Fantastic experience: I lost my dental coverage when I retired from my job. Purchased dental insurance, and Complete Dental was not in network. Would up going to Bryant dental. I did not like them at all. So I went back to Complete Dental when to they are out of network. I've been going there for close to 8 years now. I would and have recommended them to everyone that asks "where is a good dentist?" I love 'em?

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff all around the front desk people in the back and the dentist. Take time and listen to your concerns and address your concerns with you. Work with you to come up with a plan to fix your problems. The dentist I saw was very kind and professional his assistant was very sweet and supportive during my visit. Thank you Dr. Mimms and team for helping me with my treatment. Word of advice give the patient written or printed instructions on aftercare so that they have something to look at once they are thinking clearly again. That’s my only complaint I didn’t remember everything that was said to do after my appointment.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time going to Complete Dental. Everyone was friendly and professional. My hygienist Lisa was very nice and polite. Dr. Bennett was very nice and helpful regarding some things I could explore with my teeth. I’m glad I chose Complete Dental!!!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and the dentist found the issue that my dentist of 16yrs and an endodontics couldn't seem to find.

Negative experience: The dentist did resolve the issue I came in for, but I was misled by the front office staff prior to my visit. I specifically asked if they were in-network with my insurance, and they confirmed they were. Only after the appointment did I learn that while they accept standard MetLife, they are not in-network with MetLife Federal for retired veterans. I was shocked to be charged $217 for what amounted to less than 15 minutes of work—just applying some epoxy and smoothing it out. If you have a federal dental plan, especially MetLife Federal, I strongly recommend avoiding this dental group!

Fantastic experience: Customer Service is great! I easily got my medical records sent to me before my ENT visit in VA. Haley was very helpful, communicated well and sent the specific documents I needed within minutes. Doctors there are great too! I came in with minor tooth pain thinking it was my first ever cavity - the doctor didn't dismiss my pain and helped me figure out it was actually a sinus cavity problem. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Chambless is very thorough and does such a great job. He always asks, how are you doing? Is everything OK as he’s proceeding to do his wonderful work I would never go to another dentist. I would recommend this dentist to anyone who needs dental work. I got three implants put in my lower jaw and it couldn’t have gone any better. He is a wonderful dentist and let you know everything that is going on through the procedure. Once again, I would recommend him to anyone who needs any type of dental work.. On a scale of one to 10, he’s A 12. Top-notch dentist.

Fantastic experience: Through my 40 years of life, my dental road has been hard and traumatic. The last thing I want to do, is go through another oral operation. But I have too, I don’t have any other options. Over the past month, I visited multiple dentists and each visit triggered anxiety and I felt even farther from a solution. Hopeless would be a good word for it. Saying that, the last dentist I visited was Dr. Brandon Chambless and the staff at Complete Dental Madison. The staff has helped me since I walked through the front door. Their attentiveness to my situation created a very comfortable environment for me. We discussed all of my options; I now have a plan of care and feel confident with any decision I do make with Dr. Chambless and the staff. If you have dental trauma or do not know what to do, Complete Dental will help you like they did me.

Negative experience: ***Update*** Seems like we are no longer in the network! I have spoken with Complete Dental in Madison! I have been there for some years. Now I have to go to a New Dentist ( Geise Dental Madison ) that my wife and I will use starting January 2026. They are a bit closer to where we live, which is a blessing! I have been with Complete Dental for many years! They are always professional and kind to me! Friendly staff! They are beautiful people, who talk about things while your are there! It's very helpful if you are nervous about being treated! They answer questions and I never feel rushed. Guess what ? They don't force you to get your wisdom teeth out either. LOL. Serious though! I enjoy being there to get my teeth cleaned! Complete Dental! Keep doing what you love to do . It makes a difference!

Negative experience: Overall my experience was disappointing. The hygienist was friendly and personable, but I felt I was cheated out of a teeth cleaning. She barely picked at my teeth and her efforts felt half-hearted and rushed. She also placed gauze on my chest and used it wiped off her tools throughout the cleaning. I’ve never experienced that and it felt unprofessional and careless. The polish was done quickly and she barely touched all my teeth. She also didn’t rinse my mouth out well and I was left with toothpaste in my mouth and around my lips. I regret not speaking up, but I was uncomfortable and caught off guard. The dentist who came in afterwards was polite and kind, but I left feeling like just another number. My husband canceled his new patient appointment, and we won’t be returning to Complete Dental.

