Fantastic experience: Amazing team @MINT Dentistry!! I've gone to dentist all of my adult life; my hygienists Ashley and Chemistry are EXCELLENT. Both are extremely gentle and thorough. The overall experience is rated 5, but deserves a 10!!!!

Fantastic experience: MINT dentistry has exceptional people working for them. They are friendly. They have good I guess you could say bedside manners Or is it chair side manners. They explained everything to me. They told me what they were doing. They didn’t make me guess what I needed to do for my next appointment. I’ve had Some bad experiences at the dentist office. But MINT dentistry is the best one I’ve ever been to.

Negative experience: AVOID! Poor quality Dentistry. Have a filling that they did which has failed for the 3rd time and they will not warranty their work. I will be sure to spread the word about the poor quality and customer service.

Negative experience: Mint dentistry in Irving double charged my insurance for x-rays, I get two free a year and when I went to my new dentist they said both had already been charged for the year by mint, I had only gone once. I also had complained about pain in my back molars which they said I had no problems. My new dentist found 4 small cavities, I can only guess that mint was waiting for them to worsen so they could charge for a root canal. Don’t go here if you can avoid it. Caspar family dentist was a much better experience, they waived my x-ray charge and filled my cavities.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal done and I thought I was going to be in a lot of pain after but I didn’t have any pain at all! They are all so very nice there seem like they really do care about you!!!

Fantastic experience: Just simply amazing and how any dentist visit should be. I went to the las colinas office and it’s a super friendly, clean and warm environment. No judgement, just pure professional and courteousness! Haven’t been to the dentist since I was a kid and an adult now, so was planning for the worst and hoping for the best. Everything turned out fine and needed minor work. I will tell you to make sure to floss more esp. morning and night before you go to bed and brush your teeth. You’ll be surprised at the types of early signs of things you could get.

Fantastic experience: Embarrassing of enough it's been years since I've been to the dentist. This was long overdue. I had a root canal done. I was terribly nervous and terrified about getting this done. I honestly thought I might pass out but the procedure went great and painless. It was very awkward of course but I'm glad I finally went. Staff are great and explained everything that was going on.

Negative experience: I went to Mint Dentistry wirh my teenage son in Burleson, Texas. The stafr at the front desk was extremely rude and professional. I requesed some X-rays for my son and was told they would email rhem to me same say but they never did. They will lie and say you have cavities just to increase your dental bill. I would not recommend seeing a dentist from Mint due to the service and integrity

Positive experience: Today I had an appointment for a cleaning. Dr Shah was nice and so wad the female dental assistant that assisted me. However the front desk male with the braids who went over my dental list and pricing was very disturbing as it felt he rushed me to make a decision which led me to canceling services today unfortunately. I had my 4 year old son who was with me at the visit and I wanted to ensure i could find someone to come get him so I can proceed with the procedure due to me experiencing unexpected long wait time that took 30-40 mins before I even got seen. I’m exhausted and have never experienced a negative impact as such today. I really hope his day gets better as he has crippled mine. Way to bring in the NEW YEAR,

Negative experience: This Mint Denistry forces you to have X-rays taken every single time you go in for a simple teeth cleaning. Dr. Shah would not do the cleaning without them being done. She says they were watching a few teeth, but Mint Denistry has been “watching” these teeth for over 6 years and still no cavities. It’s just not necessary to do them every 6 months. Other facilities do not require this and I appreciate that. Overall I like this location, but this silly policy of theirs is the one thing I do not like. Kemestri did a great job as my dental hygienist and the front staff were also pleasant. Please change your policies concerning X-rays.

Negative experience: Uuuggghhhh… my experience has been irritating! I have a huge phobia of the dentist and I finally mustard up the courage to make an appointment and go in. Trying to schedule any Monday-Friday is tough due to my demanding job. But I finally get it done, I go in and they tell me things I need done and the prices so I agree to them and say let’s do it. Only to me told they don’t have the time to do it…. I tell the lady how much anxiety I have about coming to the dentist and while they have me here they might want to do it now. But unfortunately they only addressed very little. And now they have done my free whitening trays that I can’t get cause they are closed on Wednesdays and which are my lighter days at work so basically I’ll never get those…. All this time trying to take care of health needs wasted….

