Lane & Associates Family Dentistry - Greensboro

Negative experience: Worst dentist and orthodontist experience I've ever had. Both parties seem either incapable or blissfully ignorant. I needed a fitted retainer. Dentist said they couldn't do that (they lied and could do it, they did this to push their new Ortho branch next door). The literal orthodontist told me to my face it would be done that day (Thursday), and if not I could pick it up Friday (the next day). I didn't get a call from anyone Thursday, called Friday to find they are only open Wednesday and Thursday and I'd have to wait until Wednesday to pick it up. Even though it's there in the office and ready I can't get it. Dentist does the exact same thing for the exact same price, but because I started with Ortho I need to end it with Ortho. So dentist can't pick it up or help me at all. If any of them were honest about any of this I would've gone somewhere else. BE WARNED, THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE CONSTANTLY TO HELP THEIR BUSINESS OVER YOUR HEALTH!!!

Negative experience: I heard an advertisement this morning about lane and associates excepting new patients and this is a warning. The service from the provider I met with was horrible. She was very unprofessional and aggressive. It was so bad her assistant excused themselves to later return close to the end of my appointment I spoke with management and I was brushed off. I've since located an office that has great customer service and respect. If I had to return to return to lane and associates I think I'd let my teeth fall out!

Fantastic experience: Amber the Dental Hygienist was super sweet, very informative and patient. Great bedside manner!!!!!! Destiny the receptionist greated me with a smile when I walked into the office and she was really sweet!!!!

Fantastic experience: This office is amazing. I asked a bunch of questions when I found out my daughter needed braces. Dr. Baumann was very informative and understanding. The payment options were flexible and affordable for what was needed. Very happy with their work!

Improper record confused Dec X-ray as Panoramic. X-ray Dec was at .y request at that time I was using up all my spending Card before end of yr

Negative experience: I'm baffled by all the 5 star reviews! I haven't once experienced 5 star service! What really did it for me was when they almost gave me novacaine meant for someone else!! They got confused because both our last names started with G. Seriously. They have too many customers and not enough people. I have been waiting for a cleaning for almost a year now. Before they could clean, I had to have a bridge put in. That took several trips. When I was finally able to schedule the cleaning, my appointment was out 6 months!! I hate to have to go and get all new X rays again at a new dentist but I just can't give them any more business. I'm giving 2 stars, only because there are some nice people there.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed my experience with the staff at Lane & Associates very much. On the day that I visited this dentist office, the manager was working the receptionist desk due to being short staff. Ms. Natisha was great in helping me with my appointment information, what to expect, billing and with my medication prescription being filled. I am very grateful for the respect, understanding and hospitality that the staff showed me at that time. Negative experience: Since they blocked my mom and I on Facebook… I would not recommend this place to anybody. Taking into account the wonderful doctors… the rest is just crap. Go to a different dentist if you want to feel like you aren’t just another mouth. Management is on a power trip. And can’t take her personal life out of work. After her getting in my face when I said “yall are all about helping people until someone actually needs help” hope this helps <3

Fantastic experience: Dr. Flynn and assistants Dee and Lindsay worked magic in saving my broken molar. The procedure required inserting a pin, shaping essentially a new tooth out of composite, and fitting a crown. They were so patient!

Negative experience: I booked a cleaning for April 7th back in December due to them having no availability. I just received a phone call today (April 3) explaining that the dentist will be leaving early that day so they now need to reschedule. After waiting months for my cleaning, and them needing to reschedule no fault to me, they offered me a reschedule all the way to July and stated they could not get me in any sooner. Major inconvenience to their patients and no consideration for dental health. I suggest finding a different provider due to their lack of care and disorganization.

Negative experience: My appointment took an hour and a half for a 10 minute xray and for the dentist to do a cancer screen for 5 minutes. Appointment was at 3PM, wasn't taken back until 3:45pm. Didn't leave until 4:30PM. Then was asked to sit in a chair for 20-30 minutes while they got the doctor. They wouldn't clean my teeth because of the way my appointment was scheduled. That was the whole reason I made the appointment to begin with! Now I have to come back on a Saturday morning or wait several more months to be seen. A complete waste of time. I've never experienced this at any other dentist. Can't recommend based on my interaction with this practice so far. Update: came back for a cleaning and I think a temporary hygienist cleaned my teeth. She was typing on the computer while working on my mouth which i found odd. Schedule my next appointment before even doing the cleaning. Then proceeded to blast through my cleaning in 15 minutes with the ultrasonic hook and used no other tools…. I get regular cleanings and my teeth did not require that. The hygienist didn’t seem thorough and I won’t be back.

