Negative experience: So today my daughter's had their cleaning appointment the staff was really nice ....... but the dentist was awful he didn't had any patience with the kids and he was really rude even with the girl that was helping him defenily looking for another dentist office

Negative experience: Absolutely no need to call me 5 times a day to confirm an appointment.

Fantastic experience: I had major pain in a tooth that I wanted extracted so I contacted bear creek family dentistry to do so I was really nervous about the situation because I’m not a fan of the dentist but when i walked in and met the front desk staff and then I meet Dr.champsi i was really relieved he was really open with his opinions and helping comfort me within 5 min after receiving numbing medicine the tooth was removed his assistant clari was also amazing with helping him get it done also want to give jocelyn a big thanks for being so helpful with my X-rays and very gentle I had only been here once before months ago and she remembered me and how I was with the dentist also a big thanks to Tania for all of her help getting me the information needed to go home and get well along with planning my next visit Huge thanks to the bear creek family for all of you help

Positive experience: I've brought all my children here over the past 15 years and they have always been great. They always call to remind me of my appointments , they accept walkins, my kids love the facility because they have a play ground area, video game area and a mini movie theater. The staff is very friendly. I love this place. Dr. Allegra is wonderful and professional, Jocelyn and Leeana are great as well. So nice and friendly.

Negative experience: Everytime I come the wait is soo long 1-2 hrs and no I don't just have my kids who go i pay alot of money to be a patient at this location and have came for years since my kids were born. It's ridiculous that they do not care and just allow u to sit without any answers in the lobby

Fantastic experience: Love this bear creek on Buckner near fiesta. I drive all the way from rockwall because I love the service there. Tonya is very knowledgeable with letting us know about payments and arrangements. The staff is nice, I have never had a bad experience. I am always satisfied with the service.

Negative experience: I have brought my 6 kids, for years and never had an issue until I came in for myself. I was told I would be paying 344 for my procedure after waiting 2 weeks for a predetermination and that my insurance would cover the rest. I had to wait for the doctor to be available, once I was at the appointment for my procedure they told me a whole other price $1626. Spoke to the Reginal manager Chris to see if he can check the recorded call, where they gave me one price and then gave me another, I had to hunt him down at another location, he gaslit me that they never gave me that price. I believe they just make up prices to see how much they can get out of people. My kids had Medicaid. I’m guessing that’s the reason I never had a problem because they get what they want from them and since we are a low income family they couldn’t take what they wanted from my insurance so they wanted to take a different price from me. To make matters worse they still call me bothering me to take my kids there….. they stopped calling me about the kids so that’s a plus.

I spoke with Carina over the phone and she scheduled me with great customer service needs. When we arrived LeAnna the dental assistant was very supportive with their dental needs as well. I would highly recommend coming here and bringing your family to Bear Creek Dentistry. My children enjoyed their visit that was welcomed with love and great care.

On top of that, the customer service was terrible, especially with the staff member at the front desk, who was unprofessional and unhelpful. This was an incredibly frustrating experience overall.

I reached out multiple times, almost every other day, for a follow-up after my initial visit, but the doctor never responded. The lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when it comes to health-related concerns. Moreover, they refused to provide me with my X-ray copies when I requested them for a second opinion, which felt like they were trying to maintain a monopoly over patient decisions. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable and transparent dental care.”

During our visit today, he treated my son with exceptional care, and I really appreciated his expertise. His team—Norma, Lizbeth, and Jasmine—were also amazing, treating my son with the same care as if he were their own. As a mother, that meant so much to me. I will continue driving to any location Dr. O is at because the level of care my son receives from him and his team is unmatched.

Negative experience: Takes all day to pull teeth that should only take an hour to do I will be changing dentists me and my husband will no longer go to here and if I can find someone that will take kids and adults they will no longer be going to here as well if you want to spend all day at a dentist this will be the place for you if you have other things to do for the day don't bother coming to this dentist office any location
