Negative experience: This office has no respect for patients’ time or money. I arrived on time for my scheduled consultation, paid $150 upfront, and was placed in a room — then completely ignored for hours. No one came in to give an update, check on me, or explain the delay. I finally had to walk out and inform the front desk myself because I couldn’t continue to wait. To make matters worse, they refused to refund the fee, even though no service was provided whatsoever. I’ve been a loyal patient in the past, always showed up on time, and paid in full — and this is how they treat returning patients? This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and unethical. If you value your time, money, or basic respect as a patient, take your business elsewhere. There are too many reputable dental providers out there to settle for this kind of treatment.

They are always kind, efficient and always make my kid feel comfortable! Dr Alvin and Tiffany are absolutely the BEST! My kid is really sensitive to the noises,and this time I was really nervous about his appointment for fillings,but Tiffany D was outstanding, amazing, she is absolutely the best with kids, she was so kind, polite, helpful, reliable. I highly recommend her! She talked to my kid through the whole procedure,kind words, keeping him calm, aww she is the BEST!!! As a mother I really appreciate their kindness for my son. She was asking him if he was doing good,she was giving him so many positive affirmations, she is really professional treating my kid with love , so comforting. Dr Alvin Nguyen is the BEST,he is always so kind , friendly,gentle ,and always he answers my questions, so good explaining procedures. He is always so kind and patient with kids,he always provides an amazing service!!! Always great experience!They worked quickly and again they were amazing, effective communication! They really knew what they were doing, I thought it was going to be several hours and it was so fast ,maybe 30 minutes. They were incredible ! I don't even have enough words to describe the amazing service, I'm so thankful with them! I will definitely give them more than 5 stars, I highly recommend Fresh Dental 100%!

Fantastic experience: My sister had a wonderful experience at the dentist today because the dental staff did an excellent job with her. I rate it 5 stars.

Negative experience: The wait time is not worth it! Nearly an hour before they take you to get X-rays done. Then wait for the exam, someone else comes in to do the cleaning, then they have to approve it. Plan to be here at least 3 hours for a basic cleaning. They obviously overbook like crazy here. Trust me, look for another place to get your teeth cleaned.

Fantastic experience: It’s always near and cleaned. Staffs are professionals. I love the different themed rooms they have for the kids. It’s so heart warming. Today my baby had a great time for his first experience there with no problems. The themed room had him distracted from what they were doing to clean his teeth!

Negative experience: I had an appointment for braces emergency on Tuesday since the bracket/molar band where I place my rubber band was causing me pain. I came in for today for another braces emergency since on Tuesday my ortho doctor was not in the office to fix it last visit and they just cut it/removed it. On this visit the assistant and the doctor didn’t even ask me how I felt or why came again to be able to fix it the bracket/molar band that fell off. They didn’t even let me know if I can keep using my rubber bands. If my treatment prolong from the what the tratement plan states, my parents would not pay for the extra month that it will extend my braces treatment for not using my rubber bands.

Fantastic experience: Thorough cleaning by the hygienist and knowledgeable staff. Dr Cabrera was kind and informative.

Negative experience: Do NOT go here!!! They are awful with customer service. I got retainers from here 3 months ago and they snapped in half. That has never happened to me before with the two other sets of retainers I unfortunately lost. I only went here because I moved back home and my original orthodontist is not based out of Houston. This office didn’t offer any help not even a discount of any sorts even after i explained that i take care of my retainers meticulously and that it had been less than 3 WHOLE MONTHS. The lady who heads finance was rude and not understanding. Please spend the money and go else where.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service been takings my kids there for a while and they seem to enjoy it too, very caring for their patients

Negative experience: I arrived 15 minutes before appointment yet had us waiting 45 minutes,so I asked if I needed to fill something else and was told that my child would be call in soon,After was told they had to call insurance to change dentist when that should have been done earlier it didn't make sense.At least three new patients came after us and went in before I asked what was the issue.

Negative experience: My dad went for a consultation, and they never helped him with anything; they only said he needed cleaning, when he had more serious problems.