Negative experience: So this is a review based on my boyfriend's experiences here.... He said they are very nice but they really screwed his denture up and tried to make it pass. Granted this was about 7 years ago, BUT that's not why I am writing this review. It was based on today's experience ... I tried to get him in because his denture literally snapped in half (will explain the problems that causes this from the ORIGINAL work) ... So I was told by the receptionist, very professional woman so no issues there, but he was still in their system and he is (currently) a patient of theirs, but because it has been so long she couldn't guarantee the denture be fixed the same day he was seen (she started to say fixed today, then said when he is seen). I told her that was fine but then she scheduled him a week out for X-rays....he needs a new upper denture, y'all are the ones who made the first one, why does he need X-rays..? And why in a week? The live view shows you aren't even busy right now (called at 12:30pm on a Wednesday).. I don't believe that this would have happened to begin with if the denture was made properly to begin with. They had to shave it down soooo much that the teeth were completely gone in the back just to make it fit for the one he used when we met, I watched it break on him (this was his temporary, he chose that one over the permanent because the permanent was so bad) ... On the permanent, he got maybe 1 year out of it, he never used it before because it hurt his mouth so badly. He had to cut it and file it down himself to be able to use it and they still shaved the teeth in the back down to force it to fit. He was told it would change over time...and it did. It got worse. After 6 months he went back to the temp with no back teeth...sad. I wish I knew him then to tell him that's unacceptable and they needed to remake the entire denture... Back to present. I went ahead and set the appointment in case I couldn't find anything else. The receptionist sent a text to his phone with paperwork for him to fill out, now his name is Jake (Jacob), the text message was for some guy named David? I wanted to give 3 stars, because they were nice to him and me but hearing his entire story I simply couldn't do better than 1 star for forcing him to accept a haphazardly made upper denture then this mess today. Y'all need to get it together.....

Negative experience: My last visit went relatively well as usual. Prior to my appointment to put the permanent crown in, my dentist and I had discussed replacing my Invisalign retainer after the new crown was installed. We both forgot about the Invisalign retainer at the time of the permanent crown installation. I called the next couple of days to see if I could get in to see the orthodontist and was told there were no openings available until six weeks after my crown was put in. She also stated I would need a consult with Ortho before an appointment would be made to make the mold. I asked if she could speak with the dentist to see if an exception could be made. Not only was the answer “No”, she suggested I call other clinics. I did find a clinic who will see me this week for my replacement retainer. My disappointment about this situation, I believe my dentist was not made aware of my request. I understand protocol, but I don’t think the clerk should ever be the deciding factor when a request is made to speak with my dentist. Very Disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Complete Dental has always provided superb work with my annual cleanings and the cosmetic work I received from them. But they have proven their commitment to me as the customer by working me in for a crown that came loose. My dentist was thorough, and expedient while providing a friendly environment. His assistant answered all of my questions and was friendly and comforting from the time she called me back until she excorted me to the receptionist desk. Collin I thinks that's how you spell her name she was outstanding and we above and beyond I had a mouth piece from my other dentist but because I have a crowning on one of my tooth it didn't fit and she fix and now I can sleep well tonight and she fix my chip tooth from the front and I'm so happy and satisfied with the work she did and I will be staying with them to do my cleaning and my husband cleaning now I don't have to find another dentist for awhile I'm glad I made this choice to call them and make and appointment everyone was outstanding in the office and if I could I would give 10 star thank you everyone and no wonder they have good reviews on here.

Fantastic experience: I am someone who doesn’t really like to go to the dentist but I had an emergency come up and needed to be seen. I am new to the area and they were able to get me in quickly for an exam and was also able to get my filling taken care of same day with the option to come back a different day if needed / wanted. Dr Chambless & his sweet assistant made this a very comfortable, easy and quick experience for me! I will be back for a cleaning and all future dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I have always had excellent care at Complete Dental and have been a patient for many years. Lynn cleans my teeth and always does an excellent cleaning. She can’t retire! Dr Chambliss is kind, compassionate, personable and always explains what he is going to do and always gives you options if they are available. Have sent several friends to Dr Chambliss and Lynn and they were extremely pleased with the care they received. Abby and Serria are always kind and caring especially when you need extra care and treatment.

Fantastic experience: Age 62. I have been to many dentists in my life after living in 10 different states. Finding a good dentist is stressful when you move to a different state. I have been pleased with complete dental staff and their dentists. No, I am not getting paid for this comment

Fantastic experience: I can't begin to tell you how great Dr. Chambless and the whole Complete Dental team have been. If you're anything like me you HATE the dentist. So much so if you gave me the choice of trying to escape a hungry grizzly bear or getting my teeth cleaned, I would say bring on the bear! That being said, Dr. Chambless chairside manner is absolutely wonderful, and he did an excellent job of calming my fears/anxiety about the work I needed to have done. I'll never look forward to the dentist, but if I have to go, I couldn't recommend a better one!

My hygienist was understanding of my anxiety levels and kept checking in on me during my cleaning. She was direct with her information, but very thoughtful and kind (the best kind of healthcare workers). The dentist as well was very kind and friendly. Happy to go back, which is saying a lot given my 7ish year dental hiatus lol!

I was sent to another dentist when my insurance provider changed and I was miserable. I was thrilled when I could come back to Complete Dental and I won't go to any other dentist again.

Fantastic experience: Complete Dental got me in quickly!! I had a dental emergency called them on Friday and I was given an appointment for to day Saturday…even though I wasn’t a patient there. The appointment went great, treated immediately what I came in for, and no pressure to be established as a new patient. The staff was kind and explained everything that they were doing and why. I scheduled a cleaning and will be a new established patient with Complete dental. It was the best experience I’ve had with a dental office. I’m very thankful that they care enough to come in on a Saturday for emergency needs. I am now pain free! Thank you complete Dental.