Fantastic experience: Went in for a semi-annual cleaning and exam today. The staff and customer service were great! Specifically, I appreciated that the team solved an insurance issue that popped up during the appointment. Even though I had to wait a little longer, the team was very communicative and did all they could to get me taken care of as efficiently as possible.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Mint Dentistry for a filling, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Dr. T and Alex were the best! They managed to complete the procedure in just 30 minutes, which was incredibly efficient. The atmosphere was fantastic, with great vibes all around. The staff were friendly and professional, making the entire experience a 10/10 for me. Highly recommend Mint Dentistry for anyone needing dental work!

Negative experience: Before I came here I had no tooth pain. I came in and was told I needed some fillings and a root canal. I got the fillings fixed and scheduled the root canal for a month later. Weeks after I was in so much tooth pain I couldn’t sleep. I scheduled an appt for them to look at why my teeth were still in pain. I saw the x-rays and it doesn’t take a doctor to see the bad job they did! They did a bite adjustment and blamed it on the root canal. A week later and my tooth still hurts. Again, I had no pain before my initial appt! Currently looking for another dentist to fix the root canal and hopefully the botched filling. Giving 2 stars because the staff is friendly and the facility is clean.

Negative experience: Everything you hear on the radio is as promised beautiful office, take-home shades, comfortable chairs, Spotify in the room. However, my experience fell flat on the actual dental procedure performed I had a root canal and a crown seated just before my dental insurance ran out. A month later the crown fell off, I called the office and informed them and they said the crown was still under warranty but it would be a 99-dollar charge because I no longer had insurance, I was not willing to fork over the 99 dollars when I just paid $500 for something that was cemented to my mouth. ——— Fast forward just under a year later my dental insurance kicked back in and I returned to Mint Dentistry in McKinney to have the crown re-seated only this time I was informed it would be 250 dollars because I am no longer under warranty, the warranty is only valid if you get your cleaning every 6 months which I find to be relatively valid EXCEPT my crown didn’t even last a month initially. I was waiting to enjoy the experience like all the other reviews however as I type this I have no crown on tooth 18

Negative experience: I don't write reviews but hope this might help someone. long term review - Went in for my regular dental checkup. -checkup was done in hurry. -deep cleaning lady might have many appointments, so she was very fast and not concerned of hurting or causing any other damage. -got 2 cavities filled, but bite was not adjusted properly, and I had pain. -went in for second time for bite adjustment- still had pain. -went in 3rd time for bite adjustment after couple weeks/still pain -felt guilty and gave more time to see if it is me not adjusting to bite but after a month, it is still painful while chowing. this last time they messed up my teeth, I couldn't eat on my right side any more for quite few months. I never had dental pain in my past 32 years, no w my teeth are sensitive and painful. I will visit other dentist and I am sure they will say my root canal is messed up or something not sure if this is on purpose. one side of the cavity filling was fine after second visit so giving 2 stars.

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience when I come to Mint Dentistry the staff is very friendly they make you feel welcome and comfortable just a relaxing atmosphere for a dental office they let you know upfront what needs to be done and how much it cost. I would recommend Mint Dentistry to everyone.

Negative experience: I'll give them 2 stars because the staff is nice and the cleanliness of the facility is top tier. However, I got a filling done back in December by the Indian dentist, and my teeth are still extremely sensitive. I have never experienced this before in my 41 years of life. My tooth wasn't even hurting or bothering me before she filled it. When I was leaving, she said, "If your bite feels off, come back, and I'll fix it." I should have known then she knew it was off because never has a dentist ever told me that before, nor have I ever experienced pain after a filling. So, of course, I had to go back, and she adjusted my bite, but I had no anesthesia, so I felt all of it, and it wasn't pleasant. Then she prescribed me some toothpaste that cost 14 dollars that I had to pay for. I've been using the toothpaste for over a month now, and while it did help, my teeth are still sensitive to cold. I will not be going back. My insurance is too good to be letting someone play in my mouth like that.

Negative experience: Mint dental has a lot of bells and whistles and their staff is very kind and nice. However, since they paint themselves as being very upscale and posh, you pay the price for that. Mint Dental quoted me $1000 out of pocket (with great insurance) for a deep cleaning and fillings. So i decided to get a second opinion at a different office and my out of pocket for the exact same procedures (I compared both quotes, codes and procedures on the paperwork given to me by both offices.) was $400. Mint Dental did claim to offer free teeth whitening services if I booked with them, but after comparing both quotes, I don’t think it’s actually free. However if you can afford mint, they have a really nice facility and their equipment seems top of the line.

