Over 2k) By Saturday night, she’s in incredible pain. Called Sunday morning, they said come in, you may have to wait an hour. Drove 40 miles, got there at 9. Sat in the waiting room for 3 hours. Not an exaggeration… they called her back at noon. Different Dr from the one that performed the root canal. Says she’s got a secondary infection and will call in stronger antibiotics & pain meds and that she’ll have to come in tomorrow (Monday) for another appointment. 3 hr wait for him to say there’s nothing he can do and writes a script. She was out by 12:20. Didn’t even give her a shot of novacaine to ease the pain. That’s 4 visits for a root canal. If you have no other choice, a few hours to sit in pain in the waiting room, and a couple thousand dollars to light on fire, they’ll take care of you. Otherwise, find another dentist. That’s what we’re going to do. 103rd St location.

Fantastic experience: My experience was awesome. I highly recommend Dr Rajaei and staff for all dental work that you or a loved one might need. I will definitely be returning for any future work needed.

Fantastic experience: Wow oh wow. I cannot praise ASAP enough. I went back to the dentist after years of no care, nervous and concerned. I first went to Aspen and had a horrific experience with them. I was recommended ASAP by 3 coworkers and I’m so glad I listened. From start to finish, they were kind, attentive, professional, and caring. I ended up being able to get the major procedure done the same day! Allowing me to not miss out on more work and money. They didn’t rack up an unnecessary bill and were honest with me about what needed to be done. I have been suffering for months with my issues and they took care of it right away. Even with me being nervous, they didn’t mind at all. How it should be. My new dentist office for sure!!! Thank y’all soooooooo much. I really appreciate you for your quality service.

Fantastic experience: Y’all let me just tell you about ASAP Dental Care!!! Everyone who had a hand in helping me this evening was super amazing. They were very informative on everything I needed to know and kept me calm. I ended up having an emergency due to a broken tooth. They went over several options and guided me through it all with ease. If you have an emergency please or just need a dentist in genera call ASAP! Also I drove from Waynesville in Georgia, I mean who else was going to get me in on a Saturday? Well ASAP sure did and in a hurry!

Negative experience: Went in to have a tooth pulled,ended up having seven molars pulled. My insurance paid 1,500.00 I paid 1,200.00 total was 5,000.00 that I am now in debt to pay. My last visit I was told that my follow up appointment was already covered in my existing bill, so I took off of work to go and have my partial adjusted today that doesn't fit and hasn't since day one and this little bull dyke at the counter tells me that I'll have to pay 80.00 more dollars on top of what I paid already. I told her that I was told it was included in what I paid already, she says no I'm sorry for the confusion. No there wasn't any confusion they lied and now I'm stuck with a partial that's costing me 5,000.00. this place is a rip off and now has cost me more money for an appointment I was told was "free" their exact words last visit. Do not recommend this place at all they are unprofessional and con artist!

Any Questions Or Concerns Was Answered & Also I Paid Little As Much My Insurance Covered Everything . They Also Have Every Dentist In Every Field Working There So You Won’t Have To Be Referred To Any Other Dentist One Stop Shop Very Beautiful Dentist To I Love This Dentist & I Will Continue To Go There For Anything Requiring My Teeth . I Got My Wisdom Teeth Pulled & Agreed To Be Sedated I Never Been Sedated Before So I Was Nervous At First But The Doctors & Dentist Made Me Feel Calm And Helped Me Through It Lol I Really Don't Remember What Happened

Fantastic experience: Ms. Ebony. This dental assistant is soooo good I mean of course the doctor too. She really helped me because I was scared out of my mind and I asked her a million times for no epinephrine in my numbing shot. She made sure but I still asked a million times more. She wouldn't leave my side and she was absolutely amazing. She was wonderful, her beside manner was what helped me. Give this girl a raise yo! I was the last patient of the day. It was well past 7p and they were still patient with me.

Fantastic experience: The whole crew was amazing. I've only had my first visit, and I was very nervous, due to prior dentist visits that were... Less than amazing. Everyone from the receptionist, do the dental assistant, to the dentist himself was very understanding. But the hygienist? She was absolutely wonderful. Very gentle touch, she made sure to not hurt me at all, and was incredibly patient. I'm absolutely coming back! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Very good, responsive staff and the only clinic that works on weekends. That's where the pros end. I came here on Sunday, urgently. The doctor offered to put in a crown without removing the nerve. We paid $2,255. They put in a temporary crown and told me to wait 1 month until the permanent crown was ready. The temporary crown fell out 3 times. A couple of times I almost swallowed it, I was afraid to sleep that it would get into my respiratory tract!!! Now I'm sitting in line again waiting for them to put in a temporary crown again, because it fell out again!!! In general, it's very expensive and it takes a very long time to wait for the crown!!!

