Fantastic experience: Tav and Lezlie were amazing! Was in town for a softball tournament from out of state and had a filling come loose. The entire team at Dental Depot was stellar! I was seen right at my appointment time and was out the door about an hour later with a new filling! Highly recommend and would come back without hesitation!!

Negative experience: My son’s appt was at 2:45 we got here about 2:24 and it is now 4:06pm. This appointment has been scheduled a month prior to today if not longer and he just now got numbed about 15-20 min ago. I have left a review on the survey they sent about this same exact reason for a previous visit. If we make it to an appointment scheduled over a month ago on time we should be seen on time or cancel patients appointments if they show up late because it impacts other schedules we may have.

Fantastic experience: I have seen a few different doctors at this office and I have had a great experience with each doctor I have worked with. Not to mention the staff I have encountered have all been great. If I had the $$ I have had to pay for all my dental work…I could buy a REALLY nice car!!!! I’ve had cavities filled, root canals and crowns, I have had caps and the latest is a bone graft for a dental implant…. So I know all about dental issues and dental offices…Dental Depot on 23rd in OKC is my choice! Thank you for always being understanding and taking great care of me!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Casey Williams has not only helped me to conquer my fear of the dentist, but has boosted my confidence! I was traumatized by previous dentist offices, and it was hard for me to make my first appointment with him 3 years ago. However, I will not see anyone but him. If he were to move, I would make the travel. Thank you for all you do, it may seem like a day to day for you, but it’s a lifetime impact you have on us!!

Negative experience: I am quite disheartened to have observed your manager, Felicia York, conversing with a patient while simultaneously on FaceTime with someone else. This appears to be a significant violation of HIPAA, as they were discussing personal matters with a third party listening in on their conversation.

Fantastic experience: Another amazing experience at Dental Depot in Highland Village from the time I entered the facility. The front desk was attentive and upbeat. My dental assistant, I forgot her name (From Poland) was thorough in my cleaning and had a lot of great information in regards to being proactive taking care of my teeth. My consultation was informative once my cleaning was finished. They were able to get me in the same day for a filling that wasn't scheduled . Dr. Patel's assistant was knowledgeable too and did a great job at numbing my molar. The rockstar of the show was Dr. Patel who is quick and precise. The injection in my gums was painless. Dr. Patel took a conservative approach to my back molar and filled it within minutes. Hands down the best dental office I've been to in my life.

Negative experience: DO NOT COME HERE! They do not care about people’s time! They are NEVER on time. They will have you sitting in the waiting area for over an hour just to take you back to the dental chair to sit even longer! Then on top of that, their dental work is trash!

Fantastic experience: Dr Williams and team are wonderful! They made my 6 year old daughter and myself feel very comfortable. They walked us thru everything and paid very close attention to detail. We found our new home dentist!

Fantastic experience: This person really took the time to get in between all the teeth. It felt like the teeth are really clean. She even took the time show me the little tiny bristle brushes that I could purchase if I wanted to keep the teeth clean.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Omar is amazing. He Is friendly and if you need work, will give you options as to different ways, you can fix the problem. Very calming and reassuring. And he’s available on Saturdays if you work Monday through Friday, it’s very helpful to schedule.

Fantastic experience: 23rd st dental depot is the best. Especially if you have the pleasure of having Dr Seborn. I have been going there for over 30 years and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Let me tell you about my Amazing dental experience with Dr. Patel and his partner. I DONT do the dentist and have such high anxiety every time I go, but had a procedure there on Friday and they were so calm, thorough, and good with me. They made the whole procedure peaceful and I never say that about dentists. Thank you so much Dr. Patel and your side kick. I appreciate it :)

Fantastic experience: Cleaning was good. Hygenist very friendly and non judgmental. Dr Omar prevented a root canal. Will be back.

Fantastic experience: I just went in for my initial visit, the first time and both my dental assistant and my dentist, work together and made me feel very safe and they were clean and was very informative, both of them answered all my questions Dr Casey set me up with a good dental plan. I was so nervous. I am not a fan of the dentist, but I was at ease after I left. Still nervous about going back, but I'm sure I will be okay.

Fantastic experience: Always a wonderful experience at Dental Depot. I have been going there for over 20 years! Gary is a favorite. Makes me laugh and feeling good when I leave.

Fantastic experience: Gary was amazing as usual! The conversation, cleaning, and overall atmosphere were great. Every visit with Gary is like a visit with a friend. Highly recommend Gary! Doc was great too! Both were genuinely interested in my care.

Negative experience: They were very nice but unable to accommodate my needs. My portion of cost was a little over a thousand dollars. My only options was pay all of it right then or pay half now and the other half within the next 30 days. If we could have done a 3 or 4 month payment plan then I would have been able to give 5 stars.

