Negative experience: Had to go to a different dentist to fix work I had done here. Careless.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be more pleased with my overall visit last week. My 3 year old son fell and his tooth got pushed back. When I called in, they were 1.5 hours from closing and didn’t have any apportionments. They checked with the dentist and they got us in before they closed! The dentist was absolutely amazing throughout it and really explained my son’s injury. Couldn’t be happier with the service we were provided last week!

Fantastic experience: Inspire has been my dentist since I could remember and they’re simply just the best. The staff is always extremely nice, and gets you in and out of your appointment quick.

Fantastic experience: Had a molar extracted today (first time) and it could not have gone any more smooth! The tooth was out in 2 minutes. Dr Lin and her team were excellent and made me feel nothing but comfortable during this experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Balk is the best! Fully trust her with my 4 year old, and I’m an oral surgeon and my husband is an orthodontist.

Positive experience: I take my toddler here to the pediatric office. I will say our first visits deserved 5 stars but our most recent visit today I’d give a 2 or 3. First of all, the dental hygienist was great, no issue there. Our issue is that there was no dentist there today to do an exam, and we weren’t made aware of that before our appointment at all? Very strange. I hope we aren’t billed in full because of this. I also would love to see a better waiting room as this is a pediatric office, and there’s nothing that would clue me into that. No toys or anything for kids to do in the waiting room. Thankfully had a few toys in the diaper bag I had, but for the future a table or something with some coloring books or toys would be helpful for the wait time!

Fantastic experience: Inspire Dental is an efficient, friendly office. They are always on time. My hygienist is extremely thorough. Going to the dentist is a pleasant experience at Inspire Dental!

Fantastic experience: What an incredible experience I’ve had since I started visiting this dental group. My surgery today has only reinforced the belief that these dedicated professionals genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. I had scheduled my wisdom tooth extraction for today. On Tuesday, I called the dental group in pain, and Michelle tried to accommodate me on the schedule. She managed to fit me in, but unfortunately, I couldn’t undergo general anesthesia because I had already eaten. I explained my apprehension about needles and my desire to keep my appointment. Michelle understood my concern and prescribed me with antibiotics since I had an infection. On the day of the appointment, my doctor, Diana Lin, and her team were truly remarkable. They put me at ease and made me feel confident that everything would go smoothly. I want to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received. I highly recommend this dental group to anyone seeking quality care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee and his assistant, Joanne (I think that is her name) were very kind and helpful. She even offered her arm to me to walk to the waiting room as I felt a little weak after Dr. Lee finished. I am 88 years old so I feel a little dizzy after laying down.

Fantastic experience: I saw Kayla today, and she was thorough in her cleaning and attentive to my concerns. She’s always been my go-to hygienist, and I can’t speak highly enough of her. I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee and his team were great! Not having been to the dentist in a few years, they never shamed me and were extremely kind and understanding of my situation. I had to come in for a few appointments, and every time I almost looked forward to coming due to their hospitality. They always made sure to explain what they were doing and why, and allowed me to take breaks if I needed at anytime. I am unfortunately moving, but I would 100% return if I was not!

Fantastic experience: From the minute I walked in the office, the receptionist, the hygienist and dentist treated me with a smile, kindness and professionalism. I was actually greeted first by the office’s therapy dog who was also very friendly. Although I actually showed up for my appointment, I had the wrong day. They were able to fit me in immediately. I highly recommend the Amherst Office location.

Fantastic experience: Wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Staff was beyond kind and joy answered all of our questions and then some. Dr Hallowell-kemp was super friendly and eased any of my daughter’s worries about surgery. Even the women at the front desk were friendly and funny. Although it was our first visit it felt like we had been patients of theirs for years. I will definitely be sending friends and family that are in need of dental care !

Everyone is always very friendly and very helpful with insurance coverage. I see Sam for all my cleanings and she does a great job! Inspire is the place for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: The moment we walked into the office we felt extremely welcomed and comfortable by all the staff. Dr. Balk and Max were great with my 7 year old. Each step of the procedure was explained as well as having small conversations to make her laugh along the way.

