Negative experience: My experience with this dental office was extremely unprofessional. They didn’t offer any advice or anything following a dental procedure such as pain relief or advice after the procedure. Another issue is the way that they handle their insurance claims they try to overcharge the customers and charge us the higher premiums without even submitting the claims before the procedure which they already scheduled out a month or so in advance. After everything the dentist did no follow up on the procedure they just walked out & didn’t say anything about what to do for pain or give me any information regarding pain or health care after the procedure. Also their claims process seems very odd especially with how long it takes & sometimes your dental insurance company says they haven’t even received a claim for several weeks.

Negative experience: I was serviced by Connesha, and while she did an okay job, I was very frustrated by the lack of communication. She didn’t mention anything about scheduling a follow-up appointment or even bring it up during my visit. So to later call the office and be told that she had scheduled an appointment for me—without my knowledge or consent—felt completely unprofessional. It was especially concerning considering she never discussed it with me at all, yet still decided to make that decision on her own. On top of that, the appointment didn’t even align with my schedule. Communication and transparency with patients should be a top priority, and this experience made me feel disregarded in my own care.

Negative experience: Waiting. Since doctors left worst office ever. I been going since it was at the other location. I miss Dr Waters.

Positive experience: The staff is AMAZING!!! My only issue is getting new teeth used a lot of my benefits. I wished that they would have informed me that my benefits had run out or that the insurance did not pay the first time. After that they charged me $300+ just for fittings, so mind you I had to go back three to four times, so now I have a bill for $1000. Each fitting visit I might had been there for a total of 15 minutes each time.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was on the 18th, it was my first visit & they took good care of me. I had to have two teeth removed, it was a quick & painless experience for me. The staff was excellent from check in to check out. Thanks for an amazing experience.

The employees of Zelda Court Dental are all extremely friendly, helpful and always professional. They are the reason I have been a patient here for years.

Negative experience: BE AWARE!! I went into this location March 2023 . Initially I just wanted a cleaning and a wisdom tooth removed. The dentist did an x-ray and made me Aware that I needed a root canal. Shortly after she recommended a treatment plan which included a Bridge. I had two teeth removed to prepare for a Bridge. Fast forward to September 2023 I went into the office to have my Bridge installed. When I tried the Bridge it was extremely heavy and the teeth were large. I didn't like it so they said they would have another one made. Went to my last visit October 2023 and the Bridge seemed even bigger from the last time. I asked for the dentist who recommended my treatment plan because she showed me a model with the vision she had to improve my smile. They said she no longer works there.I decided to remove myself as a patient. It has been over 7 months and they have billed my insurance over 9 thousand dollars... I felt like they were just doing an insurance scam because I'm still in need of a Bridge. My teeth are currently shaved down like pencil tips. I've been crying and ashamed to open my mouth. THIS IS THE WORST MISTAKE I EVER MADE. GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ *****I HAVE INCLUDED BEFORE DURING AND AFTER PHOTOS ***

Fantastic experience: The great service received at Zelda Court Dental Care is beyond the dental profession. Their courteous caring attitude sets the tone for a pleasant visit on every occasion. I would highly recommended their service to anyone seeking the ultimate treatment in dental care.

Negative experience: 1. SOMETHING NOT GOOD IS HAPPENING THERE; doctors leaving, staff leaving. 2. They no longer answer the phone (not when I call). 3. Crown installation failed (it came off). That never should have happened. 4. I always get emails asking for a review after I’ve been there (I’ve been a patient there for about 20 years), one of the choices is “contact us directly”. After my previous visit I selected “contact us directly” and never received a response; therefore, I’m leaving this review. 5. The new dentist seems like a good one, I’m not going to bail on her yet, I think I’m going to like her. Unfortunately, her staff seems untrained.

Dr. Waters has always been great too, and so is the front desk. However, he's retired for years, and I've not had to have any major work done... until now. Here's where DR. She was excellent cleaning my teeth, very thorough and she made sure I had no pain With the numbing gel. I felt good about everything I'm doing. 12-4-24 Dr. Waters assessed the problem tooth made his recommendation and repaired the tooth. I didn't feel anything during the injection. He explained everything clearly. I appreciate his knowledge and skills.

Fantastic experience: The Doctors are very caring. They make you feel really comfortable during each procedure. The best part is they stick to the appointments! If you have an appointment at 7:00 am you’re walking out the door by 7:30-7:45. They are sooooo professional and precise.

Both my hygienist Amanda & dentist Dr. Watts were almost like visiting family. Both were very personable, as well as professional. Though I miss Dr. Smith, who was my dentist until he retired, I am so fortunate to have Dr. Ivy Watts now. I couldn't ask for an all-round better hygenist or dentist. Fantastic experience: I feel fortunate to have Dr. Bushman and his staff take care of my teeth. I arrived on time to my appointment and was called to the back within five minutes. The hygienist called me by name and when I reached her, she cheerfully introduced herself!! That is so important to a patient - to be treated with respect and dignity! Kayla did an excellent job cleaning my teeth too. Dr. Bushman once again was gentle, kind, patient, explained next steps for my implant (the reason for my prior visit) and asked if I had any questions. Turned what can be stressful into a delightful time at the dentist!!!