Fantastic experience: I came in terrified but Kayla and Dr. Rajali really reassured me and talked me through the whole process.

Negative experience: The Actual Dentist Was Very Good. He was fast and didn't cause any pain. My issue is with the receptionist and dental assistants. If you use sunbit and have a high amount they offer you. They will try to force you to spend every dime. They will pressure you and make you think you need things you don't!! Just to get the money! Please DO NOT let them pressure you!! They will be very pushy!! I left the office feeling very used, abused and bullied!! I Will never go back! Only because of the staff. Not the actual dentist. HE WAS AMAZING!! And Kind!! PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM PRESSURE YOU AND THEY WILL SEND MULTIPLE PEOPLE IN TO GET YOU TO DO WHAT THEY WANT!! PLEASE STAY FIRM ON WHAT YOU WANT DONE! ITS YOUR BODY AND THEY ARE VERY MONEY HUNGRY!!

Negative experience: If I could choose to have my dental care all over again, I would not choose their Bonneval location. My experience, I was another $ . What they did not do when releasing me from care was ensure I had quality teeth that fit properly. They charged $7000. for a “new smile” that has left me worse than I was walking in the door for their misguided consultation- not able to eat, pain and embarrassed to smile. Please choose a place that does care about your oral health - these doctors and dental assistants did not .

Positive experience: Id like to start by saying that Dr. Ahmed is absolutely the BEST! He is thorough and every encounter was excellent. Despite how busy they are, he gives his patients 1:1 care and answers all questions. I cant praise him and his work enough. As a nurse, my expectations are high. Despite my expectations, I take into account how medical facilities are ran and I am considerate to all medical fields and their working conditions. I recently saw Dr. Rajaei (yesterday) and had a much different experience. I was told my wait would be 20-60 minutes, and it turned into over 2 hours (that’s fine, it happens unfortunately). What upsets me is that i was there so long and my encounter with him was under 5-10 minutes to place my final crown. He did not speak to me other than the hi when entering the room and asking me how the tooth felt in my mouth after needing to make a few adjustments to it. After this, he applied the cement without warning or conversation and put the final tooth into its place. My tooth where the crown was placed was NOT cleaned prior to the crown being placed (this is very concerning). I shared this concern and asked about infection to the hygienist in the room after the two minute cement set time, because i didn't get a chance to ask the physician… he left abruptly after placing the cemented tooth in my mouth. Per the hygienist, the “oral cleaning” i had over an hour prior to my crown being placed was sufficient enough apparently. As a nurse, id say otherwise! The different hygienist who cleaned my mouth/teeth over an hour ago before my crown placed did not place any “focus” on my temporary crown site… Forgive me if I'm wrong, but i cant get over my concern for infection and dental problems I have to look forward to in the future because of this encounter and potential poor technique… or just simply the poor work ethic. I dont believe I will be returning after this. If any waits will be longer than the 20-60 minutes, then I would suggest providing updates to your patients so they dont feel forgotten about. But please, most importantly, do not allow malpractice because time sensitivity… i would have rather waited another hour to ensure I received confident and precise care. That would have been preferred over me sitting here worrying about the care i received from the dentist I saw who had rushed and did not ensure all the proper steps were taken before completing his work. I only saw this dentist because Dr. Ahmed was not available. Please make a change, or correct me if i am wrong… but i know for a fact my tooth was not cleaned prior to this crown placement. This is different from my other crown experiences.

Negative experience: This place took 3 times as long as Jacksonville emergency dental,charged $150 more than Jacksonville emergency dental and they didn't give me any pain meds after they confirmed I would before the procedure and Jacksonville emergency clinic did and mind you I had the same thing done 1 tooth extraction. They just want to sell you something for more than you can afford and treat you differently the minute you refuse thier payment options. I felt the staff was nice and personable but have very little concern the time it takes to get you in and out and apparently tell you what you want to hear to get you in, I specifically said I don't want to pull the tooth if I can't get pain meds to go home with since I've had horrible experiences in the past and couldn't have that happen again and here I am in excruciating pain and I tried to call them with no answer, I don't appreciate the lack of communication and the time you wasted talking about what you did this weekend or training your staff I'm not getting a deduction on the price and I don't work for ASAP dental so spare your customers your personal problems next time and communicate with the facts not how you feel or what you think.

