Fantastic experience: Had three wisdom teeth removed and it healed properly. I felt a little pain during extraction and the dentist stopped and gave me numbing medicine and finished. Normal pain for three extractions. I was nervous because of some reviews but it was normal tugging and normal pain from getting teeth pulled it just isn’t very fun and that’s expected with dental surgery.

Negative experience: Staff do not communicate with one another. They do not keep patients notice if time will take longer then normal or if staff is delayed coming back from lunch.

Negative experience: I do not recommend Haraz Dental to anyone. I was referred here by a dentist in Los Banos which is over an hour and twenty minutes away from Haraz Dental. I didn’t have much high hopes but still never expected to find such a disorganized, careless, and unprofessional establishment that completely wasted my time, money, and trust. During my first visit, they did a CT scan and extracted all four of my wisdom teeth in the same appointment. That visit went “okay” at best. I then scheduled what I was led to believe was a root canal two weeks later. I took the day off work, lost income, and rearranged my schedule expecting an actual procedure. When I arrived, they called my name—but failed to confirm my last name, allowing another patient with the same first name to be taken in before me. They made no effort to confirm identity. When they finally noticed the mistake, they brought me to a room where the other girl with the same name was still sitting in the chair I was supposed to be in. I was then asked to sit in the same chair she just got up from ,where I could see sweat marks and her hair left behind on the seat. Completely unsanitary and gross. When i finally got seated in the chair which they did not clean, I told the assistant I was there for a root canal, and she looked very confused to hear that. After going to “check,” she returned to inform me I was only scheduled for a follow-up. After taking time off work, burning gas money, and wasting hours thinking I was finally getting my root canal over with. Unfortunately the dentist Nadeem Muhammad came in just to say I was “healing well.” That could have been handled with a simple phone call instead of wasting my time. I rescheduled for what was now finally the actual root canal. They sat me down, and the dentist numbed my upper tooth. Which I immediately thought was weird because my referral stated the root canal was for a lower tooth. While the dentist had left the room, I looked at the X-ray and saw they were preparing to work on tooth #14, when my paperwork had tooth #19 circled. I flagged down an assistant and asked if it was a mistake. After checking, she confirmed I was right—they had the wrong tooth prepped for a root canal. They had already numbed the wrong area and were literally minutes away from performing the procedure on the wrong tooth which they would have done successfully if I had not noticed and spoke up. That is dangerous, negligent, and inexcusable. Even worse, I was then told they couldn’t do the root canal that day and would have to take a new CT scan and resubmit everything to insurance, delaying the process again—all because one of their assistants wasn’t properly trained, as admitted out loud by another staff member who was clearly frustrated and embarrassed by the incompetence on display. I will not be returning for my root canal. I will have to find a new dentist that understands the basics of patient safety and scheduling. Haraz Dental is super unprofessional, disorganized, and not worth the risk. If you value your health, time, and money—go somewhere else!!

Negative experience: I went to haraz dental, the dentist name is nadeem i believe. He was supposed to take out my wisedom tooth. Hes good at that. But what he isn't good at, is how he gave me a shoot on my gums. His assistants were supposed to do that. Well because they didn't do that, he came in and did it very bad and tryed taking needle out hard like ripping off a bandage. It left my face 3x puffy with a bruise for a week. That could of been avoided and was unnecessary for me to go through if he just took his time and did it right. You dont yank out a needle hard on no one. If anything got worse, he would be sued. So next time he better be better to his patients, if he wants to take his job seriously.

Negative experience: I was referred to this oral surgeon for a biopsy from inside my cheek, the doctor jammed the syringe so far into my jawbone the entire left side of my HEAD all the way past my ear is SWOLLEN AND IS MAKING MY EAR AND THE BACK OF MY NECK HURT and kinda making it hard to breathe. The dr. , I never caught his name because he NEVER SPOKE to me directly, was proficient enough, but I left there feeling disliked, disrespected and FORCED to endure. This experience was so extremely horrible it’s making me question my own dentist why he referred me to this office. I’m hoping because it’s the ONLY OPTION, not because he feels this is an acceptable office.

