Fantastic experience: My son has been coming here since he was 6 years old. He is now 17. He has never put up a fight to go to the dentist. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is amazing in both ortho and dentistry. We drive 2 hours just for The Super Dentist! We had the pleasure of being attended by the dental assistant Fernanda, today. She was amazing .

Negative experience: It was my daughter’s first dentist appointment and the way Emily treated us wasn’t something I want to come back to. After I checked her in, I saw she was talking about me with other employees this is beyond humiliating.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience in our visit today with Assitant Miss. Jasmine G. My kids and I have been patients here for many years but we just get designated different people but after today she will be our main go to in this office. She went above and beyond with my 2 year old who is a fussy kid getting used to the Dentist appointment and she was very good with him. She was patient and also very sweet with my older 8 year old daughter In her cleanings & fillings also very knowledgeable and was guided my daughter throughout the process. Thank you Miss. Jasmine! Fantastic experience: My previous dentist stated I had a cracked tooth and wanted to charge me thousands of dollars for that and many other "repairs". I got to see my own x-rays before the dentist came in and I didn't see anything bad. But I have no background in dental care, so I figured I still had that thousands of dollars predicament. Turns out, my teeth are in great shape. No damage whatsoever. I trust you guys 100%. My son had 3 cavities filled at 4 years old there last week and it was painless and a breeze for my little guy. I intend to stay with you! My daughter's teeth were also in good shape and the dentist recommended pushing a tooth forward every night to get it in the right position! I've never heard of that! I appreciate how you guys take preventative measures in order to (hopefully) keep me from spending on orthodontic care in the future. Just all together, everything is great! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: We had another wonderful experience at The Super Dentists today! My son was seen by Katar, our dental specialist, for his annual cleaning. She was kind, professional, and made sure he felt comfortable every step of the way. We’ve also been coming to the Eastlake location for our other kids, and each visit has been phenomenal. From routine cleanings to more detailed dental work, the entire team here always goes above and beyond. The staff is consistently warm, patient, and engaging with kids, which really helps ease any anxiety. We truly appreciate the care and attention they give our family. Highly recommend The Super Dentists!

Positive experience: Fast and easy processing at the front desk and very professional. Only one problem my daughter complained about her gums hurting and irritated after cleaning. This is the first time this ever happened wasn’t too happy about that .

Negative experience: My daughter Naomi had bars in her mouth for 3years and she was suppose to been have her braces put in and we are paying out of pocket for her to have them.

Fantastic experience: Jerry treated my daughter with care. He asked my daughter questions pertaining to her teeth and involved her in her care which made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. The Superdentist is always quick and efficient!

Fantastic experience: Beto is the absolute best!! Today I got my braces off, I spent about 2-ish years with the super dentist and they were always swift, understanding, and nice to me throughout my time. Thanks to the help of Beto and Dr. Gao , I had an amazing last day. Doing molds, polishing, X-rays, photos, and the entire removal were comfortable and at my own pace. They give great advice to any questions aswell.

Negative experience: I used to take both my kids here all the time, and liked them, besides the pressure to get braces, which their really sneaky about, btw. One of my children is autistic and can be difficult to exam sometimes. Most of the hygienists and dentists work with him, are very patient, and we all get it done. Last fall, I took my son in like usual, and the dentist we saw that day refused to even try to exam him, and referred us to Rady's to have him fully sedated during exams. That is over a year long wait list! Also, I don't think its necessary to put him at risk like that for just simple exams. After doing some research, I found Pediatric Dentistry of San Diego, and they have no problem examining him. I will now be taking both my kids there, and recommend them to anyone with kids on the spectrum.

Negative experience: Absolutely Disgusted and Upset with The Super Dentists - AVOID if Your Child is Under 2 with an Urgent Issue! My experience with The Super Dentists was nothing short of predatory and deeply disturbing. On Sunday, we called in a state of worry because our 1.5-year-old son had chipped his tooth. We clearly explained his age and the situation to the person on the phone, who told us to come in on Monday. As scared parents seeking help for our child, we followed their instructions. Upon arrival, we were immediately pressured into purchasing their "$99 plan" to supposedly reduce costs. Naively trusting they had our son's best interest at heart, we signed up. What followed was a complete waste of our time and money. They took two X-rays, briefly checked his chipped tooth, and then delivered the shocking news: "Well, we can't actually do anything to fix this until he turns two." The utter lack of transparency is appalling. Why were we told to come in? Why were we pressured into a $99 plan when they knew upfront they couldn't provide any treatment for the primary issue? It feels like a blatant attempt to prey on the vulnerability of worried parents. They had our son's age from the initial phone call – this crucial information should have been disclosed then, saving us time, money, and unnecessary stress. Adding insult to injury, when we asked if they could at least clean his teeth while we were there, they quoted us an additional $40. So, what exactly does this $99 plan cover? Apparently, just the privilege of being told they can't help our child for another six months. We reluctantly agreed to the cleaning, hoping for some benefit. It was a joke. The "cleaning" lasted barely a minute, felt rushed, and to our astonishment, they didn't even use water or fluoride toothpaste! It felt like a superficial gesture to extract even more money from us. The Super Dentists' actions in our case were unethical and exploitative. They lured us in under false pretenses, pressured us into a costly plan, provided no actual treatment for the urgent issue we presented, and then tried to nickel and dime us for a subpar "cleaning." If your child is under two and you have an urgent dental concern, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY at The Super Dentists. They clearly prioritize profit over providing honest and upfront information to vulnerable parents. We left feeling scammed, deeply upset, and with our son's chipped tooth still untreated. This was a truly disturbing experience, and I would strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: My kids have been going here for 2 years. The recommendations for their dental treatments have been superb! Zero cavity gang!!!

