Fantastic experience: I heard about Bella Bella from a friend who is a dental hygienist. She said they are the best in Clermont and she is correct. First, transparency and absolute fairness in pricing. I never had a procedure done that I did not sign and agree to. No up sells. This practice is about the patient and what is best for the patient. I have had emergency care done when I broke my teeth from a fall. I have had regular cleanings. I also needed special care and was given time, multiple consults and ultimately excellent cosmetic treatment. Bella Bella is really the best and if you are looking for a dentist, trust you are in great hands there.

Will always return to Vella Bella. All staff are excellent! Vanessa is a great hygienist.!! 06/2024 update. I’ve been a part of it ever since 2007 Dr. Van has worked on me to make me beautiful in reference to my teeth, her pleasant personality her kindness we laugh sometimes ask about each other‘s family and she’s so wonderful. She’s quite a ways from me but because of who she is, I am willing to drive Just to be there in her care. I love this lady. She is such a good dentist so if you have anything going on, you want to go to Dr. Vance office she’s always there always pleasant. Always call you by your first name. I love it. Fantastic experience: Always caring and professional, I had to call after hours for an antibiotic on a Friday evening because of a sudden abscess and received an immediate call back. I was then accommodated first thing Monday to relieve the pressure, and completed the root canal by Tuesday with no discomfort. Very happy with Bella Bella!

Fantastic experience: I walked in on a Monday afternoon when the night before something went wrong with a tooth while I was flossing. The administration in the front office promptly scheduled an appointment, which surprised me considering how busy they were. Within 2 seconds of sitting in the chair the dental assistant determined it was a filling and not something more serious. I was immediately relieved I didn't chip a tooth or god knows what else. Despite being an adult, I'm afraid of needles in my mouth - (I've had bad experiences at other dentist and can remember how painful some of the injections were) but when Dr. Van administrated the numbing injection I didn't feel a thing and she talked me through it the entire 5 seconds. If it was publicly acceptable to shed a tear over something like that I would have on the spot. She had me out the door in less than an hour and the quality + care I received was great like it's always been at their office - (when I went to the dentist 2x a year like I'm supposed to) I also don't have insurance but the bill was still affordable. I'd pay 3x as much for their care if I had to. I will never go to a different dentist for as long as their establishment is ran by Dr. Van and her team. Thank you for the painless, efficient and amazing treatment!

Fantastic experience: Bella Bella fit me in at the last minute . I was in a great deal of pain . They diagnosed me correctly after two other dentists had missed an infection. Plus additional help was offered as a Plan B if that did not work ! I have to drive over an hour to see them and it is worth it !

Negative experience: This was my first appointment at your office, I was thoroughly disappointed, The first thing that happened was the Dental Assistant Called me back by my first name, not Mr. Patterson or Sir. Then the same Dental assistant was very Aggressive executing my panoramic X-Rays . A Different Dental assistant had to redo my x-rays. Last but probably the most important was the misunderstanding about billing for my X-Rays, apparently, the Dental assistant handling billing, had a misconception on how the Delta Dental Plan Operates. She told me that 100% coverage of panoramic x-rays through Delta dental are every five years, when in fact, there every four year's. This Item in the operation of billing for Delta dental should have been very simple, however, my trust of her knowledge is much to be desired. I than asked what dental office billed me in 2022 or 2023, I’m still waiting on an answer for that poignant question. In conclusion, I’ve hit the highlights about today’s visit, there’s a lot more in between that makes me question whether I should trust Bella, Bella Dental Group for the care of my family.

Negative experience: I had the WORST dental experience under the Lynn Van. I came in for a filling, but left with one side of my face completely swollen and my eye drooping. I’ve never had this reaction and I’m no stranger to fillings. The filling was so poorly done and my teeth were excessively drilled. I still have a hole in between my teeth that she was supposed to fix. The fillings are connected in between two teeth instead of recreating the ridge. After she finished drilling and poorly filling my teeth, she just got up and said have a good day. I asked for a mirror and she directed the assistant to give me a mirror and she left. I can’t eat on that side of my mouth now, weeks later and I have so much sensitivity after a “simple” filling. I called her the day I had this horrible dental work done wanting a refund. She asked me to come in so she could see what she did. I agreed but didn’t return because I don’t want anything to do with this office. I decided to write this review, several weeks later to warn people. Be careful. I now have to find another dentist to fix my teeth.

Negative experience: No rant or rave for my visit with the hygienist and dentist.. but since being newly uninsured I called to ask for an estimate and was told between $160-170… when I went to checkout it turned out to be almost $300… when I told the receptionist, she said sorry, whoever you talked to didn’t know you were getting x-rays, etc… very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Love going to Bella Bella Dental been a patient for more than 25 yrs. I drive from S. Lakeland to Clermont takes me over 1 hrs and 30 minutes more if traffic is heavy but I will continue to go to them. I love the way they take care of you.... Great Dr's and staff!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Today I had a three hour appointment with Dr. Hang Van and her assistant, Camilla Rodriguez. Dr. Van was her usual professional, considerate and efficient self; she repaired four sites that showed themselves on my latest x-ray. Camilla expertly set me up for the procedure making sure I as comfortable as and well-informed on what was being done today. She was professional and kind to this old gentleman. Camilla and Dr. Van make a superior team; they were careful, efficient, and attentive to my needs. This is without a doubt the best dental practice I’ve ever experienced.

Positive experience: My dental appointment for a cleaning went very well. The hygienist did a great job and was friendly and competent. My issue with the Dental Group was the bombardment of text messages and email reminders - how many of these messages are needed. Also at the end of my visit I requested a copy of the billing for this visit as well a cost estimate for a visit that was scheduled. I was told these documents would be emailed to me. So far nothing has been received. This group has administrative overkill on the front end and lack of administrative response on the back end.

The receptionist Miguel was pleasant and took down all my information. Fantastic experience: Had some dental work done this week. Couple of cavities filled top and bottom of same side. Again not a fan of needles. They made some slight joke to relax me and make me laugh. Negative experience: I had been a patient for this practice approximately 7 years and always impressed with the drs and staff for their professional and couteous and amazing care. However if I were to write a review on my last visit it would be unfavorable and would probably be a zero rating. I went on a day where they had no water which probably was not a good sign. Hygienist and dr did their job and I left. I recently received a statement 4 months later that said I owed money,mind you I have a dental plan which covers PPo. I called the office and I was told it was because of xrays. I called my insurance and they explained it was not xrays but the dr.Yes I became quite upset because I knew that was not the case. I felt that they were trying to get money from me because of xrays. First off they didn't even give me the right explanation. My plan covers PPo dr not premiere and because I saw a premiere dr that is the reason for Bill. The owner did call and of course put the ownership on me since I had agreed to see a premiere dentist. I feel that they should make sure that the patient is kept informed of charges since we as patients can not possibly remember everything. I was not sitting in the chair thinking premiere vs ppo.I would not recommend this practice. I feel they are not the group that they once were. Way too many other dental practices now to be bothered with this group. I feel that they should have reminded me about premiere vs ppo since I cannot possibly remember the difference. I feel that they dr who comes in , it is their responsibility to say ppo vs premiere
