Positive experience: Overall, I am not a fan of Dentists But I did have a lot of success with Dr. Zimmer. However, she is retiring, and I have found that some of the staff now are assuming positions that they probably should not have.

Negative experience: I am not happy with the crown that I got on 6/9/2025. I feel it was a sloppy job, as I am feeling great sensitivity while eating and drinking. It bothers me for hours after. I can’t floss at all on one side of the tooth, and I clearly feel the crevices where the crown meets my natural tooth. It is not at all the quality of the other crown I had done last last year.

Fantastic experience: First visit. Everyone from the front desk receptionist, the hygenist to the Doctor were all extremely friendly. Took time to go over previous dental history and came up with a plan going forward. Doctor Zimmerman came in and reviewed all the x-rays and we discussed some thoughts on old school and new school procedures. Very pleased with appointment and staff.

Negative experience: Went in to the office. They took x-rays and told me I had a tiny cavity on my tooth. Went to 2 other dentist and a Hygienist. The two independent dentists both said there was not a cavity on that tooth. BEWARE THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE! IF YOU DONT GET A SECOND OPINION! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!!!!!

The exam rooms each have different themes, which is very cool. I feel very comfortable with this Dentist office and even after moving to Gahanna I still travel to back to Grove City just for this Dentist office.

Fantastic experience: The staff at GCFD is fabulous. Nikki does a thorough medical review and makes suggestions/recommendations as needed beforeshe even. Dr. Little reviews options for dental concerns. They even are doing a consult for a sleep apnea appliance. I am always impressed with what they offer.

Negative experience: Waited 35 minutes while about 15 people after me went back to get cleanings. Who would make you wait 35 minutes at a dentist office for just a cleaning. The last visit was not any better. The nurse seemed to be on some required schedule and was pretty aggressive on my gums and teeth. Not a satisfied customer.

Negative experience: My original appointment was scheduled for today (4/8) but when I called yesterday because I hadn’t received a confirmation text they told me I didn’t have an appointment for 4/8. Upon looking into what happened the receptionist told me my appointment had been canceled on 3/31 and she didn’t know why. She said usually there is a note if the patient calls to cancel but there was no note and I had NOT canceled. This text about “my visit” confirms I had my appointment correct. When I called yesterday to ask about my appointment again I was told I didn’t have an appointment for today and scheduled for August. So why and I getting this text? This is the second time I have had issues with my appointment time at no fault of my own and no reasonable explanation from your office. I am very frustrated! Fantastic experience: Not speaking in a political sense, but this dental office practices conservative dentistry. They don’t bring up unnecessary procedures and perform what’s in the best interest of the patient.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had our first visit to Grove City Family Dentistry. The visit went very good. The check-in process was easy, the office was clean and modern and the staff were all friendly. There was plenty of free parking. They took care getting us all set up and settled as new patients and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We are happy to be new patients at this facility and look forward to receiving great dental care over the years. Added 4-29-2021: Our second visit and it was as good as the first. Modern facility, friendly staff, easy scheduling. Staff takes good care of their patients. Now that we have been patients here for a little over two years, my review has not changed. We like this place just as much, if not better. Great staff, great facilities, perfect location for us and plenty of parking. April 3, 2025: After severals years now, I can attest that all the above is still true. My wife and I are happy and satisfied to be part of the Grove City Family Dentistry family. Very happy to be part of and treated by a friendly and professional staff with modern facilities and great dental care.

Fantastic experience: This is a great dentist office! They are prompt in getting me in for an appointment and in getting me in once I arrive at the office. Everyone I have met there is so nice and show an interest in what and how I have been doing beyond just my teeth. They try to keep my costs low by not doing work if they feel it can wait.

Fantastic experience: Dr little and his assistant have been fantastic over the last couple years. My son was crazy nervous to have a filling done with no sedation but Dr. Little made the experience as good as a dentist appointment can go with a child. Communicating clearly with him and giving him kudos throughout the procedure that when we had to return a week later for a procedure on the other side of his mouth the nervousness had worn off and he was much more relaxed. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: My family has been seen by the fine dentists and hygienists at Grove City Family Dentistry since we moved to Columbus in 2001. We ended up moving across the city from them but continue to go to these professionals because they are knowledgeable, understanding, flexible, and excellent at dental work. Dr. Zimmerman, Dr. Mitchell, Kristen and the other hygienists are wonderful at what they do and they have kept my families teeth and gums healthy for over 20 years. I would highly recommend this practice they are exceptional at what they do.

Fantastic experience: After having a bad morning and having to reschedule our appointment until 1 o’clock in the afternoon, Dr. Zimmerman was good enough to stay just long enough to see us at the end of her day. Very thankful to have her as a doctor for these last 20+ years.

I am glad I have found great dental care and everyone is so nice and inviting and in a truly caring way! Since she isn't in my insurance network I pay the difference out of pocket willingly. You won't find a better practitioner.

Fantastic experience: Our hygienist truly stands out as the best I've had. With many trips to an office, I can confidently say she excels in her work. The check-in process is always smooth, and while I haven’t had the opportunity to get to know my Dentist due to masks and busy days, the overall atmosphere is cohesive. The entire team is fantastic, and we’re excited to bring our toddler in the coming year for his first visit.

Fantastic experience: We love this dentist and staff. We quit carrying insurance because we didn't think it was worth it. The staff here shared with us some insurance that is very affordable and easy to use. They also found from my first visit that I have severe sleep apnea. My world is so so so much better now. Not enough space to share the benefits! Keep up the great work everyone!
