Fantastic experience: I have extreme dental anxiety and the staff at Collins were able to help me feel calm and get through a cleaning. They provided a treatment plan that was affordable and worked with my insurance. Can’t recommend them enough.

She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and answered all of my questions. Dr. Azer took the time to listen to all of my concerns and developed a treatment plan that was exactly what I need. Fantastic experience: Devon and Dr. Hunt made my visit! Not only were they informative about everything they were doing (I am terrified of dental visits), the cleaning didn’t hurt once and Dr. Hunt was extremely thorough with her exam. Not a rush in rush out. I felt like I had the best exam I’ve had in years.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely, hands-down the best dentist in Central Florida! From being welcomed by the dentist the evening before my appointment, to seeing my name on the Welcome New Patients board, to getting a tour, to having a Comfort Menu to ensure that my visit wasn’t nerve wracking, Collins Dental is now the only dentist I will see. I had a cozy blanket & neck pillow, & was able to watch TV…on the ceiling(!) while I was getting my teeth cleaned! Usually, I dread going to the dentist. But this practice is just on a completely different level than any other dentist office I’ve been to previously. The technology is top notch, everything was explained to me carefully, and the flossing was even gentle (I have had other hygienists who would just floss my teeth and not care if it was rushed / forced / etc). It was such a pleasant experience, and the staff & dentist listened to me and were extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything! Now I know why you came highly recommended to me by 2 different people!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first appointment. I got an appointment easily & quickly. The office staff were very nice. They gave me a tour of the facility & everything was very clean and organized. My hygienist was Alison. She was amazing. She was thorough, kind and did a great job. She complimented me on my oral hygiene which I really appreciated. After cleaning, measuring the gum pockets and polishing my teeth she took lots of pictures of all my teeth. Then she told me what she saw. I saw Dr. Azure and she checked everything and explained what she saw and gave me a dental plan on what needed to be done. She was very kind & thorough as well. It's hard finding a new dentist but I had moved from another state so had to see someone new. I believe you will be impressed with this office, their employees and the dentists. I'm a pleased patient and have scheduled my next visit. I went back today 6-9-25 to have 3 crowns done. All the staff are fabulous! They take time to be certain you are comfortable and everyone did a fantastic job. I didn't feel any discomfort at all, didn't even feel the shots for numbing! I have my temporary ones in now for 2 weeks but they said many times that if I have any discomfort or they happen to come off to give them a call and they will take care of it. Thanks to a wonderful group of professionals!

Fantastic experience: I have dental insurance and Collins is out of network and my insurance won’t let me use them. I DON’T CARE!! I rather pay than switch. They are the Best ever to me. Fantastic experience: I was referred to this office as a new patient, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, (Kudos to Makayla) making the entire experience smooth and very comfortable. Taylor and Dr. Azer took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. Love all the technology! It’s rare to find such genuine service these days. I'm so glad I found this practice and even though I need to drive from Kissimmee to get there, I will definitely be returning for all my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been patients at Collins Dental since before it was owned by Dr. Faye Collins. The facility is modern and up-to-date, spotless, and has a very welcoming appearance. In every instance that we have visited, we have received prompt, courteous and professional service from the front desk staff, dental technicians, and doctors. Everyone seems upbeat and happy and goes out of their way to make clients feel welcome and comfortable. I love the small amenities offered to patients (e.g. , everyone gets a bag with toothpaste, toothbrush, and dental floss after cleaning, there is bottled water and snacks in the waiting room, and there are always fresh baked cookies available at the checkout desk. They even provide phone chargers in their waiting area). My experience with the dental tech (Kory) today was an enjoyable experience and I highly recommend Collins Dental to anyone looking for a dentist and dental services.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Collins Dental since 2010, nothing but a great experience. Every 6 months I meet with Sarah, btw, she's awesome, place is clean. Staff is great, prices are good. Overall 5 stars. 6/9/25 I can't say enough about Collins Dental, the whole staff is truly great! I had an emergency, yesterday, Sunday, I experienced sharp pain and a couple of zingers. The very next day, today I'm good, with a temp cap. Truly deserve more than 5 stars! Thank you!

I've never come here and hide anything short of a five star experience. They pay so much attention to detail and they really work well as a team together. Every time that I come in, I know I'm in good hands. The people are great. The service and care that you receive are phenomenal and the practice is super clean and very high tech. Fantastic experience: Communication was top notch. The staff was friendly & professional. I drive an hour to be seen for all my dental needs. I had an emergency toothache. I needed two teeth pulled and a graft. I was pleased, Dr Azur explained my choices, showed the X-rays and called later to check up on me. Any of the dentists on staff will take care of your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Collins dental is AMAZING! I took my 6 year old son here - sadly his first dental appointment - but our hygienist was so amazing with him, and explaining everything she was doing, and reassuring how amazing he was doing. The TVs on the ceiling helped and also providing a stuffed animal where he could brush his teeth. They were all so helpful and caring, addressed us by name as we walked in. IMPRESSED!!!

