This woman showed so much patience, I left beyond happy and talked about her my whole ride home! She let him lead the way and if he wasn’t comfortable with a procedure she backed off and didn’t overwhelm him. My daughter loved her visit to the dentist and was happy her teeth are healthy. Fantastic experience: My son injured himself as it was a part 1 & 2 injury. After going to wellnow urgent care in evergreen park the provider made some calls and was able to get us in on a SUNDAY to be seen as this matter was very urgent. We arrived in the office the smell in the office was AMAZING! Warm & inviting I was greeted by the young lady I had spoken to over phone as she was on a call but still managed to smile acknowledge me and give me forms to complete. After she got off her call she smiled and spoke. The X-ray tech came out for my son. Then soon after came back for me to go into the room with him. The Dentist Dr Puja Chaudhari was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, patient and gentle with my son giving the severity of the trauma. She was able to do the best that she could in such a short time before closing. The office staff was also not far from amazing as well. My family and I were looking for a new dental office and I think we found it. Thank you for your efficient help in a short timeframe during our crisis.

Positive experience: Great with my kids when they are there. I will say I never really had issues only one time have I had one of the dentist be a little to rough even when I told her I have sensitive teeth. I had to ask her to stop drilling because she was putting the drill to close to my lip and it was hurting.

Negative experience: This place is unprofessional. The only reason why they have so many good reviews is because they’ll bribe you. After the service, they’ll put your name in a raffle but you have to give them 5 stars first. Right there and then in front of them. When you don’t participate in their bs their attitude will change drastically. As far as the actual dentist, she needs to reconsider another career . You’re nobody to sit there and judge people especially when you don’t know what goes on in their personal lives. How dare this individual sit there and talk to me the way she did? From the moment you walk in you get this weird vibe of the girls. Looking at you up and down with their judgmental stare. After the first incident I tried giving them another chance since they already had my sons information on file. All I wanted was to see another dentist. The receptionist said no because she didn’t hear about any incident between the dentist and I. Yeah go ahead and violate HIPAA and talk about the patients:) instead they cancelled any upcoming appointments when I said I wanted to put a complaint. The 5 stars were to good to be true. I’ll definitely be looking more into the places I take my kids. At the end of the day they charge the insurances not like people are asking for free services but to each their own with their little attitude problems

Fantastic experience: This was my third time receiving treatment here, they are consistently on time and always welcoming. They are not money-hungry and actually care about the patient. I came in at the beginning of the year with several issues including large cavity, all wisdom teeth, and bad shifting in my teeth. The front reps answer any and all questions and the doctor is amazing! The doctor did a partial root canal to get me out of pain and worked with me on payments since I don’t have insurance. I’ve scheduled my toddlers first dentist appointment here, that’s how much I believe in the work they do.

I walked in and was greeted by the front desk(friendly) and filled my paperwork out and was called back immediately after. I was escorted to the back to hang my things up to get X-rays and omg did I feel like my teeth were in the right hands with the equipment they used and the staff being so thorough and I can appreciate that especially being nervous for the first time here. The dentist Ammar and the assistant Itati (hope spelled right) was very nice and caring and gave me a treatment plan that I’m so thrilled to start! Thank you all see you soon! Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Precision Dental! I was dealing with intense tooth pain and was desperate to get in for an appointment. As a new patient, I was so grateful that they were able to fit me in on a Sunday. Vanessa at the front desk was incredibly thorough and transparent about their schedule but still offered to let me wait in case there was an opening. I was pleasantly surprised that I only had to wait about 20 minutes. Eva, the dental assistant, greeted me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, which was much appreciated. Dr. Puja was so welcoming, informative, and attentive to my needs. She really took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt at ease throughout the process. I’m so thankful they were able to see me because I honestly couldn’t handle the pain anymore. I highly recommend Precision Dental for their excellent service and care!

Fantastic experience: Scheduled an appointment for a cleaning at 11, arrived earlier and they were able to see me 30 minutes earlier. The office was very cozy and decked out in Valentines decor which was beautiful. The dental assistant was very professional and warm, Dr. M was also professional and very warm. I will be returning for all my dental needs.