Positive experience: We just started coming here and I am unimpressed on the transparency of orthodontics aspect of this practice . You are not able to sit with your child when they are in the dentist chair and instead pressures to wait in the lobby. As a parent, I would like to be able to sit with my child simply to be able to reassure them that everything is ok. The staff was dismissive and not very helpful .

Dr. Kemp at Inspire Dental was recommended to me by a friend for a wisdom tooth extraction and I was very impressed with her knowledge, friendliness, and quality of work. The overall experience was great. From being greeted with a smile at the first consultation appointment to the follow up call from Dr. Kemp later in the day after the extraction. All of my appointments during the process were prompt, and they could even take me early. Dr. Kemp's assistant Joy, was also great. She was very informative, friendly, and made me feel at ease. They worked well as a team. Lastly, I am always impressed when I visit a business and find that all the employees seem cheerful and happy to be there. It speaks to the employer's culture and how they treat their employees. A+ experience.

After 3 attempts at calling the general number and speaking with people there to find out if my new insurance plan is covered (with no response for over 2 months), I called her directly since he had assisted me in the past on a billing concern. She had my question answered and a pre-determination submitted to my insurance within 2 HOURS! She is friendly, responsive, compassionate and treats your concerns with the utmost importance. She is a shining light at Inspire!!!!

Fantastic experience: I called as a new patient and was surprised how fast they got me in to be seen for a tooth that was bothering me. I only sat in the waiting room for 5 minutes. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the doctor explained options and procedures in detail.

Fantastic experience: This place was recommended to me by a friend who used to work here. It was my First time and I needed an emergency appointment for a broken filling and they were able to fit me in 2 days after I inquired. I used their text system to book an appointment. It was very easy to setup an appointment and responses to my inquiry were prompt and friendly. I didn't have insurance but thought the prices were reasonable. $380 total for X-ray and filling, which was all done in the same appointment. I only required a small filling for one tooth which was why they were able to do it in one appointment. The staff and doctor were super friendly and accommodating. They talked me through each step and made me feel at ease. I was in and out in an hour. The actual procedure took less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Best hygienist! During my cleaning appointment my 1 year old was extremely fussy and crying so she sang to him the entire time while cleaning my teeth. He calmed right down. What a great experience.

Negative experience: Worst reception greeting on 12/31/24. Receptionist interrupted me each time I opened my mouth, in addition to being unfriendly. When I was able to get a word in, I mentioned the interruptions. Had no appreciable impact.

Fantastic experience: Called at 9:00 am to have a painful tooth evaluated. Inspire gave me a same day, 9:30 am. appointment. Staff is excellent! I've been having all my dental needs met at Inspire Dental Group for two years. Every appointment was on time, treatment rooms are spotless. The quality of their dental work is excellent and the dental teams are professional and cheerful. A+ all the way around.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Inspire Dental Amherst has been kind, and the level of care is top notch every time! I was scared to go back to the dentist after years of not having access/insurance, but there was support and flexibility where I expected judgement. She was very accommodating with my schedule and she has a wonderful manner of making you feel very comfortable. Her dental assistant, Rene Lopez was also a great help in completing my 2 crown procedures. His friendly personality and capabilities will make him flourish in his dental career. Fantastic experience: Dr. Lynn did performed my wisdom teeth removal and she was amazing!! Her and her staff were very friendly and amazing at explaining the procedure and making me feel comfortable before they even started! 5 days post surgery and I’ve been having a very smooth recovery! The first two days I had some pretty good swelling and surprisingly minimal pain. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about wisdom teeth removal and yes it’s different for everyone but I’m very surprised that I’m feeling better already. Pain stopped like 3 days after. My mouth still feels a little stiff but not nearly as bad as I thought!!

Negative experience: Just was told that my favorite hygienist can’t do my appointment on Nov 7th, the next earliest one is in May 2025. Need another 7 mth to get on the schedule. Unbelievable!

