Fantastic experience: Awesome, got the kids through quick and was super kid friendly. I had to bring my other 2 babies with me and they were fine with it, though my kids are very well behaved. Respects my wishes on fluoride, and xrays less often.

Fantastic experience: Omg Eileen and dr dan are so amazing. Eilleen made me and my daughter feel so comfortable and at ease. They are both so fabulous and wonderful. I have had such a great experience with them both. I recommend anybody to go to them.eileen is so wonderful with kids and she definitely knows how to make them laugh and smile. She just has this wonderful amazing and fabulous spirit about her i already consider her like family to us. I know my son is got g to love her too. Thank you for making us feel at home. The office is very clean, bright, and designed to make kids feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Trent Welch and the entire team were amazing with my children very gentle, kind, and explained everything in a way that made them feel at ease. They truly know how to work with kids and make dental visits a positive experience. Scheduling was easy, wait times were short, and they were great about following up and answering all our questions. I’m so glad we chose Burg for our kids’ dental care. I highly recommend them to any parents looking for a professional, caring, and kid-friendly dental office.

Fantastic experience: We've been going to Burg Children's Dentistry for about three years now, and my boys love it (2.5 and almost 6 years old). The front office staff, hygienists and dentists make the experience fun. It's definitely an inviting atmosphere. While we haven't always seen the same hygienists or dentist each time, the level of care doesn't change.My boys are actually excited about going, and still play with the capes and masks they got at their first visits.

Fantastic experience: Have been here twice for my 4 year olds regular checkups and they were kind and efficient! They had a clean waiting room with fun toys and he got a token at the end to get a toy from a gumball machine. We just moved here and have been to 2 other dentists in the past, and this place is excellent!

Fantastic experience: Love Berg dentistry, especially love drs segura and Welch. We drive 30 miles to visit this location because everyone is kind and understanding and there are no guilt trips about dental hygiene. Most days I’m lucky to have my young kids put a toothbrush in their mouths let alone floss or have me battle them to do it myself :) and the shaming we’ve had from other offices is zero helpful. Big fan of this office! They are QUICK and efficient and get my 3 boys in and out in less than 45 minutes every time

Fantastic experience: I have been putting off taking my 3 year old to the dentist for over a year due to growing concerns about possible ADHD/ASD diagnosis and the behavior struggles that comes along with this but I am SO GLAD I chose this place. The staff was incredibly patient and kind with my toddler and provided her with a superhero cape and mask which I’m sure helped ease her fear of doctors. The Eastgate location has the perfect kids waiting room too. Dr. Trent did an amazing job and his dental assistant was as nothing short or incredible!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so kind to our daughter for her first visit to the dentist. Toys and entertainment. They did a great job explaining everything and making her comfortable she loved it!

Fantastic experience: Our son started to complain and scream about his teeth hurting during the holiday break when most dentists were closed. This was the only place we could find that was open and we were very grateful. They were able to let us know what was going on and help give him a mental boost about waiting for his mouth to heal. They were very kind and kid oriented. Walking in, the atmosphere puts you at ease. Everything is super hero themed, which is way cute and pretty clever.

My son and I, along with their courteous staff, received exceptional assistance with the necessary paperwork, and the dentist provided a clear explanation of our treatment options. Fantastic experience: As someone who is very peculiar about cavities in my teeth, Erica has actually been very helpful... Especially in showing different ways I could get to brushing hard spots, making recommendations in support of my dental health, and helping us work with flexible plans. It is always a joy coming into the office, knowing I can trust her to assist me in my dental journey. Thanks, a lot, and extra kudos to Erica. :)

Fantastic experience: Love the staff and the dental hygienists, they are so friendly and gentle. The dentist was very knowledgeable and gave clear follow up instructions and tips. Wouldn't take my kids anywhere else.

