Fantastic experience: I can not say enough great things about the hygienist that treated my daughter today. This is the first time since we left ACH that she has not melted down at the dentist and she even was able to let her know when she needed a break. She is super moth defensive due to her Autism and she did a super job helping Morgan stay calm and also did a wonderful job cleaning her teeth. Also kept her from gagging during xrays. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Positive experience: Went for a replacement of my lower partial plate. The almost instantly replaced a damaged tooth in my upper plate. Office staff was very pleasant, but aparently dismissed my expressed intention. Instead of the partial replacement, they planned extraction of all remaining lower teeth and a full plate with magnetic attachment. All of that might have been 'reasonable' for a younger man, but in my mid-eighties it seemed well beyond all needs. I declined.

Positive experience: Visit was great. How ever I was offered something for pain, I respectfully declined because ibuprofen has been fine . The next day my pain got worse, I call Thursday,Friday,Monday and Tuesday. Someone was supposed to call me back, no call back.8 days now going on 9 no relief. I have an exposed nerve, hurts to breathe.

Negative experience: Dr wright performed a root canal on me 20 years ago and I have lived with chronic pain from his botched hands ever since. Do yourself a favor and find another endodontist.

I was referred here to the sleep care team to address snoring and sleep apnea. Carrie has been amazing in figuring out solutions for my sleeping issues and working around insurance issues. Negative experience: Came in to get my teeth clean and wasn't told I was just doing a review of my teeth and had to reschedule another time e to come back which is not what I was expecting. Took off early specifically to get my teeth cleaned and have to go again! It feels like a cattle barn in there! Run people in and out as fast as you can!

I also feel at ease. I've had past experiences at other dentist offices that have left me with anxiety now, but they're different here. I recommend 10/10.

Positive experience: I was impressed by the facility. The nurse was knowledgeable. I am disappointed because I was told they would email me me x-rays but I still have not received them, weeks after the visit. I called after the X-rays but I have not seen them nor have i heard from anyone regarding the request. The term emergency in their add seems confusing I called and was given an appointment days after the pain.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience, I can honestly say I finally like dentists!!! New patient, originally went for the at home sleep study, stayed for the dentists. Currently, I do not have dental insurance. Had a broken 3rd molar extraction needed. They worked with me and had really fair pricing, even when the procedure turned out to be far from simple. What had me write this review was the follow-up and immediate care I got for dry socket. They got me in on a Saturday. They were understanding and very careful with the procedure not to cause more pain. Everyone was amazing, and at no time did I feel judged for not having insurance or great teeth. They have mine and my roomies business as long as we live here.

Negative experience: Took from January from May to get a set of denture's.. Went in was told that insurance would pay for dental work.. United Health Care..But we would have to pay for treatments.. And they..family dentist would send the United Health care checks back to me..The dentist financial department got a one check back from United Health Care ..that Family Dentist kept..Family Dentist also said before that all checks sent to them..would be forwarded back to us from Family Dental..never received check from Family Dental..Still waiting and investigating..Billing Depart is in a turmoil.. I would not recommend this density ..just for the billing department.. It is pitiful..And never pay ahead..

As we're not in-network with United Healthcare, our policy is for patients to pay the full cost upfront for services. We then have your insurance company send any payments directly to you. We've found this to be the smoothest option for everyone, as it's impossible for us to know exactly how much your insurance will cover beforehand. It sounds like there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication in your case regarding this process, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We want to investigate this thoroughly and make things right. Please call our office at your earliest convenience so we can discuss your account in detail and work toward a resolution. We value your feedback and want to ensure all our patients have a positive experience.

Positive experience: I think all went well was about 35 min getting back which wasn’t a problem for me. I didn’t get a syringe after wisdom teeth surgery I thought we might get something like that to help clean holes while they heal. Dentist and staff was very nice!

Negative experience: Had an emergency dental issue, was informed that it would be $100 to be seen today. Once the paperwork was done (which was by no means easy but because of me) I was taken back and seen for maybe 30 seconds before being told I can either have the tooth pulled or do a root canal and have a crown. What was/is a dental emergency turned in to now having to wait 2 weeks.

Fantastic experience: I recently suffered an abscessed tooth. Called other clinics and managed to get a June 9 appointment (3 weeks away) Called Little Rock Family Dental Clinic on a recommendation and got a same day appointment . Dr. Rachel is very nice and Dr. Scallion extracts teeth like a boss! I won't go anywhere else after this experience!

Positive experience: Dental hygienist and dentist were EXCELLENT! the reason for three stars was the wait time. Appointment at 9:30. One x-ray, cleaning and dentist visit took 2 hours. That seems excessive. But again, hygienist and Dr. Cooner are WONDERFUL! Thanks.

Negative experience: Tammy B is great and Audra at the front desk was very helpful, but I scored them so low because in trying to get a receipt to submit to flex spending, Bri was extremely rude and gave me incorrect information that I could not use. I’m considering changing dentists because of her.

Negative experience: My experience at this place is positive but lately my wife is having issues after calling at least twice about a temporary crown that was set in place but her retainer will no longer fit following that. 2 calls to the office has resulted in no one returning her calls. This is rude and unprofessional. I have no idea who is answering the phone but the lines of communication are obviously not working. I have advised her to call and request to speak to someone in management.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, I had a toothache for 2 days (weekends) and no dental clinics were open. I tried searching for dental clinics near my area and called them on Monday morning but some clinics will take 2-3 days before I can have an appointment. Some also didn’t answer. When I tried to call Little Rock Family Dental Care, they answered quickly and were able to schedule me on the same day. It was a relief since tooth ache is one of the worst pain we could ever feel and I didn’t think I can prolong or wait for 1 more day. They scheduled me at 1PM and the registration was fast. The dentist, Dr. Gibson, was also on time. He was friendly and that helped me ease my nervousness. He also made sure that I feel okay all throughout the procedure. It was my first time to have my tooth extracted in the US and I can say that Little Rock Family Dental Care is a hassle free, professional, reliable, and trustworthy clinic. ❤️

Fantastic experience: All excellent. Today, April 24, 2025, Luis cleaned my teeth. I don't know how it could have been better. He is professional and has a good sense of humor. Calming demeanor. I enjoyed the conversation and he answered all my questions. If I started a business, I would hire him. A plus plus. Linda Flowers has also cleaned my teeth. She is number one too. Your staff is just great. Luis and Linda are the cream of the crop. Thank you. Check in and no wait time was wonderful. Five stars.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mark Murphy is an excellent dentist. He takes great care to ensure your comfort during some of the toughest procedures I’ve had personally. He explains fully what is about to happen before any steps are taken during the procedures. I’ve gone from being completely terrified of any dentist due to childhood trauma, to being almost completely relaxed for my last several visits for cleaning and other invasive procedures over the past few years. I highly recommend Dr. Murphy and his clinic.

Positive experience: Luis did a wonderful job, as always, cleaning my teeth and addressing problems. In the waiting room, however, I could do without the profanity-laced country music (two of the three songs I heard while I was waiting for Luis used profanity over and over). It's supposed to be Little Rock FAMILY Dental --so I would think the background music would be a bit more FAMILY-friendly...