Negative experience: Out of network for most insurance and they will NOT tell you. Ask before you spend all your hard working money. And you may have a credit money they owe you. Deceptive ❗️❗️❗️❗️

Negative experience: I called the office to ask for my dental records to be emailed to me. The receptionist told me I need to sign a form and it might take up to 3 days. I asked her to send the form as soon as possible because I need my records for an appointment in 2 days. In response she hung up the phone on me. When I called her back, and asked if she hung up intentionally, she confirmed it and said it was their policy. She really had an unhealthy attitude and it was very unpleasant experience. I didn't receive any forms for signature nor my dental records.

Negative experience: This place told me I needed a root canal, for thousands of dollars. Got a 2nd opinion by an endo and turns out what was causing my pain was small chard of bone my gum line… so now I owe asap for a few hundred dollars worth of X-rays and bad advice.

Positive experience: I had a great experience. Great customer service throughout the entire process. I still have more work to do & spent MUCH more than I initially anticipated - my mouth was in lots of trouble - but thus far I am satisfied. Evette (the dental hygienist) is so sweet. The staff in general/overall were a pleasure & the dentist are very knowledgeable. UPDATE: I like how quickly they will get you in for an appointment especially if it’s an emergency but the prices are hiked & one should shop around before committing to a procedure. They get your insurance info over the phone but don’t tell you that they don’t accept your insurance. I usually do my research beforehand but failed to do so prior to my initial visit. I can also appreciate how they will do more than one procedure during a visit as some offices will have you to come bk multiple times… but they are expensive. IF you are feeling ANY TYPE OF discomfort following a procedure I urge you to speak with the dentist directly & ask for an X-RAY -don’t allow assistants, office managers, hygienists etc tell you that anything is “normal” you know your body—-the problem will only worsen.

Fantastic experience: ASAP Dental team is AMAZING! From the front desk clerks at to the doctor the whole ASAP crew gives you quality service. The bed side manners are the best I've experienced in some years at any medical office and the best part about them besides the service is their personalities because I was laughing with them all they are so easy to talk to and make you feel super comfortable. My whole family visits this office and I'm sending more of my family members their way. Oh, just to add the price is fair a their office hours can fit anybody's busy schedule. If you have been wondering if you should take a chance on them I'm telling you to GO you won't regret it and they deserve 10 stars not five they are the best!

Fantastic experience: The patient care is perfect! I was educated on my dental health amazingly! I walked in and I was brought back in less than 20 minutes! Dr.Rajaei has great manners! I didn't feel any of my teeth being removed! I'm amazed!

Fantastic experience: I went to ASAP Dental for a dental emergency. I was having terrible pain due to a fractured tooth. Dr.Shbeb and all his staff are amazing people. I was able to get the help I needed from people who care. Dr. Shbeb is the best!! I highly recommend them for all your dental care needs. Fantastic experience: I was initially referred to ASAP on Dunn by my mother in law. After calling and explaining the pain I was in, I got a same day appointment at this location. Jimmy was so kind & patient, he definitely helped ease the anxiety of getting my tooth pulled. He was also in office for my follow up and it was like seeing an old friend Dr. Rajaei was also kind & efficient - he pulled my tooth and administered my follow up/comprehensive exam. Camille and Maya were the ladies who worked with me for my follow up/comprehensive exam. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything they needed to do & what they were seeing and were pretty straight forward in the next steps of my potential care. I had a great overall experience, even at discharge Bianca made sure I felt fine and understood my care plan options. Very happy to have worked with a great team!

Negative experience: Do not go to this place if you want affordable care. Went here for a routine exam and was pitched all kinds of procedures costing almost $3000 and a $200 tooth brush. I went to a more reputable dentist office and those same procedures with my insurance came out to a little over $200, and they told me I didn’t even really need the procedure and it was more or less optional. Needless to say I will never go back.

Fantastic experience: I had the best dental experience to day! For one shout out to Maiyaaa!! My girl got me right and helped me with making sure I got what I wanted done. Everyone is extremely kind and professional. Dr. Rajaei and Naomi were pod and quick with my procedure. 10/10 recommend!

