Negative experience: I also fell for the $99 new patient deal. I paid the $99 and was told I needed $40,000 plus in dental needs. I chose to say no and my insurance was billed over $400. The dentist did absolutely nothing. The staff is super nice and trained to trick you into staying and PAYING! I was not impressed. Went back to original dentist and doing fine. Working on getting this resolved with insurance and Attorney if needed. I will keep you posted how the office responds. BEWARE

Fantastic experience: This office is beyond incredible- believe the hype. I found them searching reviews for dentists that offer IV sedation as I have severe dental anxiety due to awful prior experiences. I came to them in a great deal of pain from a severely broken and very infected tooth (ended up needing 2 root canals and 2 crowns) and EVERYONE from the front desk to assistants to dentists and anesthesiologist were so wonderful. They were incredibly friendly, took the time and care to explain everything and went above and beyond to put me at ease every step of the way. My family and I drove nearly 2 hours each way to get to their Brandon office from Kissimmee and honestly it was SO worth the drive. I am so thankful I went with my gut and trusted these reviews. ❤️

Negative experience: Last update and review. AVOID THUS RIP OFF SCAM. I happen to look on my insurance app to see charge of $111. When u called the insurance to inquire as to why since I have never had a cost share on X-rays the rep just as puzzled. The rep stated the 2nd X-ray code is usually done when the dentist can’t see well in the first. I explained and I will say here THE DENTIST NEVER LOOKED AT ANY XRAYS UNTIL ALL WERE DONE. NO LOOKING AND ORDERING MORE. NO ADVISING OF POSSIBLE CHARGE. I have advised my carrier I want to file formal complaint over all the horrific billing and scare tactics that this practice has done to me and god knows how many more that didn’t know better. Try to bill me the $111. We will be discussing with my insurance and the attorney general Update: The owner unaware of this called at the end of the day. He said he was informed I left unhappy and wanted to follow up. He was extremely understanding and apologetic. He is offering to correct the matter. So for now updating to 2 stars and did find him to commendable and respect the effort he wants this practice to portray. Will see how the follow through goes. Could definitely be room for improvement on this review So disappointed. I called and scheduled a cleaning. After an hour and a half in the chair with no cleaning I’m not getting a cleaning. I’m told it’s a new patient consultation. This is where the disappointment started the and from someone who trains medical front desk staff the proper way to have scheduled. This was to advise somebody on the phone. It is a consultation. There’s no guarantee of a cleaning that was not what happened. I said I wanted a cleaning and the woman scheduled it. To go along with some of the other reviews here I agree with some pricing/pressure that’s just not comfortable So after my exam, they said, I could only have a deep cleaning cleaning which would cost me $500 Along with other recommendations to be done in the near future totaling my cost of $2200 plus. When I tried to say how I scheduled for a cleaning and asked if I could get a cleaning and then we could schedule the rest of the work I was told no and that to do that would be and I quote “insurance fraud”. Again, I am somebody who trained front desk staff, and have been in medical rcm management for over 15 years, and I do know the definition of insurance fraud of which having a cleaning and then having another cleaning later does not meet that definition. Maybe to educate Yeimi the definition of insurance fraud is knowingly, submitting faults and misleading information to insurance companies to obtain payment for services not rendered or for a higher price services than those provided. For the practice manager, using such wording of insurance fraud towards patients that may not know the definition is almost basically using a scare tactic to obtain money, which is wrong on many levels. I do realize I need further work. After such false statements border-lying on scare tactics I will not be returning for you have loss any trust that a patient is entitled to with their provider. Lastly. I highly recommend that staff are coached in what constitutes insurance fraud.

Negative experience: I had a traumatic and painful experience with Dr. Raffoul and his office that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. What was supposed to be a routine wisdom teeth removal ended in a severe infection that left my throat nearly closed, unable to speak for hours, and ultimately required emergency surgery and a 48-hour hospital stay. The pain was unbearable, and the way everything was handled felt rushed, careless, and deeply unprofessional. The morning of my surgery, the office pushed my appointment back by an hour. When I arrived at the new time, I still waited another hour before being seen. During prep, three different techs or hygienists tried and failed to place an IV, causing unnecessary pain and stress, until the anesthesiologist finally did it herself on the first attempt—something that should have happened much earlier. After the procedure, I woke up completely alone in a recovery room with no staff around. I was disoriented and scared until someone finally came in. In the following days, I developed a worsening sore throat. I sent photos of the swelling to Dr. Raffoul on days two and three, and he assured me everything looked fine. Even when I followed up again at midnight on day three in intense pain, he still said I was probably okay. Just three hours later, I was rushed to the ER at 3 a.m., unable to speak and struggling to breathe. I was diagnosed with a peritonsillar abscess—an infection caused by the surgery. I was admitted immediately, underwent emergency drainage surgery, and remained hospitalized for two days. I left this experience with a $30,000 hospital bill and a deep sense that this office prioritizes volume over patient safety. The lack of follow-through, poor communication, and failure to take my concerns seriously led to a preventable medical emergency. I would strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Kindest most understanding people I have ever met. I was afraid to see a doctor about my mouth due to having systemic lupus that made my jaw bone decrease and I have 4 loose teeth. Let me tell you how understanding, loving and kind this place is. They came up with a plan. It is affordable and I can not wait to go back. My journey with my mouth will take a while. My fears have went away and I am joyous. Beyond thankful for them. I highly recommend to anyone especially those with autoimmune issues like me. They work with us and help in every way possible. I can not praise them enough.

