Fantastic experience: I came to Fridley, Mn to visit my sister on January 19th 2022 after shaking off coronavirus and conjunctivitis overseas. A week later, i was still left with nagging throbbing pain in my jaw that followed me from Istanbul to Fridley, Mn. I had an inkling that i had a gum infection. So, I spent Friday, January 28th, looking for a dental practice that could accommodate me. I was finally lucky to make the last appointment of Emergency Dental Care Practice USA,1700 H'way 36 W, Suite 860, Roseville, Mn 55113, at 6:15 pm. Initially, i was apprehensive about the emergency care as expensive care, and I wasn’t far off the mark. They diagnosed my condition, gave me the prescription i needed and told me what do to treat this condition for good. Vilma, the dental assistant, was ready and prompt and Dr. Michael Mallinger was efficient and informative. He showed me the foggy pocket in the X-ray where the infection raged and told me the procedures I need to do to take care of this infection for good. I was greatful for his councel, treatment and much needed anti-biotic prescription. I have something good to say about this practice and it's alright if everyone finds out.

Fantastic experience: Had extreme pain from a molar and EDC Usa was able to help me the same day which is amazing considering it was a holiday! Grateful for the amazing dentist and assistant that helped me out, they were very professional and quick!

Negative experience: My son was seen two weeks ago for a tooth issue. I was quoted $230 dollars for an xray for diagnostic purposes as he was uninsured. I happily paid this amount to have his issue addressed. He was told there were no issues based on xrays and to come back to have his teeth cleaned.He made an appointment to return for a cleaning because they quoted him $95 dollars for the cleaning He was not told he would need a second X-ray that would cost the same amount we paid previously . He returned today (now with dental insurance) for his appointment and was informed he would need to pay for another xray but would not need to pay for the xray if he was privately paying. He elected to self pay but was told he could not as it would be insurance fraud. Seems that someone is behaving in a fraudulent manner at this organization. Use caution, find an actual dentist, and avoid these folks like the plague. Suffice it to say- we won’t be back and do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a cavity filling that turned ended up abscessing and I couldn't get into to my dentist. I also couldn't find an endodontist or oral surgeon that would take my insurance. I got into the Emergency Dental Care right away and they were able to pull my tooth and get me, antibiotics and pain meds asap. I am so grateful for them and how much they care for their patients! Thank u so much!!

Negative experience: Went in for a broken wisdom tooth on a Saturday and they said they couldn’t help me and that I would have to see an oral surgeon and it felt like like they didn’t have time or care enough to do anything for me. When I asked how to take care of the broken tooth until I can get into a surgeon, the dentist made me feel stupid for asking about care instructions. Very poor customer relations.

Fantastic experience: My son had an emergency and needed to be seen right away. We were able to be seen quickly and the dentist and all of the staff were extremely helpful. Our son is attending the university and doesn’t have a local dentist. If he ever needs a dentist again this is where he will go. Great place and highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had a bad tooth that started hurting Saturday night, called them on Sunday morning, got an appointment for 2 hours later. Nice and easy.

Fantastic experience: I had work done over the weekend, and they ended up with an extraction. The Doctor and his assistant worked with me and explained everything before the tooth extraction, and calmed me down because the recognized the infection in the gum under the tooth was causing severe pain. If you are on a Sunday morning feeling that kind of pain, these people are the right ones to go to.I've gone to a couple of these earlier This is for both the Doctor and his assistant on duty Sunday March 9 2025, Roseville MN

