Fantastic experience: Wade, Holly, and Molly were great and fast in getting a couple teeth extracted for me on the 4th of July. If you have a dental emergency come see them and get taken care of! Came back to have fillings done and to get stitches taken out from Dr. Holly and Molly and they were great at making sure I wasn’t feeling any pain and did a great job!

Fantastic experience: I normally have intense fear with dentists but today I got my wisdom teeth taken out taken out with Dr Holly and Molly (love that combo) and it was the best experience I've ever had. Fantastic experience: I had a crown fall out back in February, that was the first of many visits for me. I had to have crown , tooth pulled, root canal and bridge all done at different appointments. I have NEVER been one to go to dentist because all my experiences were awful. I was in shock how Dr Tobler made sure I understood all he was having to do and made sure before he started I could not feel a thing. He put all my fears at ease. Chrissy was in with the procedure of root canal and offered to hold my hand because I was that nervous. Its little things like that that make them unique. Wade too was in with my first visit and just as so helpful and made sure I was doing ok. Courtney is amazing ,friendly, and fun just like the group. Dr Tobler and his staff I would recommend To anyone who was like I was scared to go to dentist. THEY THE ENTIRE GROUP ARE WITHOUT A DOUBT TOP NOTCH! Friendly, caring, helpful, and mostly fun they put all my worries at ease. Now I am a patient who goes every 6 months for cleaning and I go to none other than Dr. Tobler and staff. Fantastic experience: The staff and Dr. Belling did a great job. I came in for a cracked tooth which ended up with the tooth needing to be pulled. Dr. Belling was very upfront about the steps he would take and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through the appointment. This was my first time getting a tooth pulled and they made it as painless as possible.

Fantastic experience: Five stars, and then some. I showed up to the emergency dentist expecting doom and gloom, but instead I got the Holy Moly team! Dr. Holly and her assistant Molly made me feel like I was checking into a spa instead of a dental chair. These two absolute legends pulled me back and had some awesome color-changing ceiling lights going on; kind of like a rave meets a meditation retreat, while a Nirvana playlist rolled in the background. Then, just as they were about to get medieval on my tooth, Rage Against the Machine came on, and I was instantly transported into a head-banging warrior mode. If you’re going to get your tooth hollowed out and nerve removed, I highly recommend letting Zack de la Rocha scream you through it. Dr. Holly and Molly kept me calm, explained everything in normal human words, and even made me laugh in between mouthfuls of Novocaine and panic. They were basically tooth-saving rockstars, and I would 100% trust them again if I ever decide to destroy another tooth with a cracker. Holy moly indeed! thanks for making a root canal adventure borderline enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Came in today for a tooth extraction of a tooth thats been bothering me. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and soft spoken. As someone with dental anxiety it really helped me feel calm and at ease. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. Appt at 5, out by 730 with everything accomplished that I needed. Thanks again. Fantastic experience: Holly and Molly were AWESOME. I had an emergency root canal and was in severe pain for several days due to a nasty infection in my tooth. They were quick, professional, and explained the process the whole way through. I had to get half of my root canal done in May, and the rest in June but both times were excellent experiences. I highly recommend!

Negative experience: The office staff were great….the provider was not. I had a very terrible experience. I needed an extraction and she was VERY rough. She kept pulling my cheek farther and farther like it was stretch Armstrong…the corner of my mouth is red and cracked! She hit my teeth numerous times with the forceps and when I jumped she told said, “sit still…..I’m trying to do this”. She left the room more than once DURING MY PROCEDURE! She had gotten HALF of the tooth out, left the room and went next door to the other patient, then came back. A car horn was going off in the parking lot and she left the room AGAIN…mid-procedure to see if it was her car!!! Provider also had ear buds in during my procedure which seemed very unprofessional. Before I left they tried to force me to leave a review….which seems really weird. They were very adamant about it. I am really upset about my visit. ——————————- Edit following business response: Unless Apple AirPods make ear protectors, they weren’t ear protectors. I understand instruments can knock against teeth….but for it to happen numerous times seems careless to me. You can’t make excuses for careless providers.

