Fantastic experience: Great service and care all around. :)

Negative experience: Went there today and have to say had the best experience with their dental assistant! She was just so wonderful. The dentist was very sweet too though however - I made it very clear that I wanted to do composite veneer since the one I had on a lower tooth chipped off. She seemed to understand that’s what I was asking for but I was surprised that the quote was for a porcelain veneer. I had them speak to her to clarify and she seemed to be insistent that that was the treatment that she would provide. Had to wait half an hour on top of that. Definitely a waste of time for me to go there and had to pay the $99 examination fee.

Fantastic experience: The reception, check-in, and preparation for the appointment were excellent. Very professional and friendly. The hygienists and dentists provided excellent care. The use of technology was top-notch. Empathy is a performance standard at the dental center.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been to Kyle Parkway Dentistry about a dozen times for myself, my wife, and our 3-year-old, and every visit has been excellent. The front desk staff is organized and helpful, and the hygienists and dentists are thorough, patient, and consistently on time. Even though we live 25 minutes away, we don’t mind the drive; our little one actually looks forward to the visits. We highly recommend Kyle Parkway Dentistry to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and professional dental care.

But thanks to Dr. Juhi and her incredible team, that fear has significantly eased. Everyone there is genuinely kind, patient, and welcoming. Dr. Juhi and her staff always make me feel comfortable and at ease. I never feel rushed or judged, and they’re always willing to pause if I need a break. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. The office staff is also fantastic with communication. They send helpful appointment reminders, which is perfect for someone like me who tends to make appointments then forget. I’m so grateful to Kyle Parkway Dentistry for changing the way I feel about dental visits. I’ll definitely be back!

They put me at ease each ptime I have to sit in the chair. Thank you Kyle Dentistry. Maxine was my hygienist and she was AMAZING! She put me at ease and she explained what she was doing. Fantastic experience: Kyle Parkway is genuinely the best dentist I have ever been to. Over the years I have had Hygienists that are extremely rough, dentists who lecture and billing that is consistently wrong. Kyle Parkway has none of those issues. The team is always considerate and kind and the dentists are very skilled. It just so happened my first visit to Kyle Parkway was with the owner Dr. D. He absolutely put his best foot forward and did an incredible job. His team of Dr's do the same each visit. Thanks KPD for being the kind of dentist that keeps you coming back for good dental health!

Fantastic experience: I don’t like going to the dentist. If given the option, I would rather squirt lemons directly in my eyes. With that being said, this is the best dental office that I have been to in years. I had a great experience at KPD. The staff was very kind. The hygienist was wonderful and gentle, and my dentist came up with a plan that felt good. Nobody was judgmental about my poor dental hygiene. The welcoming environment that they have created made me feel really good about sticking to the plan. I’ll be seeing this office as long as we live in the area, and I highly recommend this office if you are searching for a new dentist, or if has been a while and you have had poor experiences in the past!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very professional and sweet tha facility was clean and comfortable I did not feel any hesitation once I got dat down and started which is the main thing because before now I've not been a fan of the dentist. I have not been to the dentist in 6 years due to my anxiety around it, but after going to kyle parkway dentistry I'll gladly be scheduling my 6 month checks regularly

