Positive experience: My first visit was ok i was waiting in the lobby 30 minutes to be called back , no problem i was a new patient . The second time i only went in for blood work results conversion that took 5 minutes and i wait over 1 hour past my scheduled appointment in the waiting room. Today when i went to my 2:45pm appointment i arrive on time and had an estimated wait time of 55+minutes. I asked the front desk if that was accurate and they said" yes she likes double and even triple book " how is it possible for her to do that? i should be able to go in at my scheduled time and be seen with a decent timely manner as close to my scheduled time as possible. If that is not the case what is the point of making an appointment? i have switched doctors due to this.

Negative experience: The most recent time I needed my migraine preventative prescription filled the pharmacy said I needed to contact my physician. I called and was told they would call back to refill or schedule an appointment if required. I received a text message the following day at 4:40 pm saying I had a telemedicine appointment at 4pm. How can I make an appointment scheduled prior to being notified of it? I still don’t have my RX filled and optical migraines and vertigo are getting worse. Help! Please!!

Negative experience: When we checked in, it took a long time to find my insurance information even after scanning the card. Then once we got back to the patient room, the nurse was very slow and didn't understand a lot of what we were telling her. When the PA that we were scheduled to see came in, she didn't really do anything. Asked us a couple questions and then left. We are very disappointed in the way we were treated. Makes us want to second guess coming back but I need to see specialists in your facility.

Fantastic experience: My previous provider has left Sunlife and I was given someone else. I do not like this person and will be seeing some other provider. I don’t like when I am not being listened to when I know what is going on with my body. I have enough stress and don’t need any more. Update: I was given a new provider and he’s wonderful! I now feel like I’m being taken care of!

Positive experience: Had an appointment with clinical pharmacist who i was curved to see by the new meds NP via zoom in the office. I was not allowed to have unless i seen her in great of them not telling my prescription i sat through this. who immediately thought they knew more about my diabetes than I do. I agree and realize my numbers are not at goal however I'm the one gnat has to deal with the highs and worse the lows they immediately treated me like s nimber not a person. Wanting to put me in the diabetic box meaning wanting to treat my diabetes like everyone else's not listening to me my concerns or my issues that I've had over the past 30 years living with type 1 diabetes. I am always willing to take advice and here Iam day one post visit and can't get my readings lower than High on my pump and CGM. Keep putting people in one bunch and not listening you're going to lose patients the clinical pharmacist was very nice and reached out to a pump trainer who did trouble shoot things through hey that essentially made my blood sugar worse then it was.

Positive experience: I saw a new provider. My provider was out of office. My appointment was rescheduled 2 times and finally saw the new person. It feels like the clinic is not very organized.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. My Uncle was released from Banner Casa Grande Saturday with directions to follow up with primary care Dr. Von Willie. Call center told us he had an appt for Wednesday. Wednesday comes and home health nurse informs me his Doctors office has no appt on Wednesday. I had taken time off to take him to this appt. I call walk in clinic to make appt same day for 6 pm. We go to the office at 6 pm to find out they rescheduled him without anyone notifying us. Their resolution is to advise us to go back to the ER that released my Uncle with sepsis and high blood sugar. At this point from Banner Casa Grande to the staff who does the scheduling for Sunlife they have been gambling with my Uncle's life. Go anywhere but here. You might as well hold your breath than count on anyone helping you, communicating, or taking responsibility for their lack of follow thru. The medical staff is amazing but the back end that does scheduling sucks. Mgmt is s a joke to tell me to take him to ER but wait in the waiting room to talk to a Mgr who has no answers.
Positive experience: Had my breast exam, their it was nice to have just go their not someone else location. The only thing I really disappointed. When you make appointment to your doctor they say 24 hrs notice you do it but when doctor call in it not 24 hour notice. Because they text you 3 hours later say your appointment is cancelled come in different days sad because you get yourself ready for appointment. Other wise all doctors I came cross was great. Thank you very much all the workers and staff.

Positive experience: The kiosk check-in makes me feel like cattle going to auction, the phone wait times are ridiculous and now you can't even do walk-ins for labs even if the doctor tells you to go down. On the other hand I've kept my same Dr for many years now and her care is the best and she puts up with me even when I'm a miserable ass ( which is frequently) , I like a simple, direct and plain speaking Dr and Bessie has been that for 10 years of major medical problems, so thanks to her and she is still the ONLY REASON I GO THERE !!!!

Negative experience: I checked in for my appointment 10 minutes early , but waited in the hallway for 45 minutes. My 1:00 appointment was terribly overbooked; there were no seats, so I stood for a while and then went and moved a seat myself from another location. Doctor only spent about 1 minute with me. I was at this office for a total of about 3 hours. MY time is valuable too.

