Sango Family Dentistry

Negative experience: Very disappointing overall. I explicity asked to schedule a teeth cleaning when I booked the appointment. I arrived and met the most pleasant hygienist I'd ever met. Then it came time for the 4-5 different types of xrays. OK whatever was my thought until the doctor had to check my radiographs before we could proceed. After 45 minutes of this non-sense and a $5k estimate later we finally get to the teeth cleaning part. Oh but wait! We don't have time to clean all of your teeth, we're just going to do one side. What? So instead I asked if they could clean the bottoms. Yes, and teeth cleaning commenced. The $128 estimate I signed, was now $278 and my teeth still weren't cleaned. (Yes that's with insurance) then it will be the same price when I come back to get the upper teeth done. Then two weeks later I get another bill via email. No explanation just a click to pay button. Outrageous. This place is bait and switch and they didn't even do a good job on my teeth. Now I have to wait another year to get my teeth cleaned because I'm not going back there.

Positive experience: Service was awesome the 3 stars are due to them never confirming my appointment because they called the wrong number so when I arrived for check in they didn't have my son on the schedule and had to reschedule but while leaving one open up had to wait and hour. They also couldn't confirm insurance due to them getting birth date wrong and my son's name wrong.

Fantastic experience: Sango Family Dentist sees all ages, but they are great with my kids. We had such a great experience at this dental office today! They were incredibly patient, and kind with my daughter, as always, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated how they explained everything step-by-step so she understood what was happening, and they even shared helpful tips to keep her teeth healthy between visits. The treasure box at the end was a huge hit and made her feel so proud and excited. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a gentle, kid-friendly dental team!

Fantastic experience: Not only do they do a great job with my teeth, but the entire staff is very friendly. They’re very conscientious and really listen when you are experiencing pain or when you have questions. They’ll stop everything to listen to you, even mid-operation. Dr. Lepczyk is amazing! I love this dentist’s office! Also, the woman who gave me numbing shots before getting my fillings was really good at it. I barely felt it.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a crown put on a tooth. I have some dentist/needle anxiety. They did everything they could to make the process as manageable as possible for me. I have to get another crown in a few months, and because of the treatment I got yesterday, I know I will go in with much less anxiety. Every person I interacted with in the clinic, from check-in to the procedure, to payment at the end, was amazing. I’m so happy Sango Family Dentistry is my dental home.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Usually going to the dentist is a nerve racking experience, but the Sango Family dentistry team makes it tolerable. From the front desk, the hygienist, to the dentist they have a great knowledgeable team. They are kind and quick, and they have a tv on the ceiling for when they’re doing your cleaning.

Had a very sensitive tooth and Dr. Kaiser was cognitive of that and didn't use water, which would have been miserable. Fantastic experience: I’ve had an overwhelming fear of dentists since I was young and let me tell you this office and their staff absolutely cured my fear of dentists!! Just WOW!! I expressed my fear to both the hygienist and the doctor and they were all so kind to me and made me feel so comfortable! They were very helpful in fully explaining what work needed to be done and why. From the staff I met at the front desk all the way to the financial advisor at the end they were all so incredibly kind. I would suggest this place and Dr. Lepczyk to anyone!!

Positive experience: Im 56 years old and only been to a dentist 4 or 5 times in my life. The folks at this dentist office did absolutely every thing they could to make me fill comfortable and unashamed. So far I've had my first visit where we went through my options and settled on a procedure. I couldn't stick to the calendar due to personal reasons. When that cleared up I was able to call the office one time and went right back to it. My 2nd visit was to make impressions for dentures and go over the next visit. So far the people and price are reasonable and great. More to come..... 2nd appointment; extraction day went very well.the new plate went in and fit very well. Again the staff, from the front door to the exit door everyone was absolutely awesome....

Fantastic experience: Been a patient with Sango Family Dentistry for a long time now and as always the facility are clean and have an attractive setting. The staff are very nice and kind. Would recommend them.

Negative experience: Friendly staff, but impractical practices. Went to settle sever mouth pain a year ago, and all that was done was a 5k bill for 5 crowns that are all becoming severely infected one by one. I’m now needing another root canal, and have become more distrustful of the likeliness of Sango Family Dentist actually solving the problem, only recommending procedures that uphold the most monetary gain for the company.

