Fantastic experience: It's been a great experience I've already recommended people to go they are super nice super helpfull anyone that is looking for a place Togo should rest assured they will be taken care of thanks for all that you do keep up the great work!!!!

Negative experience: I hate to complain. Please fix your office administrative service. I am hypertension patient, had to go to the pharmacy 3 times for meds pick up when your office kept telling me they sent the prescription which the pharmacy denied receiving several times. (When I asked for a copy of my prescription the office denied to give it to me stating we " we sent it to the pharmacy" ). So I had to have them called the office and get the prescription. All in all I had to shuttle between four rivers office and the pharmacy 3 times apiece for this single med pick up.

Fantastic experience: Really friendly staff and what would have cost me 200 at mercy walk-in clinic only cost 60 at Four Rivers (including treatment) needless to say don't waste your time at any other walk-in clinic and choose this amazing establishment instead.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. My son loves Dr. Mason and all the staff at Four Rivers. From scheduling to procedures being done is awesome .

Fantastic experience: I had 4 wisdom teeth and a previously root canaled molar removed Friday by James babiuk, the current oral surgeon, I’m very grateful for the team (two women) that was with him. I was very scared and they were very sweet and helpful to me to ease the tension and make me feel safe, I was in and out. My appointment was able to be moved up so that I didn’t have to starve all day which I appreciate that they had my comfort in mind. I was under anesthesia but it appears james was very thorough. And gentle, one was impacted and I have little to no swelling so far. I feel much cleaner having the decay removed. I’m thankful that he is offering his service at four rivers oral surgery in rolla. And to the team for wheeling me out and being so caring and supportive and understanding with my dental and needle phobia.

Fantastic experience: Called with an emergency tooth ache on a broken tooth, and got in the same day to have it pulled. 10/10 experience. Didn't feel a thing unlike everywhere else I've been too. Will be back.

Fantastic experience: INCREDIBLE nurses and doctors. We just had our first daughter, so she’s been seeing Elizabeth Bland. All of our questions are answered professionally and in a way that puts us at peace about worries we were having about our newborn. She’s also just phenomenal with babies and kids!

Fantastic experience: Gillian C. was absolutely fantastic as well as Dr. O. Gillian made me feel at ease with such a long time between appointments. She genuinely seemed concerned about my well being and took the time to talk with me and explain absolutely every question I had regarding the process. She was absolutely incredible and I wanted to give her Kudos for being a real human being rather than someone else who may have just gone through the motions to make a paycheck. I can't say enough great things about her. Please let her know I am gonna recommend this facility specifically because of her. Kudos, Gillian. I can't thank you enough! You rock!

Fantastic experience: It took me forever in Illinois to get my teeth taken care of and the moment I got to Salem Missouri I got right in with my appointment and then I got the soonest appointment available for my teeth to be pulled out and the Dr marwin goff is the best Dr I have had in years

And while some anxiety is still there, the people here have absolutely helped me overcome that. They bedside manner is exemplary, they make you feel like family. Negative experience: Absolutely do no recommend if you have kids on the spectrum / with sensory issues. Huge disappointment.

Fantastic experience: Margaret was very thorough also. Brain dead, can't remember my nurse's name. She's a good one. They were caring!! I also saw Doc Mason in the dental dept.. Jeannie is a sweetheart. Everyone was helpful. As I said these people are refreshing. I came over from Mercy, who is losing their minds. They run you like cattle. The difference is over-whelming. Haven't seen an doc office like this in years. I am not stretching the truth. These people are REAL!!!! I'm adding Christina to the dental peeps. Great attitude.

Positive experience: The speed with which the doctor worked was fantastic, however I would suggest a numbing agent before the needles in the roof of the mouth. More care to avoid abrasion on the inside of my lip would have been helpful. Have spent a week with many sores on the inside of my upper lip. Very sore.

Fantastic experience: Brought both of my sons in, 4yr and 8 month old and they were so amazing! My 4yr never opens his mouth or lets dentist take photos and he let them! The Dr Hunter Paul and assistant/hygenist exceeded my expectations!!!

She is awesome. I will not go anywhere else and neither will my family. If he won an excellent experience at dentist, this is the place to go. 5

Fantastic experience: Dr Cameron was the most through pediatrician I have ever met, she was the best. She listened and I feel like we got to the bottom of our problems and are working towards answers. She was extremely helpful with breastfeeding as well.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Four Rivers buy The Rolla Mission because I recently became homeless. Four Rivers quickly got me in to get blood work and the medications I need while my application for Missouri Medicaid is pending. They informed me of all the services they are willing to work with while I'm going though the process. They were extremely welcoming, pleasant, efficient, and professional. If you need something within their care I suggest you go to Four Rivers!