Positive experience: The visit turned out to be a nightmare. I called in for an appointment but they for some reason did not book it on their system. When I arrived at the office, the receptionist told me that there is no appointment for us but let us in. I called the number back, and she said the appointment is in fact booked but told me a different time. I called again and they told me another time. The receptionist called the person I was speaking with, and she told us that "they have never spoken to me before." The audacity to lie when there is a PROOF and the receptionist telling us the BS. The receptionist also told me that the number is not theirs but it was the one on the website. If you're Spanish, they will treat you like a family. If not, too bad. I am updating this review because the management called me the following day to follow up on my experience. She was nice and understanding and I felt cared.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at my last orthodontic appointment for the removal of my braces, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Adonis and Dreka! Adonis handled everything with so much care and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Dreka went above and beyond—she even helped with my baby and was so sweet, she actually got him to fall asleep! Their kindness, professionalism, and extra effort meant so much to me. Thank you both for making this milestone visit such a positive one!

Negative experience: The woman with hijab was very rude for no reason at all. Especially since I was kind to her. Unorganized facility, several different doctors spoke to me and seemed as if they didn’t know what they were talking about.

Fantastic experience: Great Experience, literally helped me out of a tight spot with getting us same day appointments when we were canceled by Mint. Very efficient, helpful on recommended products, and we were in & out. They had an in house solution for each question that arose. I was greeted with a smile from every staff member that serviced my family.

Fantastic experience: This was my second appointment here. I brought my kids in this time for cleanings as well. My son is very noise sensitive and was very scared watching his sister. They were so good with him! The Hygienist was kind and worked quickly and the Assistant was amazing! She talked him through the whole procedure and gave him so many positive affirmations! We have for sure finally found a dental home!

Negative experience: They keep lying to you to run unnecessary tests and services to make as much money as they can from every person who walk in to their office not giving them the proper care they really need

Fantastic experience: Dr. Andrew pulled out two of my wisdom teeth at one time.. I am 7mo. Pregnant and he did an amazing job. The staff was quick as professional. I felt like everyone knew what they were doing and that gave me comfort. (My Doctor did approve of the emergency extraction btw) .. My Man paid out of pocket and everything was so smooth. 10/10

Negative experience: I recently had the displeasure of visiting Fresh Dental Care Bellaire, and it was an experience I won't soon forget – for all the wrong reasons. To say I am very disappointed would be an understatement. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority at this establishment. The staff seemed indifferent to my presence, and I was left waiting for an unacceptably long time before anyone acknowledged me. When they finally did, their attitude was anything but welcoming. The lack of warmth and professionalism was palpable, leaving a sour taste in my mouth right from the start. The service itself was painfully slow. Despite having an appointment, I found myself waiting for what felt like an eternity. There was no communication from the staff regarding the delay, and I was left in the dark, wondering when I would finally be attended to. This lack of efficiency and respect for patients' time is simply unacceptable. Communication was another major issue. The staff's ability to convey important information was severely lacking. I had to repeatedly ask for clarification on basic procedures and costs, and even then, the answers I received were vague and unhelpful. This led to a lot of frustration and confusion, making an already unpleasant experience even worse. Overall, my visit to Fresh Dental Care Bellaire was a disaster from start to finish. The bad customer service, slow service, and poor communication all contributed to an experience that I would not wish upon anyone. I highly recommend seeking dental care elsewhere to avoid the disappointment and frustration I experienced. Fresh Dental Care Bellaire needs to make significant improvements before I would ever consider returning.

Negative experience: Updated!!!! They have violated my rights by not providing me a copy of my records! I am in the process of reporting them now to the Civil Rights Office! I am an out of state patient and they knew this from the start!! Dr. Reyes was great! Informative kind and very thoughtful of my comfort when treating me. Would recommend this Fresh location to anyone looking for a great dental experience. All the staff was wonderful!

