Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist in a long time and I had apprehensions about going to the dentist. I had Becky as my hygienist and she was amazing. I didn't feel any pain, she wss thorough and extremely patient. I felt at ease and was very comfortable. I was also happy that I had my regular dentist after so many years. All the staff are excellent. I highly recommend. Went with my daughter for a wisdom extraction. Dr. Cho was excellent and the assistants provided much needed assistance for her. It also helped that she was mildly sedated so she made her dental team laugh.

As well, the Hygienist Yanèeta is definitely the best at her job. I've never had a cleaning that felt like a gum massage. I truly recommend Preferred dental care❣️❣️

Negative experience: They are good for general dentistry and hygiene. However, they do not seem to have resident specialists. My kids have been through 3 different orthodontists. Fortunately the first of them retired, because he wanted to perform multiple extractions on my 13 year old. The next one wanted to perform a maxilar surgery in addition to the extractions. The third and current (I hope she lasts) dismissed such heavily invasive approaches. She is very competent, but unfortunatley very hard to schedule. If a wire from the brackets comes out or any minor or common orthodontic emergency comes up, it is nearly impossible to get an emergency appointment. This sets back treatment for months and they don't have the staff to take care of such situations. Periodontics is the same. The specialist is nearly impossible to schedule. Yes, they are nice. But they also ask patients for google reviews in front of their personnel. They review your google review right away, in front of you. This is obviously bad practice and no doubt inflates their ratings. I've gotten contradictory recommendations that make me wonder about their internal communications, their follow up of patients, and ultimately make me doubt if my best interest is their priority, or if their priority is getting good reviews on google and closing sales. Some times they seem a little too eager to have you commit to payment plans of dubious medical neccesity. I'm not happy and doubting if it is convenient for my family to continue attending this place.

It’s convenient that they have both general dentists and specialists available in the same office, which really helps streamline the care process. I also appreciate their extended hours—opening early in the morning and staying open later in the evening makes it much easier to schedule appointments around work. The dentists and staff are all very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Updated 4/16: after numerous calls I was able to get through to someone for a service completed in January. They are still trying to get paid out by both my insurance and me. This place is simply not worth the headache. paid upfront for services and was reassured that I would receive a refund for the portion that my insurance covers. This was back in January and I have received no refund and no communication about when those funds would be returned to me even though I received the info from my insurance which says that I only had to pay a 1/3 of what was taken from me. Super shameful and would never recommend or return here.

Negative experience: I had a deeply disappointing experience with Preferred Dental Care that left me with over $8,000 in failed treatment and no accountability. I was pushed into an unnecessary crown by Dr. Thakkar on tooth #10, which ultimately fractured. That led to an implant, which has also failed. From the day Dr. Choe placed the final crown, I’ve had pain and instability. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly, the office manager, Esaul, refused to offer a refund or meaningful compensation—only discounts on additional procedures. I declined, as I no longer trust this practice and will now have to redo everything elsewhere. What’s more troubling is how they manage their public image: negative reviews seem to quietly disappear, while a stream of generic 5-star reviews continue to appear. This kind of reputation management says a lot. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your care.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here since I was a little kid. From root canals to Fillers, I trust the staff here to make me feel comfortable and be patient with me. Today I saw Dr.Shah and I was terffied about getting 2 fillings and she not only put music and walked me through it, she helped with my anxiety and made the whole process very easy and almost painless. If I ever get another Filler Dr.Shah will be the doctor :) Thank you. I also got a cleaning, and you need to get seen by hygenist Angelica, she was amazing!! Not only was she funny but easy to talk too! She made the whole cleaning painless as well. I will be booking all my cleanings with her. See you in 6 months !!!!!

Negative experience: Before Going to the Office I called to let them know my situation and also inquired if they took my insurance at first I wasn’t thinking to much of it but after giving them my insurance info with the member id and group number they still asked for my full social which was off because out of the 4 dental offices I called today they were the only ones that asked for this. They called back after checking if my insurance was able to be taken and they specifically told me that they take my insurance and if I would I like to schedule something today after saying yes and going to the office they asked for my id made a copy of it and then after waiting they sat me down with one of representatives and she informed me that they don’t take my insurance which really set me off because on top of communicating with me that they did and now going against that they have a photo copy of my id and my full social don’t go to this establishment and don’t believe anything they communicate really shady

Negative experience: Have been trying to contact billing for over a month now. No one has gotten back to me, they are always “on lunch” even when I call at different times. Decided not to proceed with a procedure that I was paying down for and wanted to discuss my new balance. They are avoiding a possible refund. Absolute worst place to deal with. Would not recommend, save yourself the headache, time and money.

Fantastic experience: Preferred Dental Care - Flushing took great care of me during my root canal and wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Choe, was the one who took care of my wisdom tooth extraction and she performed the extraction quickly and effectively. Dr. Burke, was the one who helped me with my root canal. With both procedures, I was told exactly what I should be aware about and what steps I should take after the procedures were done. Overall, I had a great experience and have no complaints!

Fantastic experience: Dr. trivedi and her staff was outstanding. I came in for a veneer that cracked after 20 years and the Doctor and he staff took care of it with in 2 hours of me calling. I got a temporary that looks amazing until the real one is completed. Her staff even did a cleaning and X-rays for me. I have been with Dr. Trivete and her team for over 25 years. Negative experience: These dentists are greedy. They would lie about the condition of your teeth and push you to pay cash for their suggested procedure. If you do not want to pay in full, they would try to sell you their payment plan despite the fact that I have AN ACTIVE insurance. If this place tells you to get x, y, and z done, please get a second opinion.

Negative experience: This office will push you to get procedures that are not indicated. They would lie about your teeth. I was fooled by all these 5-star PAID reviews. Please AVIOD. Update: SCAMMERS!! Just got a second opinion from a reputable dentist. My teeth are fine. I will not be returning to this office ever again.