He explained every procedure and took care of my dental problems in a very professional way. He is very kind and dedicated to his patients and works diligently to make sure that he provides a good service. I appreciate the quality of his work and dedication to his profession. Negative experience: If you have complex problems like Tmj, do NOT waste your time getting dentures here,they are not experienced. They could care less about the patients thoughts or input, they have dental students trying to make dentures. Dont expect to wait less than 5 m9nths to get your dentures. Doctor takes vacations every month delaying getting tge smile you've waited for,for many months. Some of the staff are nice,but few.

Negative experience: If you want your dentures made before 6 months, dont go here:( They made my lower denture wider than my mouth after neglecting to take my suggestions. They are novices when it comes to complex issues like: Tmj, or Migraines & how it effects your dentures. And if they cant fix their own mistakes, they refuse to accept accountability. Than they refuse to refund you,while keeping the produc....LEAVING YOU WITH-OUT A SMILE:(

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Oscar Suarez-Sanchez last week and that was by far the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. I've had concerns about my teeth for years now, but I couldn't seem to get them addressed. Dr. Suarez-Sanchez listened to all my concerns, carefully reviewed the x-rays and my teeth, and outlined two concrete options we can try to address the concern. Negative experience: 1901 Westridge Rd, Suite 102 Greensboro, NC: I am extremely disappointed with the way Lane and Associates Dentistry handled the transition of my daughter from a minor to an adult patient. After she turned 18 last month, they suddenly switched all communications regarding appointments to her, without any prior notice or discussion with me as her parent. When I called to address this, the staff member I spoke with, Missy, was neither apologetic nor understanding of my concerns. My daughter, who is still a teenager, was unaware that she would be receiving calls and messages about her appointments. It seems only reasonable to inform both the parent and the patient when such a significant change is happening, especially since the communication switch directly led to us missing an important appointment. I am now forced to take my business elsewhere, as I feel this practice does not consider the needs of parents who have been involved in their child's care up until this point. I would encourage Lane and Associates Dentistry to reevaluate how they handle these transitions and communicate with both parents and young adults moving forward. It’s important to have clear communication and mutual understanding, so other families don’t face the same frustrations.

Fantastic experience: Had a great time with Amanda today! She is fun, considerate, and patient! I don’t have sensitivity issues, but if you do she’ll check in on you and give you breaks if you need it. I always have a great experience with the staff here at Lane & Associates.

Fantastic experience: Amanda in particular was amazing. She did my whole cleanup. The moment I hit that chair within seconds she was there she attended to me and got everything sorted out completely. Gave me honest feedback and helped me improve further and also arranged for a doctor to see me by the end of my appointment. In my whole life going to the doctors I’ve never seen a more caring and attentive person than Amanda.

He is amazingly professional, considerate, informative and super friendly all at the same time. Payton the HDA who helped with my implant crown scan was not only skilled but also an excellent teacher, training another assistant while making sure I felt comfortable and informed. Dr. Glavich is truly one of the best in his field—his expertise made the procedure smooth and efficient. The front desk staff, Bri and Karen, were professional and kind, and Natisha, the office manager, is phenomenal. Overall, a top-notch experience from start to finish! Highly recommend this office.

Negative experience: Well. May I start off with that I was referred here by my dentist, Dr. Patel from Ivory Dentistry for a possible wisdom teeth extraction. Lane and Associates contacted ME with a text. This first text which had me scheduled for 2:45pm on 10/7. I confirmed it (didn't screenshot it because I thought that was the end). Few weeks later... almost two days before the appointment... I get another text from them changing it to 9pm. I thought that was super weird. I work 2nd shift so I got this text late Friday night and noticed they're not open on Saturday or Sunday so I went ahead and emailed them. I left multiple voicemails as well with my name and number on Friday and the Weekend hoping that when Monday came around; I'd get an answer. But nothing. No email, no CALL. Nothing. Starting to think I was scammed by someone at this facility and I'm not too thrilled about. Thus, you get one star until someone there can explain to me what's happening.

I was scheduled for a cleaning appointment today, my regular hygienist was no longer available. Was introduced to Yavonda and was very impressed with her skill and her caring manner. Fantastic experience: I did not think my experience could get any better! I have been a patient for a while now and have always had my appointments in the main building… my last appointment was scheduled in the annex building just cross the driveway which at first bothered me that I would not have my regular hygienist and team—change is hard for anyone! Any dental procedure can be uncomfortable but I always felt the providers here were patient and gentle as they could possibly be! Today in the annex building, I had the pleasure of having my dental care provided by a hygienist named Valerie that I can not thank enough. She was so careful yet precise on my treatment, I could have hugged her. Valerie made me feel welcomed, greeted me warmly and listened to my concerns! She was a hero today!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to them by my general dentistry. After two tries of getting me numb and it not working, they referred me to here for nitrous. My initial appointment was rescheduled. But when I ended up having my filling done, I had Victoria and Dr. Flynn. She was very informative and nice. He was the same. I was very pleased with my experience with them! And he was able to get me numb, with no nitrous and fix my filling.