Negative experience: I will never return here again or any other Mint dentistry service provider.. They scheduled my appointment for 8am and asked me to be here 20 minutes before yet they DONT OPEN UNTIL 8am. To make my experience even “better” they told me none of the staff I was supposed to be seeing, for a regular cleaning, was coming in today. The lady didn’t even know who scheduled my appointment, and their system is a complete mess.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..

Negative experience: Staff is very nice and welcoming. But that's about it. I have never been in so much pain after a routine filling. Teeth never even bothered me until after MINT found cavities. Now that they are filled, I am in constant pain almost 2 months after receiving fillings. Their solution, get a crown put on that I will now have to pay $500 out of pocket for. I thought it was just a me thing, but I have heard many similar stories around town about this dental group. Save yourself time and money. Go else somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: If you do not like going to the dentist, then you are at the wrong place. Head on over to MINT and let them help you smile! The staff at the Irving location are phenomenal. And my favorite dentist is Dr. Tenase. I also love how Jessica, the dental assistant tells you what she is doing every step of the way!

Fantastic experience: I really can’t remember everyone’s name from the front office but those ladies were perfect! Every one who had a hand in my care was awesome. Dr. Shah was extremely efficient and answered all my questions. I can honestly say I used to think the commercials were overrated but they are not- no false ads there. The commercials are actual and factual! As nervous as I was I actually enjoyed the whole experience!

Negative experience: MINT kept rescheduling my new patient appointment 3 times due to unable to verify my insurance. I understand the need but they would do it the same day which is highly inconvenient considering I have to request time off and use up my hours. Finally when my insurance was verified, they said they cannot see me due to another reason. I did not appreciate them waiting last minute to do all this.

Negative experience: The staff I saw was great but their billing department is absolutely terrible. Got an email saying my insurance was cancelled and I had a balance & that if I didn’t pay it in 5 days, it’d be sent to collections. I was given no other notice and there’s no link for me to provide updated insurance information. I responded back with my information and still haven’t heard back??? Absolutely ridiculous

Negative experience: If I could give this place zero stars I would. I chose this dentist office because it was so close to my house. I gave them multiple tries the first hygienist that cleaned my teeth was 20 minutes late after I’ve been waiting in the chair and was so unprofessional and rough. This time I waited 40 minutes for my appointment with no communication from the front desk staff that they were running behind. The quality of care and professionalism is awful, do not recommend wasting your time.

Fantastic experience: I had a temporary crown pop off the night before an extended business trip to Dallas. MINT Dentistry was right across the street from my hotel. They were able to get me in right away and reseat the temp crown. Very nice, very thorough team.

Fantastic experience: The experience was great! Got scheduled walked in a little paper work(on Tablet) then LUZ Did my x-rays, the Dr came in checked my teeth, and then the cleaning started! I also received my teeth whiting trays and whitening same day!! My hygienist was I believe Ashely she was great! So glad I went!

Fantastic experience: The office is very attractive and inviting, the front desk staff is very friendly, and the dentist was very knowledgeable. I especially appreciate the fact that she took the time to listen to me, and she assured me that my dental concerns will be addressed and corrected. I have seen multiple dentists over the years, and none of them have really seemed to care about my health, only about the money they would collect from my insurance. I look forward to receiving care from MINT.

Fantastic experience: The service and staff was absolutely fantastic. It was my family and I 1st time at mint dentistry and I was really scared from previous experiences. The staff assured me it was be ok and made me feel comfortable. I also had my 6 month old son and the staff was very nice and helpful with my child while I got my exam done. I absolutely love the experience I had and feel better about going to the dentist regularly.

Negative experience: So when I got there they made me pay for my service before they even did anything. Then the dr came in and was extremely disrespectful to me after I had nicely explained that I have mental health issues and hate dentist. When she left the room I was balling my eyes out. Thankfully there was a front desk member there that was super kind and helped calm me down. I’m not pleased with the doctor but the staff was really nice.

Fantastic experience: The staff was extremely nice and patient with me. They answered all of my questions as well as referred me to an oral surgeon for my needs. They don’t make you rate them in the office as other reviews have said. They check that your insurance is valid before your appointment as well!

