Negative experience: My name is Eugenio. I would like to begin by expressing my deep respect and appreciation for Dr. Fornaris and Dr. Esparragoza. Their professionalism and dedication have always stood out, and I am truly grateful for their care. However, I regret to say that my recent experiences at the Coral Way clinic have been disappointing. After many years of being treated there and recommending the clinic to others, I have encountered serious concerns regarding the behavior of certain staff members. Between March and June, I returned to the clinic for an adjustment on a warranty denture. During that time, I felt mistreated by some of the assistants to the point that it seemed they no longer wanted to see me. I tried for several days to speak with the clinic manager, and when I finally had the chance, I explained how their actions made me feel as though I had been pushed out of the clinic. Although the manager said she would speak with the doctors, I never received any follow-up or resolution. In the end, I felt that the issue with the warranty denture was not given proper attention. Instead, the focus shifted to offering additional implants, which left me feeling that my concerns were being dismissed. It’s unfortunate, because I believe the clinic has excellent doctors. However, the quality of patient care depends greatly on all staff members, and I strongly encourage the clinic to review the professionalism and patient treatment provided by the assistants.

Negative experience: I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. While this office has tons of five-star reviews, it’s worth noting that they ask patients to leave reviews while they’re still sitting in the chair. That might explain the inflated ratings, because my experience was far from five stars. I initially visited the office for a treatment estimate before having insurance. The billing coordinator assured me that with PPO insurance, the cost would be significantly lower. Based on that information, I purchased a PPO plan and promptly sent them my insurance details to get an updated quote. That’s where everything fell apart. Despite calling four times and emailing twice, I never received a follow-up. I was transferred around repeatedly, told that someone named Jenny would call me back (she never did), and eventually told she was on vacation. Still, no one else followed up or offered to help. To this day, I never received an updated quote or even a courtesy call back. If this is how they handle prospective patients trying to give them business, I can’t imagine the level of care for those already locked in. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was extremely disappointing.

Fantastic experience: The appointment was great. The lady that did my cleaning was GREAT! She’s patient gentle and always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend Gables Sedation and especially Carmen. I honestly feel she’s the BESt.

Negative experience: Buyer beware! My husband's dental consultation experience left us with some serious questions. One dentist quoted four crowns, while another recommended only three—and suggested a simple fix for the fourth. Getting a second opinion can save you a lot of money and unnecessary procedures. Don't hesitate to seek multiple professional opinions before making big decisions about your teeth health and second opinion quoted us half price .

Negative experience: Please beware this place is a complete rip off as what they did to my elderly parents has no words 18k dollars for upper implant that never fit as my parents went back and forth for an entire year until my mom was told to go to Leon dental clinic after they applied my dad for credit and max out the credit line. They quoted him 38k then dropped it to what he got approved 18k my dad paid this amount for 2 years to pay it off from his credit what’s worst the dental implants never fit her correctly and they ended up going to Leon where they are currently fixing it for free. My father has Alzheimer’s so he didn’t even know what he was applying for, I will make sure this does not happen to Elderly people going there again.

Negative experience: First appointment, they booked me at the wrong location. I showed up to Doral office and no one there. Second appointment, Which I needed a cleaning was told that they will check me first and if they have time they will do my cleaning. Wasted two days asking time off work for these so call professionals not being considerate of my time. I hope they dont send me any letters or spam emails to give them a chance. What a joke and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I came in as a referral from another dentist after a traumatic failed root canal. My pain level was extreme and I was afraid nothing could be done for relief. Dr. Esparragoza and his team were so caring and knowledgeable. When he made room for me in his schedule that day as an emergency, and committed to helping me, I was so grateful. I had a difficult case and he and his team had to stay after hours to complete my procedure. I was fully sedated for the 3.5 hour procedure. I went from pain spikes and radiating nerve pain levels of 8-10 that I had been enduring for hours, to absolutely no pain after the sedation. I aware of my surroundings and able to move or respond when asked, but basically napping through the whole procedure. I felt nothing! It was an amazing experience! I still have more work to get done and I’d be crazy to go anywhere else. Dr. Esparragoza is a gem. He is knowledgeable, kind, and explains everything to you like a person and not a number. The environment is comfortable and relaxing (think spa-like). The entire team is kind, informative, and most importantly, great at their respective jobs. They truly work together seamlessly to take care of patients. I came in agony and traumatized from a bad experience, but I left an absolute fan. Thank you everyone!

