They do everything they can to make your visit comfortable. Dr. Fergus is a skilled dentist who is good working with people especially my son who was very reluctant to go due to fear of shots. He had a cavity filled and never felt the shot thanks to Dr. Fergus.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting my grandkids (I live in Michigan) when one of my back crowns popped off. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and made an appointment for me the next day. Dr Wisener cemented the crown back on in less than 5 minutes. Beautiful office, professional staff, and friendly too. Great experience!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. Cooper and Paula Fricke for years, and the experience is always exceptional. My appointments are late in the day, giving Paula plenty of time to get behind, and yet she never is. The energy of the staff is outstanding, friendly with lots of smiles.

Fantastic experience: WCF is the best. Jocelyn and Gabby always make you comfortable and are always pleasant to work with even when you're getting a root canal! Dr. Fergus is easy going and keeps you informed all through the process. Front desk staff are awesome too!

Positive experience: I hate to post a negative review because my dental hygienist is very sweet and personable and does a good job. However, this is the 3rd time after an appointment here that I end up sick the next day. It’s happened every time I’ve went over the last couple years. I’m not sure why that is but the very next day I have a sore throat and cough.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist was incredible. She went to great lengths to remove stain that was left from using a prescription mouthwash.

He informed me that using an IV to put me asleep was an option. Best dentist visit Ever. Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new dentist office and I feel I have found it without a doubt. The office staff here were amazing. So friendly and new every one that was coming in the door. Even guessed who I was. My hygienist was Dottie, she was amazing. So gentle and was always checking to make sure I was doing ok. I have some extra work that was planned. When I explained that she worked with her office to make sure all records were gathered. The right dentist was involved, and plans were put in place. I left here feeling like I was a valued individual to the office not just a person they see. I would recommend to anyone looking to switch dentist office or looking for one to check them out. Expect to be treated like a person! Thank you, Dottie, for doing such an amazing job for me.
