Fantastic experience: Dr. Beache and the front office receptionist were exceptional. They got me in the same day and took care on my serious dental issues, making me feel seen, heard, and well treated. We got a mouth evaluation, build up/impressions for a lost crown, and digital impressions for partials (two missing/extracted teeth). Dr. Beache had warm and friendly bedside manner, and even helped give me a referral to a medical doctor to treat my blood pressure.

Negative experience: If you want to get mistreated and yelled at this is the place to go. Got crowns last year and they moved so I went in to ask why and a solution and the dr yelled at me saying he wasn’t doing this again and to go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment idk if that sped things up or not but I was in and out less than hour probably quickest dentist visit I've ever had, that dentist definitely had a screwdriver on his table, he said it cost 200$ I seen them at tractor supply for 5$ and came with a set., overall though very pleased with my experience taking some antibiotics and being pain free is nice

Positive experience: Got me right in and I was in a lot of pain the dental assistant and dentist were knowledgeable and nice everyone from the lady who scheduled my appointment on the phone to the dentist were awesome. My only criticism would be the lady at the window when you first walk in that hand you the paperwork maybe she was having a bad day but very cold and not the best personality for Customer Service handed me my paperwork with no pen never said thank you welcome to the office or anything that would be considered kind or welcoming. Other than that one lady my experience for what really counts the dental work and availability was great thank you

Fantastic experience: Had to go in on a Sunday morning. I called before going and had the option of scheduling an appointment or walk-in. Chose to make appointment. They set it up for thirty minutes later. Waited about 45 minutes to be taken back. I had two extractions done. Dentist was nice and efficient as was rest of the staff.

Fantastic experience: This is the #1 dental place to go. Dr.SAM is a jewel to this earth ! Thank you for saving my life ! I was seen during the COVID pandemic I had a major infection in my blood down into my chest and into my head from a busted root on my tooth. I was scared to go to the hospital . I had been on antibiotics MY dr and i thought bronchitis. Bronchitis it was not. I Called my dr for a different antibiotic after taking the one i had for 8 days. The nurse was rude and would not see me . I was extremely weak feeling like i was going to die. I knew i had to find a emergency dentist to check my tooth. I was correct. The infection was deep into my body. I went to have 1 tooth pulled. After seeing my xrays Dr Sam had to remove teeth to get the infection out of my body I was to ill for pain meds or the gas Dr.Sam reassured me that I can do this. It was at 1100 at night the same day I called. 45 min later iam on my way home. With prescription for antibiotics and pain med. The office even called the next day to check on me. Now I have That smile . But most importantly IAM ALIVE !!! Thank you DR.SAM AND ALL THE WONDERFUL STAFF for saving my life. EMERGENCY DENTAL YOU RULE !

Fantastic experience: I went in for emergency wisdom tooth extraction and ended up getting 5 removed in total and I was terrified going in. Dr. Dawas made me feel comfortable, he fully informed me of the procedure beforehand, and it was completely pain free, even 7 hours later! The assistant that was providing suction was great also (redheaded one, she didn’t tell me her name), constantly assessing my comfort and any possible pain both before and after the doctor performed any action in my mouth. Great job on everyone’s part, no complaints here. The only thing that I could possibly think of that has room for improvement is MAYBE explanation of certain details of an operation - I needed a root canal on one of my teeth and I was very confused about the insurance billing and the state that it would leave my tooth in if I didn’t get the build up and crown (which were not covered) but it was someone from billing explaining it to me and not the doctor himself and I was too nervous to think about it at that time so I ended up opting out of the root canal. Totally understandable and I’m sure if I would’ve asked to speak to the doctor about the particulars, I would have gotten the information I needed, so that’s probably my fault. Thanks for making this experience a great one. It’s really appreciated and not what I expected at all.

The dental assistants and Dr. were very friendly, personable, and professional. I was serviced and given directions on at home care and welcomed to come back. Fantastic experience: I had been to my dental office for a filling. It was determined I needed an emergency extraction. They were not able to do extractions. The oral surgeons office was unable to take an emergency patient. I remembered that my son visits this office. My dental office called, and they were MORE than happy to take me in as emergency. The staff is SO POLITE and understanding. Thank you SO MUCH for getting me in!

