Negative experience: When I was little they tied me up to the chair because I would move alot and ever since then I was traumatized to go to the dentist and now I'm a 15 year old girl still traumatized.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t even mark the one star!!! I went there in December to get both of my molars pulled paid 500 plus for the procedure! Went back doctor was super rough to start off with I should’ve known something was gonna go wrong! She took literally from the time I sat in the chair until the time I got done it was maybe 5 minutes ! I sat down in the chair she “numbed” me came back and began to pull I told her I could still feel she proceeded to give me more medication as she was pulling!!!! To make a long story short I came out traumatized and instead of getting both my molars pulled like I paid for and went in for she pulled one molar on one side and a wisdom tooth!!!!!! When I tried to go back the same day!!!! They admitted to her pulling the wrong tooth and the only thing they could do was apologize and tell me if I wanted to pull the other molar (mind you the exact same day I was traumatized) that they had a better doctor and I could come back later that day to pull it!!!! Ughhhh no thank you!!! Never was refunded nor issued an apology! Mind you I’m a cash paying customer no Medicaid or insurance! Now I’m dealing with the same molar needing to be pulled and just mentally traumatized! As a licensed dentist I do not understand how she is still be able to practice even after the staff admitted this wasn’t the first time THAT SAME DAY that she had did something similar! I would not recommend you going there nor taking your children there!!!! Very unprofessional!

Negative experience: *UPDATE* May 31st 2025, I made this appointment back in November! I have been in pain for this month so I was so excited to go to the dentist! No shocker here COMMUNICATION HERE IS THE WORST! Appointment was set at 9am currently 9:19am and no one is here!! I DID NOT GET A VM/EMAIL/CALL if this appointment was going to be cancelled or R/S I don’t even live close by anymore so drive 30 mins to come to a close door! I love how this management is so proud of running a place that is horrible at communicating! UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON GOOGLE AND MAPS!!! I love this place, the ONLY reason I am giving them a 4 star is because the COMMUNICATION is not the best! I feel like I have to nonstop spam them because of my frustration, when I told them that I was told in Mexico that I had to get surgery to get my wisdom tooth out they said they wrote it down and told the staff, I went to go get my wisdom tooth taken out to just be told that they didn’t do surgery there so I wasted time being there for something I knew. It is always something when I go because I tell them to write down on my chart the notes and to please to communicate it within the staff, but it seems it gets ignored I hate being that patient but I myself work in the healthcare industry and I understand if my patients get mad at me or my staff due to communication so I’m told to ALWAYS COMMUNICATE so it won’t come back at us, we are heavy note takers! I do want to give a HUGE 5 STAR to the orthopedic side! Especially ALONDRA (sorry if I misspelled it) & DR. BRIAN for making my braces journey as smooth as possible! As I was THAT patient! it was painful journey but Dr.Brian was SUPER PATIENT with me and he educated me as we went through my journey he will always answer my questions and concerns every month I would see him! I know I would push the buttons sometimes but he is always sweet and he would make me feel better about myself as I would NEVER smiled as much when I got my braces hated my smile! ALONDRA was his right hand she as well made me feel good and when I was not happy with something she would go and communicate so things would go smoother the next time! when I would go visit as she and Dr.Brian had to deal with me, they did such an amazing, I finally graduated with my braces journey and I can’t stop smiling because I’m not hurting or in pain, I’m sad that I won’t see them every 2 weeks or a month anymore! I LOVE MY NEW SMILE AND THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING PRICES AS WELL!

Negative experience: Worst dental surgeon. I’ve been to many dentist, none as rude as the one that works with them. I had my braces put on by the same office & my experience was okay but when I went to get my bottom wisdom teeth pulled out, it was the worst experience ever. & I had already had my top removed at another location a few years prior. But this guy was rude, even to the employee who was assisting him. Do not recommend going here for any extractions.

