Fantastic experience: You guys are just awesome! No complaints! Just great!

Fantastic experience: I will only let Dr. Galbraith give me a crown. My entire body is a bundle of anxiety anticipating pain and he can see that. He does everything at his disposal to calm me. He checks in to make sure I’m not in discomfort and if I am, which could simply be the cold air hurting adjacent teeth, will stop and do what has to be done so I’m comfortable. My temporary fits so nice I wonder why I have to go back in. After I get my permanent crown I never have to worry about it nor my bite.

Fantastic experience: Great work! Dr. Francis and Dr. Swenson took care of my abscessed tooth and now I'm in tip-top shape. I didn't know that having a root canal could go so smoothly and be so pain-free. The assistant was a cutey and very proficient, too. Thank you. Marcie has been cleaning my teeth for years and is very efficient and friendly. Twice a year I go back to her.

Fantastic experience: Today June 13, 2025, the dentist was very careful to take care of my particular situation, taking extra time to fit the implant. As always, my visit was done so professionally. I've been going to this practice for many years, and will continue to use them.

Fantastic experience: My son had a tooth injury (on a Friday late afternoon, of course ) and our usual dentist was closed. We called Springville Dentistry just a few minutes before closing time and they were so kind and got us in right then. Dr. Marshall fixed up my son’s tooth and we were on our way all in about 35 minutes. Everyone was so friendly and kind and helpful - we didn’t once feel like an inconvenience. Fantastic service.

Fantastic experience: They we’re so nice. My little guy jammed his teeth Friday afternoon at 5 o’clock and they stayed open late to do X-rays and take care of us.

Fantastic experience: I look forward to my twice a year cleanings. Everyone I’ve seen has done an amazing job thoroughly cleaning all my teeth. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. I’ve used the in-house insurance for years and recommend it. Dental hygiene is so important. I’ve hit Medicare age so now my insurance plan covers dental. Will still drive an hour to Springville Dentistry twice a year. They’re worth it!

Fantastic experience: When my front tooth broke on Mother's day and I was leaving for vacation the next day my previous dentist turned me away and told me they were too busy to help me and wow they were not even sorry. I called this office and they got me right in and put a temporary cap on so I didn't look ridiculous on my vacation. He was kind, gentle and really impressed me and my husband. They got 3 new patients that day!!

Fantastic experience: In short, I’m very happy with my experience at Springville Dentistry. Sandy did a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Weber was kind and thorough in checking my teeth. He answered my questions without judgement and showed great care in administering the numbing shot required to treat the cavity discovered during my visit. Thanks to a bad injection during a filling with my prior dentist, I’m intensely scared of dental shots, so it meant the world to me to receive this level of care. If you’re looking for a new dentist, just get an appointment here and you’ll love it.

Fantastic experience: Springville is a really far drive for me but I will gladly continue the long drive to see Dr. Ream. He has been so incredibly patient and kind and actually listens to me and the issues I was experiencing. Went to 2 other dentists before I saw him and got no relief or real help before him. Super appreciate all the receptionists and hygienists being so kind and welcoming as well.

Fantastic experience: This is a very friendly office. Everyone was great, especially with our kids. It was my daughter’s first time at a dentist and she had a great time. Hailey cleaned her teeth and made both of our kids feel very comfortable. I would recommend this dentist for people with children.

Fantastic experience: I am delighted that I was referred to Dr. Matthew Ream by my cousin Kathi Pulsipher! I have found Dr. Ream to be so personable and genuinely nice and a very skillful and talented dentist. He is so pleasant and understanding, and it is quite amazing to see his immediate ability and knowledge of the more "modern" facets of dentistry, ie reading computer scans, etc., as well as his complete mastery of applicable dentistry! Sage, his assistant is almost impressively skilled in her assistant and so thorough in her administering during procedures. I am really impressed and will readily recommend Dr. Ream and Springville Dentistry to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Dentists Dr Marshal is genuinely concerned about your oral health. He is great , Maybe I should not let that information be too well known don’t want him to get too busy, I like both Springville Dentistry and Spanish Fork Dentistry, I save been coming here for a few years now.

Negative experience: I'm giving two stars because the dentist and dental assistants did good work but the office staff was terrible. The biggest issues was when the girl was going over my quote she indicated the discount for self pay paying in full was 20%. Long story short after the work was done it turns out that is not the case. I have reached out several times about the situation and the response is usually something like "I'll let the supervisor know". If there is even a "Supervisor" they have had interest in even reaching out to me about the incident and having any kind of conversation about it. So in short only trust what you have in writing from them and expect terrible communication.

Fantastic experience: Really nice people that keep you at ease. Very professional as well, identifying any problems and swiftly giving solutions for you to choose. Not bad pricing too!

Fantastic experience: When I walked in, they were trying to actually call me and tell me to wait until next week, but I needed my implants Finished up before I go on vacation . they were Very accommodating and worked me in and did a great job. I like this dentistry practice I’ve seen several of the doctors and they all seem to do really good.

