Fantastic experience: The session was less than a hour, it was a lil sensitive when the gel was applied the 2nd time but not too bad and im happy with the results.... my smile has never been this white before ☺️☺️☺️

Negative experience: I will not be returning. My visit was confusing and the staff was disorganized. I was told by the dentist that I had multiple cavities and would need teeth removed. I asked when I would schedule those procedures and how much they would cost, and was told "the front office staff will handle that." Two hours later, I asked the front office staff about scheduling my procedures and they had no idea what I was talking about. After sitting in the waiting room I was told, "I can't find the person who you worked with so you are all good." So do I need teeth removed or not? Apparently asking how much things will cost changes their diagnosis. I paid my bill in full before I left, and a few days later they still sent me an invoice. If I had not checked my credit card statement, I would have double-paid. I worry this place is a scam.

I hadn't been to the dentist in many years embarrasing to say so when I came in to their office I knew I had some work to be done. All of their staff is friendly and they don't show any judgment. Negative experience: Avoid, the dentist did decent work. They don't check with your insurance and just bill you whatever they want. Than play games afterwards, they did not even contact my insurance to see what's covered, or even submit a claim in a timely manner. They want to hold your funds I guess til they feel like it instead of making a phone call. I have never had to deal with anything like this at any other Dentist or Doctor. I'm not stupid, I always check with insurance before hand to prevent being lied to. Told them this multiple times, they still refuse to call the insurance company. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, lots of other dentists out there.

Negative experience: Dr. Babjoni did great! Very quick and efficient. Update as of 3/25/25: However, the billing department really needs some work. My husband and I have gotten the same bill since coming here for our first cleaning. Our insurance was already billed and we paid the difference out of pocket upfront. To keep getting the same bill for a service that was already taken care of is incredibly negligent and careless. I liked our dentist but the billing process has given us enough reason to never return to this place.

Negative experience: For two days straight I waited in agony for over an hour just for the dentist to see me. The first appointment I sat for an hour and a half only to find out that there was nothing the doctor could do that day and that I needed to return the next day. The very next day, I sat in the same office over an hour to get service. I do not recommend this place if you don't want to be sitting in a crammed waiting room, and having to wait over an hour to get service.

Fantastic experience: This is a great dentist office. I have been coming for years. The service is top tier.

Negative experience: When in for a cavity filling. Thought it was weird the dentist numbed me to a point my whole throat was numb and couldn’t swallow, when I expressed concerned he laugh and said it should be gone in 2-3 business days and laughed. I didn’t find that amusing and should have left that moment but thought it’s just a cavity, I’ll be done with it and never see this guy again. Unfortunately I was experiencing pain afterward and was told it was normal and give it a few days. Went back when it didn’t subside and they said they could redo the filling. Same story, was told to give it a couple days, but still had pain every time I ate and drank anything. Return and let them know of the pain had not subsided, I expressed I wanting another dentist to do the filling this time since the first one did it twice and only got worse. I was told it was because my tooth had a fracture yet I had no pain prior to getting the cavity filled the first time. Ridiculous.. Fortunately they were able to accommodate with another dentist, unfortunately the pain continued and increased. Of course they said give it another week. But by the weekend, I was getting ear aches and migraines from the pain to a point I could not sleep, so I returned without an appointment on a Saturday just to be told by the original dentist in charge nothing can be done until the following Saturday and they would prescribe me ibuprofen and antibiotics. I was visibly distraught, fortunately the young ladies had a better way of helping than the Drs and told me to go to their location in Crestwood- the dentist there was great, he ended up giving me a root canal that was more pleasant than the flings the first 2 doctors gave me. A root canal. Was more pleasant the each individual filling the first 2 dentist gave. I couldn’t believe it. Unfortunately because the filling occurred in the original office my follow up had to be scheduled there even though I requested to transfer offices. Dr Andy assured me the follow up would be quick just make sure everything is healing correctly. My appointment was at 530pm and it is now 625pm and have yet to see the Dr. I can’t wait to walk out of here and never come back. Thanks again to the young ladies in the front desk that actually helped me as a patient. It’s only because of them and Dr Andy at the Crestwood office I’m not in pain anymore, otherwise I’d still be waiting for an appointment for another 5 days, that the 2 dentist at Evergreen Park were trying to schedule as well as taking medication I’d prefer not to take. They should make ratings for staff, drs, and location because the young ladies were 5 stars, location would be 5 stars considering the office is 2 blocks from me. As far as the dentists at evergreen go, I just wish rating them with negative stars was an option, especially the first one that has poor taste in humor and had to do a simple filling twice.