Fantastic experience: Staff members and the dentist were nice and extremely accommodating. I was given new information about a complex and costly crown process that I was thinking about, with new information i changed my mind. I chose to remove the tooth but, my mouth was not able to take the localized anesthesia because I was feeling everything. The dentist stop the procedure and I was referred to Oral Surgery Department. They were kind enough to give me a prescription of pain medication and antibiotics. May pain is manageable and I’m now fasting Ramadan and waiting for Oral Surgery’s appointment. I will give them 5/5 for excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Battikhi was a great help and very understanding of my pain. Update. I had to go back to get my tooth removed and I was nervous. I was so relaxed and happy with the treatment I got, they were so supportive and kept me calm through the entire ordeal. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: My initial visit to this facility was GREAT! Munir took excellent care of me as far as pain, treatment, and follow up plan. I scheduled a 2nd appointment at this facility to address the original issue, my appointment was pushed back until late afternoon/evening(which I took the 1st available appointment due to pain) Once I arrived I was informed that my appointment would be with a different dentist than the one I had originally seen and selected to be seen by. My pain is about a solid 8/9 so I'm going to be seen anyway, yet the late shift employees seemed to completely disregard my emergency issue or my pain! They came up with a totally different reasoning for my excruciating pain. One that involved NO pain relief, not even ibuprofen, but merely a mouthwash prescription that I was already prescribed and had tried the 1st visit. You would think after visiting 1 time and having xrays/notes documented on which tooth needed to be removed, that they would be removing that tooth on the secondary visit, but instead they gave me $130 exam, pretty much told me their colleague didn't know what he was talking about, and that there is no such thing as "referred pain". They gave me a prescription for a mouthwash that I already have been prescribed and had already took the 1st visit. Said I could reschedule later that week to remove the tooth but that wouldnt help my pain supposedly. They said a deep clean would fix my pain but that wouldnt be available for over a month. Here I am, at 3am awoken due to INTENSE pain, with no type of relief. I feel like I was dismissed and excused due to a late appointment. I kept telling them where I felt pain, yet they were adament it was gum issues and not a tooth issue. Told me to take Acetaminophen and ibuprofen which I have been overdosing on for a week now due to the high level of pain. WHAT A JOKE!!!

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous about coming in and had put it off as long as I could. My experience at Emergency Dental could not have been better. Dr Hassan(first name) and his assistant Justine were nothing short of amazing. No judgement, explained everything very thoroughly They both made sure I was given enough novacane to deaden any pain. I can not speak about the other assistants or Doctors, but these two are great.!!!

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the emergency care and the staff at this facility. Would highly recommend just wish I could have paid most of my bill and made a payment plan for the balance Would return here in a heartbeat. I have returned and again very happy with Ifrah, my technician, and Dr. B (sorry don't know how to spell his last name). Very caring and patient with me as I ask a lot of questions.

Negative experience: Edited February 20, 2025 I received a bill.in the mail for almost $800. This was surprising because I was told they ran both of my insurances and I owed $27 for the visit when I got a filling. The staff told me they also provide routine care so I scheduled my annual exam. When I went for my annual exam and cleaning I was told I needed a deep cleaning due to my diabetes. Staff told me that after both insurances I had to pay a little over $100 for the deep cleaning. I paid both fees on the days I received services so to receive a bill for almost $800 was shocking. I called the clinic today to inquire about the bill and was told someone from their billing department would call me because the person I spoke with said they're only allowed to schedule appointments. She also said that since I didn't specifically ask about them being a Delta Premiere provider that they did not tell me about how that could impact my coverage. She also said they don't tell patients that unless they ask specifically. I was never told at anytime they're a Delta Premiere provider; not even when I asked very specifically about insurance and my coverage with 2 Delta dental plans. I received a call from a man in the billing department this evening. He was extremely rude and literally yelled at me and was super condescending. He talked over me and didn't listen when I tried to explain that he was incorrect when he assumed I used my dental benefits somewhere else. He continued to talk over me and yell at me. This is the worst "customer service" I have ever experienced! He was yelling so loudly that a family member in the next room of my home could hear him yelling and being rude. If I could give this place zero stars I would. This seems like very deceitful and unethical billing practices and I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to share my experience with them. One of my fillings fell out and I couldn't get in with my regular dentist. I wasn't having pain so I let it go longer than I should have. A piece of that tooth broke off yesterday and thankfully I was able to get a same day appointment here. I was relieved that they accept insurance and did my filling while I was there (instead of making me schedule another appointment to have it done). I highly recommend this clinic and their emergency services!

