Fantastic experience: I've been going to Riverstone Dental for year's. They have wonderful people working there. I don't intend to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Riverstone Dental is a pleasurable experience when it comes to dentistry. I am a new patient and these are aspects I have noticed. This is a professionally run office. All of the employees I have dealt with are genuinely happy to be working there. I have never felt any pressure to be up sold on dental work that I may not need. I'm told of my dental needs and then given the options available. The pros and cons of each procedure are explained to me in a matter of fact way. I have not felt any pressure to upgrade my decision towards the more expensive option. My friend in Idaho raved about this office when I was not happy with my previous dentist and I was looking around for a different place. She was right about Riverstone and I'm willing to drive from Spokane to their Coeur d'Alene office for my appointments because of their quality service. I do recommend this dental office and I am glad it was recommended to me.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Riverstone Dental Care for 7 years. I have seen 4 different Dentists, and 3 Dental Hygeinists. I have been well taken care of, regardless of the issue I have experienced. All of the team from the Assistants to the Hygeinists, are kind, friendly, caring and helpful. The front desk is very helpful and budget conscious. I have seen them on two occasions with emergency extractions. The care taken to relive my pain was excellent. They are great with my children also. Thank you!

Positive experience: I had a good experience. Sonya was great as well as Cyan. We laughed and had a good time and I felt comfortable. I do feel like it was a little bit long for a dental appointment and waited for the dentist to come finish the exam for a bit. It was a 530p appointment and didn’t leave until 715p.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Riverstone Dental for 20 years now. I have never had any anxiety or anything with their appointments. Yes, I have had a few not so nice ones in the past couple years, but it did not stop me from being a patient. My hygienist is by far amazing! This has been the only hygienist I have seen for a few years now, instead of a new one every 6 months. My experience yesterday (6/12) was definitely an anxiety filled appointment. Had a horrible experience with another office (NOT affiliated with Riverstone Dental whatsoever) who had done some damage to several teeth and the Dr was kind, explained what she saw, what she recommended and that I should contact that office to have them cover this bill. Some other dentists (not all, but some) may not be willing to do that for you. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: They were super busy today. The stress level may have been high but the staff did not show this. Everyone was super nice. I had to wait longer than usual, the girl at the front desk came over to me and said the wait wouldn't be much longer. Everyone apologized for the wait. Everyone was professional. I don't have any complaints, just praise for the entire staff.

Fantastic experience: I broke a crown, and they got me in within two weeks, and they were great. I ended up having to have the tooth pulled There was not enough of it to save. And they were great taken it out.

Negative experience: Zero stars. Front desk lady when you check in, didn’t even make eye contact with me. Could care less that I was even there. Rude and short! Scheduling lady the exact same, except she looked at me and gave me the I don’t give a shit speech and look. Very nice touch! I will never come back here ever again. Absolutely gross that a doctors office would conduct business this way. These people are the face of your business and the first impression! No wonder your reviews are so low, and you always open availability.

Fantastic experience: Wow is all I can say! After moving cities and not having any dental insurance since covid starting over with a new Dentist can be stressful. Especially in my case with extensive dental work due to a head on car accident some years ago. The front desk is friendly and attentive, the hygienist experienced and personable, and the dentists on staff are ready to prioritize unique dental needs mindful of insurance parameters at the same time. Truly blessed.

Fantastic experience: I have had horrible experiences with dentists in the area, so when I reluctantly made an appointment for my very sore tooth, I was really nervous. When I arrived and checked out, the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. Dani the hygienist was very knowledgeable and made getting xrays super easy. I did have to wait awhile for Dr Tanner, but I did not mind, as the chair I was in had massage rollers! So Cool!! When he did come in and evaluate me, he could see from the xrays that I needed a crown, and did not poke the sensitive area (like other dentists I had seen). I am no longer nervous, and feel very calm about coming back for my crown.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Riverstone Dental were super pleasant, professional, and most importantly confident in what they were doing. Even the xrays Alexis took were hassle free and quick. In the past at other places, they were very slow, fumbled around with the part that goes in your mouth, got blurry xrays and had to redo them, but she was amazing. One shot, and done. And she was efficient. The dr and hygienist were so confident, quick, and thorough without making me feel like they were just hearding cattle that im going nowhere else but here from now on!

Negative experience: 03/31/25 Well, I thought 3rd time would be a charm. So disappointing... I was very disappointed in the recent dental care that I received at Riverstone Dental. Update - tried again and some of the same issues as my last dental appointment. Hurried cleaning and did not do the polishing afterward. The dentist consultation was helpful, but it's not a good thing when you have to brush your teeth again after a dental maintenance visit. I've always loved going to the dentist and that amazingly good feeling of sparkling clean teeth afterwards. Missed that joy these last 2 times. I did speak with the supervisor about this issue, but the only thing she offered was for me to go back in and get the polishing done. Which was nice, but not a satisfactory response to the issue of this happening twice.

Negative experience: Very disorganized. I have gone in for appointments where they weren’t ready so I had to reschedule after sitting in the dental seat for 10-15 minutes. The doctors/assistants seem to be inexperienced. When I was getting some veneers done, I was left multiple times with my mouth pried open while the doctor went in another room to help an assistant. One of the veneers has fallen off 3 times and they charge my insurance and try to get me to pay the difference every time.

Fantastic experience: There were many dentist to choose from in Coeur d'alene. I chose this place because I walk past it every morning. I asked around if people were familiar with it and heard only good things. From the moment I walked in I felt valued. Everyone I interacted with was friendly. I enjoyed my teeth cleaning, my x rays and getting established at a new place! The informational video in the waiting area was very informative.

Positive experience: Angelina did a fabulous job cleaning…the only complaint I have is having to wait 30 minutes for my cleaning. That’s a bit long and hope it’s a one-time thing. Will definitely hope to have Angelina again…very personable and gave me lots of great suggestions on better health care.

Fantastic experience: After experiencing bad dental care and service with another provider, I was nervous about even going to another dentist. As soon as I walked into Riverstone I was greeted, the environment felt welcoming and most of all I wasn't forgotten about in the waiting room. Once they called me back the excellent service continued I met with a nice young lady named Sadie, who took her time to explain the x-rays she was doing as she was doing them. I then met with Makenzie who came up with a new treatment plan and called over the dentist. He was very nice, explained what needs to be addressed now and what could wait. He took his time and gave me enough time to understand everything in detail. I was then led to checkout and schedule more appointments. Both ladies up front were nice and asked how my appointment went. We went over cost for upcoming treatments and to my surprise it was way less then I was expecting. I was able to get an appointment scheduled for the things the dentist went over as needed to be addressed now within the time frame that worked for me and my budget, super nice. I would recommend this office for anyone nervous about going to the dentist especially after having bad experiences else where.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ditto seems like a smart dentist with a lot of experience and integrity. He is doing 2 implants tooth 6 and 10 and he was willing to work with me to make it as cost efficient as possible, while also making sure I don't have to show up to work with no teeth.

Negative experience: My wife and I have been going to Riverstone for two years, mostly just to get cleanings . (We purchased their in house Insurance.) Never the same hygienist, never the same doctor. To me, it's more of a dental factory vs a family dental practice. I felt like they are always trying to upsell you additional work. I was quoted $4000 plus for two crowns. No detail as to ceramic to metal, ceramic to ceramic , type of crown material etc. And, no warranty on their work at all. Simple research shows many other practices offering up to a ten year warranty, depending on which Zirconia material you choose. We took our business elsewhere.

The DDS didn't seem rushed and was easy to rapport with and also thorough with her exam. By the time I left, my next appt was already booked and all my insurance matters submitted.
