Fantastic experience: Great place, drove 3 hours away and great service.

Fantastic experience: The staff here were kind and considerate. I think that we were treated with respect even though my child was very fearful of going to the dentist. Little by little my child is learning not to be afraid. They call my child by name and they try to calm their fears without pushing them beyond what they are ready to do or experience. They have little TVs above each chair so your child can be distracted while they are laying there. Everything is clean and on your way out you can ask for a doctor's excuse for school. UPDATE My child did so much better this time so don't give up! It will get better! They have a game area to distract them and they just updated it.

Fantastic experience: Love dr. Johnson ... he was great with my child.. made him feel safe not scared and he didn't feel a thing (tooth pulled) .the office environment was great , loved the girls there , they took care of my child as one of their own .

Fantastic experience: I was cleaned by Mrs. Michelle today. She was a lovely little lady with a very positive outlook on life and the art of dentistry. She’s the kind of lady that comes back home to her grandparents for Thanksgiving, helps the little lady with her groceries across the parking lot, picks up a nickel of the ground and sticks it in the offering plate. While she was cleaning, she ran across some calculus which brought a tear to my eye. In between removing, she educated me on the importance of flossing and even wiped my tears away. I will absolutely be back! If by chance I get to see Mrs. Michelle again, why it would just make my day.

My youngest even had the pleasure of having Dr. Sullivan herself clean his teeth yesterday, and she is the best! Love all the staff!

Fantastic experience: Staff is always nice. I have three children who see Dr. Johnson. The 3 year old always makes the staff work for it. They still take care of her with a smile on their face. That means a lot because she is terrified of going to any doctor office; she associates any doctor with a shot lol It’s hard finding a good anything these days but when you find it, you don’t ever leave. We have at least another 15 years to go lol Keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: Clean and beautiful facilities. Office staff is always friendly, welcoming and seem to enjoy being at work. The hygienist are always pleasant, gentle and all have beautiful teeth..lol!! Way to promote dental health..lol!! The The dentist that we’ve seen so far are all great.. they are informative and seem to care about and enjoy what they do. I’m happy that they’ve added the adult dentistry… and now I go there as well! Brock’s Gap Dental is now my one stop shop for the best dental care!!

Fantastic experience: Anna was our assistant today and she is absolutely wonderful! She is extremely personable, has fantastic bedside manner and is phenomenal at her job. We enjoyed our visit with her today. And Dr. Sullivan is amazing. She pulled my daughter's tooth in record time and made it quick and painless. We are huge fans of Brock's Gap Dental and thoroughly enjoy our visits with you guys. Thank you so much for loving our kids so much and making their experiences at the dentist so amazing.

Fantastic experience: I had a phenomenal experience with this pediatric dentistry!!! Very easy to reach the clinic via phone, and easy check in, very kid friendly waiting room and staff who never pressured me or added to my stress. My kids 1 and 2 had a blast. Staff know how to talk to kids and help alleviate any fears. Dentist never pressured me to do anything but answered my questions so I could make an informed decision. Very very happy with everything!!! My kids got lots of goodies and stickers so they loved that! Ohhh and there was a wonderful coffee bar for me to partake in

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience at Pediatric & Adolescent Dentistry!! The staff are so friendly, caring, trustworthy, and all have such positive and fun attitudes making it easier on the kiddos. They’ll treat your children like their own and take the time to get to know them on a personal level which makes the world of difference!! There’s nothing colder then walking into a place that you visit frequently and the employees not even know who you are, or recognize the fact that they know who you are, but the staff here do the complete opposite of that!! It’s comfortable. Not to mention the office has fun activities for the kiddos like gaming machines, toys, TV’s with the kiddos choice of movie during procedures and the famous treasure box!! They even give you a tshirt at your first visit…and you can never have to many tshirts…We love Pediatric & Adolescent Dentistry and highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: The dentist and hygienist were great. Almost all of the people we encounter there are professional and nice. Only one is consistently rude. Another visit - the rude one wasn’t there. Great visit! And the hygienist, Kellie, was fabulous with my nervous boy!

Fantastic experience: This team is the BEST! My 4 year old just recently had to have a filling done and they did a great job of putting him at ease. It was such a positive experience. Every staff member we have interacted with seems happy to be there and upbeat. We never have to wait long and are always well attended to. The whole setup is super kid-friendly and my son looks forward to going to the dentist!