Fantastic experience: Had a crown fall off at the very start of a long holiday weekend where I couldn't get to my regular dentist for several days. Was able to get in early next day with Dr. Leebe I think. He determined the type of crown material so as to use the correct adhesive to remount the crown. Plus cleaned the crown and tooth for the best adhesion. Plus the tech was very nice and helpful as well. A little expensive but worth it for the emergency service. Ended up great with no pain and reattached crown. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Needed a tooth pulled...at 54 yrs old and NOT going the 'every 6 months' dental payment plan route, instead opting for the 'pay giant lump sum at the end' or 'balloon payment' dental plan, i KNOW when that needs to be. Certainly not my 1st rodeo. Woefully inept phone guy where I'm a patient or WAS a patient at, in-spite of my 'I am in pain right now!“ and 'I'll take one of the 5 appointment your website says you have THIS afternoon..." plea's ALL fell upon this douc....D.B.s' deaf ears. Finally, after 20 minutes of IDK what Mr. Genius was doing, i made the appointment for perd-near 17 hours later, 7:00 am the very next morn. This was quite literally like....you guessed it, PULLING TEETH!! This next day happened to be my wifes' birthday, I figured 'tooth out in morn, good to go by evening'. I show up at 7:00 am SHARP, give HSA card and my ID, sit down for around 10 seconds and, "Jason, your appointment is for - T O M O R R O W - at 7:00 am..." I said nothing as i snatched my cards from Douché McDoucheface and skated out the door all the while knowing I'd be partying with the wife for her b-day and would, ABSOLUTELY, HAND TO GOD, 1,000,000% NOT be making the bell for tooth removal the next morning. Also why I WOULDN'T HAVE MADE THAT APPOINTMENT in the first place. Fast forward to a few days later on Valentines day...still celebrated heartily but on the morning of Valentines day, my wife says, "This tooth ache ruined my birthday, it's NOT ruining my Valentine's Day!" and at around 9 am, she called the nice, COMPETENT, and helpful staff at the wonderful Emergency Dental Care USA. I was getting my tooth removed with little to no PAIN at all a mere 2 hours later!! Now THAT is what i am talking about, people. Dentist on duty and his assistant were 100 out of 100!! We have dental insurance - kinda (not the greatest) and much to my surprise, my out of pocket was considerably less that i had imagined and even less than my better 99% (my wife is way more to me than 'half') had anticipated. All-n-all, it was Fantastic, Under budget, Caring, Kool. Informative Nurses - AAAwesome.... 100 outta 100!!! Sincerely, Jason H.

Fantastic experience: If you have anxiety over the dentist I highly recommend this place! They were so kind and took their time numbing me and explaining everything. I couldn’t believe how quickly my wisdom tooth was removed and I didn’t feel a thing. I’m ditching my other dentist and sticking with these guys!

Fantastic experience: Thorough exam to determine if tooth missing overlay needs root canal or if infection from extraction of adjacent tooth is causing pain. No conclusion but referral to endodontist. Prescription for antimicrobial. Both dentist and assistant were gentle, thorough in explanations, and much more thorough than my regular dentist and oral surgeon. Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: If I could give them 10 stars I would ... last week I had a severe toothache but no insurance due to just moving here. I got an emergency appointment and had some issues figuring out how to pay to be seen and treated but Lynn was top notch with customer service and she & the dentist blessed me with a plan and I got my xray and tooth pulled right away!!! I cannot express enough how grateful I am to everyone at this clinic for the excellent treatment as a patient & a person. I would recommend anyone to go here!!! Dr Masroujeh is AMAZING & again Lynn was an angel. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. If I absolutely had to pick out one thing they could change I would say get a new receptionist - she could ruin people's first impression ... you all are superstars but she clearly hates her job. I will NOT let that deter my stars or experience but others might!!!!