Negative experience: Edit** do not go to Mint Dentistry. Went today for my six month cleaning only to get there and be told they would do new x-rays and exam? Apparently this is standard for them. There's no reason to have x-rays (toxic☠️) every 6 months or an exam. I felt like they were about money the first time I came and this solidified that. Just do a normal teeth cleaning! The best part is, after over 20 x-rays and an exam they came in to go over pricing and told me they are out of network with Delta Dental as of February Why am I even here!? No I don't want to pay $351 for a teeth cleaning and I should have been told prior that they no longer accepted my insurance at this location. I asked several times at check in if I would have to pay anything for this visit and was told no. Bad operations on their part and definitely have the impression that they are looking for a payout any way possible. They offered to send me to another location that still takes Delta, but decided I need to run away fast as possible.** The staff was nice and very thorough. Will probably come back. Giving 4 stars because they referred me to their oral surgery group for wisdom teeth removal. Who reached out and told me it would cost $190 just for a consultation?! After I just had a full exam and x-rays on the dental side? I'm not paying that much money just to get a quote for wisdom teeth removal.

Negative experience: SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND DON’T COME TO MINT!!!! They will cancel your appointment without even telling you!. I showed up to my appointment and got turned away because I didn’t “confirm” my appointment. When I pulled up my email, it never said you’ll be cancelled if un-confirmed. I thought the manager (Gaby) would help get me in, but she didn’t do anything! Worst dental service…..EVER!!!

Fantastic experience: The experience from beginning to end was amazing!!! The Pandora music station of my choice put me at ease. The doctor tanase was soooooo sweet and made me feel very secure. She knows her stuff and she is so sweet. I was told some major cleaning was needed so I got nervous. Then walks in Ashley who literally held my hand through the whole process!!!! Best cleaning I have ever received! I am thankful for her skills and patience will be back!!!!

Negative experience: I used to love and recommend this office to everybody that needed a dentist. I personally have no issues with the place. The issue that I have is I fly from out of state to come visit them, to get work done. I was recently scheduled for an appointment, flew into town, rented a car, got to the office and the office was closed. Boy was I livid. For this fact, I'm leaving a two star rating. I don't know who dropped the ball but please pick it back up for your customers.

Fantastic experience: The staff was AMAZING. I am terrified of dentists and had to have cavities filled. They walked me through everything and I felt supported every step of the way. Once my X-Rays were back, someone came in to break down costs and asked how I wanted to proceed. They gave me options and explanations I’ve never gotten anywhere. Fantastic experience: I went to Mint after not having been to a dentist in .... an unGodly amount time. I am super horrible at names but all of the staff are always really nice. I have only been to the Irving location, but I have not had an unpleasant experience since starting my dental care in May 2020. I went back today for a regular check up & cleaning 2/5/21, and the result remains the same. Even though there was a little bit of a back up due to staffing - they still remained professional and considerate of patient's time. I hope that I am remembering her name correctly, but I believe it was Candace along with the front desk staff made the experience as pleasurable as possible considering it IS the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I usually go to Jefferson dental and they are lame . They made me so mad the day of my much needed appointment they overbooked me twice of the same mistake and moved me without me knowing. I heard good things on radio stations about mint dentistry so I immediately searched for a nearby location and was given an appointment next day for my daughter. Easy new patient process . Clean and beautiful facility ! I have my daughters next appt in 6 months and will be returning to get my dental work done for myself now. I recommend Mint dentistry !

Fantastic experience: I love Mint Dentristy. They alway make sure I know what is happening with the procedures. Jessica, the assistant and Dr. T helped me with a crown on a back tooth. Not an easy job. They both worked together to make sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect as they worked. The personal care and feeling like family is why I keep coming back. Fantastic experience: I have been having so many issues with my teeth and finally decided it was time for a visit. After searching for the best place to go, I came across this lovely place and once I arrived, omg it was home already. Jessica the assistant was very awesome and nice made me feel welcome and I would recommend anyone to come her way. She took excellent care of me and walked me through every step. Not one time she made me feel bad because I have not been to dentist in a while. She is the best and this will now be my dentist to come to. Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars, I would. I moved to the area and needed a new dentist, and I chose this one based on the great reviews. I went in for regular x-rays and a cleaning in June. After an extremely brief exam, the dentist told me I had numerous cavities and would need to get them filled. There was very little discussion, and she didn't even tell me how many cavities I had. After the cleaning, I got to the front desk and was given paperwork that showed they had diagnosed me with TWELVE cavities that needed filling, which came as a huge shock. I've only had one cavity in my life, years ago. I obtained my x-rays and visited my family dentist. After reviewing the x-rays and examining my teeth, he stated that I had ZERO cavities and couldn't fathom why they had diagnosed me with 12 that needed intervention. Absolutely stay as far away from this location as possible. It seems like they're trying to hit some sort of quota. Had I not consulted another dentist, they would have done unnecessary and expensive work to half of my teeth (I think they quoted me at $3,000 after insurance). I truly don't understand how they have such good reviews. Digging around, I see several people have had the same issue I did. Beware.