We did want to clarify a couple of things based on your feedback. What may have looked like earbuds are actually ear protection. Many providers wear these during all procedures to protect against long-term hearing loss from high-speed dental tools. As for your procedure, sometimes in cases where the mouth can’t open as wide, especially during extractions, it is possible for instruments like forceps to make contact with nearby teeth. It’s not ideal, but it can occasionally happen depending on the anatomy and positioning. We appreciate you sharing your concerns, and we’re always happy to talk through them further if you’d like. Fantastic experience: Came in for an emergency extraction due to an abscess. They got me seen in less than an hour with my tooth pulled within 30 minutes of sitting down. Everyone was super nice and helpful, will be going here for any other problems I end up having.

Fantastic experience: Attending the CWS. Got hit in the face, chipped my front tooth. Came in around closing Tuesday night. They scheduled me for 9am the next day. And, we are going to try and bond my chipped tooth back in place! So, fingers crossed. I was full of emotions and they were patient with that along with being understanding! I am hoping for the best! I would recommend this Emergency Dental of Omaha! Post Op: Dr Holly & Molly crushed it! We will see how it goes! We got my tooth back together with 2 screws and cement. Negative experience: Wasted an hour taking my family member just for them to deny the appointment and we already paid! Could have let me know ahead of time what was missing from the paperwork or checked it ahead of time before processing my payment now I have to go through the process of a refund

Negative experience: I went in for a broken tooth. I have insurance through my employer and had no trouble given the desk clerk my card. I sat there in the lobby alone almost 2 hours before the clerk comes to me telling me the insurance isn’t authorized!! I called them, and informed me that it’s authorized! I went to inform the man at the desk, and he got irate demanding they send me a form verifying it!! He demanded I call them, or take the cash option and finance the rest!! There’s a reason no one’s in there, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Fantastic experience: They fix my issue. The front desk guy was very friendly and explain everything with no hidden fees. The assistant of doctor was also very knowledgeable. Doctor pulled my tooth out and no pain. I was so nervous but it was quick and easy.

Fantastic experience: Nobody plans for an emergency except these guys. They are ready to do whatever it takes to identify the problem and they offer same day service for many procedures. I came due to pain. They take a flat fee to cover diagnostics along with the xrays. The tech explained everything clearly before she did it. It was decided I needed some fillings. They have up to date technology to make the process painless and easy. Molly and Dr Pieper were so great. They were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and honest. It was originally planned for me to get a root canal but after getting in there, he decided I didn't need one. I can't express how much I appreciate this. They will even let you control the Alexa for music!

Negative experience: I called for an appointment for my grandson. Told them he is 12 and had a toothache. They gave me an appointment and the name of the dentist. I got there after an hour drive.i was told that dentist is no longer there and they don't treat anyone under 14. I also had to give a 25 dollar emergency fee. When I called the number back someone answered and said it wasn't them.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this dentist. I was in the middle of a dental emergency and couldn’t get in anywhere, except here. Despite never having been a patient before, they welcomed me in without hesitation. Not only did they fit me in on short notice, but they also stayed almost an hour past closing just to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. They didn’t rush through anything. They explained each step, made sure I was comfortable, and treated me like I genuinely mattered, even though we had just met. In a moment when I felt overwhelmed and in pain, they gave me not only relief but also kindness, patience, and compassion. I’m so thankful I found them, and I can confidently say I’ve found my new permanent dentist.

Negative experience: This dental office is nearly a scam. I went in for a flossing in between my two molars and they wouldn’t do anything unless I paid them $4000. I could’ve saved $90 if I just told them what was up with the rest of my dentition. The previous client went in for two minutes and they told him where else to go—I should’ve gotten a clue from that experience. I did get a dose of radiation, however!
