Fantastic experience: Ive been coming here 2017 I've gotten my braces done along with other work fast-forward today I had a tooth emergency I walked in and was called me to within the hour like 30mins Now I wish I could have gotten all their names but I was in to much pain to think or ask!! From the young man who took my Xrays to the young lady dental assistant to women in the front the doctor everyone was so pleasant and understanding to my situation ❤️ I could've had hugged everyone last one of them everyone was gentle once I taken to the back it took them less then 45 mins to get me taken care I alway recommend this place all the time!!

Fantastic experience: I been coming here for a while I can honestly say as a whole they are a good clean dentist I would recommend. The only reason I really wanted to write a review today is because I think she deserves her flowers. My gran gran has alway told me “people don’t have to be nice to you, so when they do be grateful” . Im so grateful I had Stacie today. I was in for monthly braces visit and life was already, doing what life does. I had been dropping tears all morning! Sitting in the chair a few tears dropped. She noticed and gave me tissue, not only tissue but a few words of encouragement. At the end of the visit, it was the hug she gave me what really just let me know, she felt my pain and had no idea what I was dealing with. Sometimes people just need a hug and a kind word. Which she never had to do, she could have simply did her job and sent me on my way! God bless you ma’am! Thank you ❤️

Fantastic experience: Please tell Dr. Samo know to let the numbing medicine sit a little, and not pull the tooth as sooon as he put it in. Otherwise, Antoine Dental Center is a good place to get dental work done. If you need anything done please call them. See if you can be assigned to Victor. He is awesome!
Negative experience: I’ve been coming to Antoine dental for a while and usually my experience is great. Today not so much. I came extremely early to ensure that I would be the first person to be waiting on. I was not! They were around four or five people called before they ended up calling my name. There was no doctor available to look at my x-rays because he was already busy with someone else. So they proceeded to clean my teeth first and hopefully there would be a doctor available once I got my cleaning done. There wasn’t at first, but the doctor came shortly thereafter.. They found a few cavities and something was wrong with a crown that I had done somewhere else. The doctor never told me what it take to get it resolved or how much it would be. I could vaguely hear a doctor explaining things to his assistant, but not to me. I thought I was the patient! I guess the doctor and the attendant that was assisting him must’ve thought I was psychic. No one went over the cost or the procedure and cost with me at all. That really pissed me off. Not that this isn’t the doctor that I usually see. The doctor that I normally see or it’s not working on this day. She normally explains everything to me in detail, which is what I like. Today seems as if they were rushing to get things done and didn’t give a damn about the consumer. That’s an extremely poor way to run a business!

Negative experience: I had an initially positive experience at Antoine Dental in 2023 when I sought treatment for dental work, what was done was cleaning and a root canal. However, my overall experience has taken a significant downturn due to the way the practice has handled my situation, leading to feelings of discrimination and frustration. After my initial visits, I discovered I was pregnant and informed the dental coordinator Dr.Anthony about my high-risk condition, which made it impossible for me to continue my treatment. I was assured that I could return when I was ready, but when the time came to continue the process, I found out I was still unable to proceed because of another high-risk pregnancy. Throughout this time, I kept the office informed of my situation. In February 2025, when I attempted to address my refund, I was met with resistance. The doctor mentioned that they would issue a refund for my balance, yet I learned that they were insistent on verifying the status of my CareCredit account, which had been closed and charged off. Despite my explanations about the account and my ongoing dispute with the CFPB, only for me to find out today that they issued a part of my balance since April 15th without having the decency to inform me. Only found out cause I reported this business to BBB. One Williams I have never spoken to before was the one that responded with unauthentic dates of when I was in the clinic but they forgot that issue receipts for every single thing you do in there office before leaving. I will be waiting for the evidence on the dates you all said you fixed a crown on me. And to you Dr. ANTHONY I HOPE YOUR LOVED ONES ARE TREATED WITH SAME FATE the way you treated me. To the owner of this business I read a little about you and it will be good if your good work for years isn't tarnished by these new branded young Doctors. I hope that they can improve their patient communication and sensitivity to the needs of individuals with health complications. It’s essential for healthcare providers to treat all patients with respect and empathy, regardless of their circumstances.