Negative experience: Camille asked me if I would leave a review for her online I told her I do not leave reviews online it is something im not into.and Camille said if I won’t write a review she will ask my boyfriend, he said he did not feel comfortable leaving a review since we do not actively write reviews online, I felt bad for her and said I will figure out how to do it since I wasn’t familiar with the process, she insisted on grabbing my phone and than writing herself a review and posted it herself, it was really obsessive and uncomfortable, when she gave me my phone back I was pretty mad about her obsessiveness and creating an atmosphere that was pushed upon us, I deleted her review and am now writing my own review. My main focus for writing this review is because I asked her if SYNCB/CC which is an online financing program that their company supposedly helps you with to afford monthly payments for their outrageous prices, I asked her if it would effect my credit score, and she said no that it is a soft pull and she argued with me about it saying it wouldn’t effect my score, well my credit report now shows after trying to apply to their financing program that it was indeed a hard pull on my credit score and it is now on my record and effected my score. Unfortunately I will not be stepping back into that particular building because of how she pushed us around to get a review and she lied to us about the inquiry. Fantastic experience: ASAP, A MUST "GOTO" DENTIST!!!! I'm a big, bad former Marine, but the dentist chair had me shaking in my boots. I recently had two upper teeth broken at the gum level, it was causing me a lot of pain and discomfort, to the point that my head was throbbing and my cheek even felt inflamed. I HAD TO FIND RELIEF, AND RIGHT AWAY. I Googled Dentist in my area and came across some very strong reviews for Dr. Ahmed and his staff at ASAP Dentistry on 103rd st. in Jacksonville. I sent an email inquiry at 4AM and Jessica responded from their Corporate Office. I explained my situation and that I live on a budget. She said no worries, they will try and work with me through their finance channels. I went ahead and got pre-approved with Sunbit, for much more than I needed and had an appointment scheduled within 30 minutes, I drove right on over for a 12:00 appointment. The assistant, Maiya, was very professional and helpful, Dr. Ahmed a total stand-up gentleman and his dental assistant, Breann, were all great. They did everything you would expect, to make me understand my options and the procedures, and Dr. Ahmed gave me his undivided attention, making sure that I understood everything. The process was 100% pain free (except the the sting of the novacane injection, but come on, it was worth a little sting). I am now at home and waiting for my perscription to be delivered, as soon the novacane will be wearing off. In a day or two, it will be healed and I will be 100% pain free again!!! Negative experience: I am sure they do good work but as far as affordable no way. Wife had called due to pain from a tooth was told extractions UP TO 452.made her appt and first paid the $146 just to be seen then was priced $542 for one tooth! Didn’t really have a choice at this point since it being almost 5 PM and my wife was in pain. One nurse was very condescending with her tone and comments said she would refund so we could shop around but at 5 pm where would we shop around? This place preys on people with no insurance and are in pain.

Fantastic experience: Had a broken tooth with pain and a few cavities. Called Asap, and they fit me in within 2 hours of calling. I was so nervous. I first met with Jimm, who was very professional and easy to talk to and ask questions. Dr Shbeb was very kind and knowledgeable, and I didn't feel rushed/dismissed. Addressed all issues. Jojo Tyla and Camille had me smiling and laughing at ease post-op and getting fit for my cap. Today, the morning after my office visit and I have almost zero pain. I would definitely recommend this location to any of my friends and family!

Negative experience: Never got paid by my insurance because of errors in filing. Lost more than 4,000. I am an elderly woman of color! Money was demanded up front, and I never got a dime back! Improper coding and very rude treatment!!!

Fantastic experience: I have changed my previous review from 1 star, to 5. It may have been a misunderstanding or something like that but...whatever it was, ASAP Dental called me and we worked everything out. I went in and had the root canal done and they put on the temporary crown. They were fantastic! They were fast and professional. And, Dr. Rajaei has a great sense of humor! I go back in 2 weeks for the permanent crown....then, at the 1st of the year, I go back in to start a full treatment plan, becoming a new, permanent customer.

Fantastic experience: This is the absolute BEST dentist office I’ve ever been to. My dentist, Dr.Rajaei was very soft spoken and calm and made me very comfortable. And I must brag on Eboni. She was AMAZING she literally took her rings off to hold my hand through my procedure. She was so thorough and made what I was sure to be a bad experience, great! I will be making them my primary.

Fantastic experience: I called to make an appointment today at 11am, they could see me at 12, I went back immediately upon arrival, and I was out of pain within 15 minutes of arrival. Dr. Ahmed removed the tooth quickly and without issue. Expert staff. Excellent and professional bedside manner. Not the cheapest dentist, but well worth every penny. This is the second time I’ve used these guys, both experiences were amazing experiences (as amazing as going to a dentist can be). Very grateful for the entire staff, thank you.

The team is incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the process, they made sure I understood everything, allowed me to ask questions, and were attentive to my needs.

Negative experience: Don’t go here if you don’t have adequate insurance or no insurance at all. I came in here under the notion they accepted VA insurance and they don’t and they tried to have me sign up all over for credit services instead of an invoice and doing a typical payment plan for myself like any other dental office. Save your money and don’t give your business here!! Also, the office was on full blast heating at 86F while it’s 76F outside.. unnecessarily hot for no reason at all.. nearly passed out because of how warm it was and the front desk associate didn’t seem to care about it but would take care into getting Edible Arrangements though for their staff in the back. Do better!!