Positive experience: Very hard for me to understand my Dr. Who was Chinese and a very hard accent with a facemask on.then my appointment was scheduled for 330pm.i left my work early losing money,I didn't get seen till five minutes to five!!! I waited a hour and a half!!! When I finally got to see the Dr. She tried to rush me through and kept getting interrupted by nurse's to go home! Very unprofessional I'd say. When she stated she was going to raise my blood pressure meds cause mine was high again,I seriously told her the reason my pressure was HIGH was because of the long waiting time! And her not comprehending about the pain in my thigh ( syatica nerve) that has been a serious issue since I've been her patient 8 months ago and a year before that!! Then I told her she's recommending I see a specialist for therapy!! ??? That will give anyone high blood pressure for reals!! I know what I'm talking about cause I've had this problem before and got the scars to prove it from a back surgery to relieve the pinched nerves. She refuses to listen.dr bing is her name so watch out!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE CARE I RECEIVED AT SUNLIFE, DR SARA MASSARO WAS PLEASANT AND ANSWERED QUESTIONS WITH CARE. Negative experience: By far the worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. Was told at ten AM my meds would be ready. Did some running around went to the grocery store. Came back at 1230 PM. Was told it'd be thirty minutes. I told them I lived out of town which I do and had groceries in the car They didn't care. I drove home. Put my groceries away and went back at 4:30 in the afternoon. Meds still not ready. Was told again that it would be 30 minutes. I was pissed. Came back 45 minutes later. Meds still not ready. Finally after waiting another 30 minutes they produced my meds. No apologies. No explanation. Just bullshit.

Fantastic experience: 3 months ago I had slight chest pain when I sneezed. Dr. Bing sent me to AZ Radiology where they found a lump in my chest. Had biopsy done in Chandler regional hospital. Results came back cancer. Dr. Raj sent me to Blood and Cancer place on cottonwood. Dr. Sam gave me 5 days of radiation. Seems to have fixed problem. I go back in 3 months for final check. So Sun Life and Dr. Bing saved me this time.

Positive experience: Mixed feelings. Sunlife kicked me and other chronic pain patients to the curb, a devastating experience for those dependent on pain meds. I only came back due to a lack of choices. However, my experience in CG was very good this time.The girl at the kiosk was very helpful and friendly and everyone did their best to help me.

Fantastic experience: proud of my granddaughter earning this reward from Washington. I live in Casagrande. My great grandkids came to visit me from Washington. We had a good time. I get to see him probably twice a year. I’m gonna try to go more often. They’re growing so fast. I love my family
Positive experience: I think Dr Bing Xie is a wonderful, careful, conscientious, and thorough doctor. The check in system is not effective. There are no receptionists in the waiting areas. If you come early and fill it your info, the machine erases your info. You can be waiting an hour to an hour and a half because they don’t know you are there.
Positive experience: Recently have been having problems with outsourcing billing. Sending me bills that I do not owe. My appointment cancelled without notification as down sizing of Staff last Thursday. My referral doctor says never faxed authorization.

Fantastic experience: I started giving them 5 stars since the beginning was easy to set up appointments and get seen. The people checking you in are super nice and helpful. Then it went down hill from there. Our DR did not listen as we spoke and constantly interrupted us. We did lab work and waited 2 hours, the wait is not the problem, the way they did the blood draw is were it went bad. My spouse had told them which vein to use since she has done blood work before. The people refuse to listen to her and preceded to poke around under skin looking for a vein in a different part. Then finally they ended up using the vein she told them to use in the first place. Now both times coming from there my spouse is in tears due to the bad experience. Update: Changed from 1 star. Since posting this review, I had the people from Sun Life Health reach out on the review apologize for the experience and asked me to reach out to learn from my experience so they can make it right. I called the number provided and spoke with Mirna. Since the beginning of our conversation she made me feel like my concern was valid and action was taken. I would highly recommend this place due to great patient care. I was fortunate to have my Doctor call my cell phone directly to go over my findings. The only negative is the same for all doctors, I had a 8am appointment and spoke with my doctor at 8:40.

Fantastic experience: I'm very comfortable with my primary doctor and I'm really satisfied to the extent how she saved me from an injury due to my apartment leak I'm so grateful to I primary doctor. For taking notice to my injury and calling the ambulance and getting me the help that I actually needed. I'm still in pain and my injury happened March 25th and I still have to wear my brakes for another month. But I'm thankful to my primary for seeing how hurt I was also the dentistry that told her my injury.