Fantastic experience: This whole dental staff is fantastic. They have a very patient-centered approach to their care. I have a very irrational fear of the dentist, but I got to a point where I couldn't put off the work I needed done anymore. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt very comfortable and never once judged for waiting too long to resolve my dental issues. They ensure your procedures are done well and with as little discomfort as possible. I would recommend them to anyone, especially those who have reservations about going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Collins Dental is hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had in my 72+ years, and that’s a lot of dental experience! From their welcoming front desk and administrative staff to every single technician and professional I happened to cross paths with, I really couldn't cite a single complaint. The wait time, if any at all, was always very minimal, and the support staff and technicians were always kind (even for “chickens” like me!), friendly, efficient, and extremely well qualified. But finally, Dr. Azer—wow! I can’t think of enough words to describe what an incredibly awesome and beyond competent dentist she is. She took a bad situation that had been incrementally messed up by four previous dentists over the course of nearly five years and added meticulous attention to detail to give me back both a smile and a bite that finally all fit together. My mouth is even comfortable again! Recently, a random teenager at a group gathering complimented me on my beautiful teeth and smile--totally unsolicited. True story! It is also an appropriate place to end this review with a strong recommendation for anyone looking for the best dental support around.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff! The view out the window from my dentist chair was spectacular! So green and I could hear the birds chirping! It made my 7am dentist appointment very peaceful! I had a lap blanket, and a neck pillow, and sunglasses for the bright light while they worked in my mouth! Fantastic experience: Well, if you are ever in the mood for getting dental work done, this is the place to do it... I suggest to not mix fruit-flavored flouride with mint-flavored tooth polish. Keep that in mind and you'll be fine. Enjoy!

Fantastic experience: I used to be VERY scared of the dentist, but everyone at Collin’s made me feel so comfortable and at ease! This office and staff truly erased my fear. Lily, my hygienist, is the best and always makes sure I understand everything she’s doing before she does it! For doctors, I’ve seen Dr. Azer and Dr. Qadir, and both have been absolutely amazing. The whole office does so much to make you feel comfortable from a cheek massager while you get your numbing shot, to heated massage chairs and a chocolate chip cookie after your visit. I mentioned a future vacation during my first appointment and about 2 weeks later, I received a card in the mail thanking me for trusting them with my dental care, and wishing me a fun on vacation! I seriously couldn’t recommend Collin’s more, especially if you’re someone who’s had bad experiences with the dentist or have a fear of it.

Fantastic experience: I went here when they first opened and loved them. Caring, friendly, knowledgeable…a well oiled machine/team. We moved away about 10 years ago and when we moved back here I went to someone else because of our insurance. Fast forward 3 years, I cancelled crappy insurance and went back to Collins. They keep up with new technology and everyone there is an expert. My other dentist even complimented the work I had done at Collins 10 years ago. This is the only dentist that I don’t dread going to. Negative experience: Collins Dental is an amazing practice with fantastic staff, a clean and appealing facility, and great dental work to boot. I have been for a cleaning and for several cavity fills and left satisfied with the experience both times. Unfortunately, Collins seems to have an issue with updating their system with client information. Every month I receive a phone call and a text message telling me that I’m overdue for an appointment. The problem being that almost every time I have told the staffer that I am no longer a client at Collins, and that information is never updated in their system. I have told them that I will no longer be using Collins five different times now. Each time they have assured me that will be updated in their system and they will no longer contact me. Each month, they promptly break that assurance with another call and text. Really this is 5 star practice, but I cannot get behind having my requests be ignored this often and still have a positive view on them.

The lovely setting with my exam window looking out into a wooded area through unobstructed glass, the competent and kind staff who delt with my peculiarities with grace and the final easy to understand straight forward financial counselling are all greatly appreciated. The office offers a wide range of services in a modern ultra clean environment. The skill of the staff to present treatment options that covered my dental needs and my insecurities was outstanding and greatly appreciated. Fantastic experience: My friend recommended Collins Dental to me and I'm so glad she did! The staff are all amazing, Dr. Azer is fantastic and patient! I've visited three times, Devin and Jojo (unfortunately I can't remember the name of my hygienist from my second visit) were both so kind and patient throughout the process! I have had a lot of negative experiences at dentists and have a lot of anxiety, but my experience has been nothing but positive and I will never go anywhere else!