Today was my Daughter who had her very last dental visit to remove her braces off, Officially it was supposed to be her last visit but it turns out the supposedly doctor recommended to have them for 1 more month because her bite wasn’t even correct! Something Doc didn’t mention it before last appointment! Not only that but we had many other different bad experiences A long list, I’m going to take the time to writing everything down to help others to not come back to this places!!! - [ ] The first time we brought my daughter to get her braces, we came for consultations at first they will be very quickly and brief with the contract with us as parents they didn’t even took the time to verify that we had private insurance. They were saying a amount of the contract it turned out they didn’t even notify the private insurance that or daughter was going to be getting extended 6 more months! - [ ] They only had send the contract 1 time for the private insurance to pay 1 time if you need to be extended months they don’t want to take the time to resending, insurance can get the right amount to paid! - [ ] They charge for everything that doesn’t come on the contract like getting her wisdom tooth out and supposedly took us to the other side to get them off because supposedly she had to get them off asap because they want for use to pay 800$ 900 $ out of or pocket that was very unprofessional of them because they could have said something to us in the beginning of contract. - [ ] It turn out that my Daughter bit it’s even straight like it supposed to be! They don’t even take you in at right time because they so busy, very uncomfortable unprofessional with doctors staffs My daughter contract was 18,24 months and they change front girls so many times, very dirty place, the worst communication SOLO SABEN SACAR DINERO A LO MENSO! Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience. My son is autistic and everyone was kind and accommodating. Dr. Geiler was the best.

Negative experience: I do not recommend. I got to the location at 3:45 for a 4:00 pm appointment. Was not seen until 5 pm. Did X-rays and everything, and had told them prior to the X-rays that I wanted a consultation for braces and cleaning prior to my arrival. Once I was seated for cleaning, I asked about my braces consult and they moved me to another building where I had to sit for another 45 minutes for a dentist to come in and say that I needed the opinion of the dentist that wasn’t in office. I asked about my cleaning and was told no because at 6:11 pm it was too late. To add insult to injury, I was paying out of pocket and ubered to the facility.

The staff were verying comforting to my son while they removed his two teeth, and to my one year old. while i was waiting in the lobby my one year old starting crying non stop. To cheer her up, they gave her a balloon. When it was my son who had the appointment. For sure i will be returning for future appoinments. I felt welcomed and staff is communicative.

Fantastic experience: Made an appointment over the phone and filled out all the paperwork before arriving. It was easy because I got a text with easy links to fill out forms. I got reminders of my appointment, which was very helpful. Their waiting room was very clean and the girls at the front desk were smiling and happy to help. The exam room was clean and smelled good. The dental assistant Tiffany was gentle, informative, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They have monitors on the ceiling so I was able to watch Stranger Things during the process. 10/10! Going back for a crown and dental bridge.

Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with Fresh Dental Care, Dr. Alvin and Andy treated my 4-year-old daughter very well and were very patient. I was afraid of the procedure but they were very responsible. I always recommend this clinic 100%.

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment at this dental office for 1:30 pm and arrived a bit early at 1:23. After about 10 minutes, I was called in for an X-ray, which was quick and efficient. However, I was then told to wait in the lobby for 10-15 minutes until a room was available. Since there weren’t enough seats in the lobby, I informed the front desk that I would wait in my car and asked them to call me when it was my turn. I waited patiently in my car until 2:20 pm without hearing anything, so I decided to go back inside to get an update. The front desk assured me it would only be another 5 minutes as they were preparing the room. I sat down to wait again, but after another 10 minutes, I still hadn’t been called in. Unfortunately, I ended up wasting over an hour at the office without ever being seen and was continually given inaccurate wait times. This experience was frustrating, and it felt like my time wasn’t respected. I hope this feedback helps improve their scheduling and communication processes.

Fantastic experience: I am unsure of the bad reviews here but I went with my own gut and came. I got an extraction procedure and Dreka was fast and organized making sure all patients were seen and in and out. Dr Diaz omg he is amazing!!! He talked me through it and yes I was nervous and scared af lol He was able to get me out in 30 mins. I definitely recommend them and get your own feel for them. Front front desk staff to dentist assistants to doctors I give them all 5 stars and more!! Thanks to you all and I will be back for any service I need in the future

Negative experience: Wait times are longer than 45 minutes at times even when you show up on time. If you’re on Medicaid chip or pay out-of-pocket find somewhere else….. you’ll be happy to know there are other places that don’t take thing long and you can’t even find a seat for 20 minutes sometime. Terrible management / terrible time management.