Positive experience: Appreciate care and concern showed by staff. Everyone helped in taking a fearful experience to one of success and gratitude for me. Glad I chose Dental Depot for my smile transformation. Looking forward to finish product. A smile I'll be proud of.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was an emergency appointment, and they got me in very quickly. They took care of the problem professionally and with a minimal of pain. Dr. Williams was spectacular. I had been needing to find a dentist as I only recently moved back into Oklahoma City. I had been stalling. But my emergency led me to the exact right place to be my dentist. They have my highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was on time, and gary, my hygienist, was friendly and performed my made my appointment efficiently but very very friendly. Dr Rashid also was very prompt to evaluate my x-rays taken at the appointment. As I told him at the appointment, appointment, I appreciate his good care and find I appreciate his good care. I have a return his excellent care. I already have a return appointment scheduled but know that I can call the office at any time if I have an emergency scheduled and know that I can call anytime and get prompt care for an emergency. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could remember the guy name who cleaned my teeth yesterday He made me feel so comfortable. And made laugh and made sure I seen the Specialist before I left about the other issues I was having thank you whoever you was great service

Fantastic experience: I've been to 4 different dental clinics and they were a disappointment to my pocket book. Lol The team was so kind and friendly and Dr. Williams took time to listen to my request. And when it came to the financial part. I was holding breath all the way to the counter. We'll, bless God!! I can afford it. I cried all the to my car. And the financial lady Ms. T. Was so sweet - she stood still and allowed to gather my composer. I'm looking forward to my new dental work. I'm a 62 yr old female but I left feeling like a child with a lollipop. Thank-you Dental Depot.

Fantastic experience: I have been fearful of dentist because of a bad experience I had at a dentist office many years ago, well I finally made an appointment at Dental Depot and though very nervous at first, those fears were soon laid to rest, as I was made to feel so very comfortable and welcome, and the dentist Dr Casey was so very kind and thorough and made me feel totally at ease, the lady that did my x-rays was so very nice and supportive. Dr Casey came in and examined my teeth and he told me what I knew I needed which was dentures, anyways he was so kind and straight forward and explained what plan of action to take to get my mouth back to normal. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Casey and everyone I interacted with at dental depot, thank you all for making me feel so welcomed and comfortable.

Negative experience: There are a lot of mistakes with appointments. The text don't always line up with what they have on file. My text said 1030 which I confirmed. After waiting 1hr. I asked how much longer and they said my appt was at 1115. This isn't the first time the text didn't match what their computer says in the office. It's very frustrating. Even if your early or on time, there is always an hour or more wait. But I was 7 mins late to an appt for my son and was told because I'm late I was now a walk in or might be asked to reschedule. They had to go ask the Dr. This means his time is more valuable then mine when every single time I'm on time he is extremely late getting started on me or family. I don't appreciate being treated that way when he is late everytime. We should be getting hourly wages compensated back for extra time off work he causes people when his appts run late. I think the Dr does good work but the appointments being on time need to be more of a priority then they are especially if your threatening to cancel someone for being 7mins late or for not replying to the text. I want my time valued as well.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was professional. I love ❤️ Addie. She did a wonderful job with my son who is 6. No cavities so great! He will be getting his teeth cleaned so I hope Addie is there. She is wonderful with kids!!!!

Fantastic experience: Everybody at this location are wonderful. I was always nervous about going to the dentist because I had problems with my teeth but Dr. Casey Williams took care of me and helped me and continues to. I will always appreciate Dr. Williams and everybody there. Thank you everybody at Dental Depot.

He did a wonderful job with my teeth cleaning, and as a customer, he was a great jot to talk with. 5 stars all the way for service, quality, and care you can depend on. Look no further than the friendly and helpful staff of the nw23rd street staff at the dental depot.

Fantastic experience: Dental Depot’s office was super easy to work with. They got me in the same day with a wait time of about 30 minutes. They were super friendly especially Don, Dr. Rasheed’s assistant. They got me fixed up quickly. Highly recommend. Thank you for taking care of me.

Fantastic experience: I won’t take my daughter or other kiddos anywhere but this dental depot on 23rd. We even live in MWC now but I’m willing to make the drive to this location because of the staff and Dr. Casey. Every single time we come in, everyone from the front desk to the dentist are amazing and incredibly helpful. I needed to get her in same day and they made it happen with no issues! Dr. Casey is incredible and always does an excellent job keeping my kids comfortable and happy. He is sweet and kind but also very good at what he does! I always appreciate how amazing he is with all of my kids and they range from ages 2 to 16! Definitely a fantastic place to go if you are looking for a great dentist and friendly atmosphere!