Fantastic experience: From all the times I've been to this facility I finally felt like the doctor cared. My Doctor Shaundelle was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable and she listened. She spent quite a bit of time with me, not like many doctors who only see you for 5 minutes. I will never change doctors and I hope she never leaves. I finally found a good doctor.

The courteous professional staff here at four Rivers community health center make me feel comfortable and it's definitely a clean environment . Negative experience: Whomever put my information into the system on January 10, 2025 needs to be held accountable. When the mistake was discovered I was informed "it happens all the time". WHY? MAYBE CORRECT THE PROBLEM!!!! tried to file a complaint, got sent to voicemails TWICE. Still waiting for a callback.

Fantastic experience: Dr Stuck is HANDS DOWN the BEST dentist ever, she’s very gentle, so knowledgable and she is so smart and honest to me and all her patients. I will never change dentists ever again because there’s no need to. Dr.West for walk in service was amazing, straight forward very helpful kind and caring. She got me right in and right out while accommodating all my needs and request!!!

Fantastic experience: I came in not feeling well and called the walk-in clinic number. I was seen right away by a nurse. She proceeded to give info to the doc and she came in without much wait. I received good care by the doc. She listened and gave me a prescription. She called it in right away and I didn't have to wait for it when I picked it up. Very friendly and professional.

Negative experience: First they canceled my appointment claiming I didn't confirm even tho I did then you could just see the judgemental attitudes from the staff as they did my appointment I got them to go through with it just bc I was there.i don't know what it is about dentists and their need to judge everyone as if they are perfect

Fantastic experience: The sugerial team was amazing. The dr, was very professional and made it a very smooth process for me. He pulled all my tops and three on the bottom. He is the first dr to stitch most of my extraction sites. Will definitely recommend people to this place. His team made me feel comfortable when I was uncomfortable, got me through the crazy and got me out all under and hour.

Negative experience: My experience at Four Rivers was not the best I went there for a wellness check up. The nurse came and took my temperature took my vitals. Asked me some questions because it was my first time there in a while, she sent the nurse practitioner in and I had no wellness check up done on me I asked a question about gas and constipation she told me a remedy and I also mentioned a colonoscopy she told me someone would be coming in to do labs and someone would be calling me for a colonoscopy. I never received my lab work either I’m still waiting in the room and I hear the employees telling each other goodnight see you in the morning so I walk out into the hallway and let them know I’m still waiting she told me lab lady left already so the nurse led me out the side door that was locked and told me to come in anytime labs open at 9! so unprofessional and disrespectful I still have gotten no call for the colonoscopy. I need to see a doctor but deffinately want payment going to someone who cares.

Negative experience: So glad we dodged a bullet with this place! I made an appointment for my daughter due to wisdom teeth coming in. It took a month for her to get in, and on the day of the appointment, they called and told me they canceled it due to my not confirming the appointment. I was like WHAT THE HECK! They claimed to have called me the week before, but I checked all my messages and call logs, and I received nothing! When I called back to try and see why they canceled it the front lady was very rude and hung up on me! I called back and got my daughter's appointment rescheduled for the same day, thankfully, yet when I called back later to cancel it (found a better place), the lady told me they never put her back on the schedule!!!!! The new dentistry office I spoke to said they get lots of patients from this place that have horror stories, so I'm thankful we did not go here!!!!!

Negative experience: This is the second appointment that I've been to here and been denied a referral for something big. Something I'm certain I have and need help with. The Dr insisted on talking about something other the. The reason I was there the reason I myself made the appointment for and he told me he didn't think I showed signs like I was telling him I had. He judged my walk based on me walking from one wall to another wall in a 6 ft long room. the problem was that I'm an active opiate addict. Trust me I care for myself more than anyone ever will. But that was completely unprofessional to say the least

Fantastic experience: Elizabeth Bland is amazing! She always handles our kids and their needs beyond our expectations! She is the most kind and caring help that we could have for our kids! Even when she is expected to see one of our kids and ends up seeing all 3, it’s never an inconvenience or a bother! Dr. Cameron is the same way (we just don’t get to see her as often). But we LOVE them both and they both do amazing!!

Fantastic experience: Right after I arrived i am 100% taken care of from the front desk to the back, everyone is 100% perfessional,respectful and caring and when I say caring I mean 100% the best.
