Fantastic experience: Trinity is such an amazing dental hygienist, and always makes me feel at ease and well taken care of. The front office staff also never fails to make me smile and feel welcomed.

Fantastic experience: I went to Arkansas Family Dentistry for a consultation after years of struggling with dental pain and constant infections. I needed major work extractions, root canals, fillings and it had started affecting my overall health, not just my smile. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and cared for. They didn’t just focus on fixing my teeth they cared about restoring my health and confidence too. Dr. Card and her team were amazing. I was honestly blown away by how long they worked to get everything done. Nearly 13 hours of nonstop care and attention! Now, not only is my pain gone, but I feel like myself again. I’m beyond thankful I chose Arkansas Family Dentistry. They truly go above and beyond.

Today, I went to schedule an appointment in my treatment plan, planning to split them up into multiple appointments so I could afford it. I don't know what kind of magic the lovely gentleman that checked me out worked, but he decreased the cost to less than HALF in no time! I could not believe it! I will come back here again and again for the amazing customer service and great work.

Fantastic experience: A truly patient-centered establishment. I couldn’t rate or recommend any higher. All offices should operate with this level of care and intention. Christina was amazing and walked me through every step of my procedure. I had a great first experience with a deep cleaning and Christina showed me my scans and explained everything to where I can see and understand what was happening. Very pleased ! The front of the house staff are all very warm and welcoming also. I look forward to my appointments here!

Fantastic experience: I was really nervous about switching to a new dentist, but this team completely changed the experience for me. Bree was the first person to introduce me to the office, and I honestly can’t thank her enough. She is an amazing listener (can’t overstate this enough), helped calm my nerves, and made something I was dreading feel fun. She’s truly the best! Tyrus is always a bright spot at the front desk — welcoming, friendly, and always smiling. It makes a big difference when you’re walking in a little tense. Huge thanks to Maddy for being by my side during my fillings. I was anxious, but her presence helped me stay calm and get through it. Also, great taste in music! And thank you to Candace for the warm blanket and the fantastic teeth cleaning. It was quick and painless. I’ll definitely be back! I’ve never felt more comfortable at the dentist. So grateful for this team.

Fantastic experience: I have bad anxiety when I get dental work done, they were all very accommodating and patient. They also participated in good conversation with me.

Negative experience: Gonna try to keep emotion out of this, hard as it will be. Do not go to the dentist stressed or upset. Reschedule, or don't go. 1. If you have phobia, fear, or need help reading bills, take someone with you to read the invoice they hand you. I got sold a bunch of stuff that I thought I had to take for them to treat me. Should have told them to keep it all. Would have saved me nearly $400. 2. Have someone with you to ask the questions you don't know to ask, such as what are the replacements going to look like that you're having made for me. I asked for a prettier smile and to have less pain. I got huge frankenstein metal things to try to shove in my small mouth and am in more pain than I ever was with the teeth I had. I've been back for adjustments for the bottoms and they still are not right and I don't even try the tops they presented me. Neither come remotely close to fitting. 3. If you want sleep dentistry, do NOT NOT NOT let them talk you out of it. Medieval is the only way I can describe what I went thru and not even with the dentist I saw for the exam and nobody told me it was going to be someone else that I was going to see. THEN I go back for adjustments and they want me to see someone else all together. Seriously? No. 4. Sent home with the 8 or 10 teeny little squares of gauze but bleeding like a stuck pig for hours. Ended up making due by opening a brand new thing of swisspers and using those. 5. Never. Ever. got a call from anyone asking how I was doing. Ever. Not a peep. My husband's dentist (not in network with my insurance) called him when he did one crown. Twice. Once the night after the procedure and once two weeks later. I've yet to get a call from this place asking how I'm doing, what they can do to help. Only irritation when I insisted on seeing the same person for the third adjustment that I'd seen for the first two. So. I'm stuck with $6,000 of ill-fitting, horrid looking gargantuan, frankenstein things to shove in my mouth, major pain 24/7, especially when brushing my teeth. I should have ignored the people in my life telling me I will be better once I saw a dentist. Heh. nope. And this experience only cemented the fact that I am better off not ever going back to a dentist. Waste of money, time and caused emotional trauma. I'm still having nightmares about the "treatment" I received. Just a big old nope to this place. With their "do you have a reservation?". Um, no, I'm not a client, I'm a patient, I have an appointment.

He explained that this wasn't a regular dentist office and that I was in a lounge not a waiting room! He was super friendly, informative and very professional yet fun!!! Fantastic experience: Dr. Ludford is the kindest dentist that I have ever been to! I have been seeing him for years. He is realistic and honest. He doesn’t push unnecessary procedures. When putting on a crown today, he tried to warm my crown as much as possible to reduce any sensitivity when he put it on. He also talked through everything he did so nothing surprised me. Those are very kind gestures that not every dentist cares enough to do. Christina has been my dental hygienist for years as well. Even though we only see each other twice a year for an hour, she is always excited for my big wins in life! I love that. She’s also thorough and caring. Leslie is also amazing and so much fun every time I am with her! She called me herself when she thought I may have left my invisilign behind. The whole team here is great and always puts me at ease. I’m so grateful!