Negative experience: What an awful experience in this place after so many years coming here. Never before was I treated with so much racism and disrespect. The one person who apparently things in her little mind that she is better than any other person. Looking down on people and side eyeing them because she thinks her skin color is better than anyone else and feeling entitled is just completely insane. Even more upsetting bringing it up to the 'so called person in charge' Molly. And not doing nothing about it but instead acting like it was 'ok' to be treated like that. I hate that GOOD DOCTORS LIKE DR. JOHNSON will be loosing patients because of people that act crazy towards their patients and the 'office manager Molly normalizing the situations ' I guess they forget that they need their patients to be able to stay open and continue to get a paycheck. Will definitely NOT recommend this place anymore after such a horrible experience. Places like this should realize that their employees become a part of the face and the name behind their business, so having people working for them that are careless about their patients is really not a wise choice.

Fantastic experience: I took my son to his cleaning appointment. My son is very nervous seeing a dentist. My son is also a special needs child. He was so afraid and didn't want to open his mouth. Lacey and other staff were exceptionally help full and kind. He actually left with a smile. I know I did.

Blair was absolutely amazing making sure not only my daughter was comfortable but she would go check on her several times and come back and let me know how it was going. She went above and beyond for my family, we will always use them in the future!

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist ever! I love that both kids are cleaned at the same time, reducing our time in office. The hygienists are amazing, thorough, gentle, and caring. Dr. Johnson makes the experience fun. You can feel how much he loves his job and his patients. Always on time and a quick visit. The only complaint from my kids is that they don’t get enough time to play all the arcade games in the waiting room. I honestly don’t think 5 stars is enough to convey what a perfect experience this has been, consistently, for over a decade! Thank you all for making going to the dentist something my kids look forward to!

Fantastic experience: I took my 11 week old to have his lip tie revised today. Dr. Johnson and his staff were absolutely amazing. Anna and Blair made sure my sweet boy was well taken care of. I could not recommend them enough. I wish I could give them 100 stars! Please go see them if your baby has a lip and/or tongue tie. They will take such amazing care of them.

Negative experience: My kids have been going there for over 7 years and we were booted out without any notification... this is devastating... and very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: We loved our experience at the dentist today! We have been to their sister office in Chilton county, with recently moving up closer to Hoover we decided to transfer here. The doctors and staff are all so nice, welcoming, and are all skilled with making my littles feel safe and happy while in the chair. The hygienists and doctors were all great with sharing the progress and results of each child’s care. They were informative with what’s to come in the future for each kiddo. Just an all around great experience. The clinic is clean and fresh. There are games for kids to play and tvs for them to watch while waiting. Honestly it was a 5 star experience.

Fantastic experience: My son was born with a tongue and lip tie. Our pediatrician gave us a referral to ENT to have it fixed, but they didn’t want to do the procedure till 4 months old. So I looked, and I was able to get him seen here in less than a week. Since the ties affect his eating I wanted it done sooner rather than later to help with feeds, and babies tend to tolerate pain better younger. The staff and dr were so nice. We were in and out in no time. They explained what they were doing well. He didn’t even cry after the procedure. I’m so glad we went here. They were so great! Def recommend here.

Fantastic experience: My son came in today with quite a few issues but they all were nice & polite. They didn’t once make us feel bad that time had gotten away from me. They said it ok it will be a process but we will get him fixed & I truly appreciated that as a mom more than I can express in words.

Negative experience: We normally have a great experience here, but now we have a child that has "graduated" to the adult clinic. We drive over an hr to see Dr. Johnson and they have been so helpful trying to fit as much in as possible at a visit. Today our son saw an adult dentist. I had asked when making the appt if we could get all 3 cavities done in one trip and was told that since they had done it last time, it should be fine. They only did 1! :( I suppose it was an issue with the dentist, because scheduling was great on the phone. Going for littles - a great place! For adults, a big disappointment.

Fantastic experience: This is seriously the best pediatric dentist ever. They do SUCH a good job in every phase- checking in is easy, all the desk staff are kind. The waiting room is clean with plenty of things to entertain kids, and my wait is usually around 5 minutes, very prompt, which is wonderful with kids. Once you're back there, the staff is SO kind and patient with the kids. I have a 4 and 2 year old, and they make my kids so comfortable and happy. We've seen Kelli a few times and she goes out of her way to ease the nerves of my kids. The Drs are helpful and quick as well. The environment is colorful and clean. I couldn't recommend this place enough!