Negative experience: 000000! ZERO stars no option RUN from this place!!!! . I bet most of these positive reviews MUST be fake & paid reviews ! Just look at the fake profiles on these reviews. I do not recommend this place I made an appointment for a braces consultation for 11 am. It was over 30 minutes! Until they called me then staff at the back was rude. The Ortho seemed rushed like we were just another number. Not friendly and seem like he's just there for pay check not care for patients. Then he had me wait for another over 30 minutes to speak to a financial person as far as cost of treatment plan. I waited over another 30 minutes ! Don't know how much more I was going to wait. I told the lady at front I had to go because of work she said the financial lady will call NEVER called me! I even call the office and asked they had no idea and no notes on my file no call . Seriously 3 hours waste of my time!!! And what the Ortho explained to me made no sense!!!!!! This place just money hungry. I went to another place and was told another different treatment plan!!!! The Ortho look like he just graduated from college. If the consultation was that bad, I don't want to imagine getting services there. I'll rather spend a little more for better quality service and someone that knows what they're doing. Here obviously is all about the money!!! Please don't get braces here I don't think they take the time to be with each patient, everyone looked stressed and rushed. By the way y'all should at least let people know consultation will be 3 hours!!!! Instead of making lame excuses. Very unprofessional staff!!! Please listen to negative reviews.

Negative experience: After years the system doesn't change the waiting time with an appointment is more than an hour. Today I had an appointment at 2 pm for regular cleaning of my 3 youngsters, we arrived 10 minutes early, it was 3 pm in the afternoon and we decided to leave; They call you 3, 4, or five times to confirm your appointment but it's of no use because they don't respect the appointment time, they make you fill out the same paperwork every time you go, asking you for the same information that they already have in the system it seems like they want you to lose your patience and take up your time. Goodbye French Dental Care, we are going in search of a new provider who does respect our time.

Fantastic experience: I took out my wisdom teeth out with Dr. Diaz and his assistant Andy. I was EXTREMELY nervous because I am VERY sensative to pain and have a bad gag reflex. I was DREADING to have this procedure, I was a nervous wreck. But when I got there, the atmosphere was calm and not too busy. I got checked and was told I need the wisdom teeth taken out now or I will keep having pains. I got even MORE nervous, they gave me time to think and then build up the courage to go for it. Andy was setting up everything, he was so calm and patient. He explained everything before doing his routine which made me feel at ease. I was on the nitrous gas and he put numbing gel. I was so glad he gave me time to process the whole thing while the numbing gel was doing its thing. Dr. Diaz was also very understanding, he explained where it might be more uncomfortable, but he remained very patient with me while I was getting more nervous. But Andy held my hand and told me I was doing a great job, made me feel more calmer. The procedure was so fast after the numbing, I did not feel any pressure at all. I was even laughing after the first removal because I felt so dumb to feel so scared for something I could of taken care of YEARS ago! I recommend Dr. Diaz and Andy for your surgical procedures, they are so patient and caring. I am very glad they gave me the time to process the whole thing and showed compassion towards me thoughout the whole procedure. I can't say how truely thankful I am to them

Fantastic experience: These people dont mess around they made me feel comfortable, up front about pricing And adressed my issues immediately. Took out an infected tooth in 60 sec. Im comming back. They rocked.

Negative experience: This place is absolutely a fraud. They invite people in to complementary consultation with absolutely no obligation and then they turn around and bill your insurance for it. Very dishonest practice to say the least. Watch out for this and don't give them your insurance details when they offer you complementary consultation, or you'll be taken advantage of as they did in my case. I wouldn't of gone to them, had they not offered me a free and clear consultation. Very shady and unethical practice for a dental care provider.

Fantastic experience: Tiffany was amazing Queen . SLAY. Dr.Alvin was the sweetest pie I ever met. Everyone was amazing in the ortho expect the front desk receptionist who checked me in. Please wait til I finish my sentence. Don’t command. Ask nicely. It’s not DMV or TSA.

Negative experience: The front desk worker and the back office workers were very nice but when it came to verifying my insurance there was always a problem. No one has called me back. They kept saying your birthday is wrong. So I would call the insurance Company and they say we have the correct information. I will call back fresh dental and tell them everything is correct and fresh dental would say we will verify again and call you back. No call back. This went on for several times. So I decided to go somewhere else. This went on before mother's day. To no prevail still haven't called. Everything you hear is not always true!
