Fantastic experience: I had my porcelain veneer on my front tooth fall off and they got me in right away and took care of it! I can’t thank them enough for fitting me in! They were great! I now have my smile back!

Negative experience: I went to this place for 5yrs and they really did my husband and I dirty!! They told him he needed all his teeth capped. He went to a new dentist and they are the state of the art and top in Stark County told my husband he just needed crowns and caps on two teeth. Buckeye ignored his needs. I told them for a 1yr and half that my one tooth feels like a cavity. The dentist says oh my tooth is like that all the time… Our new dentist found that I have a fracture and a cavity like I kept saying! The staff is so rude at the front desk! I can’t believe I stayed for as long as I did and stayed because I liked who cleaned my teeth… I go to this new one and you know they go the extra mile! This place, no they don’t care about your teeth! Thanks to there screw ups we have to get more work done to our teeth. Mind you, I went every 6 months religiously to get my teeth cleaned! I also have good teeth in excellent condition and they are beautiful! This place really did me wrong and my husband! Don’t go here and these reviews saying there great is a use to be thing because they are not!!!

Negative experience: Entire staff is kind, efficient and professional. So glad I found them! Updated May 2025. There were discrepancies between Buckeye and my insurance company. I was not pleased with the response and handling of the matter that I received from Buckeye, so I switched to another dentist. Also, Buckeye gave me an order for an endodontist. Before going, I checked with my new dentist. He took more x-rays and said I did not need that treatment.

The hygienists are kind, friendly, and provide quality care while taking care of the patients' comfort. The dentists are kind, upbeat, and knowledgeable. They do not recommend treatments that are unnecessary. Buckeye Dental is like going to visit friends who also happen to clean your teeth!

Fantastic experience: I took a terrible fall yesterday and broke my front tooth. Buckeye dental staff and Dr. Bach got me in the next day (today) at 9:00 AM and I was out of their office by 10:00. My tooth thankfully was broken that it just needed to be fixed with a filling. No root canal needed. I’m 51 and this was basically my first dental procedure other than regular six month cleanings, so I was slightly nervous. The staff and Dr. Bach made me feel very comfortable, and my smile looks great once again. Thank you Buckeye Dental!!

He always makes sure I’m comfortable and thoroughly explains every part of the process. The girls that assist him are always so sweet and caring as well. Been with Dr. Kevin Stanich DDS a long time, my first time was getting a cracked tooth fixed by another Dentist while numbing me up, he OD’d on carbocaine gave me a seizure so when I went to see Dr. Kevin Stanich DDS, it was a unique experience for both of us, as he fixed my broken tooth

They had a team of 3 people whom got me in and out quickly. They care about my comfort and satisfaction. The payment and insurance people worked with me to do online billing and made sure all was good to go. Would recommend 100%!

Positive experience: I appreciate this office and I've been a patient for quite some time. I like the festiveness and they're services over all this time. As a person and patient in this generation, I think the reception could be more of a good face as the first person a client sees. All you hear is "your name?" And I had to be the one to say a greeting. So maybe give something more than a human robot. Also, the audible yawning. Seriously? Thanks for being our family dentist.

Fantastic experience: Great experience again at Buckeye Dental!!! I called at 1:45 with a problem tooth. I was seen at 5:20. The staff is so nice. Dr Bach is wonderful. It’s great to go to an office where all the employees obviously are treated well by the doctors and love their jobs!!! I’ve gone to Buckeye Dental for many years and ALWAYS had a wonderful experience!!!

Negative experience: They are good, friendly and informative. No complaints. Update: The above is stilll correct. However, the business perspective is not great. They have no call center and you have to leave a message for someone to call you. This normally would not be a problem but if you have limited phone access due to work and such, it makes it extremely difficult to call and make an apointment. The other final straw is that they no longer take 6 months advanced appointments. You have to call 1 month prior to set up an appointment. When they called me back, 3 hours after i left my message, they said they were booked until March! Why would you tell me to call 1 month in advanced when you are booking out over 3 months? This makes it extremely inconvenient for me and telling me false information!

Fantastic experience: ONCE AGAIN 5 stars is Not enough to give this office! The staff as soon as you walk in the door make you feel right at home, which in turns put you at ease! Shout out to Anna and Dr Bach! Such an amazing team! I get a bit nauseated when it comes to syringes but Dr. Bach does this technique that takes my mind off the shot and I NEVER feel the syringe!!! Today I was so relaxed that while Dr. Bach worked on my tooth I actually took a cat nap. I highly recommend Buckeye Dental Group!