Positive experience: I went in for terrible tooth pain on Sunday. I was concerned about a tooth infection because I felt and heard a popping sound in my tooth before I was blinded with pain Saturday evening. They did a careful examination of my teeth and were careful not to add services if they were unnecessary because I was concerned about money. Thankfully they didn’t find anything wrong, seems I must’ve bitten down on hard piece of grain just right (or wrong, depending on your perspective) when I was having dinner the night before and concussed my tooth. They didn’t talk down to me as many health professionals seem to do. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Charged 234 for an exam and cray. 430 to extract one tooth. Doesn’t take Ucare or any state insurance but told another patient only during the week. So if there’s an emergency you’ll be paying out of pocket. Dentist guy got mad because I’ll pick an extraction over a root canal which he said wouldn’t last long. They were unprofessional and rude. Went to the ER got pain medicine and got an appointment somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place, I legitimately had a wonderful time. Never had a tooth extaction before, but I needed two infected wisdom teeth out asap. Made an appointment and went in the next day. It went very fast, I didn't feel a thing. Everyone was so nice. Oh, and I was gendered correctly! Honestly, it wasn't even something I expected or even cared about all that much, but it was a pleasant surprise!

It was Christmas eve and there was only 1 dentist working and he took his time to educate us and give us options to decide the best toute to take. Was accommodating regarding having major anxiety. Although there were multiple patients , the dentist was willing to complete a full root canal. I have had 2 great experiences so far at this location. Fantastic experience: Thank God for these people who took care of me with less questions unless ask for it. I went in for 3 root canal. Got done less the 35 mins. Some place you go to they will ask a lot of questions, than do xray and than recommend you to go to this specialist and that specialist and not only that you pay for your visit and pay for their service for recommending to go to a specialist while you are in pain and than you to pay for the specialist for their work. @ EDCUSA, they get it it done on the spot with out sending you anywhere. They do it all look them up. These people are awesome, thank you guys money worth well spent and thank you for not sending me to the so call the specialist when you guys are the specialist. Definetly will recommend your location. 5 *****

Fantastic experience: Really fantastic! Dr Battikhi and his assistant took fantastic care of me. I had been in a lot of pain the last few days and was feeling pretty anxious but they were both so kind and walked me through everything. Didn’t feel a thing! Have to follow up with an endo but they were very upfront about the fact that that might happen and they didn’t charge me the full amount for the root canal. Its too bad they don’t take state insurance, but oh well. The doctors and everyone were great! Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: Came in with inflammation in my jaw line accompanied by pain on a Sunday morning the week of Christmas... Got a scan and as dr. Battikhi said ‘ half the solution is in proper identification of the problem’ which he identified right away. His great staff jumped into action as he did his magic . The best part is the dr. taking the time to walk me through what to expect in every process which reduced my anxiety. Thank you all for your help when i needed it the most. Job well done indeed.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Emergency Dental Care (EDC) in Roseville Minnesota. I had badly cracked a wisdom tooth, and suspected it could allow infection. I wanted it out immediately, and EDC got me in same day at noon. First, a very accurate estimate was given. Then, a little typical paperwork. I was promptly X-rayed to view the extraction area, and to confirm the need to extract, and in no time I was novicaned up and the tooth was out. My dentist was Amith Shetty, and he had a very competent and positive "chairside" manner. The whole staff was good. I was in and out in about an hour. Based on my experience, I highly recommend EDC.

Fantastic experience: I woke up in a Sunday with a swollen face and tooth ache. I couldn’t get a hold of anybody from my dentist office. Someone told me about this place and I called them right away. Everyone was very kind and respectful of my situation. They were only five minutes from my home so that was nice. I did have to go back the next day for swollen around eye and they gave me some more medication and explained to me why this happened. I am very pleased and thankful they could help me on a weekend. Glad to know you will be there when needed.

Fantastic experience: I was able to be seen within an hour after calling, on a Sunday afternoon no less! I had a gum infection that had gotten worse overnight and there was no way it could wait till the following day. Friendly staff and my dentist was able to quickly diagnose the situation and offer me some relief! The next day things were percent better! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had a really good time (not kidding), I loved that nobody tried to upsell anything, my pain is gone and the dental tech(?) was hilarious wish I knew her name and the dentist was great! I highly recommend Emergency Dental Care. And I am a big ol scaredy cat of the dentist.

