Negative experience: I don’t recommend this place I have been a patient for about 7 years and will not longer be going and changing drs today for me and my children . They never give you appointments and the persons that answers the phone doesn’t seem to help . All they do is put you on hold and wait for 10 min to tell you there aren’t spots available until 2 weeks . Horrible service .

Negative experience: Today I brought my daughter in for a routine cleaning and exam, and I left feeling extremely disappointed. From start to finish, the visit felt rushed and careless. The x-rays taken were of such poor quality that you could barely see most of her teeth. When the doctor came in, he spent maybe two minutes looking at her mouth before moving on. Then, during the cleaning, the hygienist hurried through the processmissing areas while brushing and not thoroughly flossing her teeth. After waiting two hours, the entire appointment felt like it lasted no more than 10 minutes. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we won’t be returning

Fantastic experience: Dr Ryan is one of the best dentist I have ever had. He explained everything to me in detail and helped me understand all the dental work I needed. He also talked to me during the procedure making sure I was doing your okay. On the day I was there he was the only doctor on duty and was working fast taking care of all the patients, and yet he had a great attitude and all staff was happy with him. Great Environment.

Negative experience: Everything seems nice and cozy and I was sold on a $75 plan for the year that should help me with my expenses, which I have to pay for because I do not have dental insurance. I did one consultation the initial $75 covered that. I had to do another consultation with an oral surgeon that was another $125. Now mind you I had gone in with a problem about bleeding, so they said I had to go to a prosthodontist for another consultation. I waited for the phone call that was supposed to come the day before I would get the appointment and nothing happened. When I called the office the next day to see what had happened, they said that I had said I didn't want to see a prosthodontist, now why would I call them, if that's what I told them. Then I asked if I can skip the prosthodontist and get to my problem, they answered, no I can't, I have to see the prosthodontist. So another consultation fee. So I would have spent at least $300 by this time and I'm still bleeding. It's been 4 weeks since my first appointment. Can't say that I'm impressed with any of this and it seems more like they're interested in consultations before they can actually do any work, even if you're bleeding. Thanks a lot for nothing.
