Fantastic experience: Both the hygienest and dentist we're great. They were knowledgeable and personable. They are pretty busy there so it can be a bit of a wait for an appointment, but that's pretty much everywhere now. I'd say, you're going to have to wait anyway, might as well wait for a better experience. Honestly, this might have been the best dental visit I've ever had because of their ability to keep my mind at ease.

The previous ones did not fit properly and he continued to work with me and the lab until the fit was correct. Lisa, the VA coordinator is on top of treatment plans and follows up with all the details needed. Elizabeth is one of the best dental hygienist I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the years. She’s friendly, personable and works hard to kept my teeth in tip top condition. The entire staff at this clinic are devoted to patient care. Two thumbs way up!

Fantastic experience: Had to switch from my dentist because they were out of network when our work’s insurance changed. Very friendly front office staff! Didn’t have to wait very long in the waiting room. Amy the hygienist was so great! She listened to my concerns and talked through everything with me. She was gentle and took care in the areas of my mouth that are more sensitive. Dr. Guido was nice, too! Answered my questions. Agreeable with my desire for a conservative approach and was fine with my plan for hydroxyapatite instead of fluoride in toothpaste. Amy also suggested using xylitol. I was very grateful for the patient care and recommendations!

Fantastic experience: Amy is the “BEST”! That covers it. And Dr.Binder is too. I would like to add that I have been a patient of Dr. Binders for over 12 years. Today I asked I could be billed for the visit as I had forgotten my checkbook. I was told it would have to be cleared with the office manager. Upon return I was informed they would allow this just this one time but would not schedule my next appointment until they received my payment. I would think after all this time I would be trusted. I love Dr. Binder and Amy but perhaps it’s time for another practice. After all I drive over 2 hours together here.

Positive experience: Very kind and polite staff. I wish I knew not to make the appointment so quick, but I only could’ve known to hold off on the appointment if I got more information upon scheduling. I had to miss a half day of work and that sucks.