Positive experience: I’m sure they are great with most patients. I did not have a great experience. Needed a tooth extracted, just wish the dr would have told me he wasn’t comfortable extracting before he did multiple rounds of novicane and a block. Left there with a more swollen face and in more pain. The lady that was the receptionist on Saturday was just rude! While I was waiting to be seen, I watched her answering multiple phone calls. Eye rolls to almost every one she talked to, like she thought they were stupid. I just found her very rude

Fantastic experience: I haven't had very many good dental experiences, so it takes a lot for me to get needed stuff done, unfortunately. I called to schedule a tooth extraction and know that typically any appointments are 1-3 months out. So when I was asked if I could make it there in 90 minutes, I jumped on it! I was definitely not expecting that and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone there was very caring, friendly and so helpful!! They could tell I was nervous and they took the time to explain what to expect each step of the way. It went WAY better than expected. Thank you all!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I went there because they were the only place open on a Saturday. I was in extreme pain from a tooth issue. The doctor found this issue gave me my options and didn’t push to get services. I was extremely happy with professionalism and care I was shown. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn’t do a doom and gloom that you get from other emergency type places.

Fantastic experience: It’s Thanksgiving weekend and my daughter suddenly has an extreme pain in a tooth that had been broken and repaired seven years ago. Emergency Dental Care was able to get her in within two hours and determined that she needed an emergency root canal. They were able to schedule it for the following morning (on a Sunday). Emergency Dental care did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. I would whole heartedly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I uad an emergency root canal done Sunday after Thanksgiving. I scheduled an appt, with no delay I got there early and was able to get in at 230pm instead of 3pm. Dentist and assistants were great. They fixed me up right! I appreciate a business that says emergency and is actually open to work. I would give them a higher rating if possible.

Fantastic experience: My regular dentist told me I needed a root canal but it was right before a long holiday weekend so I couldn’t wait to see the endodontist I was scheduled with 5 days later. The pain kept getting worse and became unbearable so I scheduled with Emergency Dental and the care was high quality and I was seen the same day. The pain was almost gone after the procedure-only the normal post procedure tenderness that one would expect with any root canal remained. Staff were kind, caring and professional. They listened to me and explained what was happening every step of the way. I was given a pre-treatment cost estimate beforehand. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to go back.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! I suffered for many days, couldn’t get into my dentist or another dentist. We drove one hour & 1/2 to get there. They are super professional & it was pain free!! Tooth gone, no pain !

Fantastic experience: Got in fast, worked with my insurance, offered options. But the best part was the EMPLOYEES. Everyone there made it easier. Recommend 10 out of 10.

Negative experience: It was not good. I was told I would have a time period to pay the bill off when I called. When I got there they wanted the money right then and there and it was not going to be cheap. As a person in a low income housing they should be ashamed because not everyone can afford close to 1k for an emergency especially when your taking care of a whole family. I still have a huge hole in my tooth and they're "financing" was asking a family or friend if they would pay it which is absolutely absurd. They also asked absurd questions on the questionnaire that they don't need to know, like why do you need to know if I'm lactose intolerant or not?

Negative experience: This place sucks. As soon as I told them I had UCARE & Medicare, It was out the door for me. Was told to go to Urgent Care. Women at the front desk were so very rude. That was on Sunday, the 17th. Here it is Wednesday & still have abscess tooth in my mouth & still very painful& sore. Can't see a different dentist until tomorrow. Was not emergency dental to me.

Negative experience: I came here for immediate attention for my wisdom tooth. Both top sides needed to be pulled, but I was going to get just the one with the infection pulled. The other one was going to be pulled by my aunt. I just wanted the infected one to be pulled by a professional. He knew that my right side had the infection. What does he choose, to pull the left side first.... ‍♀️well now have to pay for two teeth to be pulled. Around of applause for the uncharge, not! What a highway-robbing scam! "Oh yeah, let's go ahead and pull the one that I don't want". I thought he was just checking it out like he did the other side. Nope, he pulls it right away. Two stars for patient readiness and thorough explanation of knowledge Negative three stars for trick-scamming me into paying for both. Not that you guys care, but needs to be known, I had to use my care credit to pay for this and that card was meant only for my vet bills needed by a semi-blind, severe ear infection-prone orange kitty cat. Now my card has closed and he can't have the oral medication because the price is too much for me to afford. The ear medication makes him go into an itching spell for about ten minutes. Anyways, tricking patients is not cool.