Fantastic experience: I had a very helpful woman named Laura call to confirm my appointment was coming up and help me get my new insurance information switched over. On day of arrival, I was very impressed with how safe everything was setup. The awesome dental hygienist I had last time, Tiffany, was off that day, but Laura recommended Candice to be my dental hygienist, and she, like Tiffany, was amazing. 6 out of 5 stars for both of these awesome women! This is my second MINT dentistry location I've used, and the only reason I left my last location is because I moved. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received at the previous location, and this location has not only met, but exceeded my expectations. I honestly look back and cringe at my previous dental experiences before I started going to MINT dentistry. Thank you for your awesome service!

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at the dentist in a few years. The staff was so helpful and wonderful. My dental hygienist was Jessica and she was amazing! Her attention to detail and comforting remarks made my experience superb! I will definitely be following my dental plan and coming as often as needed.

She is extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell that she truly loves her job, and it shows in how she conducts her cleanings. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! The staff here is fantastic! I hadn’t gone to the dentist in 10 years! I got cleaning and wanted veneers. The doctor looked at my teeth and instead of trying to get me to buy $4000 worth of teeth she recommended another procedure covered by my insurance. I got a full deep cleaning, teeth straightened and fillings. Best experience of my life! Wow! Jessica and the two doctors were so amazing! Thank you I could cry with happiness. Also they have massage chairs, and you get to listen to music or watch Netflix during your visit! Loved it! Thank you

Fantastic experience: This experience is the best that I have had ever at a dentist. Starting through the door with Yessenia greeted us and was extremely professional and polite. Then in the back Simone made me feel really comfortable and relax. My daughter even enjoyed her appointment with Jessica. The Dr Tanase was nice as well. I will recommend al my family and friends to mint dentistry. It was such an amazing experience. This is what you call great customer service.

Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous about going to the dentist but the people at Junior Mint Dentistry really put me at ease. The environment is very relaxing and inviting. From the start of registry to the cleaning to checkout, I felt like they cared about my dental health and gave me all the info and tools to have a healthy mouth. I definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: What can I say after hearing about Mint Dentistry. I decided to try it for myself and the atmosphere was amazing. When I walked in the Las Colinas location the receptionist make you feel so welcome. Claudia was my dental assistant she was excellent and very detailed. My dentist came in after reviewing my Xrays gave me the breakdown of what I needed. Gaby the plan coordinator came in and went over my insurance coverage and dental plan. I was almost discouraged until she told me about the Smile More Loyalty Club very reasonable price. Thank you Mint for great customer service this will definitely be my sons and I new teeth home

Fantastic experience: I went to my mint today I needed my preventative cleaning. My experience was awesome. Tiffany was my hygienist she was so nice and sweet and she made me feel great and comfortable. The dentist was great she told me about my cavities and what needs to be done. She also told me about my options for braces and I was amazed how affordable the pricing is. I joined the plan that was affordable for me and I loved the savings. Thank you guys at mint. My experience was awesome today.

Positive experience: Grapevine TX MINT Dentistry--I would love to give this a 4 star but my appointment was at 12pm, and I was not seen until after 1pm. If I didn't have to be back to work, I wouldn't have minded as much, but being that someone takes the time to schedule an appointment, the appointment time should be respected. ON THE OTHER HAND, the staff was very kind. The hospitality shown throughout the entire staff is amazing. The dental hygienist front desk clerks, and dentist were all very nice and made me feel comfortable and important. The dental Hygienist was very easy to have conversation with and that isn't easy with someone who have horrible anxiety like myself, but she succeeded. She was also very gentle during the cleaning compared to other places where I have severe gum discomfort for days later. I will be scheduling another appointment soon, and really hope i can come back and give this a 5 star!

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with the whole experience at this office. I have very high anxiety when I go to any doctor and this experience was wonderful. I cant remember having any anxiety the whole visit. Between the massage chair the Pandora classical music I picked and Tiffany I am in love with this place.