Negative experience: This place puts off a good impression and I thought I was in good hands. I’m not sure that is the case any longer plus I’ve been commuting from SA to be there. I have issues grinding my teeth at night. Ive gone through numerous generic ones (OTC). Kyle Parkway Dentistry told me several times the insurance won’t cover a mouth guard. Meanwhile I’ve had to have 2 teeth removed and one needed a fill due to cracking from the grinding. Long story short, come to find out from another dental practice actually. They told me to double check with insurance because they do cover mouth guards. I asked KPD to check again and do the pre authorization. Sure enough the insurance covers it 100%. I may have not had to have teeth removed and fixed had they actually looked more into the insurance. Very disappointing. Another note, who ever the new office girl is that was there this morning was super rude. She asked me to sign new documents. I had no idea what I was signing. Of course I’m going to ask questions if my signature is required on documents, I want to know what I’m signing. She acted as though I was the problem for asking about the documents and proceeded to look behind me to help the next person in line before I had even finished the conversation. That type of attitude does not belong in customer service. I will be looking for a new dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I had to change my appointment from my normal dentist due to a weather condition that made me have to stay at work (hospital life). I called to cancel my appointment and the scheduler put me at this location at a later time for the same day. This worked wonderfully. I went, they greeted me, I got seen quickly. The facility was clean and inviting. Every person I was in contact with was friendly, the hygienist was gentle, and was very thorough with my services. The dentist was knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained everything well and gave me some good tips and advice. If my normal practice is full for my next appointment, I would gladly go here in a heartbeat. A win win for sure.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to the dentist after quite some time so I was nervous. Maxene was so kind, polite, and patient. As well Dr. G helped me feel comfortable helping me establish goals and set up boundaries to suit my capabilities. Fantastic experience: This is the first time in my entire life I’ve gone to the dentist and not cried. I typically cry not because of anxiety, but the overwhelming cost of dental work. Not here! Everyone is so kind and it’s hands down the most affordable office I’ve ever been to. I was able to make 3 back to back appointments for some pretty extensive work rather than budgeting for a full year. I was also excited to see that when my insurance paid more than expected, I was given a credit on my account. Can’t suggest enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for YEARS! They’ve helped me with my Marilyn Bridge, getting in contact with an orthodontist, and (my favorite part) there’s tvs on the ceilings!! Everyone is so friendly and inviting!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit with Kyle Parkway Dentistry. I am having an issue that Dr. Le got to the bottom of and hopefully this will be a minor issue that will be quickly & fairly easy to resolve. I may have found a new dentist “family”. The staff is amazing, Especially want to shout out to Yvette in the office. I don’t remember Dr. Le’s assistant but she was also amazing. Had my second visit today… cleaning and checkup (no cavities mom!!). Still working on the minor issue of nerve discomfort and hope the current plan will put an end to that issue. Love the staff and impressed with the equipment they use. Thank you to all the staff there. (Say hello to Yvette when you visit, she’s awesome) Had another checkup/visit today (5/6/25). Will be back for some needed work. I appreciate Dr. Ye and the entire staff (shout out to Yvette…. She is awesome!!). So glad I am a patient of Kyle Parkway Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Kyle Parkway Dentistry is Amazing , I had a root canal done - I was so scared and nervous, it starts at the Front office Reception girls- They are friendly and very helpful. Dr. Juhi and her assistant are so amazing they made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed and made sure THERE WAS NO PAIN! I think I was trying to be so nosey because this was my first time consuming procedure. I will make sure everyone knows Dr. Juhi and her staff will take care of you. I highly recommend this team!

Fantastic experience: I appreciate how kind and caring all the staff is towards me and my spouse. They're upfront about services, options and pricing. They don't pressure you into anything you're not comfortable with. Lastly throughout the dental service they continually ask how you're doing, does it hurt, let me know when to stop, etc, so that you feel like you're in control and they're listening.

They are the best thing that has happened to me regarding dentist offices. Period I am 75 and don't waste words when it comes to my request.And they heard everything I said and they were like.I said the most polite young people that I have dealt with in a long , long time. I have recommended them to my friends if they're looking for a dentist and many are and have given out 3 of the 5 cards they've already given me and they are going to be coming to check out this office if I could I would give them 10 stars. Let me not forget the dentist.Himself is the amazing young Mand knew what he was doing.Explained everything he was doing and as a great comfort to me.

She was very nice, personable knowledgeable & explained everything. She was easy yo talk to & answered all my questions; made me feel comfortable. She even offered to watch my kids while I got my teeth cleaned… which might just make her a superhero in disguise. Dr. Judy and Marty were incredible — they diagnosed the issue quickly and were able to rearrange their schedule to squeeze me in for a deep cleaning the same day. They worked with me to find the best financial option for my situation, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. I walked out of there feeling confident that I had picked the right dental office — and I was right. Negative experience: This si the worst dentist my husband got his 4 wisdom teeth removed and he got an infection and we went to the hospital and told us that the infection came bc they use something that wasn’t clean and the Dc.jake was so rude my husband could open his mouth and he hit mad at my husband because he couldn’t open his mouth because of the infection that they caused don’t come to the dentist 0 start

Fantastic experience: As someone who hates going to the dentist who suffers from extreme anxiety disorder it was refreshing when I filled out the questionnaire there was a section for fear of getting work done. They are very understanding as an adult it’s embarrassing but they don’t make you feel bad. The front office staff is very knowledgeable, patient, understanding and pleasant. They will work with you on payments with no judgement. I love Dr. Juhi she did my root canals and really cared about not wanting to have to do a ton of work and give me more. it doesn’t feel like they just want to do unnecessary work for more money. I like that she tells you throughly what’s going to be done and explains as she works it really helps with my anxiety. Office is nice and clean. Everyone is Great with communication being able to reach them or get a call back promptly. They pretty much take everything except like one insurance plan.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Kyle Parkway Dentistry for several years now and it’s been great-everything from regular cleanings to a crown to Invisalign! All of the Doctors, hygienists and front staff are amazing! We used to have insurance through our employers, but now we use their in-house plan, and it’s super affordable- never thought I’d say I love coming to the dentist, but I really do love coming here!