Positive experience: This was a great visit for having a tooth extracted. Dr. White and Maria were great. They made sure I was comfortable and they took their time. I was happy to finally be done with this extraction. I am not found of pain or the unknown. They made sure I knew of everything that was going to happen. They were amazing. I can't thank them enough for such a great visit. I will enjoy making future appts to get cleaning or whatever needs to be done. Great atmosphere, amazing staff, and overall pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: The staff is still always so friendly and so helpful. I appreciate the greetings and smiles from the front desk staff as well as the check out staff. Shyanne who I was with most of my visit was so friendly , bubbly, professional and explained everything so well. I noticed her constantly checking on myself, other patients and even her peers. Shannon, my dental hygienist was so kind and very gentle during my cleaning , explained everything she did while also Ensuring I was okay throughout the process. The dentist, though not my regular dentist, I saw was also very friendly and pleasant. Dr. Mac is who I’m most familiar with from this facility. I would recommend Dr.Mac to anyone looking for a great dentist. He is so kind, shows compassion and has amazing bedside manner. I would highly recommend this facility.

I really enjoyed her!! as been going to the dentist my whole life however she by far did things I have not experienced before with a hygienist. Definitely want to keep her.

Fantastic experience: Great place, very friendly staff. They are very assistive when needing help! It was not hard to find the location. Dr Litty was very quick at diagnosing my problem area, definitely can tell she has many years of experience just based off how she assisted me. Also, very friendly receptionist and very helpful to any needs. I am no stranger to the dentist so I can tell good help when I see it! Definitely recommend this place. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Lane & Associates were very Profession and kind and The Dentist Assistance Dee was very very helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, and understanding.. No matter how many questions i asked she answered and explained Politely, they are now my Permanent Dentistry. Thank again Dee!!! The Receptionist helped me out as well, she was so Polite but i don't know her name at "check out"...Thanks!" They DiD find the problem and not just having me to keep coming back and not find the problem just taking my money like my old Dentistry. That's another Story!!! Lane & Associates are Clean, Excellent Atmosphere, Professional, Polite, Respectful, Understanding and Very helpful... Dee was the one who found the Issue!

Fantastic experience: I go to Lane & Associstes because of Shannon! Shannon is an amazing and knowledgeable hygienist. She does her work with pride and has always given me the best care. It’s hard to find this kind of care that is truly genuine.

Fantastic experience: Professional and child friendly. Victoria & Dee were my dental assistants and they were very knowledgeable, professional and adjusted my partials very well. Dr. Mac also did an amazing job treating me as well. I have been a patient for almost 20 years and will always be a patient at Lane and Associates. I 100 percent recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am a newer patient to this practice but thanks to the reviews i chose wisely. Everyone is Awesome. I see Dr G here, super awesome, great personality. So far, i have dealt with Dee, Bri, and lindsay directly. These ladies were so awesome and it is always nice to be able to have a little small talk. I wish i had known about lane and associates of greensboro sooner. I truly believe no matter where Lane & Associates are you will have a great experience. I did a consult at the Pittsboro office too and they were great also... I dont give 5 stars lightly but they deserve a double dose, 10.

Fantastic experience: The first part of the Journey was a blast. I had a Dental Tech Mrs. Dee that knew her job well, was seamless working along side the dentist and carried out her responsibilities without oversight. She explained what was going to happen during the different phases of the build up and temporary crown process.

Negative experience: Do not take patients here, especially the elderly. My fragile 70 year old mother had 5 teeth ripped from her head and all they gave her was ibuprofen... Which she can't take because of kidney disease. They also didn't help with figuring out how to deal with her blood thinners throughout the process. So I figured it out, and thank God bc she could have bled out. Very poor care, I'll never allow my family to return to this place. They weren't worried about her well being, they were worried about her wallet.

Fantastic experience: Lane & Associates Dentistry are the best. I have been coming here for almost 3 yrs.Every time I sign in, waiting time is less then 2 minutes.The staff are nice, Never had a problem. Shannon, the dental hygienist was really nice too and didn't take a long time.

Melissa was also very pleasant treated me with great patient care, took her time explaining details and answering my questions. Dr. Glavich has awesome bedside manner, gentle tone, very detailed explanation of the information. Presented me with several different options for my dental plan going forward. Brittany was a breath of fresh air. Very pleasant, kind, and also explained my options for making my up coming appointments.