Fantastic experience: couldn’t of asked for an easier time and the dentist ! they not only cater to cowards but helped bring my blood pressure down to be able to continue with surgery and i have 12 screws (6 top and 6 bottom) and haven’t had anything to complain about ! pain free and they have gone above and beyond to make sure my 3 littles can see me smile for the first time ever !!! couldn’t be a happier patient!!

Fantastic experience: Trying to find a dentist on a Sunday is definitely a struggle, after calling/ googling several places I found ASAP Dental. They were open and about 25 mins away from me. I got there ASAP, I can’t tell you how much I ended up loving this office. From the young lady at the front desk(sorry forgot your name) to my sweetheart Camille and shishka (sorry I know I butchered your name. I believe she was the assistant) to Dr Ahmed from my home the UK I had the best experience. Everyone is so kind, and welcoming. I was taken care of in a timely manner. Even enjoyed some crangrape juice while waiting compliments of Camille. Camille & Dr Ahmed explains everything to you in detail and answers all of your questions/ concerns. Needless to say they have a new pt, if you ever need a dentist on a Sunday check them out you will not regret it, they can take care of all your dental needs at the office. Oh yes last but not least Dr Ahmed’s hands are very light when removing teeth (that’s a blessing).

Fantastic experience: Came as a walk in with terrible tooth pain. Waited about an hour to be as the patients with appoints were seen first. (understandable) I was quoted 1-4 hours to be seen so I was pleasantly surprised! Once I got to the back room everyone was so nice and helpful. Asked plenty of times if I had any questions at all. Was quickly diagnosed and was having my procedure done as soon as they could set up. Left a very happy new patient! I can’t say enough good things about this place. They even helped with payment options and applying for payment plans. All in all a great office.

Fantastic experience: They really are ASAP. I’ve been having an issue for several weeks and was given a referral for my problem from my previous dentist which wasn’t even accurate! Dr. Ahmed and Maiya were extremely educational and helpful in explaining my issue, the resolution. They give plenty of options and are extremely patient. Not to mention they truly are ASAP. Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience being treated at ASAP Dental Care! I am always a little hesitant going to a new dentist, but I was referred to them by a trusted family member and chose to give them a try. From checking in to checking out, the process was pretty seamless. Maiya took me back for x-rays and got me ready to see Dr. Rajaei. She answered any questions and addressed any concerns I had before seeing him, and also took time just to reassure me. Dr. Rajaei provided the same comfort, making light of the fact that he was all inside my mouth lol. I only go to ASAP Dental now :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at ASAP for a few years now. Each visit is met by prompt and friendly check-in. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes or so to get into a room for treatment. My usual hygienist, Maiya, is very thorough and pleasant. I’m sure she knows I’m not flossing even though I say I do . After a recent cracked tooth, I saw Dr. Ahmed for an implant consultation and Dr. Rajaei for an unresolved tooth pain issue. Everyone is very knowledgeable and there is never any pressure to get work done. They’ve ALWAYS given me the pros/cons of my situation. Insurance covers some of my costs but keeping a healthy smile ( & fresh breath) is important. It’s a great feeling when staff not only remembers you but genuinely cares. I just wish they would get more REAL PLANTS

Fantastic experience: The staff was nice, informative and got me in quickly. Dr. Rajaei was gentle and quick. Kayla does a great job. Having a tooth pulled was pricey, but so is everything these days. Guess it’s a good thing I won’t really feel like eating for a few days. I probably can’t afford to eat anything now anyway.

From the front desk to the manager, the girls maiya and Stefanie helping me in the back. Dr. When was great as well. I really lucked up up finding them and couldn't recommend them more!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rajaei and Bree, his assistant were amazing. Bree was kind and did a wonderful job of explaining and assuring me everything will be fine. I came in for my first extraction ever and the process was quick and painless.

Negative experience: This dentist practice is a rip off. I found where they over charged me. Said they were going to refund me my money. Then called me back and said they paid it to the lending company for over payment. I asked why would you send it to them when I financed this ? They gave me the run around until I caught them in their lie. I'm still considering reporting them to the ADA. Do not use these ppl. the crown that I got from them in 2022 has come out. Now I have to get another dentist office to fix it. This review is from September of 2024. I'm waiting g for my reimbursement or I will get an Atty to sue.

Iamni made me feel super comfortable with everything going with my oral health and I felt great after the deep cleaning.
