Fantastic experience: I really like Clear Lake Dental because all the staff are nice and efficient and caring. Also I have the same dental hygienist Jaime who took good care of me always and has been for years. With the same personal she knows my dental history and my evolving teeth conditions

Negative experience: Compared to other dental offices in the area, their treatment plan was about 30% higher and dentist never came in, only the x-ray tech and financial support rep. All they want is your money.

Fantastic experience: The staff and drs are so friendly here. You feel like your family and not at a dental appt. I had an issue today and they got me all set up and treatment plan ready. I recommend them to everyone that’s looking for dental care. You can not beat the home like feeling you feel here just walking in. The treatments I’ve had done here was amazing and so much more reasonable priced. You can not beat their friendliness and superb work !!

Negative experience: Better get your money ready if you plan on going here. My Crown fell off while I was eating something…to put on my own crown it cost me $78. That's not what they quoted me.

Negative experience: Have had a broken tooth since May. Tried to schedule with them because I've been using their office for a while, got seen day of but it was busy (thats ok, not their fault.) Never heard back after I gave them insurance. Called multiple times and was told someone would call me back after verifying insurance etc and no one did (repeat x3) and here we are in JULY. The first time the wrong card was given (my fault) but no one called or emailed to tell me it was wrong, instead I got an automated text saying I was due for services 2 weeks later. Called again, fixed card, didn't hear back. Called again, was waiting for someone to verify, still didn't hear back. Was verbally told every time I called that someone would call me back soon, I even asked 3x the last time I called so I wouldn't be waiting 2 more weeks. Hygienist was kind enough, but uncertain what to do with someone experiencing anxiety. New dentist seemed promising but I won't return to a place that doesn't care about their patients enough to schedule them or approach their dental anxiety with more compassion. As an adult with dental anxiety being met with side eye and "oh she's very nervous" just isn't the level of understanding needed. It's very disappointing to not be contacted as promised as well. I do not recommend this office.

Negative experience: The worst dental experience I’ve had my mom paid out of pocket for everything they don’t know what they’re doing I kept complaining that the nitrous was burning my nose the lady who was doing my mouth kept telling me I couldn’t take it off it was only going through one nostril burning like hell and she also didn’t know what she was doing she had to call another doctor in there to do her work I ended up in the er with severe trauma to my mouth for teeth they didn’t extract because of the amount of pain I was in and wanted to blame it on my anxiety when that wasn’t the case i definitely will not recommend this place a lawsuit will be filed.

Fantastic experience: We moved to the area about 3yrs ago and I needed a new dentist. This place had some pretty good reviews so I took a chance. Now I know why! The wait time was minimal after arrival. Interaction with Dr. Toshen was brief, but she was very nice. Monique was my hygienist and she was so sweet and knowledgeable. She did a fantastic job on my teeth and gave me tips to help keep them healthy! I am not afraid of the dentist, but if I was, I’m sure this place would make me feel more comfortable. Good job guys!

I have always had great service from them and although they have grown significantly over the years their level of service and exceptionalism have not changed. I have had the same hygienist for over 12 years - Courtney who is absolutely amazing. Well done to Dr Das and his team for delivering a constant superior service to his patients. Btw - I moved out of clear lake years ago and still drive an hour to see them 3 times a year. That’s how awesome they are.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Das since his solo practice days and I have seen his practice grow and expand over the years. Fantastic experience: The staff are really nice. They care about you and your concerns, taking time to answer any questions. The atmosphere and the building is clean and nice. This all makes the experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Positive experience: Your intake paperwork is done in the office but there's a chair there that you actually get examined and x-rayed. Weird Combination of office and exam room. And while they have you in the chair, They review the results and try to upsell you on everything they can.

Fantastic experience: I went in to discuss teeth cleaning in prep for hip replacement surgery. The staff was friendly and efficient. Within an hour, all my dental x-rays had been taken and evaluated, I had been physically seen and evaluated by a doctor, and the reasonable costs for the needed work had been clearly explained. Great job!

Fantastic experience: Tooth extractions without insurance are ~$300 apiece; just be aware. The experience is very good, though, you get what you pay for. Dr. Tajdin and her assistants and hygienists are very customer-focused, and go way above and beyond for you. They were very patient and considerate with my pain, and handled my extractions like professionals through and through.

My whole family ranging from 12 yrs - 79yrs has been with them for years! If you have any fears of dentist... this is your place! They walked me through what would happen, answered all of my questions and then some, from the consultation to the surgery(s) to the follow up visits. Fantastic experience: So it's been a LONG time since I've been to the dentist. I decided that I finally needed to go, and so I looked up some local dentists, and I came across Clear Lake Dental Care. I saw they had over 2,000 reviews, and all of them were pretty much consistent in saying that the people that work there are amazing, they provide excellent care, and so forth. Well, I'm here to testify to this truth. I went in today, and from the receptionist, all the way to the end of the visit was none short of exceptional service. Jolie is awesome and showed genuine concern. Dr. Acevedo is such a sweetheart and very thorough. Both of them also gave me great advice on how to take better care of myself, even beyond just taking care of my teeth. It might sound weird to some, but I love them both already, and I just met them today, lol. After talking with Jolie and Dr. Acevedo, I felt hope again for my teeth because initially I was very concerned they were going to tell me the worst news because it had been so long since I've been to a dentist. But that wasn't the case at all. Anyway, before I go off on a tangent, I just wanted to share my great experience here, and I definitely will be returning and letting others know about how great they take care of you. Mom was worry that doctor is so slim and she would be not strong enough to pull molar. She was just smiling, assuring that only experience matter. Great job girls. Courtney was excellent, she explained detail by detail on all the options that are available for me. She answered all of my questions and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. Courtney, the Patient Care Coordinator, was extremely knowledgeable, & went above & beyond to insure that I & my husband understood the cost & all that the process of having a root canal & crown entails. Rhonda, the Office Manager, also confirmed the cost. Kyra was wonderful about working with us as to setting the appointment. Dr. Kaplan, the dentist who performed the root canal, went above & beyond to keep me comfortable, & even had me giggling, about comments between the dental assistant, Lizette, & Dr. Kaplan. I’m not saying that I recommend having a root canal for entertainment, but this was a great experience, if you need to go through it. Last, but just as important, Stephanie, another dental assistant, checked in to insure that I was doing well, & communicated this to my husband, throughout the 60 to 90 minutes that the root canal took. All in all, I highly recommend Clear Lake Dental Care, & I truly appreciate the care they provide.

Negative experience: Not sure what or why, but Tuesday every number (3) given over the phone after hours recording was called for emergency assistance and not a single answer NOR a call back!! Will not try nor refer ever.