Fantastic experience: An absolutely fantastic practice. As a mother booking appointments for her son all the way from the West Coast they made this an absolute delight. Taking care of my sweet baby was their priority.— major work had to be done. They treated him with empathy and care and gave him the best service possible. While he doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist, He will be attending his future appointments largely based on the experience, he had directly with the staff. From taking all of my payment and scheduling calls to my questions about pain management appointment’s and payments they were fantastic. As a mom on the other side of the United States, who couldn’t be there during these procedure procedures, they made sure to take very good care of him. Destiny was very helpful as was the rest of the staff and the lady who did his gum, treatment, and the dentist who did his wisdom extractions were phenomenal. Southern service at its best. Negative experience: I went last year to get my work done. Now I can’t taste on the same side nothing. I called they put me on some antibiotics it still didn’t help it’s a year later my mouth still messed up on that side. I even reported everything as it happened nothing has been done I hate the dentist

I’ve never had to come back to a dentist office as much as I have here. Things have been complicated for me to get things done that needs to be done like dental work. That’s the only complaint I have about Arkansas family dental. So I returned to Arkansas family dental at 11 o’clock today and I must say Haley was on outstanding and professional worker I am pleased with the work she done on my partial. She knew exactly what to do. Congratulations to her. She is awesome and for the staff as I walk in the door. I can say they are extremely extremely outstanding welcome group. I will recommend Arkansas family dental to others, but I am extremely. happy with the work Haley has done. and I think she should be commended for the professional work that she does thank you.

Fantastic experience: First visit and blown away! My crown popped off following a hospital procedure. They got me in immediately (even as a newcomer) to repair. From the front desk, to the chair, to walking out the door, you feel like you’re the most important person in the building. I’ll be back next month following my recovery to start my longterm treatments services with them.

Fantastic experience: Super personable, professional and talented staff. Had a dental emergency that was taken care of within a few hours of me calling (as a brand new patient). They cater to any issues you have with dental care and do everything they can to make you as comfortable as possible with the procedures. The staff gets along very amicably and the place is just plain fancy and welcoming. I’m so incredibly grateful that they were able to help me- best experience I’ve had with a dentist. Like it was actually a good experience at the dentist, and I hate going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I thought about making today’s appointment my last with AFD. I have my reasons but TODAY my hygienist literally cleaned my teeth for the Gods & made me feel like me again & I didn’t even know I needed a tune up in that area thank you I will be returning

Negative experience: My regular dentist was booked too far out, so I called this office as an alternative. I clearly stated when booking that I needed a routine cleaning and wanted to have a possible cavity examined. They scheduled me for the following week. When I arrived, I spent over an hour getting x-rays and another type of scan—without ever seeing the dentist. When she finally came in, she told me I had severe bone loss, advanced gum disease, and multiple serious cavities. She warned me that I was at risk of losing all of my teeth and should be extremely concerned. Not once did she show me any of my scans. She even said I would need my previous dental work fixed. She also began tell me I was having symptoms such as bleeding gums and intense pain. None of which I was experiencing, nor had I mentioned. The only concern I had was a potential cavity. They never performed the cleaning I had originally scheduled the appointment for. Or told this would just be an examination. I was presented with a “treatment plan” totaling $5,700 after insurance. I immediately contacted my regular dentist and was seen the next day. He reviewed my new x-rays, showed me everything clearly, and confirmed that none of the issues this other office claimed existed. This is an extremely predatory business that will attempt to push unnecessary and extremely costly treatment on patients. If you are told you need extensive dental work here, I strongly urge you to get a second opinion. I am appalled by how dishonest and unethical this experience was, especially from what appears to be a reputable practice.

Negative experience: One thing I don’t play about is my teeth and care for my teeth. I never went back once they messed up a crown and placed it on wrong after coming out of pocket to pay for this only for 7 years later they say I owe a balance after being told numerous of times I never even had a balance and now that I’m trying to dispute it they are trying to make every excuse up they can well “if you were trying to scheldule an appointment the schelduler wouldn’t have been able to see that you owed something” never did I say I spoke with a schelduler I said I called to make an appointment and asked if I had any outstanding balance which was advised I owed nothing . It’s frustrating when people are hit with bills they had no knowledge about and then for two dentist to tell me whoever placed my crown on there was done incorrectly and the crown did not fit properly where I had to get another crown placed on to fix what they failed to do remind you I CAME OUT OF POCKET for this only to be told 7 years later I owe them 597. So you mean to tell me a crown cost over 1200? No Arkansas Family Dental will not get over and lie. I paid over 400 dollars that day to have the semi permanent crown placed on and when my temp was ready I paid the remainder of it. She was able to tell me they sent me over 20 notices but it’s not my fault yall don’t have the correct address on file or number but everything else I’ve received via email or phone call but this particular one didn’t get sent in an email. Then proceeded to tell me well I was not working here in 2018 so I can’t tell you they told you so how are you trying to speak to me about something you have no idea what you are even talking about. You have to know the facts before you try to get smart with someone . So I try to tell people to be aware of them they get over on people and then you pay them to do the job and they don’t even meet that requirement. Run as fast as you can. It’s all about money with them and I don’t recommend anyone to them after my experience and I also have the X-rays to confirm how poorly the crown was placed. Y’all will not I REPEAT GET OVER ON PEOPLE LIKE THIS.