Negative experience: Today I was treated and so much disrespect getting dentures and explaining to them my concerns with everything nurses had attitude for me not being happy with the product I'm trying to force me to take something home this is so unprofessional and so on humane for people to act in this type of manner I still remain calm and had to be the bigger person and just walk away they treat people with disability different here like we do not comprehend or understand what's going on for the nurses to have that type of attitude and management to have that type of attitude makes me where I don't even want to do business with them and truthfully I rather just get my 100% refund and go somewhere else

Fantastic experience: This place has the greatest employees. All the people I met and got treated with were very kind and respectful. They always have a great attitude and are efficient at their jobs. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: As someone who doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist I have found that going to Dental Depot is something I can enjoy. They are always friendly and quick to the point. Even though they are quick, they always take time to listen and give me breathing space- even during procedures. Would recommend highly!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the staff here. My situation is a very sensitive one and they always treat me with grace, honesty and compassion. They try their very best to work with you financially as well. I had severe anxiety when it came to dentistry of any kind. I absolutely adore them at 23rd.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Seabourn is so funny and made me feel comfortable during a time of extreme tooth pain. He was very careful and thoughtful of the pain I was going through. I’m so glad I’m not in pain anymore.

Negative experience: **Edited to add:** Unfortunately corporate has read my review and urging the manager to contact me. I would like to make it clear that the individuals employed at Dental Depot are VERY polite and helpful. The CORPORATION is soulless and values profit over everything. My plea to Dental Depot is please do not punish any employee for decisions that you all make. You are the reason that there is one dentist for 20 patients at a time. You are the reason there are a million hygienists with high turnover rate - your work. You are the reason it feels soulless - not the office manager. Only leaving this review because Dental Depot won't leave me the hell alone about it. Dental Depot is profit over everything. Dentists are too busy, they see too many people, you're just a number to them. In years of going there, I've never ever had the same hygienist twice. You're in and out extremely fast. I've wanted to leave and find a new dentist that actually cares about my teeth as an individual, and maybe could look at them for more than 30 seconds, I've just been to lazy to do so. Dental depot gets the job done, but this place is soulless, corporate, and cold.

Negative experience: If it weren't for Darlene being compassionate, understanding, and doing an amazing job, I would have only bad things to say about this location. Dr. Sebourn and his assistant were extremely rude, condescending, and arrogant. Also, you better be the first patient in the morning, because if you aren't, you might be sitting for 2 or 3 hours. At some point, us customers need to unite and say enough. We won't be treated like we don't matter. My time is just as valuable as a Dentist's... And for you, Dr. Joseph Sebourn, arrogance is equivalent to ignorance.

Fantastic experience: My first visit. Very friendly and professional staff. The imaging equipment was very modern. And my hygienist, Rachel, was excellent and answered all of my questions. I have some work that may need to be done; but they did not pressure me to have it done immediately. I had been driving 150 miles to my former dentist. I think I’ve found a new primary provider.

Fantastic experience: Doc is amazing super kind and helpful Alyssa is wonderful everyone here is so kind and nice especially if you have anxiety I highly recommend these guys. Wonderful people, thanks so much for all you do!

Fantastic experience: i’m giving this dental office 5 stars, only because of dr. emma & her assistant. they got me in for an appointment super fast & she was the dentist i saw. her assistant - didn’t catch her name, was super quick with my x-rays. dr. emma was super patient with me, despite my nerves and anxiousness. unfortunately, i didn’t get my teeth pulled today in office. but even then she explained everything really well. HOWEVER, a male doctor/assistant didn’t catch his name or who he was so much was happening at once, was rude & quite honestly, made me upset & get a bit emotional. wasn’t very professional in my opinion. getting your teeth pulled is alot & i’ve been extremely insecure about my teeth for years so today was no different. of course i know i need my teeth pulled but unfortunately, my anxiousness & emotions got in the way of that but no reason to not be professional and or rude to a patient. but i definitely recommend dr emma! she’s great!