Fantastic experience: Very nice and polite doctor. She listens to you, about your symptoms. Before she gives you medication she checks to see if it counter react to your other medication.
Fantastic experience: I have used Sun Life as my primary care physicians... before I even moved to Casa Grande. Our family was visiting my husband's mother and father, introducing them to their first grandchild. Our daughter became ill and my mother-in-law took us to Sun Life. I appreciated being seen then, and was happy with all the staff. So ,when our family moved here, to Casa Grande, there was no wondering about medical services... we went to Sun Life, and have been here since 1989. We have used pharmacy, labs, X-ray, counseling, dental, even mammogram. I will continue to used Sun Life for my medical needs.
Positive experience: I hate check-in with kiosks. The clerk had to help me and was convinced I enter the wrong date of birth and phone number as my appointment would not come up. I'm old nit stupid! She had to do so n e changes in her computer before my appointment could be entered and the clerk never even apologize for her rude treatment. Put me in a bad mood to enter and have a trying triage with the MA who was very sweet but a little confused.
Fantastic experience: Service was very quick. Checked in at the kiosk, didn’t wait very long before I was called in. Bp was taken, etc and meds were discussed and put in my file, then soon after the nurse stepped out NP Bing came in.
Negative experience: I was not satisfied with their service, I never got to see my doctor for diabetes , and I'm very concerned with my health.so I'm angry..
Positive experience: I believe they need to schedule better most of the time I go in. I am there an hour and 30 minutes an hour. We’re waiting and pretty much 15 to 20 minutes with the doctor.

Positive experience: My mom had an appointment at 10:00 am. It's 11:25 and waiting and waiting in a cold room, this is very upsetting and my mom is very sensitive to the cold. Doctor is as as slow as molasses.

Negative experience: Your customer service sucks. You don't have a single caring staff members. Don't take care of my chronic care issues. I just wanted my meds refilled. Not hard. Can't get that right leaving me in pain for weeks. Who really cares. Just there for the money

Negative experience: This is one of the worst medical practices I have experienced. Before making the appt I inquired about their specific services. I am a diabetic and my medical records reflect it. The first person I saw (a nurse practitioner) never once in 2 meeting asked about the diabetes; refered me to a specific dept who scheduled to see a pharmaceutical tech. Not a Dr or a LPN or a nurse practitioner, but a pharmaceutical tech.

Negative experience: I am severely phobic of the dentist, to the point all it takes is the smell or sound and im crying. Ive worked on it alot but i still cry and have cascading panick attacks. I took my 16yo daughter in for a new patient/cleaning. The appointment went ok, the tech was abviously bored out of her mind and the Dr. couldnt have an actual conversation with us (language barrier) but it was ok. Then they told us we would have to come back 3 THREE more times for a cleaning and 2 cavitities. When did this happen? The dentists used to take care of more in a single appointment, we could get atleast xrays and a cleaning in one visit and more than one cavity at a time!!?? How are they expecting parents to take off work 4 times for xrays, cleaning and 2 cavities??? My phobia aside...which is gonna absolutlely suck for me 4 times instead of 1-2...how are people supposed to get all that time off work when just a minute ago you could go to the dentist get xrays,cleaning and maybe have to come back for the cavities but most of the time they could just do it all at once...why are people putting up with this??? Even more important, my daughter has worked her butt off to graduate high school this year and now she has to find a way to stay on top of everything shes doing and find 3 more days to miss class. I never thought taking care of her teeth would put her thru more stress with graduation.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. My first time at this facility and they took care of way more than I expected at a first visit. They called me with test results shortly after I was there and set up other appointments by the next day. Very happy with Sun Life Health. Thank you !!
Negative experience: As a healthcare provider, this place is absolutely horrible. I'm speaking solely about the front desk. They may be friendly to patient's faces but when it comes to coordinating care with other providers, the front desk is uninformed, rude, and one woman flat out lied to avoid having an extra task. If you see specialists and expect your healthcare team to work together for YOUR best interest, this is not the right provider for you. Sunlife Casa Grande- Retrain your front desk to put patient health first

Negative experience: Ripping people off, you pay in person your copay, they still bill you again. Is no one auditing their billing department?!?

Fantastic experience: Less than 45 minutes total time including lab work. Very happy with my visit. I don't like the front check in apparatus but,they let me skip it and go right to the doctors office and they checked me in just fine thank you.

Negative experience: Terrible service after trying to use them twice. If you book an appt. with them you will receive 2-3 automated calls every single day for a week before your appt. Incompetent staff advised me they take me insurance a week in advance, I deal with the excessive phone calls, then the day of my appt. they call and tell me they actually do not accept my insurance. NEVER GOING BACK
Fantastic experience: Have been a long time patient here. Have been able to see a Dr or PA as a walk in patient. They have always treated me with excellent and professional care. With an appointment my wait time has been 15 minutes and I get excellent care.
Negative experience: Made a appointment 3 months in advance and then they call me the day before and say I need to reschedule for the next month, by that time I will have ran out of medicine.