Negative experience: Just take your kids somewhere else. The office schedules appointments for my kid without my approval. I receive emails about scheduled appointments that I never agreed to or even scheduled myself. To keep it short, most of their staff is very rude and thanks to them not being prepared enough to work with kids, my kid now HATES the dentist. Doctors are always on a rush, going from patient to patient and they don't even give their current patient their full attention. Dental Assistants just walk in to the cubicles to interrupt our appointment to talk or ask about a different patient. I write this review after 2 years of going to this office.

Fantastic experience: I am was happy to find out I can also make my appointments at the super dentist. I have been taking my children there for 3 years and I love how well they take care of my children. I had the best experience at the adult dentistry. Never want to change my dentist! Thank you to all the staff! I even got a “no cavity” certificate

Negative experience: Disappointed in this Dentist. I had an appointment the first week of this month (april) which would of been my first visit. One day before my appointment I received a text from them telling me they had to cancel my appointment because of an emergency the dentist had. I rescheduled and received another appointment today. This morning before I got ready to leave they text again with the same excuse stating they had to cancel me. 2 appointments, 2 cancels, shameful system!

Fantastic experience: Both of my boys needed to be seen on same day and the techs were very helpful. My oldest was properly attended to with a cleaning while my youngest got a procedure done. Wendy was the nicest and sweetest to my little guy getting a spacer removed. She made my little one feel comfortable and calm while she removed the spacer; calling him "my love" and telling him he was doing great made both of us super comfortable given the situation. Fantastic experience: I’ve had an exceptional dental experience with Dr. Javdan, Alexis, & Naara! I’m someone who tends to avoid my dental visits, but I’ll commit to coming every 6 months as well as additional appointments if needed simply because they were fantastic! Dr. Javdan’s shots felt essentially non-existent & she does a phenomenal job of distracting you so that you’re not aware of the needle! I can also tell that she’s invested in dental care & cares genuinely cares about oral health. She is very thoroug! Alexis & Naara both have beautiful personalities & are very interpersonal! I appreciate the time they took with me & constant follow up ensuring I was ok! Destiny is AMAZING as well! She has been there with me throughout my treatment plan & has provided exceptional customer service! You guys have an awesome team! Thank you!

Negative experience: Yesterday we had an appointment at the super dentist and it’s probably going to be the last. The dental assistant we had was amazing and really nice. I can’t say the same thing about the doctor, he was the rudest person I have met. He came in to check on my daughter and was so rude he didn’t even say what was wrong he just said she needed treatment and that because of her behavior she would have to be put under and strapped, my daughter is level 1 autistic so I think that’s what he meant when he said behavior but he tried to word it differently, first of all just because has that condition it doesn’t make her a bad kid, second she was sitting down perfectly fine not complaining or anything but like any other kid her age (5) she was nervous but he didn’t have to discriminate her like that just because of her condition. He asked when was the last time she had visited the dentist and the dental assistant said it was back in 2022 and he made a surprised face and said wow, as if we were bad parents but he didn’t let me explain that we used to live in a different and she went there. He was so rude, my daughter even asked us in the car why the dentist didn’t like her.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. George, he's so thorough, and the assistant that helped yesterday, my daughter says she was so nice and gentle. We Can't remember her name, but it makes a difference when my daughter makes a comment about service. That means it was a really great and special experience.

Negative experience: 1. all the reviews are fake. I’ve left a review before and there was nowhere near even 1k and now there’s 2k and it’s been less than a year. 2. they permanently damaged my FRONT TOOTH. 3. majority of the workers are females and are extremely unprofessional and snobby. they sneer at you and talk trash in spanish. 4. the practices are extremely rough and sloppy. Sadly there’s nothing i can do for my tooth now but replace it with something fake now. Just saddening. I regret ever going to this place. I hope you find this helpful and find somewhere more skilled in dentistry than this place.

Fantastic experience: Been bringing my kids here since I moved to SD 1.5 yrs ago, and haven't regretted it ONCE. The staff are allllllll patient, understanding, and most of all, accommodating to any needs for the children. Patience is ALWAYS needed when it comes to kids, and the staff here have been awesome with it. After the storys I've heard from friends in SD of their experiences with other dental offices, this place isn't money hungry or greedy like the offices they went to. I've introduced them to this office, and they absolutely LOVE it and glad they belong to this dentist office now. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Super Dentist Eastlake for about seven years, and every visit has been a great experience. The office is always clean, the staff is friendly, and appointments are handled efficiently without feeling rushed. The team is professional and makes each visit smooth and comfortable. I also appreciate the little extras—they offer coffee for parents and always give kids a toothbrush after their visit. I’ve never had any issues, and the quality of care they provide is excellent. If you’re looking for a reliable, family-friendly dentist, I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Dentist Leylia and Assistant Karina were outstanding. They came in so smoothly, professionally and talking directly to my grand daughter to comfort her. They addressed me with such a warm welcoming. They quickly wrapped up the patient, made her comfortable and explained what they would be doing. Their actions relaxed me. I was more nervous than my Grand daughter. The procedure was quick and well done; the Assistant was through with the follow-up steps of what to do afterwards. My Grand daughter has a high tolerance for pain.

Positive experience: We brought our two year old for his first appt. He wanted both mom and dad there so we also had to bring our 1 year old. We waited one hour and 15 minutes for the appt that lasted 12 minutes. The appt was at 10, at 10:30am They texted me to say they were running behind and when I asked the front desk she said we were next and at that point we still waited 45 minutes. Very disappointed and won’t be back. Everyone who worked there was nice though so that’s why 3 stars.

Fantastic experience: Update: took my 18 year old son here for severe pain and they were able to see him the same day and were even able to perform a root canal! So grateful! 10/10 service. Great service, trusted dentists.