Fantastic experience: This location was the only place that would even entertain seeing my 11 year old daughter that had knocked out a big portion of her two front teeth. The dentist and assistant were absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for seeing her when no one else would. I don’t understand why no one will see children under the age of 13 after hours. As if kids don’t have emergencies. Many thanks ☺️

Fantastic experience: Very courteous, I didn't wait long, dentist was excellent and knew exactly what needs to be done. I was quite impressed. However the next day which was Memorial Day, I could not get my antibiotic prescription as Walgreens was closed, and the office wouldn't work with me to get a script from CVS. I had pain but thank God it wasn't too bad, because I called several times and office girl said she'd get Dr to send in a script. Now it's still Monday, a holiday, and it's 3:40 and I still don't hear back and I still have no script. No way to treat a patient with an abscess! CVS pharmacy will close early I suspect since it's a holiday.

Negative experience: I now know I will not go back to this location again. Dr. Thurman did not care of my discomfort. I came for re-cement of a crown that came off while flossing at home. The molar itself has had a root canal so there should be no NERVE pain. Dr. Thurman reiterated that with me. However, my gum had some inflammation. The pain Dr. Thurman caused when applying the crown back on was unbearable. He never asked what was causing the discomfort because he KEPT saying, “it shouldn’t be painful there’s no nerve”. But clearly there is pain somewhere if I’m showing major discomfort! I asked is there inflammation? He said, yes there is some in the gum area. So if you see inflammation or redness why not show that with your actions. This doctor showed no care or remorse for reapplying the crown as forcefully as he did! Unacceptable and I will not be returning if I ever need an “urgent” fix. The front desk lady could have been more welcoming. The 4 other staff members I encountered were pleasant at least.

Negative experience: The wait was more than 1 hour long. The office in Castleton had sent me all the way to the other side of Indianapolis for wisdom teeth removal, then when I got there after driving 30 mins and asking my partner to leave work early for care, they told me they did not preform the procedure I had wanted even after I had called to confirm so.

Negative experience: Came in because I had pain the doctor didn’t look In my mouth not once before just saying “you need a root canal if I were you I would get one” then proceed to say the only other option would be to pull it when she NEVER even examined me !

Negative experience: Before I begin I usually go to the location in Castleton but because of my recent move this location is closer to me so I decided to come here from the moment I walked into the clinic I didn't feel very welcomed they did however get me to the back rather quickly once back there I wasn't greeted the dental assistant immediately just started doing her trays never once explaining what she was doing I always got the exact same treatment from the dentist himself it was a very unsettling feeling needless to say my insurance wouldn't cover the main work I needed but I even opted out of what my insurance would cover with the Un welcomed energy I received I didn't want them preforming on me now I know the stereotypes that are out there with women and men of color and I don't want in any way to make this a race thing but I did feel very much out of place I will stick to the location in Castleton from here on out no matter the distance I just want to be welcomed and rspected

EVERYTIME I go to a dentist I can alwayss feel what they are doing because my mouth doesn’t numb the way a normal one does…but here I had no issues and when I did feel it the dr who pulled my teeth stopped and put more numbing so I wouldn’t feel it! 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Went in with a broken infected tooth that I just wanted extracted. The process was smooth and thorough. Very little wait time, dentist was quick and efficient. I’m now 2 days post extraction and there has been minimal pain. Very satisfied and would recommend.

Negative experience: **UPDATE** The number provided by the company below is directed to the same Manager that refuses to speak to me after promising it would be correctly handled the day of service. I took an 8 year old in for some dental work, they explained they would pull his tooth with gas and numbing meds. The tech came in and the facility was out of oxygen so his tooth was pulled with only numbing meds. The facility charged for the gas prior to notifying us they had no oxygen and refused to properly refund the $175 charge. To top it all off, his antibiotics weren't sent in with correct instructions.

Fantastic experience: I went here a few weeks ago for a root canal and crown. I am pregnant and they made me feel very comfortable. Dr and assistants were so helpful and knowledgeable made the experience at ease. Will definitely be recommending to anyone that needs quick professional service!

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is super great and helpful. I have had issues for years, and ptsd from childhood issues. So it had been hard to get to a place that I felt both comfortable and they had the ability to help me get a false set. THIS IS THAT PLACE ❤️ I was in tears of joy to be able to smile big for the first time in years. Not only are they a perfect fit but my friends and I are AMAZED Dr Sam was able to make the color look natural with my natural teeth. I can't rave enough but my Mom is also now a patient and swears by this place too.

Negative experience: It's a dental place. They will do the work. No frills. Got a tooth extracted it's out but dang he was very rough and asked me to lift my hand if it hurt I did and then he said well its almost out 2 or 3 mins. So like I said poor bedside manner but I needed the tooth out and its out now so there's that.