Fantastic experience: This place is great Just went back yesterday. I've been bad and been gone a minute but I didn't cheat lol. The staff is still great and oh boy who did my xray was cool. The Lady who cleaned my teeth was great very gentle. Yes, I will say it someone is still fire after all these years and they moved up the ladder nice. But they all great I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: From the first phone call to make an appointment, I was impressed by the friendly and effective handleing by the person setting up the appointment. I needed new dentures top and bottom, just had a couple impant studs for the lower but in by and oral surgeon. Didn't know Sango did it. I have gone to three other dentists in the past 20 years for dentures, they rated from mediocre to very bad. All three made the mold, got the dentures and made a few adjustments, which resulted in 2-5 trips back for adjustments. Sango was extremely thorough. They made adjustments to the mold and the prototype up front. When the final product was tried it basically fit like a glove. Though I realize things change over time, I don't expect the need to return for adjustments. In summary, this is a organization the cares about the patient first!

I knew I chose the right place for my dental care immediately. My hygienist Kendalin was the best of the best! She told me exactly everything she was doing, and why, and made me feel so comfortable the whole time! She made me feel at ease about my concerns. Dr. Lepczyk told me I have great teeth and the few problems I had he ensured me would be a breeze to fix. My doctor’s treatment coordinator, Brooke, was extremely professional and helped me with scheduling my treatment. On my way out, the ladies up front, Bria and Emily, told me to have a great day— and there was no way I could not have a great day after visiting Sango Family Dentistry. 10/10 experience!!

Fantastic experience: Had two wisdom teeth removed, 30 minutes, best experience you could have with that. Sango family dentistry is great. We used to use another dentist and switched over to Sango family dentistry, I didn’t realize the care that we were missing until we went with them. It’s like we advanced 40 years. We have never had a bad experience, they are always extremely kind, helpful, and thorough. May 7, 2025 Had a filling come loose, they got me in quickly and took care of it on the spot.

I've never not waited for some amount of time. Didn't wait even a minute for the dentist to arrive to do the quick and pleasant exam! Accommodated my no-TV and no-fluoride requests with grace. Let my curious son "help" with the cleaning. Wow, you all have this process down to a perfect, personable, pleasant science. We so appreciate it!

Fantastic experience: Excellent. I went in on a Tuesday with a broken crown. Got x-rayed and consulted. Doctor asked me if I was able to come in the next day (I showed up unannounced) and they would fix me up. Came in the next day and my temporary was fitted and my permanent crown was ordered. The doctor and the hygienist were exceptional, funny and made me feel very comfortable. I watched tv while they did all the work. I would highly recommend Sango Family Dentistry!!

She is also pretty funny (but don’t tell her I said that). I was pulled back a little early and my appointment was seamless. Dr. Watterson was great! Fantastic experience: Sango Family Dentistry is the definition of a 5 Star experience! Kendalin’s (my hygienist) bubbly personality made my visit superb! She offered me pick my favorite show on Netflix and offered to explain each step! Dr.Kaiser spent time reviewing my radiographs and was honest with his recommended treatment! They both asked all questions to make sure I was taken care of, not only as a patient but also as a person! I will return to Sango Family Dentistry! I say Google should give a minimum of 10 ⭐️’s for this office!

Fantastic experience: Visiting the dentist is rarely anyone's favorite activity; it's often seen as a dreaded chore. However, once you arrive, the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at ease and comfortable. I can’t speak highly enough about this office. My husband and I were so concerned about how our two girls (2 and 4 years old) who are scared of everything would take it, but the two ladies who took care of them were so good. They took their time, explained what the tools did, conversed with them, showed them how the tools work, and so much more. They truly went above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: Now on my 4th week of final 7 trays. so happy with my teeth, I can’t believe I spent my entire life with my teeth as they were. No more smiling crooked!! Everyone is friendly, the hygienist was thorough and explained the process, the doctor was congenial and took time to explain getting Invisaligns. Yay! I’m done with the Invisible Clear Aligners after 9 months, with some adjustments and a few more weeks wait for my retrainers. All is well and I am happy with the look my teeth.
