Fantastic experience: in 2020 I had braces put on for a reason that I figured out - Apart from the comments here, if anyone reads this, thank you very much Caroline de C. - after an accident that I had in about 1982 when I was 4 years old. I broke my front tooth no. 1 and a permanent tooth grew in its place, but it grew on the broken baby tooth and grew crooked. After 36 years I noticed that it was moving, and it was like that all the time. In another office, the doctor had previously suspected periodontitis, and the environment even suspected schizophrenia. In 2018, I met a girl on the road at work and her smile (I think she had straightened teeth after orthodontic braces, a very even smile) made me start looking at my teeth. Thanks to the computer and my own intelligence, I took photos and came up with an idea of ​​what the reason for the destruction of my teeth was - because the upper tooth that was pushed out was destroying my lower ones. And I recreated the sequence of events from my childhood. I described it to the dentist's office and they agreed with me: Dr. Khanh Nguyen had braces for 3 years. Nothing worked for 36 years of life, no one helped me, no one asked. Toothache led me to Precision Dental Care because I often travel in this area. After 39 years, everything is as it should be when all my first teeth would fall out. I would like my case to help others find the cause when, for example, they had an accident because if they were born with crooked teeth and straighten them, I will not serve as a good example here. Genetically, I had straight teeth but I was born in an industrial city near the Steelworks and spent my free time on vacation on the railway and as a hobby I played with it in miniature. At that time, toys of this type were produced in the GDR. I believe that I played with a toy that was not adapted to the tracks because they came from a starter set and my locomotive was for professionals. But it was inspired by the model of the Japanese Shinkansen type 0 railway (from aviation) - Poland - the country of my birth and the accident - only signed a peace treaty with Japan in 1979. So my case was complicated. Also as a child, my parents and grandparents had no experience with this type of toys and it was also partly inspired by the American railway. All this in Poland caused what it caused. The principle of good neighborliness should apply. But when someone is too big and has a friend who is too small, that's what happened. I think that these 36 years have taught me a lot and let this knowledge serve others who have been similarly affected. I thank the doctor once again and the whole team.

Negative experience: the worst dentistry. reception staff very impolite women two. They talk to you softly and charge you $95 for the exam. Then they look at you for 5 seconds and tell you to pay the remaining $500. Then they talk loudly to you and don't help. I had a toothache and went home from there. Minus $95 without dental help

Negative experience: My husband made an appointment with this location provided all his dental insurance info for a preventive dental appointment for a annual cleaning and x-rays. Prior to his visit he received an call stating he had an 80.00 copay which was weird because usually for preventive visits under BCBS you pay a 10.00 co-pay and the services are covered 100% I advised my husband that I have never paid that large of a copay for cleaning and x-rays but he went to the appointment paid the 80.00 and they didn't even clean his teeth they proceeded to tell him he needed to get all this work done which total over 2300.00 and when he inquired about his cleaning they told him he would have to pay they told him he would be responsible for 80% of the charges and his plan only covered 20%. When he returned home we found his dental coverage info and they were indeed incorrect on everything, we called the insurance this morning who also confirmed and told my husband to file a claim to get the 80.00 back. The insurance company called the office and they doubled down as if the company doesn't no what benefits the member has. We did learn this office isn't in network which was never told to my husband after they verified insurance coverage which most providers will inform you of that and you make a decision if you want to go to an out of network provider. They are clearly doing something wrong and the insurance company agrees and told us to find another provider.

Fantastic experience: Precision Dental - Belmont location was so great! We needed a last minute routine exam and cleaning and they were able to take us in. The front desk associate sounded so welcoming on the phone, we basically get comfortable coming in for the first time last minute because of her “chair side” manner. was so accommodating, respectful, and thorough. She made sure she had all the info from our insurance before we started, and prefaced that they will disclaim any out of pocket cost before doing anything. Transparency was great. Then onto the dentist, Dr. Chandler Tempest… man what a personable honest guy! He thoroughly examined everything without any scare tactic. He also had my back when it came to ensuring I only received services that were 100% covered. He made sure that all services rendered were covered under our insurance, and also made sure his assistants be mindful of the same. I’ll be referring him to others.
