Fantastic experience: The best dentist there is. Go and see Dr. David Sullivan. I go to him for all my producers. He does excellent work and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Ellen is new, and I went to her for the first time. She is so friendly and makes you feel like you are special. She also makes you laugh. She wants to make sure you are ok. The office staff is always there to help you understand what is going on. Always so friendly and a great atmosphere for density. I used to be scared of going to the dentist, but I love this place. Fantastic experience: July 2, 2025. I am happy to make the 40 minute drive for a dental check and cleaning. As always, everyone was courteous and professional. Dental health is very important and we receive very good care here. May 24, 2024- we went in for six-month exam and cleaning. Every person we encountered was courteous and professional. Our dental hygienist, Monica is extremely good at what she does and makes us comfortable during the process. Dr Tremont is an excellent dentist. They both made sure we were well cared for. We have been going there for about 12 years and wouldn’t dream of changing. Dec 2023. Just went in for six month check and, as usual, Monica did a great job. My family and I have been going to Mint Hill Dentistry since moving here several years ago. They have always been first class and by far the best dental experience we have ever had. I highly recommend them! Ben Bingham -- Broke a tooth off at the gum line. Called for an appointment and went in the next day. Dental assistant and Dr. were professional, personable, prompt and detailed regarding the process. The remaining piece of broken tooth presented some challenge to extract. It has now been 24 hours since leaving their office. The extraction as well as the recovery has been totally painless and without complication. What more could you possibly ask!

I watched the lady at check-in walk into the waiting area, sit down beside an older lady to gently explain her appt was the following week but they could get her in later that day. She was so kind in her approach. I saw a patient with special needs be called back and the tech was so kind and they were joking and laughing with each other, really awesome to see. Renee cleaned my teeth and was great and extremely gentle. This place has basically caused my fear of going to the dentist to be non-existent. Highly recommend!

Experience and passionate staff focused on providing a great customer experience. Dr. Fremont reviews ex-rays and patient history before reviewing hygienists work and through inspection. Everyone works well together with another person making future appointments. Finally; provides take home bag containing future appointments reminders, new tooth brush, toothpaste, floss and lip balm. Check out is a breeze they file insurance claim for us and away we go…. So if professionalism is important to you - this is where you should have your dental care done. Sincere Thank you! Negative experience: DO NOT VISIT – Scam Tactics, Fake Promises & Zero Professionalism I had an absolutely frustrating and disappointing experience with Mint Hill Dentistry — and I want others to be warned before going here. From Day 1, I was 100% transparent that I needed both a dental cleaning and a tooth extraction completed before April 14, as I had an orthodontic appointment on April 21. They confirmed it was doable and invited me for a “free consultation” on March 25. That “free” part was the only reason I even agreed to visit. Everyone seemed nice—until I filled out the insurance paperwork. That’s when the real face showed. The doctor I met looked clueless and inexperienced, didn’t ask anything relevant, and just nodded. Then at the front desk, I was told that today was free, but the first half of cleaning would be $105. Fine, I went along since they promised to take care of it all before April 14. On the day of the first cleaning, they called and asked me to come an hour early. I casually asked about the second half of the cleaning—and boom—they said they had no slots till JUNE, and just that morning all slots got booked. I was shocked. I had made it clear multiple times that I needed treatment before mid-April. Why didn’t they block the slots earlier? The staff had no answers—just said “We’ll let you know if someone cancels.” That’s it. How could I trust that? How can anyone just sit and wait for a cancellation, especially with a time-sensitive orthodontic plan? I asked them to cancel my appointments. They then tried to charge me $95 as a no-show fee, even though they were the ones who failed to deliver on their promises. I refused. Suddenly, two minutes later, they said they spoke to the doctor and he won’t treat me and they are canceling without any fee. Again—why wasn’t this decision made on Day 1 or at the consultation stage? I thought it was over. Three weeks later, I got an email from them saying I owe money. Shocked again, I called and spoke to Kathy. She told me I had to pay $76 out-of-pocket, and they had already claimed $250 from my insurance for exams. Wait—wasn’t this supposed to be a FREE consultation? No one informed me of any cost during or after my visit. When I told her this, she rudely responded that they never said it was free and insisted I must pay. To make it worse, she even said she had trouble understanding me due to a “language barrier.” That’s absolutely unacceptable and borderline discriminatory. If they had trouble understanding me, why did they accept to treat me at all? This entire place feels like a scam operation running on: • Fake promises • Zero communication • Money-first attitude • No accountability • Threats and surprise bills I walked away with NOTHING but stress, ruined ortho plans, wasted time, and insurance being charged for no real service. Avoid Mint Hill Dentistry at all costs unless you want to be misled, mistreated, and milked for money without any care for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend MH Dentistry. They are THE most friendly, compassionate, skilled in up to date technology dentists I have ever known. I use to FEAR going to the dentist but no more. Whatever I need done I know they can do it well and with no pain. Dr Roupas did my root canal and I can honestly say if I have to have another one I wont hesitate or worry having it done. I love them all from the office personel to all the care givers.

Fantastic experience: I’m switching to Mint Hill Dentistry after 20 years at a different dental practice. Dr V extracted a cracked tooth earlier today. I was terrified going in. He informed me the whole time of what was happening. His assistant was amazing as well. Even the office staff up front were so friendly and fast. I didn’t feel much of anything. The dentist himself called to check on me before he went home.

Negative experience: Had small cavity in the front of two upper teeth. Charged me $244.00 to fill each tooth and then charge me a "Limited Exam (Visit)Fee" of $109.99, $597.00 total charge. ROBBERY is a better word for it
