Fantastic experience: Awesome visit from beginning to end!! I called about a concerned crown , I was immediately given an appointment. Joyful, Friendly Receptionist Who knew my name and took care of me quickly at 7 AM in the morning wow I was surprised How fast And efficiently the receptionists were getting all patients ready for their 7 o’clock appointments also. It was Amazing teamwork. Very professional dentist who understandably explained and demonstrated the proper care of a crown since I had some misunderstandings. She was a great listener be able to correct my flossing issue and gave others suggestions plus allowed me practice the flossing I needed to do for proper care of the crown now since my silly misunderstanding is cleared up. Thank God for a good listening dentist plus a bonus of no charge even though she added me on to her morning schedule.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed my experience here from the front desk all the way to my tooth being extracted. Everyone was friendly, the building is clean and generally cheery. I was nervous about the cost of the work I would need. The whole process turned out being affordable. There are also options if you don't have much money or bad credit. At the end it was about half of what was expected due to the extraction being less complicated than originally thought. I highly recommend visiting this dentist and I will be going back for future work.

Fantastic experience: Im a new patient and usually Im terrified of dental appointments due to some terrible dental experiences however, from going through the door, the ambience, professional front desk Staff members customer service, to Shelby my hygienist and the Dentist were absolutely wonderful and kind. The cleaning to the very detailed evaluation of my dental health, exceeded my expectations and honestly, I'm 61 and this was the BEST dental experience I've ever had!!! Fantastic experience: Let me just say, I’m not a fan of going to the dentist. I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years and, my teeth need some work from a previous wreck. My hygienist, Makayla, was very thorough. She explained everything to me during the process and even reassured me, my teeth weren’t nearly as bad as I thought. The dentist himself gave me multiple options for treatment and explained each option. The treatment coordinator, Holly, was also super helpful in ensuring I could afford it financially. I hope I got the names right, if not, my apologies. I would definitely recommend this dentist, especially if you have work that needs to be done but can’t necessarily afford to pay $2,000 out of pocket at one time.

For a first time patient, and a busy office, I found the wait time reasonable. Also, the receptionist that took my info was very patient and kind.

The ladies at the front desk were sweet and did their best to verify my insurance while also discussing other, flexible payment options for my treatment. The dental nurses were also kind and listened to my questions and concerns, but they were also attentive to my body language. This is the same for my dentist, Doctor Joyce. She was punctual, informative, but still warm. I felt no judgement from her at all and her precision as well as her attention to detail left me in no pain after my tooth extraction.
