A New Smile - Kendall

Fantastic experience: We have been going to this office for 3 years now and we always have great experiences. They are very polite and nice, but most importantly very professional, from the laddies at the front desk to every hygienist and dentist.

Negative experience: Dr. Torres was very amateurish like an intern. It took her three and half hours to prep my teeth for a crown. Her assistant was even worst. She tried to separate my gum from my teeth in an unprofessional manner and I had to stop her since she cause my gum to bleed and inflicting pain in my mouth. I would not recommend this team to work on your dental problems. Very disappointed.

Dr Nahon is exceptional in all aspects of his work, as well as easy to talk to and he explains thoroughly. All the staff at the kendall location are extremely professional, and most of all treat you as family.The dental office is real nice and high tech, they even have a lab that does your crowns, implants etc.. Even though the work that I had done was an investment on me. I can actually say that the work they performed on me , just Awesome!. A different me. I highly recommend this practice and team. Hands down they are the BEST.

Being a perfectionist myself and picky, I feel like my Guardian Angel led me to pick this office. Dr. Nahon is an attentive, caring and kind dentist, who clearly is extremely skilled and qualified. Dayana, my hygienist, is detail oriented, precise and displays a lot of confidence in her skills. The whole staff is upbeat, genuinely courteous and very, very efficient. Fantastic experience: This place would be the one and only dental spot I would leave a review for or offer their info to anyone else Im from out of state in new York and been waiting to get my tooth extracted. Not only waiting but charged thousands to get it done I called here and with in minutes had an appointment got there barely waited ten mins to be seen and get x rays and got the meds I needed anddd will be going back tomorrow to get it extracted for extremely less then half that New York asked me for and not one but every single person there had a great attitude and were nice and kind and quick I would legit move down here from New York simply because of their assistance a MUST GO TO DENTAL PLACE 110 percent

When Dr. Hartman introduced himself he was so kind. He was gentle the whole time and kept making sure I was comfortable and doing well. My root canal was a breeze thanks to his professionalism and precision. Once I was done I was led into Dr. Nahon’s chair where he was so incredibly sweet. I really felt like I was being treated by family and like I was well cared for. The dentist is usually a dreaded moment but A New Smile made it a truly pleasurable one. 5 stars all the way!