Fantastic experience: I got all four of my wisdom teeth taken out here at FICD and the experience was a 10/10. From when i first booked the appointment to my post op appointment everything was great. Everyone was super helpful and on the day of my surgery everyone let me know that it was all be okay bc I was super nervous!! I didn’t feel much pain after surgery and they gave great post op care and instructions! Best dentists for sure :) I also get my cleanings here as well and my experience is great everytime!

Fantastic experience: I had to find a new dentist after moving to the area from north Florida. Finding all new doctors that I would like was stressing me out. After being referred here all the stress went away. They made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in the door with a cheerful receptionist (even at 4pm). I got to meet 4 different members of their team which was great. After their assessment they listen to what I wanted and came up with a treatment plan for me and my next few appointments.

Fantastic experience: I have an extreme case of anxiety when I go to the dentist. So much so, I have to be sedated. I was seen by Dr Fadi Raffoul and he is amazing!! He likes to joke around a little to try to calm me down. He also talks you through everything so you know what to expect. Everyone at this office was so helpful and kind. Today was my last visit from getting alot of work done and I noticed I was not crying or shaking. (Still got sedated of course) I'm hoping to be able to come back this fall and get my teeth cleaned. Negative experience: BEWARE-BEWARE-BEWARE. This is another high priced dental scam office.!! I had a tooth pulled and they told me “your % after insurance is $1415.10. TRUTH IS THEY MADE ME PAY 100% of THEY’RE price.!! The reasonable and customary thru my insurance is around $770.00 (delta dental). Two days later and they haven’t filed a claim with my insurance. (Why would they when they received double from me. UPDATE- 5 days later and they still have not filed a claim (which would potentially help me get reimbursed for some of the cost) In addition, they were going to charge me $10,754.00 for one implant on a small tooth (#29). See attached. Think twice before using this office. They did give me a little discount, ($141 )but still charged me almost double what my insurance would have allowed. That does not sound ethical to me.

Fantastic experience: Went in looking to get wisdom tooth extractions after a not so good experience at a different dentist, where I walked out from. Came here and first Jamie was awesome in the front desk, so welcoming and helpful, answered every single question i asked and broke down the whole bill for me without hesitation which made me see that they are really transparent and honest. The day of the extraction DR. Fadi RAFFOUL and Janill did such an AMAZING job, I couldn’t be more grateful, literally so patient, supportive and caring throughout the whole process. What a great place, will recommend this place to everyone i know! And will definitely come back for any future procedures. And whole staff is super welcoming and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend 10/10 experience!

Negative experience: I gave 1 star because there is no negative option. I was told I was getting x rays for 99 dollars, but on the bill was charged over 300 for a CT. Then I was told that no dentist can do a root canal without a CT... He numbed my lip up really good but not where he was working, so I got to feel some of the work. That was all time new for me. Left that office in tears and I have a high tolerance for pain. I waited a few days to do this review so I went easy on them.

Negative experience: I had an awful experience visiting this dental office. As a new patient, I had high hopes and sadly my experience was far from that. I have very healthy teeth so I’m an ideal patient. The hygienist was rough and unprofessional, and the dentist gave me an awful filling on a chipped tooth that is still rough when I run my tongue over it months later.. The tools were rusty and the office didn’t appear to be clean. Not to mention instead of just fixing the chip he was trying to convince me to get not just one, but 4 crowns on my front teeth which are perfectly healthy. To make matters worse, the office overcharged me by $400 and my insurance company notified me of this. I contacted the office to share my concerns and was told the office manager would contact me and they never did. There are so many competent dentists and this is not one of them. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dentist at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Family, Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry is the only office that anyone needs to see for any dental care or procedure that you may need. I have had wonderful experiences with my routine cleanings, as well as, fillings, extractions, implants and veneers or whatsoever I have needed for more than 2 decades. This truly is much more than an exceptional dental office. It's one of a kind in this day and time. Everyone there makes you feel so welcome and that they really want to help and love what they do, as it seems to be a calling for them. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend they are beyond friendly and professional. They do a fantastic job, explain everything thouroughly, and give you many options. My hygienist, Maddie(?), is super nice and loves to chat and keep up on personal life and get to know her patients! Also the lady's at the front desk, I believe their names are Yeimi and Veronica, are always so friendly, polite and quick to help.

Fantastic experience: It was a really good experience, specially when I was having a really bad situation, they were able to see me and do an emergency oral surgery, I do recommend this dentist, I wish my insurance was part of this network so I can finish my procedure. Fantastic experience: Doctor Klaib is amazing and explains everything as it’s happening. He also makes sure to keep you comfortable thru the whole procedure. His assistant Maddie was also amazing! Very friendly and honestly did one of the best blood draws that I have ever had. I’m usually nervous about the dentist but she and the rest of the staff did a great job of keeping me calm.