Negative experience: I am not happy with what they did to me now June 5, 2025 around 1:30pm to 2pm. My appointment was at 9am. I lay down there waiting for more than 4 hrs. Then at 1:30pm they took me. When they started I was shocked. The weight of the 2 dr's hands is very very very heavy and they doing hard sooo very very very HARD. I’m not Happy!!! They inserted the anesthesia without saying anything I was shocked it was so painful. Lock of communication. They not saying what they gonna do next It was so painful. No gentle care. I almost cursed them my God bad experience

Positive experience: I came here once before they remodeled they did a pretty good job with the cleaning and the office smelled nice then I came back to get a extraction and it just smells like someone took 5 gallons of fabuloso and just dumped them on the floor and left it there. I told him I would come back in 3 months for the dental implant but the group of Indian doctors put intense pressure on me to get a same-day dental implant I had to tell them no like eight different times it felt like I was at a used car dealership. I did have to call the 19-year-old girl at the front desk about 16 times to get her to transfer my $800 CT scans to my new dental office but I'm pretty sure they never did it. It's fine . After six months I don't even need it anyway but still . It was useful for a minute if they had sent it. They did do a great job on the extraction , though. So if you like fabuloso, this could be your dream dentist.

Positive experience: Beautiful office. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t care for bone grafts being pushed on us. We decided against them. I don’t feel my healthy 19 year old needed them for a routine wisdom tooth (4) extraction. We don’t have private dental insurance, so they would have been a lot per site. Nitrous was extra, they don’t do sedation there. Overall good experience. Valeria was kind and helpful. I’m sure all are skilled and I am confident in their abilities.

Negative experience: I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled today and oh my gosh I’m in the most worst pain I have ever felt in my life I rather give birth all over again than do this the dentist was very rough all the other patients were screaming and complaining of pain as I sat before they did mine I felt the bottom left side and now i have to just deal with the excruciating pain

Negative experience: While the front office staff is super friendly and very helpful, some of the dental assistants in the back are not. I was referred to this place for my 11 year old daughter to get permanent teeth removed. The first assistant that helped me was very kind. However when I said that I didn’t want to leave my daughter alone while they extracted teeth, they made me feel very unwelcome. They said it was policy for me to not be there and even had the office manager, I’m assuming as she didn’t say anything just stared at me, stand in the room with me, my daughter, the doctor, the assistant that actually assisted and another assistant that stood in the way to purposely block my view of my daughter. Seemed entirely uncalled for and makes me a little wary of the doctor. He could also work on his bedside manners because when my daughter started to become afraid, he just told her no screaming because I’m not even doing anything. If her dentist needs to remove more teeth for her I will ask to be referred somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Quick easy procedure, helpful friendly staff answered all of my questions and made sure I had no doubts or worries.

Positive experience: I hate being numbed. That being said, the nurses were really helpful and calming during my procedure. Held my hand through the procedure and gave me tissues when I cried. I believe their names were Bernadina and Lina? Forgive me if I butchered their names. They’re the best and made my wisdom teeth removal much more smoother.

Fantastic experience: THIS WAS THE BEST most comforting dental experience I’ve ever had! I got my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Muhammad Nadeem and I DID NOT FEEL A THING, I was literally shocked he was done! Valeria Was also amazing and helpful through the whole process. Maiadah was so comforting and continued to check on me and make sure I was comfortable. And even the receptionists were so kind and reassured me that I had nothing to be worried about! They even answered text messages I had asking about sedation prior to my apt!!! Bathrooms and office was very clean and sanitary! 10/10 care at Haraz Dental Group!

Fantastic experience: First timer and no lie going in i was scared because of reviews, but honestly very happy that I ended up taking the chance was in so much pain getting the runaround at my regular dentist i go to. Extraction on my wisdom tooth, got me in the same day and I was in and out. Great staff all around and felt safe in the Dr's hands. Thank you. I recommend this place.

Negative experience: Spent close to 4 hours between my kids and myself. They left my youngest in a chair while they went to lunch. Refused work on me because I'm on a fixed income and can't afford all the add ones they were pushing on me. Quite good.

Negative experience: Made an appointment for wisdom teeth removal and they recommended i get all 4 out and two were impacted. My appointment was at 11 and they began the extractions at 1:15. It was done quick in 20 min i was out. The doctor was pretty rough on my jaw its been over a week and my jaw is still locked and i cant open it very far. During surgery i had to be numbed several times because i could feel at times some pain. After that they prescribed ibuprofen and antibiotics and that was all. Now I've been trying for a couple of days to contact them for some documents and they haven't responded. Their communication isnt great.

