Fantastic experience: OMG DR. ROMANO provided an OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!! Omg I cannot express enough how fast this service was to extract two teeth. I have been trying to get this handled by two different dental offices not affiliated with this company and I researched read reviews and decided to try this place out . Jesus. Came on a Tuesday for consultation, got the extraction on a Friday. Sat in the chair , numbed , and within SECONDS the tooth was out. This doctor is a master at his craft. This is my new dental location for ALL services. Please consider and choose this office. He’s super professional, his bedside manner was excellent. Great job !!

Negative experience: It has been 8 years since my review, and I have not been back to this company. Initially there attitudes were great and they seemed to care about their clients. OH WAS I WRONG! This company is trying to do one thing, extract as much money from people as they can. If I allowed them to have their way, I would have no teeth in my mouth and I would have no money. Thousand and thousand of dental work they tried to get me to agree to. The first time they got me, the second time I would not go for it and they pressure you to get the work done. I you tell them no they will send several people in to try to convince you to get the work done, make you feel guilty and try to force you to get it done. I was not having it. To prove how bad this company is, I went to another dentist office and told them I was looking for a dentist. Knowing nothing about my experience with Family Dental, the new dentist looked at my teeth and said I was doing a good job with my dental care and I just needed a cleaning. How ironic. No long list of dental work needed. Family dental is a company of liars and don’t care about any of their patients, they just want your money. Please!! For the sake of your oral health, safety and peace of mind. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! No matter where they are located. There was another location in evergreen park they treated my mother the same way, I did not know it was Family Dental she went to until the damage was already done! Over $10,000 of dental work that she did not need. Please avoid Family Dental.

Negative experience: Wish I could leave - Stars. I had the rudest most unprofessional treatment by a Dr. at this location. Dr. Anjali Joshi told me she couldn’t complete all of my fillings today because she has personal issues to deal with. She never fully explained what I was having done and tried to get rude and irate with me when asked questions. She had the nerve to tell me I was late for my appointment when I wasn’t. Very unprofessional. This wasn’t the first time I experienced horrible treatment from Family Dental. I tried to give them a chance and just avoid the negative staff members; but they are all over Family Dental

I had been in pain for days, struggling to sleep, and was really worried about getting my wisdom tooth removed. I wasn’t sure who to trust, but Dr. Romano truly worked wonders. He removed my wisdom tooth in seconds, and I felt no pain during the procedure. Even more surprisingly, there was no swelling afterward! I was also fasting during Ramadan, which made me even more apprehensive, but Dr. Romano was incredibly considerate and patient. His expertise, kindness, and care made all the difference. Negative experience: I would never go back to this dentist. They are so unprofessional and inconvenient! I had my cleaning scheduled six months in advance. They sent me SO MANY reminders and even called to confirm my appointment the day before. I walked in this morning just for them to tell me there’s been a scheduling conflict and that I would have to reschedule. Like seriously?! I’m getting a new dentist office. I would not recommend. 0/10!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chris is amazing! I had a failed root canal that needed attention. He immediately knew the issue and all of my follow-up appointments were a breeze! I would recommend Dr. Chris and the practice in general. Everyone is friendly; shoutout to Sabrina for always being a welcoming face right when you walk in!

Negative experience: If your not Hispanic,I advise you not to go made an appointment first time visit,they called me to verify my appointment when I got there they said they couldn't accept my assurance after the told me they accepted my assurance when I made the appointment they racist when I walked through the door they looked at me like I was discussing know I will not take this statement down I was in the office Tuesday the December 17 and showed the receptionist the call and number she had no recollection of my appointment,I can tell you details of the office how it's decorated they did let me use the bathroom,but something is not right with this office I ended up going to the emergency I'm pretty sure you have cameras, review them I was the only black person in there and every bad review,they claim they have no knowledge of the patient,just say you only deal with with certain kind,y'all a joke