Positive experience: Honestly the dentist was awesome and so nice, BUT I wouldn't recommend going here without insurance or you will pay a hefty price. I was quoted $69 per child for the initial visit plus $30 per child for X-Rays. I walked out paying $370!! If I would have known it was going to be that much I would have never went until I had insurance. But I trusted what they had said on the phone. The $69 didn’t even include the cleaning. Which when I went in, the dental assistant just started cleaning my kids teeth and didn’t say it would be an extra charge so I just thought it was included. If I knew it would be $51 I would have said no, and just had the dentist look at my child’s teeth, because the cleaning was a brushing and floss and nothing special, which I get it’s a child and they can be wiggly. I just wish I would have known beforehand the additional costs. Once again amazing dentist and if you have insurance I would 10/10 recommend but if you don’t ask all of the questions about every little thing before you walk out paying $370 for 30 minutes.

Fast forward to now and need to slightly update my recview! We have been going to burg for many years. I have two kids. My oldest loves the dentist and my youngest hates them. My youngest is now 5 and we have been going religiously since she was two every six months. Every dental assistant is different but let me tell you that it requires someone very special to handle kids that hate the dentist. Yesterday we went in and Kenzie our dental assistant handled my 5 year old with ease. It was our first appointment my youngest actually got pictures completed. Kenzie was absolutely amazing. She was comforting and tried different techniques to get my kid comfortable and she did amazing. Thanks to Kenzie and team for a great visit!

Fantastic experience: My daughter was experiencing. some toothache couple of days ago complaining that she couldn't chew normal enough because of those toothache in the upper and lower level. So I decided to call Burg Children Dentistry to have a check up ion my daughter's tooth as soon as possible. This lady at counter was more than helpful. In less than 2 days my daughter was there at the Burg Children Dentestry to be taken cared. My daughter was very relieved after that check up nothing serious just that all molars were coming down. A really nice professional advice was given by the Doctor to my daughter who felt much better after understanding what was causing those toothaches. " Bri" was there to attend my daughter from the moment we got there... she was very kind and polite. I was very grateful at the end. That is a great customer service team you guys gave us. Negative experience: My daughter has been in this office since she was little, but today when she had her teeth cleaned, the first thing our assistant McKenzie did was terrible. Besides, we realized that she was going to make a comment about us with another assistant just because she knows that we speak Spanish. The doctor was another failure. He didn't explain anything. His care was totally disgusting. I will try very hard to ensure that this doesn't stay like this. If you are Hispanic, please don't come to this office. If you do and receive similar treatment, don't keep quiet and spread the word because they are just employees and we are the ones who pay their salaries. You should have more empathy

Fantastic experience: The inside view and environment of Burg Children's Dentistry was a very enjoyable and relaxing place for children. The personnel were very professional, kind, supportive, highly skilled, and available as well as the services provided were more than our expectations.

Positive experience: Have been going here for years, and sadly the service has declined. Today we were early for our assortment. Waited just over 10 minutes to go back while others arriving after us went in ahead of us. The hygienist cleaned for 5 minutes, we waited for the dentist to come in and complete the exam 20 minutes later. Too much waiting.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Trent, Ellen and Erica were professional and so sweet and considerate of my kiddo while she was getting 2 cavities filled. They constantly asked how she was doing and made sure she was comfortable.

We've moved out of the valley 4 years ago and I will still make the drive because of how awesome everyone is with my kids. Positive experience: It was a very interesting appointment. You can tell there are new employees with time they should do great. The one who worked with our youngest could definitely use some patient interaction help. She is passive aggressive and is lacking in communication skills and knowledge of the information. Fantastic experience: The reception area and Dentists are always great and professional. This is the first time I felt uncomfortable about the assistant who was cleaning my granddaughters teeth. I think she was new, I had never seen her before. Apparently the insurance only sees my daughter twice a year now, which changed from every three months. She said it was because my granddaughter was 12. My daughter is almost 13 and up until now had been seen every 3 months, and the assistant pretty much blew off my concerns. I will check with the insurance. I still highly recommend this office. In almost 10 years of coming here I have never had a problem. Everyone is great!

Fantastic experience: Dr Nordfelt and his assistant kaletta helped my daughter get filling in her tooth. They were amazing! They calmed her down and they spoke so gentle with her made her feel comfortable. They got the filling done so quick. I recommended this place. They are great!!