Negative experience: I would give negative stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment months prior to getting in. Walk in the door, hand them my son's insurance card. After a few minutes of the.going back and forth, they said they don't take his insurance after age 22. First, he's not 22 for a few months, but wasn't even thinking of that. I asked them why I didn't get a call before the appointment to tall me this since it was scheduled months ago. Their reply,"We don't check insurance until you come in." What, who dies this! I will be going thru every source to let them know that this is unacceptable. NEVER Will I ever recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Love it they had me check in very soon they are very patient with me when choosing my braces color. Positive experience: The staff is very nice, I like the whole braces experience. I drive from pretty far but it is worth the $3,000 that I saved after being quoted in Bedford. My only complaint is this place is VERY very busy. I've never been to any clinic like it. There will be up to 30 people waiting and 20 patients back. It's hard to get them on the phone and impossible to reschedule braces appointments. You have to keep the one you make each month cause the schedule is that full. Otherwise it gets pushed back out for weeks. I kinda got used to their system, but be patient cause there's a lot of customers.

Fantastic experience: Dallana is a really nice person to talk to even while she’s fixing your teeth. It was really nice talking to her. She answered a lot of my questions and recommended me some foods to eat when she adjusted the wires. Dr. D is also a really nice person. I’ve met him a couple of times, and he is a very chill guy. He answers questions when he’s asked. They both seem like positive people.

Negative experience: Rodeo Dental ruined my babies teeth. Read it again. They ruined them for the upcoming years. They do not care about your kids. Please please from a very sad mom to another: they do not care I promise. They want your money, nothing else. Hints as to why they want general anesthesia for every toddler, they do not want to struggle and they rather risk your babies life. No other sedation option or treatment plan, they want to do as they wish with your kids and took advantage of me being a first time mom that did not know best at the time. General anesthesia and complete loss of consciousness for A tooth extraction, imagine that. They performed a “baby root canal” on my the 2 year old baby and I was not informed about this!!! Currently filling a complaint with the specialist that saw her at the time.

The team at this location is incredibly gentle, non-judgmental, and excellent at explaining everything step by step. The service is fast, and the staff is super friendly and patient-focused. They don’t try to upsell unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciate. Plus, their pricing is affordable, and they offer a $75 insurance plan that includes 2 free X-rays and other stuff and a discount of $400-$500 off, which is an amazing deal. Unlike my previous dentist, I left feeling completely comfortable, with no pain or wooziness. Highly recommend! 100/100

Negative experience: The staff were nice and efficient, but the dentist told me I had 5 cavities that needed to be filled. I haven’t had a cavity in over 20 years, so I was very hesitant to accept that diagnosis. I received a second opinion from a different dentist who assessed that I have 0 cavities. Regardless of the staff kindness and quickness, they seemed eager to bill for unnecessary procedures.

Negative experience: I had the absolute worst experience at this dental clinic. First off, the waiting time was unbearable—I was stuck waiting for over two hours past my scheduled appointment time! It was completely unacceptable. The staff didn’t even bother to give me an update until 50 minutes had gone by or apologize for the ridiculous delay. By the time I was finally seen, I was already frustrated and anxious, and the care I received didn’t make up for the wasted time. Having to wait 2 whole entire hours for a simple checkup is unacceptable. It wasn’t even crowded to begin with so I don’t understand what other reason I should have waited that long. If you value your time and expect basic professionalism, avoid this place at all costs. I will never be coming back.

Fantastic experience: I love Rodeo Dental, it’s the best family dentistry place to go to. Dr. D is super welcoming and very kind to all of the patients and their families and workers. Alondra was the assistant who put my bands on and she was super kind to let me try out a cool style of power chains+the singular ones together on my top row and let me choose two different colors. I go to Rodeo Dental for both the orthodontist and dental and every time i’ve went, the workers get things done very fast and accurate. Thank you Dr. D and Alondra for making my day!! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I love this place! The way the staff treats you and the doctors and the services is awesome. Especially Dentist assistant ASIA RDA, she was amazing. She took great care of me and answered every question that I had. She had patience with me and was very professional!