Negative experience: I was a patient once there for a while, front desk stuff are not friendly, I called several times asking to cal me back they always tell me our staff on lunch break, it has been several days no one cared to call me back, they speak Spanish to you automatically I guess that's their culture so they speak Spanish to everyone even that I was not spanish, I am very disappointed with all that time I been going there customer service at front desk is so poor, maybe if you are Spanish you will get better service

Fantastic experience: I have an awful fear of the dentist and today, had to come in for a crown placement which meant I had to be awake, Katherine was with me and she made it a point to make sure I was 100% comfortable the whole time. She talked me through everything she was going to do and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I would recommend Gables Sedation Dentistry to anyone that has a fear of the dentist 100%. They explained everything to me regarding different options that are available to me to restore my dental health. I moved here from New York a short while ago and it can be frightening to find new a new dentist. That is not the case here at Gables Sedation and dentistry. Negative experience: I know that I need dental work performed and another family member also needs an implant. Sedation dentistry appealed to us both. I tried to find out if they take our insurance. They will not not provide any information over they phone. They give a free first visit and do insurance verification in person. Why would I bother to drive 30 minutes each way, taking time off work, to find out they don't take my insurance. My family member is over 90 minutes away and has different insurance. I don't need a cleaning today. Very poor policy/customer service. I am very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I had a very difficult and challenging dental situation involving the removal of a molar, an implant and crown replacement. The doctors at Gables Sedation did an amazing job in taking care of these issues. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and the results. I experienced minimal discomfort for the multiple procedures that were involved and the entire staff from top to bottom was very friendly and professional. I strongly recommend this dental practice without any reservations whatsoever.

Negative experience: My 83 year old father has late stage Parkinsons and dementia, he is bedridden and I have to hire private wheelchair transportation to take him out of the house. He is almost septic because of tooth decay. I explained all this to the receptionist when I made the appointment. He has to be sedated in order to even get x-rays. She told me I had to send him in for the first visit regarless. On the day of his visit, the minute he started screaming they asked me to take him out because the dentist will not be able to treat him against his will. Do not take your loved one with dementia to this place. They don't have a heart. They should've told me this ahead of time and not make my fathers day more stressful than it already is. I spent $400 in private trasportation for nothing.

Negative experience: They won't give any pricing until you lose your morning with them, also they charge way too much compared with similar dentists in the area. The staff is friendly, no complains for that part. Make sure to get another price to compare somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Wow. As soon as I walked into the waiting room I was very happy I chose Gables Sedation & Family Dentistry for my appointment today & from that point forward it just kept getting better. The overall atmosphere in the building is so comforting & positive. The attention to detail really confirms that they care about your experience there and want you to feel comfortable. Which for someone like me who is extremely anxious to go to dentists it felt like Christmas morning. Good music was playing lightly and all the staff were so friendly and looked so happy to be there which is refreshing and made me happy to be there as well. Plus the bow on top was how considerate the dental assistant was truly above and beyond and the dentist doctor himself was very honest and straightforward 10 out of 10!!

Positive experience: First visit was good. Very patient and friendly. The dentist was very professional. Update… if fear of dentist is a problem, then go for a cleaning service. Also don’t plan to talk to the lady or ask questions, she just gives you confused look and say a random answers. Teeth bleaching… let’s just say she made feel like the bleach didn’t work. Never gave me a mirror or show excitement of what the teeth look like. Just not as excited to go to the dentist anymore. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: Gables Sedation is by far thee best dentist in all of South Florida. From the friendly staff to how clean the office is to the team that helps with finance. Jenny did everything she could to help out with finance and Elizabeth always greets the clients in a way that feels like you've known her all your life. Everyone goes out and beyond to help you out and make you feel like you're part of the family. Dr. Esparragoza is the best dentist I have ever had in my life and I would never go to anyone else that's not him along with his assistant Ileana. Ileana always made sure my needs were met while also creating a wonderful experience. I am a patient that has had the worst experiences with dental procedures but with them I feel right at home and my fear is gone ! I highly recommend them for any and every dental need. They're god sent !!