Negative experience: I would leave a 0 star if I could. We have been trying for a week to get an apt. They are not return phone calls and the one time they did, they said they would call us back with a quote in 15 to 20 minutes. That was two days ago. Call back today no response. Asked my dentist for another referral. Will never go here or recommend it to anyone. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Got my four wisdom tooth removed and he was very rough taking them out after there 3 days later swelling was getting worse went in and they send me home with prescription of mouth wash but later ok I just wen to ER turns out I have a infection that spreading to my neck if I didn't go in sooner would of spread to my bones I wish the dentist would of look at it more since it was four days later while the swelling got worse if it wasn't for my wife it would of gotten way worse I'm currently still at the hospital on antibiotics till the infection stop theu say they usually would cut it abd removed the puss but it turn hard like a rock stuck on my jaw and a lunp ok my neck they say it cellulitis and show ne the ct scan I believe it wat it's call but it was a big machine that theu stick me in and then injected something in me.......if I would of listen to dentist abd went home I believe it would of gotten into my bones or at least that wat the doctor told me ill post up my paperwork wen I receive it

Negative experience: My husband initially went to this clinic for a single cracked wisdom tooth extraction. During his first visit, he waited for three hours, only to be told that no one had completed his paperwork. Since the clinic was closing, they asked him to return the next day. When he went back, the dentist recommended removing all four wisdom teeth. One of them required a bone graft and an incision. They charged him $200 for a CT scan and $800 out of pocket ontop of his insurance for the bone graft, which ultimately led to trauma and infection at the graft site. As a result, he developed facial swelling and a fever, eventually ending up in the ER, where he needed IV antibiotics and fluids. I strongly advise avoiding this clinic at all costs.

Positive experience: The office was nice, equipment was nice & current. The bathrooms were actually pretty bad. I didn’t like that at all. But I mainly wanted to say Bernita was so amazing. I was overstimulated & scared but she had such amazing bedside manner. I felt like the others were a bit desensitized & in a rush, but she wasn’t. She checked up on me, made sure I understood everything & never made me feel pressured to add anything that I didn’t feel comfortable with. I told her this in person, but I want to reiterate, she was the best person I came into contact with! The front desk girls were also very friendly & comforting.

Negative experience: This the worst place ever my appointment was at 1230 they didn’t start working on me till 2 hours later. We had to pay for ct and bone graph so my husband went to the front counter to pay and was told she wasn’t allowed to do payment had to go counter and took 20 minutes to take my money. The. They told my husband he couldn’t be in there with me said a policy they have most likely to cover there mistakes if any and have no witness.we will never come back here. There not even worth a one star.

Fantastic experience: Great experience here. First time client. Had the first initial appointment for consultation, but was able to get my tooth and wisdom tooth pulled same day! Took quite awhile for waiting but it was quite expected for same day extraction. Doctor M. Nadeem was fast! He did not lie when he said it'll be quick! Little to no pain. They are conscious of your pain so make sure to advocate if you can sense a little spike of pain, they can address it by injecting more numbing lodicaine. Any time you get your teeth pulled out, expect a quite a bit roughness and the scary sounds it makes. Like the crunching and squeaks. You can also ask for laughing gas to help relieve the anxiety. They also prescribed me antibiotics if in any case I developed an infection (which i didn't) but they it was nice to know they were very proactive to make sure I was healing properly at home! Good luck and don't stress! (Post 2 week, everything looks good and healing correctly!) Thank you Haraz Dental Group !

Negative experience: I had the absolute worst experience in my life. Let me start off with the office is very nice and clean and the staff are nice except for the doctor. I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled out. They where fast to getting me back in the chair but they numbed me and had me sit there for over an hour, I had a reaction to the numbing and couldn’t breathe I started choking because the stuff ended going down my throat. The doctor was stern and said to breathe through my nose. Then they came back an hour later and had to numb me again. The top two wisdom teeth I didn’t feel anything but pressure, however the bottom ones I felt and I started making noise and the doctor told me I need to calm down and went and started on other patients leaving me sitting there for 30-45 minutes before coming back. Than came back and I could still feel and he said I can’t be making noises that I would scare other patients. I was trying to tell him I could still feel and he kept shooting me with the stuff and proceeding with the procedure. It was awful he dug my bottom left wisdom tooth so bad and I felt most of it. Now it’s almost a week later and I can’t open my jaw and am in the most pain I’ve ever felt and am going to the ER because I’m terrified to go back to that doctor. I hope my jaw and my wisdom teeth extraction site is alright. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place at all. That doctor has no bed side manner at all. He is beyond unacceptable and I refuse to go back to him.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience ever! Very efficient staff. Both personable and kind. Fast and efficient. Clearly, explaining each process of the exam and what treatment was needed and in what order. Clear about how long it would take to get me back in to take care of a root canal and a couple of fillings.