Positive experience: I’ve always had a good experience with the dental care I’ve received from the OKC 23rd street location. I would totally have given 5 stars, except for the fact that they often have technical issues with their computer system. The office staff is wonderful and it’s not their fault…they must be working with outdated software or a less than optimal internet set up. Not sure, but almost every interaction I have with them over the phone or with dealing an RX, they will mention issues with their system.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Omar Rasheed was my dentist along with a wonderful (I am guessing dental hygenist or doctor who did my AMAZING numbing for the root canal) and great dental assistant. I needed an emergency root canal over the weekend and they squeezed me in on an already busy Saturday. I was in excruciating pain but they didn't treat me like I was being a sissy. They got me back and opted for a root canal in which my tooth exploded and sheered off due to a unseen fracture in the tooth and pus erupting. I finally had relief from the incredible pain that was destroying me for days and I can't be thankful enough. I really wish dental work wasn't so expensive but that isn't their fault and I am so grateful to the doctor and all of the staff there including the amazing texting staff that answered my emergency text at 4 am to get me in as an emergency patient. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: All staff were professional. Dr. Emma was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave great advice. But I have a favorite Dental Depot Hero: Jenny!! Tech Jenny was super nice and funny. She was very patient with me, made me feel comfortable, at ease, and made me laugh. I’m requesting her for all future visits!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to dental depot for the last year or so, Dr. Casey is a delight. Always honest, willing to answer questions, and a great sense of humor. Anyone who’s had a filling knows the horror story of numbing shots right? Their staff is well trained and caring. They want to make sure your time there is a breeze. 10/10 recommend This is for the 23rd and May location, go get your teeth cleaned people.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed taking my young kids here. Everyone was friendly, we didn't have to wait long and the kids loved the trains that run around the top of the walls. They asked to go back the next day lol.

Fantastic experience: The people at Dentist Depot were literally fantastic. They were super careful with my anxiety, and the spent the entire morning helping make sure my insurance would cover it. I have had bad or subpar experiences with dentist for a long time, and needed a new one for emergency dental work. We went in and the receptionists were all super nice and took the time to just talk with us. Then we went in the back, and the dentist himself and all the people working with him were amazing. They were all very patient, and made sure to explain everything and warn me when working on anything. They even comforted my mother, who had been very worried all morning about the insurance, and then so relieved she started tearing up. They were the best dentists, or medical people even, that I have seen in a very long time, just on the care they treated us with alone. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you guys.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I would go to a chain for my dentist. Dental depot has been the best experience I've ever had with a dentist.they have done a lot of work on me. I felt NO pain with the novacain injections The did a bridge and crowns on my teeth. My private dentist said they had to be pulled The second opinion I got from Dental Depot kept me from getting dentures This is now my permanent dentist. I'm 63, so not my first experience Try them I think you will be pleased with the results

Fantastic experience: I hear people complain all the time about how their dentures don’t fit and so they don’t wear them. I was so nervous. However, mine fit great and I haven’t had any issues. The team at Dental Depot is very understanding of my situation. I’m disabled with mobility and vision issues. They have always gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. And, to top it all off, I now have a smile I can be proud of. Thank you to the entire team!

Negative experience: Im actually writing on behalf of a good friend of mine . I have never seen a dentist company take such advantage of a disabled person in my life . The audacity to call yourselves good dentist and to actually stand proud working behind such a hippo critical company . Not only did this company commit insurance fraud , claiming they did work that they never did , just so they could charge the insurance company and the individual both for services they never did, the work they did do was horrendous and most not even necessary or required. His other dentist stated , “that was the about the most horrendous work he had ever seen” . Now my friend Eugene lundgren is out close to $12000 dollars and the dentist say they will not reimburse him until the insurance does something . He is on disability and limited income and now not only did they do a horrible job and double charge the insurance and himself , now they want to delay him getting his money that even the dental company says he is owed . When we start taking advantage of our less fortunate it is definitely time to think about if we really want to give these scam artist our hard earned money ? I know I don’t!

Positive experience: I always have a pleasant experience here. The dentist I see is excellent his always super kind and professional.This is the first time that my temporary teeth look worse than what I came in with. Normally they are at least smooth and look passable for an actual tooth. Not this time I will be wearing a mask until my permanent crowns come in. It’s gonna be a long 3 weeks.

Fantastic experience: Had a major toothache that had started a couple of days before a weekend and no one anywhere could get me in. After the weekend I had an appointment elsewhere on Tuesday at 8 AM. The pain was pretty intense and I could not wait that long. The 23rd St. location here even a couple of hours before closing just walked me right in and got me taken care of. It was awesome! Ended up needing a root canal and it was so fast and efficient. Got me out the door before closing time. Great staff!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is awesome. We are always greeted with a smile and feel welcome. Dr. Omar is someone we’ve been trusting with our dental care for years and we wouldn’t change anything. Alyssa did my cleaning for the first time recently and I left feeling like I had known her for years. Truly great service, I felt like family.

Fantastic experience: First time patient so arrived early. While doing paperwork dental hygienist was ready for me within 5 min of checking in. They are polite, explained everything, and efficient. After x-rays cleaned my teeth. One of few times no pain. Very pleased.
