Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying—my case was not easy. I came in with a complicated front crown situation that just didn’t want to cooperate. We tried multiple times to fix it, and while the process was definitely frustrating (for both of us, I’m sure), I’ve got to give credit where credit is due. Dr. Dustin never gave up on my case, even when things weren’t going as planned. The truth is, the condition of my tooth made everything more difficult—and that wasn’t on him. Still, he stood by and kept trying. And even when my frustration started to show (yeah, I gave him a bit of attitude), he remained professional, kind, and human. What impressed me most is that in the end, he personally stepped in to do the difficult procedure himself and made sure it was done up to his own standards. He didn’t rush me out. He didn’t hand me off. He actually cared—and that means a lot when you’re dealing with your smile. It took a few visits, sure—but Dr. Dustin came through. He helped me get my front tooth looking right again and gave me back the confidence to smile. That kind of dedication is rare, and I genuinely respect him for it. I’ll be going back to Smile Mission to take care of other dental issues because, at the end of the day, I trust him. His prices are unbeatable, and now I know firsthand that he stands by his work and his patients. Thanks again, Dr. Dustin. You earned my respect—and my business.

Negative experience: I have a great experience with Dr Scott HOWEVER everytime I call and need a call back no one ever calls. I told them yesterday I never get a call and promised I would and again no one called. So I call today leave a message for office manager and no call either and its 5PM. Very frustrating.

My hygienist helped me with questions while cleaning. Adrian was great in helping me understand my concerns and then explaining them to the doctor. As well as his recommendations for next steps. Fantastic experience: Price unbeatable. Service is outstanding The quality of the staff is the best I’ve experienced. Most are bilingual so good in English and Spanish Things are done fast! They have modern state of the art equipment I came in to do a cleaning, 2 crowns, an implant and teeth whitening. Cleaning was done the same day. Crownes done in 2 days and they scanned my mouth with a digital 3D scanner.. They made my crows in 3 different colors so I could choose the one that matched my other teeth. I drive 45minutes to 1hr and I don’t mind. They are the best!

But, don’t judge a book by its cover! They provide great service and top notch dental care! I love being in and out! Plus, the prices can’t be beat! Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Smile Mission! I want to sincerely thank Dr. Scott for his amazing bedside manner—it truly made a difference. I also want to give a big thank you to June, Jonathan, Julia, and the anesthesiologist for making my visit as pleasant as possible. I’m incredibly happy with my new smile and couldn’t ask for anything more. Of course, some pain is to be expected, but overall, the experience was excellent. We traveled from out of town and had a minor hiccup, but June, Jonathan and Alejandro went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly, which made both me and my wife feel taken care of. I highly recommend Smile Mission to anyone in need of dental work. The care, professionalism, and kindness of the staff made all the difference.

I went recently and I want to thank Reinier and Jansen, very kind people (and that’s not too common nowadays), they took the time to recommend me which type of night guard to get. You can sense when people do care and they did and I love that type of service. This is my forever dental office. The SM’s prices will not have you look elsewhere, so affordable and the quality is great.

Fantastic experience: A team of Caring Knowledgeable Skilled and Conscientious professionals, working seamlessly together. The last dentist I visited, one of the Fillings broke off, just after 4 months. Needless to say I was mighty apprehensive about seeing another Dentist. With Smile Mission, setting the appointment was easy. Signing in as a new patient was seamless. After my consultation Andres was friendly and polite with letting me know what Dental work was recommended. And once the procedures started, from Angelica, (did my X-rays) an angel from heaven, omg such a sweet lady! To Carmen (Hygienist) kindest hygienist you'll ever meet! And Gomez (Dental Assistant) who was a Dentist in another country BTW, bringing all that knowledge and skills with absolute caring bedside manners. He worked with me alongside the 1st Dentist (don't remember his name) who was very thorough himself. Gomez worked with me for several hours and made sure by double and triple checking everything was good, with Angelica right there assisting him and giving me constant reassurance and confidence that Gomez was doing a great job. I needed a follow up 2 days later and was seen initially by Alejandro (Dental Assistant) that time. Another wonderful human being at his job working alongside Mrs. Dr. Botero, who has to be the nicest Dentist I've ever met, with a keen eye for the details. Prior to her starting she did a thorough review of what was already done and recommended. She was encouraging to her staff while assessing everything that was being done. She then had some recommendations herself. Kind, caring and knowledgeable, with grade "A" bedside manners! That's Dr. Botero in a nutshell. All in all the BEST experience I've ever had at a Dentist office. I will go nowhere else, and they are 42 miles from my home. I wish the entire Staff at The Smile Mission many blessings, as they continue to help our community by providing top notch service with utmost care, and doing all of this with fair pricing. Thank you very much!!!