Fantastic experience: We began using the pediatric office of Inspire Dental group this year and they have been amazing! My daughter has sensory challenges and they are so patient and positive with her!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wanamaker was truly a lifesaver. We came to her as a second opinion for a cavity. She was more than accomodating, and saved my 3 year old from unnecessary sedation. I was thrilled that she was able to get a cap on his cavity with no sedation, and same day. She saved me time and money, as well as making it a positive experience for my already traumatized 3 year old. Elijah came in scared and combative, and left happy and calm. I could not be happier with inspire dental group! Thank you!! They truly are amazing.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this place enough! We are in town from out of state and my daughter chipped her front tooth. They took us in as quickly as possible and did a terrific job. Every staff member was courteous and helpful. If we ever move here this will be our dentist for sure.

Positive experience: I would give 5 stars if they did the work on the side I said caused the most pain. My insurance from work down to zero and up at 2a because I’m still experiencing the pain on the side I went in for. Just excruciating like torture. Turns out laying down intensifies it. I feel they just wanted to drain the money. I could’ve did without the other procedures to be free of this god awful pain. It’s cruel and unusual that as painful as dental is, it’s not like any other medical procedure.

Fantastic experience: My family really likes Inspire Dental. My first time at Inspire about 2 years ago was the first good dental experience I've had. I didn't know going to the dentist could be anything other than terrible. My hygienist makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed every visit. Because of my experience, I just switched my kids to Inspire as well and they both had a great experience! My oldest was always very nervous at our previous pediatric dentist, but at Inspire his hygienist made him feel so comfortable and at ease. Inspire has a very patient, caring, and kind staff including receptionists, hygienists, and the dentists - both the pediatric and adult sides. I would highly recommend Inspire.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a replacement for the filing that fell out of one molars last week and have never been a patient there although my kids go there. The working dentist for adults had an opening in the morning and she and her staff patiently waited for my X-rays at a previous dentist (who couldn’t help me until next month) were emailed over. She was quite pleasant and relaxed and explained that it seemed my cavity didn’t require a root canal and she could fill it at that visit. I have chronic facial pain and had to ask the assistant for an ice pack because of my headache and luckily she was able to find one for me. They also had sunglasses for the bright light which helped me tolerate the whole procedure. I felt this dentist is quite experienced and was able to work in my small mouth with the silicone damn. I have an increased gag reflex with water in my throat so she and the tech seemed to tolerate my need to interrupt her work briefly also. The Dra going home instructions were clear. I think maybe a little more instruction could have been helpful about using Tylenol for pain afterwards; maybe giving home instructions on paper works would be more helpful if I had more work done in the future. I mentioned the need for a new night guard and because the computers were down, I’m not sure if the assistant really took ownership of my question, as I had to ask twice and she said after the computers went back on, they’d check to see if insurance would cover. (I wondered about the pricing.) Overall my main problem was well addressed and quite well

Negative experience: By far the worst dental office experience I have ever had. The Hygienist only used a hand-held scaler. Shocker, I wanted the service provided by someone who actually used all of the proper tools a dental hygienists should use when giving a cleaning. I called back to request a cleaning with someone who is trained properly and was told it would be 6 months (haha)….shameless. I ended up cutting my losses and had the cleaning done again a few weeks later by someone actually trained properly in removing tarter (another dentist; out-of-network). Sadly, most people don’t understand poor dental work and enable corporate chop shops like this to flourish. Employees of this company should be ashamed.

Clerks, Assistants, Hygienists, and Dentists are all equally friendly, professional, and care about your welfare. Thank you Dr. Gordon and Dr. Lee and Dr Aiad! cannot recommend them both enough. They are both wonderful Dentists that know what they’re doing and are very friendly. Thank you Inspire for making my nerve wrecking experience a good one. I no longer fear the dentist.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was very nervous because she had to have some baby teeth pulled in order to make room for adult teeth coming in. The staff was warm, welcoming and made her feel comfortable every step of the way. They even accommodated us last-minute due to a scheduling mix-up, which speaks volumes to their professionalism. We can't say enough positive things about the staff and service of Inspire Dental.