Negative experience: My experience here was horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I was told I have 4 cavities total. Got injected with anesthesia in my gums and got handed the suction thing to spit into. It had blood on it and was dirty from the patient prior. I noticed this after putting it in my mouth multiple times. We did not do treatment and I left. Went to a different Dental Office and was told I have no cavities what so ever. Looks like they just wanted to redo the fillings that I had done years ago, Antoine dental was claiming there were cavities under fillings and wanted to charge me $800 plus for treatment. So glad I did not get anything done there. Please get second opinion if going here as they seem to be money hungry rather than genuinely worried for ones dental health. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: Started going to Antoine Dental Center when I was 17 years old and I needed braces, they fixed my overbite and more. Now I had to get back on track with some fillings, deep cleanings, and getting my wisdom teeth removed. It was not an easy process for me but i know they try and do their best, and I appreciate that. I like coming here simply because I trust in their capabilities and knowledge, specially Dr Joana , Dr Sam and Dr Nazari. Also, the rest of the staff is really sweet and they are very efficient when it comes to taking care of their patients. They are also very flexible when it comes to the payment process. Fantastic experience: The person cleaning my teeth was great he always asked me how I was doing never for one second did he not ask! The person who took my photos was also great he walked me through what he was going to do took his time to make me feel well cared for! Fantastic experience: Great Dentist Office!! I got a crown put in by them in 2003 when they were located on antoine still and I had that crown with no issues for 21 yrs.. I just recently got it replaced and more crowns added.. Their work and team was phenomenal.. Every level of the staff from doctors, dental assistants, receptionist, anesthesiologist, procedure techs the whole nine yards.. All were extremely friends and gentle.. And prioritize a as pain free procedure as possible!! My experiences from 2003 until now have remained the same 11/10 for my rating

Negative experience: This man tells me and my husband that if I were his sister he would get me to get all my teeth pulled and get all new teeth (implants)! Positive experience: I’m not going to lie the guy that cleaned my teary was great but they keep wanting money every time you go for stuff I’m not to sure about you really need. And they need to do a better job at checking your insurance I gave to go back and check them every time and the price is always cheaper if you are In there network I should not have to do this

I was unsure and scared and he walked me through the entire process. He was very patient, calm, and educated me on the procedures. Negative experience: I had an 11 o’clock appointment. I arrived five minutes before my appointment time there was no parking I called and informed the front desk that there was no parking. They said they were gonna come out shortly and yes, they provided a parking spot. I went inside and checked in and was told to have a seat. I sat in the waiting area for two hours so I became concerned I went to the front desk and asked when am I gonna be seen. I was informed that there is only one Doctor working today so I informed the front desk clerk that I was just coming in for a Cleaning. She said OK let her ask if there are any rooms available. Shortly thereafter I was approached by an x-ray technician who said that he was taking me to do some x-rays. I complied. Next, I was placed in a room and sat there waiting for another two hours. Finally, I was approached by an X-ray technician who came in and asked to escort me to another room where the cleaning could be done. I said when will this be done? He said he didn’t know because the dental hygienist was backed up today. I spent approximately five hours at this place only to get an X-ray. Then I asked for copies of my x-ray. I was told that it’s going to be a $75 charge to release copies of my x-ray to me. This cannot be right. Take this as a warning, especially if you are African-American they discriminate at this Dental office.

Check in was quick and easy, after seeing the Dr, he gave me my options and he was very thorough. He also seems to love what he does, his bedside manner was great, made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Victor was great helping me with my prescriptions and finances he even called to follow up. If there was one thing I could change to make this place a tad bit better would be post op instructions, after being on medication and so much going on it was hard to remember instructions. Also, they didn’t tell me what time would I need to take my next dose of medicine, they just advised to pick it up as soon as I could. But after Victors call he answered all of my questions and that’s the reason for my five stars. I will be back after the new year for my follow up! Thank you Antione Dental Staff. Merry Christmas!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Amazing, William helped me through the whole process, as well as the reason I came back for a second time and will continue to use Antoine Dental. Dr. Nazari was incredible and kind. I had two teeth pulled and two implants put in, the whole process was painless and felt relaxed/comfortable the whole time

Negative experience: They remove my wisdom tooth on my right side below side they didn’t advice me to put instead of removing it now my face look different. Causing me anxiety. They remove it it’s all about business they don’t care about you and your smiles. They didn’t give me advice at all. They just remove it. Even my below wisdom tooth still good. :( This dentist is bad

Fantastic experience: Great place! They helped me through the braces process and very friendly! I highly recommend! Make sure to make an appointment preferably to avoid delays but they do have walk-in available.