Fantastic experience: Every single person there was absolutely amazing! They are very skilled and it seems like their work atmosphere is great. The dentist not only made sure all of my questions were answered but he checked in on my son and asked him how he was feeling and if he had any questions, which is extremely important to me. I also had my toddler with me (who did not have an appt) and they included him in everything; picking his own pair of glasses, giving him a bag with a toothbrush etc, and letting him also pick out a prize. There was not one bad thing about this place, our experience was fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I took all of my three boys this morning. I loved the environment the special treatments that my kids received. Everyone is nice and very patience. My youngest kids hates dentist and is a bitter. They was nervous but everyone made him feel safe and explain his procedure to him. I will definitely come back again. I recommend 100%.

Not only does she have a love for her job and the patients, but she truly makes you feel cared for and she only wants to help each and every step of the way shall you need it! Her personality brings a smile to your face whenever entering her office to discuss patient’s treatment plans. She’s truly amazing! Brittany and Savannah, what a joy to be greeted by! Both ladies are attentive, kind, knowledgeable and always have a smile on their face! I couldn’t refer anyone to anywhere else, Burg is simply the best! The dentists, Dr. Seguro (I probably demolished the spelling) is hands down #1! My kids are actually excited to visit their dentist! If you’re in search for a prodigious and sublime pediatric dentist… look no further than Burg Pediatric Dentistry, they even offer orthodontics at some locations. Insurance? They work with a lot of different ones and even accept Medicaid! Thank you so much Burg Eastgate for being the most astounding pediatric dental provider and huge thank you to your superb staff! Fantastic experience: My big parenting goal: my kids will have well-cared for teeth and not be nervous about the dentist. Today was my first visit to Burg, and I feel like they might be the best resource I have to meet my goal. It was my 2.5 year olds first time at the dentist and he left happy! It started with a warm welcome from Savannah in a friendly waiting room, including a super hero cape to wear. Then Lindsay worked her magic in the exam room - she explained all the tools, gave lots of high fives, and was patient when he was nervous. In fact, everyone in the office gave waves and smiles. My son wasn’t into X-rays, but did everything else. I just booked n appointment for my 4.5 year old to transfer to Burg. It’s a relief having such a great resource for my babies. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: My kid had two fillings. Eileen was the hygienist and was very nice and considerate. She constantly checked in and made sure my kid was comfortable. She also offered her hands for my kid to grab when dentist injected. The fillings were done well. Overall very satisfied!

Fantastic experience: The staff here have always been so helpful. We are especially impressed by Vanessa, Mandy, Lindsay, Eileen, Brittany and Dr. Segura! Vanessa is so patient, gentle and kind. Lindsay is wonderful at answering the million questions my kids ask. Brittany is thorough and helpful. Eileen is attentive and kind. Dr. Segura does so well to help my kids feel comfortable and relaxed at the dentist. Highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: Eileen is the best! I don't know how it happens but every time I've brought my kids in for work she's always helped us! My kids love Burgs which is a plus because they're not scared of going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Vanessa was my dental assistant she was the best!!! Dr. Jed was awesome as well and answered all of my questions. Evalynn and Savannah also helped out. They were also the best!!! Would reccomend this place to get your kids teeth cleaned.

Fantastic experience: Really loved how they treated my son for being his first time going to the dentist. They are so friendly and caring. They do a great job at soothing kids to make them feel comfortable and I love that they are not pushy like most other places. Update we are at our 3rd visit thus far and I am still loving this place for my son, he gets a little nervous at times when he goes but Cheyanne was the assistant today and she is the best made my son feel as comfortable as possible, like I said before love how they are not pushy with procedures they really are thoughtful and care about their patients. Still highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Eileen had a great energy and made my 7 year old feel comfortable on a day she was scheduled to get a cavity filled. She was able to easily explain a new way of brushing to her that will be extremely beneficial. Her and Dr Trent made a great team! I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone needing any kind of services!