Fantastic experience: I have terrible anxiety about the dentist, The staff was amazing and put me at complete ease and explained everything in detail and answered any question I had. I Had an issue with a wisdom tooth I had been putting off for multiple years. Gave them a call around noon on Monday, they were able to get me in at 6:00 p.m. That same day. Took all of 30 seconds to remove my tooth. Spent more time getting numbed up and doing paperwork. The immediate relief of the tooth being gone was amazing. All the staff there was friendly and easy to work with. My insurance covered 97% of the cost. Overall experience was wonderful and put my anxiety at ease. Would 100% recommend.

Negative experience: If you have anxiety or want pain relief after a tooth extraction, don't go here. I was only given Ibuprofen for an extraction, and the pain is so bad I can hardly control the bleeding because it hurts so bad to bite down. They also don't offer sedation during the procedure either. I can still feel everywhere they poked and prodded. They did get me in quick though, I'll give them that!

Fantastic experience: I called to make an appointment after I missed an appointment at my usual dentist because I worked late. I was so happy Emergency Dental was able to get me in right away! The front office staff, dental assistant, and dentist all made me feel right at home. I would honestly keep going back if they were in network for me! And actually, I could probably swing that because out-of-network cost for a visit with them is very affordable!

Fantastic experience: Dr Mallinger was phenomenally helpful tackling a nasty Tooth extraction with grace and ease. His calming, caring, demeanor took the scary away from the procedure with expertise and knowledge making the entire process literally pain free. This was my 2nd experience with his helping me to resolve a very scary Tooth issue. The 1st time was a flapping filling that needed to be removed and replaced. Dr. Mallinger went to the Nth degree to help sort out needed Antibiotics with Pharmacist. They determined the best one for my finicky allergies. Very impressive that he also remembered me from our previous encounter. Which was nothing out of the ordinary. I know that charts help record info, but his recall was beyond just charted info. Note: I have PTSD from many other previous dental experiences. Dr. Mallinger, you are incredibly talented and awesome!!! Thank you for making my experiences truly painless. I'm very happy with the results!

Even with a nerve coming coming up through one of my teeth. Second time I've been there for emergency dental work and both times I couldn't be happier with their service. Fantastic experience: On a Saturday night, one of my molars broke off (it was a root canaled tooth and the whole post broke off). While it wasn't painful, having your entire tooth break off in your mouth is a special type of body horror I wish on nobody. I was able to get in early Sunday morning, and Dr Masroujah and his assistant were both very kind and helpful. I have had some bad experiences with dentists, so I am loyal to my regular dentist and very hesitant to see new people. But Dr Masroujah and his assistant were kind and understanding and didn't make me feel any shame over my tears. The tooth needed to be extracted, but my blood pressure was too high to do it in clinic. Still, these providers told me everything that would happen and answered all of my questions before giving me a referral to an oral surgeon. They also took extra images to evaluate another tooth nearby. I felt very well taken care of. Emergency care of any kind can be really scary, but Emergency Dental Care USA was very helpful. If we ever need to see a dentist on an emergency basis again (and I truly hope we won't!), I will go here again.

Fantastic experience: I called in the afternoon on Monday Oct 7th with a really bad tooth pain. They worked with me, got me in the same day. I got my tooth pulled and a prescription I received such great care and no judgement. My mouth is finally pain free right now. I highly recommend them and I'll be going back. I can not say enough thank yous.

Negative experience: I was misdiagnosed. Not happy. I just moved into the area, so no established regular dentist yet, but had bad pain in my lower jaw and these people could get me in right away. The dental assistant was nice, tapped on a few teeth and then told me I needed a full mouth of x-rays. The dentist came in and did not even look in my mouth, looked at X-rays, and said I needed my remaining wisdom tooth out. I asked them to forward the x-rays to another dentist for a second opinion, but they said they never do that, so they gave me a flash drive with the x-rays, but that didn't work. I thought it was weird, but I took it to three different dentists, and none of them could open up flash drive, so I had to pay again to have all X-Rays done by another dentist for a second opinion. It turns out after proper evaluation that I needed a root canal on a different tooth, and the wisdom tooth was not an issue at all. Maybe it was just a bad day for this dentist, but this painful situation cost me a lot of extra money and pain that was not necessary.

