Fantastic experience: I have an implant surgery scheduled with Dr. Lynch on July 28th. I’ve had two preliminary visits so far and everybody has been so wonderful. I am very impressed with the office and the professionalism of everyone I’ve met. I’m looking forward to the surgery and my new implants.

A special shout-out to Michelle, who checked me out after my procedure, she’s truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Her warmth and positivity made me leave with an even bigger smile than I came in with (and that’s saying something after dental work!). I can’t recommend this office enough. Negative experience: I’ve always appreciated the staff and the professionalism at this practice. Unfortunately, they stopped accepting Delta Dental and that is a problem for me. I paid over $400 out of pocket yesterday for a regular exam and cleaning with x-rays. Way too high price.

Fantastic experience: Wendy is a great hygienist! She makes me feel very comfortable and is very thorough. She has become a good friend to both my husband and me and was very gentle with our mothers when they were her patients.

The entire time someone was always there to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. I can’t wait to continue my journey with this staff.

I had issues with insurance and they were so sweet about it, too. As someone with some serious anxiety, they didn’t make it hard at all!

Fantastic experience: Large practice with amazing hygienists and Dr Callison is the best. The offices are immaculately clean. There is always someone who can answer questions or assist you in any way. It's a one stop shopping- everything you need from braces to regular cleaning or surgery. They don't take my insurance anymore, but they try to help with that glitch. I could locate another dental practice, but the entire staff there makes me feel that I am in good hands. The last time I had dental surgery; I would have had to go from the dentist to a dental surgeon if, I had another dentist. To me, even in these horrid economic times, McKinney Dentist is some place I will juggle the books to be treated there.

Fantastic experience: I had my first consultation visit at McKinney Dentist and the whole ambiance of the office was very clean and welcoming with a great front office staff from my first walk in and then I met with Vanessa who is the dental assistant throughout my whole visit she was very sweet and informative about my treatment plan! After everything was settled I met with Dr.Callison he was nice and welcoming! He was professional and informative to make sure that my treatment plan was something that I wanted to move forward with! I also want to mention Ms.Brenda! I spoke with her before she was very help setting up my appointment with Dr.Callison and talking to me about my treatment plan pay options after the visit that was helpful it all made sense! Thank you to the McKinney Dentist team that I met on Friday! I will be back very soon! ⭐️x5

Fantastic experience: I get very nervous about the Dentist, i hadn't been in about 8 years. When I checked in I was greeted very kindly and everyone was SO Kind and patient with me. The Dentist was great he explained everything very thoroughly and did my two fillings in under an hour.! My First time having a great experience at the dentist. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I broke a crown on a Friday afternoon. They squeezed me in quickly and 2 hours after I broke the crown I was home with a temporary crown! Amazing service and a caring staff!

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend them at all after using them for more than 3 years. They are way expensive and every year I got extra bill from office because they did some extra treatment that wasn't required and wasn't covered by insurance. I am the person who clears all the bills upfront but every year I got some bills because they claimed so many things for regular cleaning visits. So they lost my trust.

Positive experience: 3 stars because- the dentists are wonderful. I’ve never had such good dental care. The office policies are terrible. My children are double insured and because my husbands insurance is out of network and his birthday comes before mine, they told me I had to pay 100% despite me carrying them on my insurance. I’ve spent a lot of money with them and planned on a lot more but now I find myself seeking new dental providers for us. Highly disappointed.