Negative experience: Had an amazing experience the first time in 2022 with an extraction sedation procedure. The second time was an awful experience being April 13, 2025. I was charged for sedation when the first procedure I was not the sedation did not work this time, nor was any correct pain medication given after the procedure of the second extraction. Nobody really seems to care to help that I have wasted my money on sedation or that I am in pain I will not return back to this clinic . I was under the impression that sedation affects everybody differently, but in my case, it did not work at all, and they are trying to justify that I did not need paid medication it’s determined by Dr and that the sedation did not help me because I would not allow my body to relax enough. However, if that would be the case I would not have came to that specific dentist for the sedation. 0/10

Negative experience: I went in 2017 and had tooth #8 fixed after it broke in half fully covered by insurance . Well now in 2025 I go in as adult looking to finally get a permanent fixture. While speaking with the dentist they told me I’d have to see a specialist first. Which is okay for a more temporary fix to have it filed down they wanted me to pay $50 out of pocket. I also had called ahead of time and scheduled my appointment for 2pm. Called at 12:30 the day of when I received a text asking to confirm, which I did. When I arrived at 1:50 and checked in it took an hour to be seen. And once I finally made it to the back they sent me another messaged when they decided to go ahead and move my appointment to 3. The whole thing was highly unprofessional. Multiple other people in the building were also baffled by the fact they were told their insurance would cover things and did not. The place was also filthy and not clean. I

Negative experience: My wife went in for a cleaning and to pull a broken tooth. The dentist, Dr Ogundipe was extremely disrespectful. Didn’t even introduce himself, only spoke to the nurse not the patient, moved their head by GRABBING THEIR TEETH AND YANKING THEIR HEAD. He stabbed their swollen gums with an instrument and was surprised when they flinched. We will not be coming back and I’m appalled by this “doctor” and his behavior. If I find out his full name I will update this.

Fantastic experience: Split my tooth during dinner. Of course this is after most dental office hours. This is a great place to go when it is urgent quick, polite and easy to deal with. Hate dentist work, but love this place when I need it.

Negative experience: It’s a prime location but the majority of staff there lack a human touch. It seems like they just want to get you in and out as soon as possible. I had to beg to talk to someone about aftercare instructions after a tooth removal. If you have the option, go elsewhere

Negative experience: Warning stay away after showing them the tooth I wanted removed conforming it 3 times the still pulled the wrong tooth. Plus the original tooth I wanted pull is no longer in one pieces witch it was when I entered there building. They said it was my fault then the dentist refused to answer my question on what is the best way to point out what tooth your talking about.

Fantastic experience: I had all four wisdom teeth pulled and I was very nervous. Iv been putting this procedure off for years. I finally stuck to my appointment and got it done. I’m glad I did! Everyone here was very nice and helpful. I even had several questions pop up while I was waiting in my room. I talked to I think almost everyone there and they were all very friendly and willing to answer all my questions and address my concerns. As for the actual procedure it wasn’t bad at all I was numbed and I was able to listen to music with my headphones. The dr and assistant checked on me a few times during the procedure, to make sure I was doing okay. I was surprised how quick it was too. Day three post, and I’m recovering very well I didn’t even feel the need for pain pills after the second day. No complications. My antibiotics and pain meds were filled very timely as well, I wasn’t home for maybe an hour before I got the notification from my pharmacy they were ready. Overall I don’t think I could have asked for anything more in this experience with them. With some of these reviews, I was ready to walk if I even felt slightly uncomfortable too. But that wasn’t the case in the slightest. If your nervous to have your wisdom teeth removed, or anything like that, just go here and get it done! It’s not at all as bad as your making it out to be. You can do it!

Positive experience: Went for wisdom tooth pain, it took an hour and a half to be seen, however, Dr. Soofi had my top wisdom teeth removed in under a minute! So quick!