Negative experience: It was great to be able to get an appointment quickly (same day, within 2 hours of my call). However, the dental assistant didn’t seem as competent as I would like for an emergent visit. The dentist was rough and did not give me any warning for when I might feel discomfort or pain. I needed a crown repaired. I bled quite a bit and there was a lot of cement splattered on the neighboring teeth. Again, the dentist was rough in his attempt to clean it off. Hopefully I never have another dental emergency but if I do I will hold out until my regular dentist is available before coming back here!

Fantastic experience: I'm thankful for the efforts to try to help with my tooth and the work they did do. Everyone was super nice and friendly and I appreciated that a lot. Great customer service all around the office!!! I was nervous but they made me feel welcome and comfortable for whatever service I needed!!!

Fantastic experience: I was out of town for vacation and had a dental emergency. I was able to get in the next day and received great care. Everyone was very kind and professional. I wish my dentist back at home was this good!

Positive experience: It was nice not having to wait in their lobby for too long. Everyone was very nice. Dentist told me my options then wrote a script for antibiotic and Tylenol-3. Only six T-3 and I could use a few more but I suspect they’re watched closely for those medications.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Emergency Dental since 2017 and have had extensive work done by Dr. Batiki. Am in process of getting my 3rd implant. I'm 72 and been to lots of dentists in my life and at Emergency Dental, I receive the best care ever. Dr. Batiki is a master and always explains thoroughly the entire process. He keeps pain minimal and is very considerate. I trust him at a 10! Other family members have seen other dentists there who are equally proficient. The staff and technicians are well trained. Positive experience: I absolutely hate the dentist. I have terrible teeth because I’ve just had such awful experiences. I’ve known for a long time I needed them fixed, when a camping trip cracked my front tooth right off at the gym line, and couldn’t be saved. I was so broken. I knew it wasn’t gonna be good, but not that the dentist would end up pulling out the whole tooth within the first 3 seconds (it was that bad, nothing he did wrong). I FREAKED OUT. Just crying cause it’s so overwhelming to have your front tooth removed. It was so shocking and the doctor could have been a bit more patient and understanding, he was pretty rude. And would probably have added to my terrible dentist experiences causing me not to come back, but his ASSISTANT, I believe her name was Justine. Was absolutely incredible, so supportive and sweet, non judge mental, she was so incredible. And what anyone in the dentist profession should aspire to. She was goofy, and made me laugh as I was crying my eyes out. I can’t say enough about her. She really fixed anything the dr created in my head (anxiety wise) and made me feel so much better when leaving. If it weren’t for her, I wouldn’t feel as okay as I do without my front tooth

Fantastic experience: I chipped my front tooth on a Saturday when my regular dentist office was closed. I work in sales and had to see customers the following day. I called Emergency Dental Care USA and they were able to get me in the same day to get my tooth fixed!! I was very pleased with how nice everyone was from the receptionist to the dentist. They did a great job and I didn't have to meet with customers with a broken tooth. They even took my dental insurance so my out of pocket cost was extremely affordable!! Highly recommend this clinic for out of regular hours dental care!

Positive experience: I went in with a hole in my tooth from an previous incomplete root canal from another dentist. Emergency dental was able to schedule me same day and complete the root canal. However it was the most traumatic dentist appointment I've ever had. The assistant seemed helpful but she was rushing through the process. The dentist who completed my root canal carelessly stuck me with the numbing medication causing me excruciating pain in two spots. I indicated that I still felt pain but they proceeded with the dental work. I felt pain the entire time. They did not relieve me of any pain, and 5 days later I have an infection in the two spots where he stuck me with the numbing medication. Though they completed the root canal I was caused lot of pain from carelessness. They rushed through the process and made this a traumatic experience for me. I did not feel like I was treated with care, instead they recklessly worked on my tooth.

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment online and went the next day. I had a really bad infection and ended up have 3 teeth removed. The Dr. and staff were all amazing. I highly recommend this facility. They care about your care and your follow-up care which is equally important.