Fantastic experience: I don’t leave many reviews but I couldn’t live with myself if didn’t leave one for springville Dentistry!! I was in a bike accident and lost a few teeth and they didn’t hesitate and got right on it and started taking care of that bad situation! They take pride in their work and their attention detail is next level! They make you feel comfortable and they walk you through the process and make you feel at ease with whatever they doing!! All the staff treat you like family and make you feel welcome and at home! I want give a huge shout out and thank you to a few people I have worked closely with as they have been fixing my teeth: Dr Marshall, Whitney Carly and Dr Swenson! They are the most genuine down to earth people you will ever meet and they have gone above and beyond with taking care of my situation and treating me like family!! I will never go anywhere else, they will have my teeth needs for the rest of my life:) If you are on the fence about coming here with your family just do it you won’t regret it:)

Their entire staff is friendly from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Their offices are warm and receptive and helped me to feel comfortable, even though the reason for my visit was less comfortable. I highly recommend Springville Dentistry to anyone who needs dental care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting this office for over 20 years now and have had nothing but an excellent, five star experience every time. Not only is the work performed to the highest, professional standard but the doctors and assistants are friendly and fun to be with. At this point in my life, I have probably spent hundreds of hours in a dentist’s chair. This is the only dentists office where I actually look forward to going and seeing Marci and Dr. Francis. All three of my children have grown up visiting this office. I could not give a higher recommendation. There are good reasons why this office has won best dentist in Utah County for many years in a row.

Positive experience: Love the dentists! Front desk has some issues unfortunately. Recently had to work a proposed fee schedule four times to get them to get the attention to detail they should be doing (insurance coverage, not double charging, etc.). Nice folks, but billing on high dollar items really demands more detail attention than I’ve seen.

Positive experience: Edit: I still go here for standard checkups, I just refuse to let my family see Doctor Swenson. Instead I go to a different location for dental surgery needs. Swenson doesn't work with the same standard as their other doctors. They need to find a different dental surgeon or get him some serious therapy. I've been coming here with my family for multiple years. I'm really conflicted writing this because I genuinely love Dr. Galbraith, however my recent experience with Dr. Swenson and his treatment of my family has soured me to coming back here. My step daughter went in two weeks ago for a wisdom teeth removal. We had to sedate her, but her recovery seemed straight forward. 5 days after the procedure my daughter all of the sudden had uncontrollable bleeding from all of her wisdom teeth locations. At home we spent about 2 hours with ice and using gauze and pressure to stop the bleeding, but it didn't let up at all. We called the dentist office to determine what our next move should be and their answering service forwarded us to their "emergency on-call" where we reached a voicemail. Not knowing what to do, we left a voicemail and went to the ER to treat her. It took over 12 hours to get her bleeding under control and she passed out multiple times from the blood loss. The day after, we were wondering why we didn't get a follow up call from the dentist office, so my husband called back to make an appointment for the next day for a check up. When we went in to see Dr. Swenson he said some pretty shocking things. He said he was the one on-call and that he doesn't return calls made to the emergency line because (and I quote this verbatim), "There's no such thing as a dental emergency." When we told him that our daughter lost 1 liter of blood, he said that was "impossible and that it couldn't have been that bad". Dr. Swenson was not there, didn't read any medical charts from the ER, so I don't know why he would just dismiss us like that. We were present for the entire emergency and we relayed exactly what the ER doctor told us. It felt like Dr. Swenson was trying to gaslight us into thinking it wasn't as serious of an issue as it was. I don't know if he was reacting like that to protect himself from some perceived legal ramifications, but I felt like his response was utterly condescending and unprofessional. My problem is we weren't trying to cast blame, we were genuinely concerned parents trying to find the best method of care moving forward so we could prevent this issue from reoccurring. Never in all of my life have I had a doctor treat me or my family in this way. It is truly disturbing that Dr. Swenson would jump to conclusions like that and act so superior when all we wanted was his advice and help. I don't know if I'll come back here for service because I love the other doctors here, but I will never see Dr. Swenson again! Nor would I ever recommend anyone to be treated by him. I sincerely hope he reads this and can learn from the experience, but he'll probably just write me off AGAIN making excuses that I don't know what I'm talking about.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Swenson by a coworker and I am so thankful! I initially came here for a second opinion and ended up getting a crown and extraction done here rather than with my regular dentist. Dr. Swenson was great, very patient, kind, and professional. Kami is awesome as well! 6 mos later and I haven't had any issues with either. I recently went back to Dr. Swenson to have two cavities filled and decided to switch dentists! Kate at the front desk is great and everyone at the office is always very helpful. It is so hard to find a good and honest dentist, if you're even contemplating finding/switching to a new dentist go here!

Fantastic experience: I went to Springville dentistry today for a cleaning. I had the best dental hygienist, Melanie. She was such a great lady and she is now a great friend. We made each other laugh. She was very professional and explained everything she was going to do. She is a wonderful asset to the company. I also had Dr. Marshall who was also a very professional and was able dentist. He quickly helped my loose implant. He quickly fixed it. I have been going to this dentist for years. Everyone there has always been very helpful and friendly and very willing to help me. Do go to Springville dental and you will be very happy that you did.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient who had a dental emergency. They got me in right away within hours of my call. Everyone there was nice and we came up with a treatment plan. One of the difficulties of moving to a new area is replacing good medical and dental care providers. It’s a relief to know that I now have a dentist I can count on.

Fantastic experience: Excellent in every way. I have a problem crown that needs to be replaced. Dr Galbraith took the time to explain why the old one didn’t work and what could be done so that a new one would fit. I hugely appreciated his patience and understanding attitude.

Positive experience: Friendly dentist and dentist assistant. However they automatically wanted to work on a minor issue outside of my main reason for needing a dentist visit. I had one cavity I wanted filled. That was it. But the dentist just started working on a little tiny thing after that and pretty much double charged me. Without insurance it's all too much I can afford. But again everyone was friendly. But being friendly isn't everything.

Negative experience: Went in for a crown. Dentist suggested a crown. Things were fine. A month or so later tooth was in a lot of pain and so I needed a root canal. Got the root canal done and again things were fine. However a few months later, and up to now, the same tooth is still in severe pain and will need another root canal. This should have been taken care of. New root canals last longer than a few months. Dentists did a poor job as now I have to spend more money for someone to fix this problem. Very unsatisfied.