Negative experience: I’ve never in my life felt so uncomfortable in a healthcare establishment AND I wasn’t even the patient. My girlfriend had been having major tooth pain and needed a tooth pulled, she has delayed care due to very bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. On Saturday we called this place & whoever answered the phone was VERY pleasant and she put us on the wait list while we headed that way. She was very nice & professional and it made it seem like it might be a professional place and would ease some of her anxiety. Turns out- that was not true. Upon arriving we checked in and waited in the waiting room (no big deal, it’s Saturday we expected a wait) we watched 2-3 people get called back and the lady was SO rude. One patient was unable to understand her or hear what she was saying and she was very very rude to him in the waiting room. Another lady came out expressing how rude they were back there and we thought about leaving because at this point my girlfriend’s anxiety was at a 100 due to the witness rudeness and unprofessionalism. We opted on staying and we get called back to room 1. The lady was SO rude. She was very dismissive and very very very rude when it came to asking about what was wrong and so on. I understand people have off days but this was the most unexceptionable behavior I’ve witness AND I work in the medical field. I could never imagine treating my patients the way she treated her or the way she acted. I noticed there are cameras in the room and I sure hope they have sound on them and maybe as a once a month training the footage should be reviewed about the patient care going on in this facility. It was mind blowing. I truly feel for any patient coming into this place that is already on edge and scared, and like I said I can’t even imagine treating my patients the way this lady treats hers or speaks to her patients. My girlfriend was in tears and crying in the room due to the way this lady is treating her patients and due to being scared and not one single time did she feel comfortable in this room. It truly was scary and a lot of that came down to HOW YOU TREAT PATIENTS. I would not recommend this place until there are some changes made in regards to patient care and even the basic bedside manners when talking to a patient. Feeling uncomfortable and scared in a dentist chair due to the person that is supposed to be there to help you is absolutely uncalled for. We visited 24/7 dental on Emerson first this morning and they were SO pleasant and professional. The ONLY reason we didn’t stay there was due to the first opening being tomorrow but they did give the option to wait. We chose to try another place in hopes to get in quicker, and while sitting in the waiting room and witnessing how rude some of the people who worked here were we considered getting up and walking out and sitting in pain until tomorrow and going there. As someone who reads reviews almost always before visiting an establishment, I hope this review finds the right person and no one ever visits this place and has to feel the way they made people feel and to feel so scared and uncomfortable. ON A POSITIVE NOTE- the lady who came in and got stuff ready for the tooth to be pulled was actually very pleasant and the doctor was as well but unfortunately some people may not make it that far before walking out due to the first lady.

Negative experience: I went in Wednesday night 3-12-25 and waited over two hours for the receptionist to tell me they couldn’t find proof of insurance and since it was so close to closing she wasn’t even trying to resolve it. I even called my insurance company for her and still nothing happened. Sad that I go back the next morning and the new receptionist was able to resolve everything in under 5 minutes and the extraction took place and was done with little pain and no discomfort.

Negative experience: I will not come back . I got 3 extractions and 1 of my teeth had an infection I even asked the Dr. should we wait until it’s treated he said the tooth needs to come out anyway. They rushed the whole process and were not gentle at all. I felt pain immediately after. This visit landed me in the hospital hours after the extractions . The nurse told me my tooth shouldn't have been extracted if it was infected. The recovery process has been hell because of how sloppy they were when taking my teeth out. I have stitches every where . If i wanted to get prosthetics I know I can’t now. I’m so disappointed because dental work is way to expensive not receive good care.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. Went in on a Sunday evening and dentist didn’t look in my mouth and took the mirrored instrument and tapped on my teeth with some force. Looked at the X-ray and said I needed a root canal or my tooth pulled. Thank goodness I said no. Said he would send pain medication to the pharmacy and they never got a script from them. The pharmacist said this was a on going issue with this place. Also, they said they could not verify my insurance so wanted full payment. Called today for refund and to make sure they got a hold of my insurance company. Went to my regular dentist on Monday and nothing was wrong with the tooth he indicated I needed to have work done. My regular dentist found a different problem.

Negative experience: Terrible! Drove from a hour away and they told me to come back the next day to do a fill, no explanation on why they wasn’t doing it today! Right along with they scheduled the appointment for me to come in just to send me on my way. I don’t recommend!!!!!

Negative experience: I would like to share my experience regarding the administrative process at Same Day Dental. As a returning customer, I was pleased with the care I received during my previous visit. However, this time I was unable to see the same dentist and encountered several issues. I needed a tooth extraction and chose Same Day Dental again, confident that my prior experience with insurance went smoothly. I submitted copies of my insurance cards through their website earlier in the day, ahead of my 3:00 PM appointment. Upon arriving 15 minutes early and checking in with the receptionist, I waited to be called. After observing two patients who arrived after me being called back, I approached the receptionist for an update, as my tooth was causing significant discomfort. Unfortunately, I was informed that Same Day Dental no longer accepts my insurance. This was surprising, especially considering it was now 3:30 PM on a Sunday, leaving me with no viable options for care elsewhere. I believe this situation could have been avoided had someone at Same Day Dental verified my insurance before my appointment. It felt as though my time was not valued, and I received little acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Ultimately, I had to choose between paying nearly $400 out of pocket for an extraction or opting for a temporary filling, hoping to address the issue on Monday. I selected the latter and, regrettably, I will not be returning to their practice.
